Had an absolutely amazing full body and hot stone massage. Nice and welcoming atmosphere, room was nice and big, table was comfortable. Guy didnt say a word during the massage, which I absolutely appreciated. Even massaged my ears! I could tell he focused on areas where there were obvious knots and tension. Felt so relaxed, very pleasant experience.

My daughter booked our massages there as a birthday gift to me. We arrived and a man and a woman were standing outside smoking cigarette. When my daughter said we were there 730 appointments they ran into the building. As we got out of the car heading in, the man came back out and told us we had to come another day. Keep in mind, she called to confirm hours beforehand. We have busy schedules and we work hard for our money. We don’t have time to drive 40 minutes to be rejected after prepaying ($140 on Groupon) for services. We are still trying to get a refund but it is proving to be pretty difficult

We stopped in for a one hour couples message while visiting indy. This was an amazing full body message and a hot stone treatment. Messages rooms were very clean and the masseuse was very respectful. Super relaxing experience.

My wife & I went for a couples massage and it was absolutely AMAZING! A one of a kind experience. I’ve have so many massages in my life but NEVER like this one. I felt comfortable & relaxed from the moment we walked in! The ambiance/atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. I will definitely be back! I wish I could take them back home to Columbus!

BEST MASSAGE IN INDY!!!! But in all seriousness my husband and I have been getting a couples massage once a month for about 3 years. When we first moved to Indianapolis we tried a ton of different massage places to find our favorite. THIS IS IT and it’s not even close. All you need is 60 minutes and they hit every muscle. They do not waste half of your time talking to you and acting like they are a physical therapists lol. It’s straight to work from your face down to your feet and actually helps you feel better for a week or two. Then as if it could get any better, it’s actually AFFORDABLE. We have started recommending this place to all of our friends.

Don’t bother making an appointment. They don’t care. They prioritize walk ins first. Only one female works a day. There is a little man who can do massages as well but refuses to massage any men.

If I could give them a 10, I would. Hands down the best massage I have ever had. I walked in there in absolute pain in my neck and shoulders and walked out feeling like a new woman. They gained a new customer tonight. I will be back. He did the deep tissue and released all of the knots I had in my shoulder and neck. I will tell everyone I know about them.AND they are open later so I can come after work. Their prices are reasonable too. Convenient, clean, friendly simply the BEST!!

Unless you need additional disappointment in your life, dont waste your time. We booked a couples massage and called to confirm as we were driving to the appointment. We were told they didnt have it scheduled. We rescheduled for another day about 10 days later. We called back to confirm as they didnt take our name. They confirmed the appointment. We called on our hour drive just to make sure they had our appointment. Guess what, they had no record of it again.

After several calls to the spa confirming that they would take good care of us for birthday gift, My daughter purchased two massages through Groupon on Black Friday! We tried to book the massages multiple times but they could never accommodate us. Very difficult to communicate because of the language barrier and it seems they never have two massage therapists on duty that can do a dual massage. We tried and tried but finally my daughter had to leave town and then I tried to book the massages and they said I could not use the two massages. Then I explained that my daughter had paid for the service and if they did not honor their obligation I would be forced to leave a negative review. At this time I was told I could not come in to redeem my birthday gift because the boss was very angry and I had no choice because they would not give me the two massages she had paid for. Then I said I will take one massage and my friend will take the other one but they said no -no service will be given. This has been a very frustrating experience. I believe Merchant regretted the Black Friday Groupon they had offered and had no intention of fulfilling the obligation.

We had an AMAZING time at the couples massage! The masseuses were very professional and we were very relaxed. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming. The glass of wine at the start was such a thoughtful touch. After the massage, they gave us waters, which was very nice. The hot stones were so relaxing. The music in the background was peaceful and everything smelled so good. Excellent massage, would absolutely recommend to a friend!

I was traveled to Indy for biz and called about an upper back massage (lots of computer work). I was told to come at 11am. When I arrived, I was the only customer there and told the female wasnt available. I said, I just need upper back and arms work, I dont care if the massage therapist if male or female. I was told again the female is not available. Then I was asked if I could come back in an hour. At which point I left. This place could be legit, but when I walked out I was suspicious

Very nice spa. The ambiance is very nice. I appreciate them being open 7 days a week. More than anything I appreciate the dedication of the massage therapist. She took great care of me. Girlfriend here…. We Got a couples massage , they’re nice…..The massage was very nice but sometimes was putting way too much pressure on the neck and shoulder blades,also we used Groupon to get $$ Off and they told us not to do that again , also AFTER your visit, they tell you that you HAVE to tip them which at the time I didn’t have the amount they wanted to be tipped on me because I only had the money for the massage .. no where in the waiting area does it say you have to tip, they don’t mention it or anything .

Got a Swedish massage a couple days before a 50 mile run and it felt good and loosened me up. Today, a week after the 50 mile, I got their sports package and it felt amazing! Definitely going to stick with this place from now on!

My husband and I enjoyed the groupon special for the couples massage - the massage was good, we received hot oil, hot rocks and paid $5.00 extra for the scrub. The only thing we felt was odd is that at check out they have a sign posted about appropriate tips - and I totally understand appropriate tips - but she pointed at what tip she wanted from us... and kept explaining until we gave her what was listed on the sign. just odd in my book.....

This spa is a nice quiet place to get a full body massage. Its located on the west side. They always have availability, the prices are affordable, and they do a great job with massage. I would highly recommend going to this place.Went back again today and they exceeded my already high expectations. Its just awesome.

Great prices for couples massage! Loved the hot stones. Atmosphere wasnt the most updated or peaceful and the masseuse did not ask for problem areas or feedback. Still a great massage at an awesome price.

I had a Groupon for 90 min massage and Groupons servers were down so I had to reschedule, and they added a free service due to groupons error, which just goes to show how they are willing to go above & beyond to satisfy their customers. I would give zero stars if I could. Last week I called Solace Spa and asked them about the Groupon. They told me not to buy it and to just come in pay them. I explained I already had purchased it. They acted upset and told me if I wanted a full body with oil that I had to pay an upgrade fee of $10.00, which I agreed, but I was a little put off by the conversation so I said Id call them another time and book the appointment. I called them today and made an appointment and went in.I told her I had this Groupon and that I would pay the $10.00 to upgrade to full body. Then for what seemed like forever, she chastised me over and over for purchasing my Groupon and told they do not accept them on the weekends because they are too busy and it does not make them money. Then bizarrely, lady said she recognized me from a different massage location and told me that I should know better. I was speechless and appalled. The location she recognized me from was another placed she said she worked at, I have not been to that other place, that has a completely different name btw, in over 2 years and I only went their a couple of times. It was extremely hard for me to even think this lady knew me. I was literally baffled. I did not know this woman and she was guilt-tripping me for using a coupon that they legitimately offered. I asked why she was treating me this way and why they didnt just tell me about not accepting Groupons on the weekends when I called. I explained again again that I had never been to this location. I was so embarrassed and completely horrified that I just left because I could not handle the confrontation. Why do businesses use Groupon if it doesnt benefit them and why do they punish their potential customers for taking advantage of it? I will never go back there. No one should have to go through that. What a nightmare.

Horrible customer service. Showed up for a couples massage appointment that was booked a month in advance. Upon arrival they said they didnt have my information in their appointment book. However, I called twice beforehand to confirm my appointment and I was assured that I was scheduled for the correct day and time. Not only was my scheduled appointment somehow not in the books, they also said they wouldnt accept our Groupon voucher for the massage. I had confirmed when I called the two times that we could use the Groupon. The lady who greeted us at the spa asked for us to return the Groupon and then pay her in cash. After going back and forth on a solution, she handed us her appointment book and walked away, I guess thinking we would write down a time that worked for us. She was not willing to work with us on a day and time and didnt offer any compromise for the miscommunication. Needless to say, we will not be redeeming the Groupon and will never return or recommend their service.

This place is awesome! Its very cute, relaxing and inviting! My husband and I were visiting Indianapolis from NWI, and we decided to try this place based off the reviews. Very glad we chose this spa, overly satisfied with our couples massage with hot stones and an added foot scrub. Next time we are in Indy, we will definitely be back! Sooo I Loved The Couple’s Massage , But Just Be Prepared To Tip Or Get Harassed.When We Arrived They Total Me My Total Was $130 , I Gave Them $140 In Cash Because That’s All I Had , It Was Our First Massage & After We Got Dressed And Ready To Go The Man Literally Argued Me Down Because He Wanted An $30 Tip 🤯 I Fully Enjoyed The Massage But After He Basically Bullied My Husband Into Giving Him A Tip . I’ll NEVER Be Back. I Feel If They Want A Certain Amount They Need To Raise Their Prices Are Say On There Website $30 Tip Required. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think this facility is a scam. We were told to come on a Sunday afternoon only to find a guy there that said that he is not a Therapist hes just a pot head. The place appeared to be closed and there was no one there except this man. No other staff was present. He claimed to be there alone. I spoke with them at 1249p and a women answered the phone. My appointment was for 1p and I asked her if we could move it to 130p she said yea. When we got there no women to be found at all just this man who claimed to not be a worker and just a pot head. I was in disbelief. I cannot make this up. It appeared to be a shady situation. He denied us service and refused to contact the women that offer to move our appointment back a half hour. I would have preferred if they just said no and have us rescheduled. He also refused to call the manager/owner who ever. It was pretty disappointing. We drove all the way from Mc Cordville area and it was our anniversary. I would never refer this place to anyone. Especially women who may go there by themselves. The set up was suspect and it really made for an uncomfortable situation. The facility is already located in the basement of a business center. The center was unoccupied by any other companies located there at the time. To top it off they refused to give us a refund. I prepaid on an online app and he told me to get my money from them. I just would strongly caution anyone from attending this facility. Be careful. Safety first.

Dont waste your time with this spa. My husband and I had the worst couples massage. The therapists didnt introduce themselves or ask us to fill out a form for health restrictions. It was quite obvious the male therapist didnt know what he was doing or wasnt trained.

I bought a Groupon for a couples massage but when I tried to call and book our appointment the receptionist was rude and hung up on me for no apparent reason. I wasnt rude or combative, I didnt raise my voice, I didnt even ask for any crazy request I just simply said, Hi Im calling to book an appointment. He didnt seem to comprehend that and so he kept repeating So what did they do wrong so I told him that nobody did anything wrong I was just trying to book an appointment for the Groupon I bought. He again repeated the bazaar question a couple of times and I said Im sorry I dont understand I just need to book an appointment for a couples massage and then click the line was dead and he hung up on me. Im truly stunned that calling to setup an appointment turned into being hung up on when there wasnt any type of conflict or issue. After reading other reviews of their lack of professionalism and dealing with a rude receptionist I canceled my Groupon and got a refund. If its already an issue and poor customer service just trying to make the appointment I dont want to know what other problems I may run into dealing with this place.

I purchased the Groupon deal, couples massage. Called on Jan 10 to see about setting up my appointment for Feb 15 since thats a holiday weekend. The lady said ok, call me the day before to confirm you are still coming. No problem. On Jan 15 the lady calls me to confirm if Im still coming today. Im puzzled and concerned and remind her that my appointment is for Feb 15 not Jan 15. I reiterated that its a holiday weekend, will this be a problem. She said that is ok, call me the day before to confirm. I called two days before on the 13th only to be told that shes all booked up. WTH. She offered me to come in later in Sat or Sunday. No maam I made my appt with you last month why am I being inconvenienced. She supposedly called the person who was in my time slot to see if theyre willing to change their time. Obviously not because when she called back she kept offering me later Sat or Sunday. Again did not feel as though I should change the rest of weekend plans for this lady who did not care to write down my appointment. Then she gets mad because Im not budging, starts to tell ask me have I paid, how did you pay and that her paying customers come first. Wow. At that point I just hung up. Received my credit back from Groupon. Theres no way I want to spend my money with this lady. I hear nothing but good reviews but after my incident Ill take my money elsewhere.

We went for a couples deep tissue massage. We are both body builders and tend to have a lot of ache and pains, this was one of the best massages we have ever had. At one point they used their knees on our back, which we absolutely needed. We will definitely be returning!

Youre better off going to Foot Euphoria in Castleton or Foot Loose in Greenwood those establishments are both CLEAN, HAVE MODERN EQUIPMENT, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & ARE ADEQUATELY PRICED. This place is trash in every aspect. I shouldve kept the benefit of doubt that I gave them ... Oh well NEVER AGAIN.

Went with my husband for the couples massage. We were greeted with wine for while we waited. The place was clean and comfortable and the staff were courteous and professional. The massage was wonderful and very reasonabley priced.

I would not reccomend this place!!! We bought a groupon for our anniversary. Called to make an apt (JUNE 29TH) upon calling I should have known then. I was asked to get a refund for my groupon and they would honor the same amount. I said no I cant get a refund for the groupon and since Ive already paid Id like to keep it. So he said ok when would we like to come I said how about July 11th at 12pm. He said ok july 11th 12A I said no 12pm that went back and forth 3-4times then he finally said ok 12pm july 11th. We leave today we are heading there its 40 min drive for us we get a call at 1133 and he said he would not accept our groupons our apt was canceled due to new owner ship (in the less than 2 weeks) upon checking they STILL have the groupon available for purchase so beware they will not accept them I wouldnt even bother. What professional company calls 30 minutes before an apt to say they will not accept what you already purchased and they advertised less than 2 weeks after calling and making the appointment!

I had my first visit today..I made the appointment last week.. the guy said that he would honor the special which was $49, $46 on Groupon. I get there today & kind of felt hustled she kept telling what services I would receive at a higher price.. I kept telling her that I only wanted what was offered on the special.. she kept telling me that she was only going to charge me $60 & im Like thats not a deal & she kept bring up the $5 foot scrub that I didnt request. I told her I only wanted the special.. she said that she would give me the foot scrub free .. I was just ready to.to get over i paid the $55 & at the end they asked for a tip.. the service was ok but I cant see myself going back 😕

This place is absolutely amazing! Very relaxing and soothing. It was my first time ever going to one and I tell you what, I will return very soon! We did the couples package with Groupon. Perfect package deal. The staff was very friendly and attentive to us. The place was clean and extremely relaxing. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My husband and I would love to have a couples massage, but for the last few days when we try to call the phone connects the call and then hangs up. We tried multiple phones,multiple times, in multiple locations and cant get through to book an appointment with no success.

My husband called twice to make an appointment and even called to confirm it. I got there and they said it wasn’t on the schedule. I asked if there was a mistake or if it was on the schedule for another day, he wouldn’t even look. He just told me no and kept telling me no without even trying to look at the schedule. He also was rude and didn’t even try to put me in the schedule. DO NOT GO THERE.

Massage was good but my back now hurts do to pressure point with elbows, at the end i felt hounded for a tip which i gave but seems like he wanted more and keep pressuring and after i didnt he said something slick, which i let slide, but wont be going back
