Phenomenal customer service. A sweet man with great hair and lovely eyes helped me out. He was extremely knowledgable about all their products and great to work with.

Very friendly guy working. Place is nice, clean and a chill spot. Only reason for 4/5 stars is due to prices of juice compared to other shops. About $10 higher.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!!!!The WORST experience I’ve ever had in my life! Sold me TWO faulty vapes!! Staff are rude, unsanitary and unhelpful! Prices are outrageous and extremely limited options! I will never ever ever consider this place again if it was the last place on earth!!!!! ZERO F>CKING STARS!!!!

I specifically asked for a CBD tincture edible. I was sold CBD vape juice. I went to use the product and realized it was a vape tincture. I tried to return it and they said they dont do returns or exchanges. I spent $65 on the wrong product because this is what I was given by their employee. Its important for your employees to be educated on the product or it should be up to you to fix it

Cameron is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. We discussed at length the pros and cons of each option I was interested in. Hes honest and genuinely authentic. It was refreshing, in an unfortunately all to common, customer service you just dont see anymore. I will definitely be back and highly recommend the extra personal experience he offers.

Wow. Amazing prices, no really, its literally the same as a website price except you can just go pick it up instead of waiting. Juices are pretty inexpensive too, so are coils. They have all kinds of mods, pod kits etc and its the newest technology (Battery exploding? pffffffft, a lighter falling down on the ground has more chances of exploding than a mod. Stosh (sorry if i mispelled it, cool name) and the staff were pretty informative and patient with explaining the product. I could go on and on why vaporizers will save countless lives in the long run but i guess this is not the place. This is the go-to place from now on.

I stopped by on a lark near closing time with my S O. Even though it was late we were treated like VIPs. Good service, good selection, products of repute from well established producers. Easy access for canes, walkers. & wheelchairs. Since everyone has to ask for the product no weirdness in access.

I was in need of coils for my new tank, and had to make a quick stop into AVC Castleton. I was immediately greeted by Scott, and he practically jumped over the counter with his enthusiasm. He quickly helped me out with my needs, even got me to stick around for a little. That gave me time to actually check out how immaculate of condition Castleton is in. It is crazy clean, inviting, and super tight. Some of those decorations are sick!

Ive never been to a artisan vapor before because I thought it was expensive and only for certain buyers. Wow what a store! Never seen anything like it! Very clean, very nice! Like a luxury store or something. After shopping around the other vapor stores, artisan vapor was actually the cheapest!!!I feel so silly I havent been to artisan vapor before and will only be going here from now on! The big guy with the beard and satan tattoos was super rude. Came in there and spent $60 with my brother , he was too concerned with finishing his episode of “arrow” on Netflix at work then he was about helping us . He took about 5 minutes to process my card too . He was not helpful. ONLY PEOPLE IN THE STORE . And all he cared about was more Netflix , this guy is a clown of a worker

Great staff, they spent a ton of time getting to know me so they could give me the best experience. As a first time buyer I was a little nervous coming in, but I left feeling much more comfortable and knowledgable about vaping.

Went in looking for new flavors and possibly a new device. I like to make informed purchases and Corbin was patient and knowledgeable. He hooked me up with Slow Blow by Nasty Juice. Then when looking for a durable device - Im pleased that I was able to decide on the Swell from Vandy Vapes, the Hellbeast tank and two new batteries. Great job Aritsan Vapor - Corbin rocked it!!! I went in excited to get some juice, walked in and showed my ID, chose my juice and the guy is like whos that in your vehicle? I said my gf but why do you need to know that? He responds by saying he needs her to come in an see her identification card to make sure shes not a minor. so I felt like he was insinuating something and I told him nevermind forget it this is my first and last time coming in this business. I felt disrespected and that he was unnecessarily making it a hassle. You dont see liquor stores asking for everyone waiting in the vehicles ID. Thats over the top..

Lost my ID so I brought my valid passport. The guy at the front wouldnt help me at all with my coil issue, answer questions, and asked me to leave because it wasnt a state issued ID. Got a beer at the liquor store 5 minutes later with no problem.

They are very helpful. I has gone to another vape shop and was just pushed out door. But at at this shop they stopped and helped me know more and spent the time I needed to get what the info I needed and the nice juce liked.
