Bought a pen with liquid that doesnt even work together; neither warned me before buying and refused to do any form of refund. Incredibly disappointed.

Buyer Beware! While out wife the wife I had decided to pop into Artisian Vapor to grab some coils and juice. Asked the the person behind the counter if they had my coils in stock, he said they did. Once he grabbed them I started looking at juice, decided on a juice and went to get rung up. Everything went fine until I got to the car and found out he gave me the wrong coils. Less than a minute after walking out went back in and made him aware of the situation, honest mistake no big deal right. He told sorry no refunds or returns and then told me I would have to buy another pack of coils because of his mistake. I gave him the pack of coils back as I can not use them. Called the store a few days later because I noticed that they he had also charged my card twice for the second pack of coils. The manager said on the phone that she would refund us our money she just had to check with her manager. She gave my wife a call shortly after and apologized but said the best that she could do would be a 30% discount while she was on duty. 30% discount for close to a $45 pack of coils is absolutely absurd and is theft.

This place was great. The atmosphere is great and very hospitable. I was in trying to buy new coils, they were not in the system yet so I ended up having to wait. It was not bad experience though as Dustin, the clerk that was on staff allowed me to try a range of the 160 flavors they have in stock and kept me entertained for the 10 or so minutes with good conversation. Thanks again guy!

Turns out after shopping around the local store artisan vapor was actually the cheapest!I feel silly to say the least because all this time Id just drive passed thinking it was too expensive. AVC North Willow is an amazing store!!! I went in mainly looking for advice on my Smok tank, and Justin 100% took care of my issues!! I wound up getting a fantastic replacement tank, thanks to his advice and patience. Definitely will be returning whenever in need!

Ive been to a lot of vape stores in a lot of cities, and Artisan Vapor is by my far my favorite. From the first time I walked in, they made it feel like home and offered great products at competitive prices, without being pushy. Because of Artisan and their team, Ive been off cigarettes for months now and am not looking back. This location is no exception. Awesome environment, good selection, knowledgeable staff, and a PlayStation. What more could you want?

The staff is friendly and they have a decent selection of products, but the prices are always the highest. You can get cheaper vape supplies, delta 8 or CBD at 20 past 4 and more/Indy E cigs, same products. If your local it’s a good place to go if you don’t want to travel very far and you don’t mind spending some extra cash.

Walked in not sure about what I wanted. The employee helped me out a lot. He even set up the device for me and sold it at a great price. Definitely will be back.

Every time I come in I’m greeted with kindness, and always find a new juice that I love. They’re always helpful when trying something new. I love all of the staff, and miss Shane dearly!

I’ve bought juice and coils on many occasions with no issue. Last night however I bought juice that I believe is defective, a bad batch or mixed wrong. It burns badly. It doesn’t seem to be the flavor and I have always used 6 or higher on the nic lvl. Nothing changed on my mod set up. I came back the very next morning. The shop refused to acknowledge anything wrong with the juice and won’t do a return. This juice is unusable to me and I feel wronged in this situation. I know it’s not expired but is it really unreasonable for it to be a bad batch? The guy at the shop basically just blamed it on me saying it’s 6 mg nic lvl and it’s menthol and they won’t do returns nor will his manager. This is upsetting. I’ve been vaping for a long while and this has been a waste of time and money.

Very friendly/helpful/fun people. Only place in town I could find the new Aspire Nautilus AIO. Big selection of proprietary flavors. And a guy was dressed like a dinosaur when I walked in. (What do you say to a dinosaur but, “Hello”?) This may date the review but as of last week there was a great Yelp deal there—pay Yelp 20 & get $30 in value to spend.One request: Please start carrying Propaganda’s The Hype Collection Blue Slushie juice! Still 5 stars though.

Store said they were available for curbside. Waiting for 20mins outside for out order only to be sent to voicemail over and over. The person working in the store at the time @5;26pm Monday March 30th 2020. Said that they could help but stayed in the back never bringing the order and would pick up the phn and hang up AS WE WERE WAITING OUTSIDE like we were asked to. Never have I had this experience and i would not recommend stopping by this place.
