Higher Grade Smoke Shop - Fountain Square

I was very impressed with the quality of products and how knowledgeable the employees are. I drive out of my way specifically to visit this store. Finding new products and flavors is a breeze, and the employees can help you find exactly what you like because they’ve tried all the products themselves. You can tell when a business invests in their staff. Bonus points because it’s across the street from some awesome restaurants!

This is THE BEST dispensary in Indianapolis. They have the most products to select from than any other place Ive been. Theyve got a rewards system and really care about their clients. The prices are reasonable and everything you could ever want from a dispensary in Indy.

Came in 04/14 and was helped by the associate Cassidy “Cass”! I was legitimately impressed by her knowledge and she taught me more than anyone at a vape shop ever has - it was the first time I was actively looking for a tip option on card reader or a tip jar because I wanted to show my appreciation. Would love something like that to incentivize more people like her. Totally awesome. 👍🏻

I only go to Higher Grade because they have great selection, always friendly, and convenient location with a parking lot. Their prices are very affordable and they have a reward program. The staff is always quick to make sure vapes work prior to leaving and replace it if it isn’t.Thanks FS team!

Friendly knowledgeable staff with great products and prices.

I love this place. Everyone is so nice every time you come in, and they have a huge selection. They make you feel comfortable enough to just ask questions or compare products so you can really get something that works for you. They also have treats for pups, which I love that they allow dogs so i can just come in while i’m already out walking my dog which just makes them feel like such a part of the neighborhood already. Recommend.

I’m giving a 5 star review but given the pristine showroom, outstanding hospitality and variety of offerings, I wish I could give 10 stars! And then there’s Riley, who was so attentive and knowledgeable about the products and gave honest answers to questions even if it might result in no sale for the shop. It was clear that Riley was very passionate about his job and truly dedicated to being world class in his craft. Great Shop, Friendly staff, Great prices. They have amazing foreign snacks, and a love for the fountain square community. They have an independent parking lot which is perfect so you don’t have to worry about parking on the street. Went out on a whim and decided to come here, since I’m new to the area, instead of driving to Castleton. SN they have Pet Friendly products as well.

Went in today to see the new store and get some juice. Super friendly staff right away, extremely helpful. The guy who was helping me (sorry I don’t remember his name) gave me recommendations and was helping me find a new juice. Gave me a MarketPlace version of a favorite flavor, and it was exactly what I was needing. Also tried an Exotic Fanta they stock, (No idea what flavor, but it was good.) Told me he’d keep it in stock and would see about keeping my coils in stock. Above and beyond service! I’ve found my new home store!

Amazing selection of typical smoke shop finds but also amazing array of snacks and books to tickle your fancy too! A must stop if local or out of town.

The pair of shop keeps manning the front were extremely well versed in caniboidism whilst being curteous and frank. Following innumeral experiences at different vaperies, where the proprietors running the establiments were drunken unwashed hippies, it was a delightful surprise to see this shop clean and well organized. I shalt be returning to yonder shop come the morrow.
