Never had an issue with any vapes there and then got dealt a dud recently. called and explained the issue and they were able to have me come in and get it swapped out for a working device. super friendly and ready to help.

This was my first visit to this vape shop and I was impressed. I spoke with the owner before I made the trip and he let me know they had what I wanted in stock. The guy working was really cool and helpful. They hooked me up with an awesome deal on a new mod and I found a ton of stuff to put on my list for next time. Overall, the selection was great and the staff was knowledgeable and nice. I will definitely be back!

After visiting 2 other vape shops Ive finally found one worth writing about!!!...New to vaping I was skidish about asking questions in fear of being laughed at all the way out. Now, after meeting shop guru Jordan (twitch) I know exactly where my money on my new found hobby will go. Not only was he super knowledgeable but his eagerness to help my wife and I learn about vaping made us feel like we found the right spot. Hands down the best prices Ive found thus far and the most accessories Ive seen in a store. I cant say enough about how cool and friendly Jordan was. He is the reason we will be making Tillberrys our go-to for all our vaping needs and by far the number one place Ill recommend to anyone who asks.

Stopped by here after work today based on the recommendation of a friend and was very pleased. The guy working was very friendly and helpful, he even turned the music down to be considerate, not that the music bothered me at all, but I definitely appreciate when people are considerate of their customers. Their rewards program is awesome! I got $5 off my next purchase (no minimum) just for stopping by and I only spent $20 this visit. Ill definitely be back. Cool people and a wide variety of mods and juice plus great deals. I wish I had a little more time to spend in there to discuss my next upgrade, but Ill save that for my next trip. We are new to the city and have tried quite a few different shops looking for specific products but Tillberry’s was the only place that had what we were looking for. Definitely the 45 minute drive there and back.

My favorite shop near downtown. Variety of juices and devices, friendly staff got me interested in trying new things. They send coupons sometimes via text. The only time Ive had to return something they replaced it with no problem and made sure it was working right.

Im new in town and looking to find a regular vape shop. Found this one online thought I would give this one a try. It says online they open at 10 am, I went there about 1:30 in the afternoon drove all the way there to find the store closed with no explanation. I tried calling cant get anyone to answer. I wasted time and gas coming down here for it to be closed. Store hours posted on the door even say they open at 10 on Wednesday. This shop just closes during regular business hours with no explanation. It seems very unreliable so I will be taking my business elsewhere. I go in once a week or more so they lost a good customer today. This definitely isnt going to be my new vape shop. Thats not how you run a business.

When I walked in everybody was really friendly it was really homey in there shop I have been looking for a Vape for probably over a year and have never been able to find the right one I really don’t know very much about it but when I asked the owner about a certain model that would fit me he knew pretty much what I wanted immediately! The prices are great! You can pretty much find anything you want there I always had trouble finding the right juice to use because I’m really picky but he literally the first one he found I loved and have been using it ever since! I want to thank them because I think that this could probably more than likely Help me quit smoking!

The owner has been getting his hair cut at the salon i work at for a long time. He talks about his shop everytime. Hes been working very hard on it over the years. Today i visited for the 1st time and the staff working was super sweet and very knowledgeable. All the foods and drinks i got tasted really good which is half the battle, amirite lol. I lucked out and got a parking spot right next to the door. When i was leaving i noticed they are right next door to my favorite restaurant, three carrots.

Jesse that works in there is always super nice and helpful. They definitely have some of the best prices in town. I bought a 60ml bottle of premium juice for $20. I love this place. Really clean looking inside as well. They could use better signage out front though. This place need to be better known about.

Great shop fair prices. They give you points for discounts the more you shop there., I have been shopping here for a year or so now and I always get good deals. If you need something special or you only get certain things, the guy will order things for you if you ask.

I have been going to Tillberrys since they opened their first store on Kentucky Ave. I recently moved to the Southeast side and was super happy that there was still one close to me. I would have drive to the West side if I had to in order to get my favorite flavors. The staff here has been awesome.

The first time I came into Tilberrys, I was welcomed immediately and didnt feel like I was just a nuisance interrupting their work like I have several other times at many vape shops around town. They are very attentive and quick to answer any questions and actually KNOW the products that go into their shop. Customer satisfaction is an obvious priority here with a great atmosphere to keep you wanting to come back. They truly care and show interest when someone is making strides to quit smoking and switch to vaping, rather than just how much money can we rack in. This is hands down the BEST vape shop in Indy. 12/10 truly recommend. :)

Tillberrys has some of the best selection of vape hardware and juices around, and at great prices.Jason was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about his stores products. He took the time to explain the differences between brands, and answered our questions honestly. Love this place!!! I only shop at tillberrys stores. They always have the best deals and the most knowledgable employees!! The service here is god awful. There was a dude in a brown trench coat working today 1-14-22 at 4:34pm today. I walked in and he was more worried about helping out his buddy. Whatever no big deal. So I wait. He gets to me in a timely manner, when I ask him for what I need “Caliburn G Coils” I was here one other time so I now that they are sold here however this guy does not even attempt to look at or read any of the boxes. And makes me guide him and guess as to which Caliburn box is the G Coils. Keep in mind I am on the other side of the counter. He is 3 inches from them. But he can’t be bothered to read the boxes. So finally he tells me “these are them” and rings me up I ask him if he’s sure and he says “the box says it’s right.” So he rings me up I get outside and low and behold. It’s not correct. He sold me empty Caliburn G Pods with no coil. The exact opposite thing I needed. So I go back in and don’t even ask for a refund I just ask him if he could look again because I bought the wrong thing. He offers me no apology, rolls his eyes does a quick glance and goes “yea buddy not seeing them” then sends me on my way. This blows my mind. Instead of not being LAZY and taking the 30 seconds it would take you put me through this entire charade that wastes 10 minutes of both of our time, sell me the wrong product, then refuses to even put any effort towards selling me the correct product. This is without a doubt the worst service I’ve ever had. The dude has no clue what he’s doing and has no business working in a vape if he can’t be bothered to read the boxes. There is no way in the first person he’s sold incorrect product you

Excellent selection and extremely professional and friendly staff. For being a bit out of the way if you are staying directly downtown, it was well worth the walk to get there. One of the better vape shops Ive been to in the indianapolis area.

Fantastic customer service. I had a problem with a mod bought from here, no fault of Tillsberry or the staff, but they solved it and made thr entire experience painless and possitive. Truely amazing staff, honestly one the best customer service experiences I have had in any store, let alone a vape shop. Next time I have a need for a new mod, this is my first stop.

Updated 03/26/2022:Unfortunately, Tillberrys drops from 5 stars to 2. As of my last several visits, they cant access loyalty points because someone left and took that with them. Im not from the area but I busted my tank this morning and I needed a new one, quick! I found the shop with the highest reviews and away I went. I get there and the sign is lit up OPEN. I try the door and it is locked, cool. I drove out of my way to get to you, and you arent even open at 1:20 pm on a Sunday. No signs saying youd be back in an hr, nothing. Very disappointed.

I love Tillberrys. The owner, Bill, has always been more than helpful, and their selection is out of the world. Glass, Delta8, CBD, vape juice, and mods with a huge selection of each. Only place I shop for vape related things.

Great selection and wide variety of flavors. At the time I went they didnt have many high nicotine juices or nicotine salts, but that may have changed by now. They do sell nicotine add-ins so you can increase the percentage of nicotine in any juice you do purchase. The guy that worked there was really helpful.

I like the Fountain Square location. It has a great local shop feel even being so close to downtown. They do have a problem with stock, and getting it shipped quickly or even on time. The friendly staff makes up for it

The top came off my bottle and dumped my juice out after 2hrs of purchase, I called them for an exchange or maybe discounted bottle and the guy said not my problem and laugh. This is what I get for not ordering my e juice online. $30 down the drain. All these vapor shops are useless. UPDATE: The owner called me and offered to replace the bottle, I will not take him up on his offer because this is not the first time I have had a issue with this shop. I have tried 3 times to have them order a RDA for me with no luck. I appreciate him calling me tho... owell I have moved on along time ago and only went there because I was desperate. Not going back period

Went there for the first time yesterday and will definitely go back! They had the best prices (compared to the 5 other shops I had visited in the area) and Jeremy cut me a great deal on the tank/mod I wanted. Definitely recommend!

This place is the worst place to go for anything vape related. I went there and became used by the owner. They have no real lab or COAs for the edibles they sell. They make them upstairs in a dirty old kitchen and a room that is rigged up.So you dont even know what is really in them. I dont recommend trying any of them. They are not professionally done. Done by workers paid cash for doing it.

BUNK SMOK COILS!!! Dont buy from here. My husband bought two X6 coil for my Prince tank. First coil lasted 1 day and all my liquid poured out of my vape as soon as I filled the tank on day 2. So next coil was same as soon as I filled it the first time. Whole tank of liquid gone. Next day he stopped in Tillberrys on his way home from work and got a V12 mesh coil trying to help me out. Same thing as soon as I filled it up. I went in today and tried talking to someone about how many coils my husband bought and something was wrong. No one wanted to listen to my problems. Frustrated not having a vape almost all weekend and mooching off my hubs vape I got another x6. I put it in and my tank of liquid poured out the bottom. Googled and found out the coils are bunk cloned ones and not authentic. I knew they didnt feel right for some reason. I went to napetown vapor and put one of theres in and it worked right away no issues. You can see the minor differences of the coils when comparing. So now Im out 25 bucks and bottle of juice. Dont buy from here they are crooks. If they were open I would have went back up there. I will be calling the owner for resolution and will update review.

Went there today and bought a new valyrian v1 because nobody has coils for the v2 right now. The extra pyrex glass is NOT in the box. The extra coil that comes with the tank is NOT in the box. I thought i was just getting yet another tank so I could always find coils but no I was intead getting 30$ worth of tank and not the 20$ worth of stuff in the box.

Lost my vape at the Pink concert and was able to find this shop open the next morning. Not from Indiana so wasn’t sure about where to go but when I got there the guy was very helpful and got me set up with a new vape.

I went in and literally everyone just stared at me. I stood there for 5+ minutes and no one helped me AT ALL. It’s just a bunch of 20 year old sitting around vaping. Not worth your time. Terrible service. Don’t waste your time here.
