This shop is great, they got everything I need and want with great customer service. The guy who is in there all the time knows me and gets excited everytime I walk in there automatically making me feel welcome and happy to be there. They give discounts on bulk purchases and occasionally throw in free items for loyal customers. Definitely recommend going here and building a relationship with the people who run this store.

Cool little smoke shop! The owner knows his stuff and his customers.. I walked in and didnt even ask him a question I think I really just mumbled a couple letters and this dude was like yea I got the tips for the seahorse!!! He had me rite in like 5 mins for cheap. He got whatever you need and has deals good shop good owner!!

They do not give warranty after a 3 day purchase ! (Faulty button on battery compartment). We even argued over it, but they do not and probably will not ever stand by there products. Lost my business for sure !

I felt way to much pressure to spend more than I wanted to. I spent $75 & $40 of it was on a particular item I asked specifically how to use after in my car I went back in to ask if the guy who sold it to me was sure it wouldnt break by freezing & then getting it hot. He assured me after I wait 2 min before getting it hot it wouldnt & of course it did & I have awful burns on my arm from an extremely hot oil that spilled out on me. I used it exactly as instructed spent $40 just on that & lasted me 2 days. I gave 3 stars for the inventory. For a small store they have a nice selection of items. I¹ always enjoy checking out what they have.

My wife and I stop by here all the time for vape and head shop needs. We moved here just a year ago, and I tried all the shops around.Without a doubt, the Jaguar is the ONLY place I will put my money when I need something, even if it means waiting till before work the next morning. Fantastic prices, the deals are sometimes just unheard of with how amazing they are. Their selection grows every time I walk in. I no longer have a preferred vape or flavor, it’s just what my homie across the counter recommends this week. Sometimes brands don’t work well, and they are absolutely understanding of that and do everything they can to make it right.There’s seriously nowhere that will take care of you like the Jaguar Smoke Shop. Highly recommended

The gentlemen that are employeed here are very patient and informative to all the decision making and the products they have to offer. If they dont have it then tell them what you are looking for and they will make sure they get what you need or asked for at the best possible rate may take a couple of day to get but they definitely put in the leg work for ya and get what you need

Jade has one of the best selections of items! I drive the extra 20 minutes out of my way just to go here. The gentlemen who work there are amazing too! Strongly recommend if you’re looking for a store.

This is my number one go to smoke shop for my vape and smoker needs been going here for year an a half. All of the staff are great, they’re kind an will try to work with you the best they can. I really appreciate the love they’ve showed me. I’ve had some smoke shops I would go to for quiet sometime and they weren’t as cooperative and helpful in finding the products you need.

They sold me vape juice that was expired over a year. It spilt all over me when I open it and they wouldn’t replace. Will not return. Bad customer service!!!

It was really nice huge store way bigger than any of the other smoke shops Ive been in and they sell all kinds of different things ecigs rechargeable and the disposable they had lots of different ones and flavors hulas etc they had it all and lots of options and the guy working was very helpful and kind I will definitely be going back to that shop I 100% recommend

First time I went in here, I was looking for cigars (was pretty new to them at the time), and the employee working there tried to sell me on some Cuban cigars. Knowing what I know now, they were almost certainly fake, and I’m glad I didn’t bother.Second time (much later), I was looking for nicotine-free vape juice, and they had a ‘very’ small selection, but they did have some. I ended up buying it. Close to $20 for 60mL (don’t know if that’s a good price, as I had previously bought vape juice online), and it’s a good flavor, but I don’t like that it’s a glass bottle with a dropper rather than a squeeze bottle with a nozzle (my own mistake there).

I bought a piece from the Jade Jaguar smoke shop a couple weeks ago and so far I have a loved my piece it was very good price it also works very well will definitely be buying another one.

The shop has a huge selection of both water pipes and hand pipes. More disposables than most vape shops I have been to. Suki is very helpful and gives great recomemdations when you are wanting to try new products. Probably the best head shop in town as far as customer service and selection goes.

Guy behind the counter was very rude and argumentative! I was trying to look for specific flavor in a vape and he told me that brand doesn’t make the flavor when for a fact I know they have, because I’ve purchased it many of times before. To sum it all up he ignored me and told me to go look somewhere else. I’ve never been treated like that in a vape shop before!

Best smoke shop I’ve ever been to! They’re super nice to us every time we go in, they know a lot about vapes and have fixed mine several times without charging me an arm and a leg like other shops have, and they’re prices are the best in the area!

Pls don’t shop from Here. I purchased a nectar collector for about $70.00 and the next day it broke. I went back to his store and he made me pay for the piece that broke off, which ended up breaking again the same day. I also purchased 2 torch’s from there a big and mini. Bigger on was half way full when out the second day I had it and small torch, a piece fell out today.

They’re always so helpful whenever I come in And have everything that I need.
