Bought this water pipe for a deal at $50. I have had 6 other different water pipes in the range of 30-60$ this one was the lowest quality by feel and performance, as it broke the piece when rinsing it under my kitchen sink. I paid $50 for this!!! Pathetic.

Best place to get ANYTHING smoke related. The staff is very knowledgeable and they get new products often! Today, I got a new rolling tray and vaporizer for the hubs.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but I did have one issue.I purchased a waterpipe and the included bowl was broken. The guy told me he would swap the bowl out for a new one, leading me to believe I wouldnt be charged. I didnt realize until after I got home and did the math in my head. The $60 waterpipe plus a few incense, minus the 20% discount should have been around $53, I was charged $61. The 8 dollar difference is around the price of one of these little bowls. I made the mistake of declining a receipt but Im pretty sure I was charged for what I thought was a replacement, as the bowl included was broken before I even bought it. Perhaps this was a mistake and not intentional. Otherwise, good experience.

Always very helpful whenever I come into the store. Never seen a staff so delighted to help find anything. The glass and all products are incredibly quality and are easily the best in Indianapolis. I would not recommend any other shop to buy anything in!

Everytime I come here I see things that I somehow missed before. If you spend a decent amount of money, they will cut you a deal. Alex is the guy you want to talk to in there. He is very knowledgeable about the products, and is very patient with someone who wants to make sure he does not regret his purchase. Dont forget to get signed for their raffle too.

This is the best shop in Indy hands down. Their prices are the best around, by far when you see what the competitors are selling. I literally went to 3 different places before stopping here. I had only planned on spending $30 but ended up leaving with almost $200 worth. THEIR CBD GUMMIES ARE THE BEST!!! Talk to Alex when you go in, he will hook you up and not push the oversale.

Opened 20 minutes late. If I hadn’t wasted an Uber ride on the visit I wouldn’t have bothered waiting. Juice inventory was really low/ out of the things I came for. Employee said they would be restocked by the weekend and made up for it by filling my tank up with a new product they’re sampling. Clean place. Might go again.

I went to this shop just looking for replacement glass for my crown III...when I asked for my glass they said that they didnt carry my tank. I wasnt surprised it was discontinued considering my tank was two years old and Id already been to two different shops. However I had just bought new coils for that tank last week in Elkhart IN so I was disappointed. Needless to say I ended buying a new tank and coils (tfv14 prince) which I was ensured was the newest and most popular tank/coils on the market. As I was rung up I thought my total was steep but I didnt think much of it since the tank/coil was supposed to be top of the line. As soon as I got in the car, I put my tank together and started vaping, I was really impressed with my new tank which made me want to research more. Through doing more research I discovered that I was not only ripped off more than $35 but lied to as this tank is already a year old. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

The name of this shop is Keystone Smoke AND Vapor. I am new to the area and looking for a specific vape mod. I called this shop to ask if they carried that specific mod. The man I spoke to had a thick accent and seemed irritated at my question. He told me, “We don’t carry whatever a mod is, we don’t do that here.” I was in the middle of apologizing and explaining that I misunderstood due to the name of their shop mentioning “vape” when this man simply hung up the phone. Really nice guy....

Hands down the best one stop shop in Indianapolis! Every single item I needed this shop had it plus more. The variety with hookahs, different brands of shisha and accessories was amazing! I have lived in the Indy area for about a year and a half and this is THE ONLY place I go to for my tobacco, hookah, smoking accessories PERIOD (since theyve opened). They have a great location located right off of Keystone going toward Bripp, and the staff is FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGABLE.
