Great staff. Very friendly right off the bat (which is just good business, I know) helped me quickly with good knowledge of their stock. Would recommend for a quick juice up. Cant say their inventory is massive, specifically the juice selection, but has a decent variety to accommodate most tastes one has. The shop itself isnt the prettiest but hey dont judge.

First time in and was very well taken care of. They had the specific coils in stock that I needed and the gentleman waiting on me, I believe his name is Mike, was extremely helpful in finding me some new juices to try. He also got me signed up for their rewards program to get $8.00 in store credit to use on my next visit. Conveniently located between work and home for me, cant wait to go back and try something else recommended!

The staff member present was knowledable, informative, and very helpful. I was given a detailed walk through of some of the products on hand, and was sold on a Hive 2.0, which I love.This location had no sign of any animal on site, nor had any odor. Floors were clean, glass counter had no smudges, even the employee was put together well.I will be returning to this shop for future purchases.

Very nice employees but the merchandise is too pricey from other shops ive been to. Also, i felt uncomfortable being there. There were two people sitting on the couch looking at all the customers like they were ready for us all to leave. It was weird. Cat urine filled my nose...all around sketchy place. However, i did recieve what i was looking for and i cannot stress this enough : the employees were delightful and very helpful.

Just went in for the first time and they carried my favorite flavor, caramel coffee. All the shops that I have been in around the Indy area dont have or have quit carrying it. Service was good and I was in and out in less than 10 mins. They are also one in a few that are open on a Sunday evening. They gained a new customer today!

UPDATE:In a moment of weakness, and against my better judgement, I returned to this store. It no longer smells of dog urine. It is clean, open, and being run by a pretty awesome staff by my count. Im going to leave my previous review from 11 months ago below to show that they have improved vastly. It appears theyve listened to the customers and made some much needed changes. I applaud you!Also, the juice is no longer outrageously priced. Felt that was worth noting :)I have to say, my last two visits (one last year and one last week) were my worst and then best experiences in a vape shot to date.Bravo.-----------------------------------------------------------------------Vastly overpriced compared to competition, and sells unreliable equipment.I spent $120 on a SMOK 2/4 kit, it died 3 days later. I returned to the store to be told we dont have a return policy, but good luck working with the manufacturer. When I asked them to fill out the warranty card, they refused. They did offer to sell me another kit at a discount (still vastly overpriced compared to online... why did I go in a store? That one is on me). They charge about $1 per ml of juice, so a 30ml bottle will run you a steep $28 or more.Also, their phone number goes to a voicemail. There is no way to contact these people other than going into the location.Finally, it is being run by a few teen aged kids, and the guy who looks mature enough to be a manager is outside on his phone all of the time (at least every time Ive been there. I did see him in the store one time).I will not be returning to this location, and I recommend nobody else does either. Indy E-Cigs answers their phone, has adults working there, is not full of high school kids, has reasonable prices, provides receipts with purchases, and has a 30 day return policy. Also, they dont stock equipment until it has been proven in the market.

This was my first visit and a good one I ma add the service was awesome. The young man there helped me Chang filters and educate me on how to use it. I got pink punch lemonade for the first time and it’s my new fave 💪🏽💪🏽❤️

The staff is awesome! They remember me and make suggestions based on previous purchases. They also have Tillberry’s juices available. That is great because I can’t always make it to the Tillberry’s shop. If you want to be treated with respect and professionalism, stop in! Prices are great and thenhave a great rewards program!

Does a vape shop need elaborate store design? This one does not, but the prices are fair, the people are nice, and its got that corner store feel. If youre intimidated by lite decoration you might feel uncomfortable, but I think theyre welcoming as vape shops go.

If youre looking for juice or have questions this is the place to go. Customer service is great and the people are friendly. They give off a good vibe as soon as you walk in the door. Its easy to lose track of time

Yesterday, I bought a vape and i couldnt get it to work. I had an immediate response from the shop. She fixed the problem. She also switched out my battery and filled up my vape with oil for free. I will go back for business.

By far the most experienced and kind crew in Indy. They are a small business and proud of it . They dont overwhelm you at the door and they allow you to cruise the bar trying everything out if thats what you want. I told them I was getting a snow wolf in the mail and not once did someone push a mod on me. Heck they let me use theirs just to try out the juices because someone advised that juices will taste different through different mods and they were dead on when mine arrived today. They arent like the majority banking on Chinese knock off juices and clones at high end model prices. They carry the elite vape gear and best of all every single tester they have is a premium type tanks ( mini Aspire tanks I believe). Its businesses like these that helped build America and any of you who get to read this review and enjoy vaping this is an absolute must visit place. You will love the crew who works there and best of all love the juice selection they have with excellent pricing even on the top shelf stuff. *Cheers to the Gods of vapage*

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off, this place stinks of dog feces and urine. Their prices are ridiculous. Their male pit bull came charging out the back room and pissed on my leg. The owner acted nonchalant about what happened. I will never go back and never will recommend.

Love this place. There is usually a female there (dont know her name), but she always help me, very friendly and helpful. Great customer service and decent prices!

I dont vape, but my husband does. He gave me a shopping list, I rushed in and picked up the items. The guy running the place was very kind, helpful and patient. Children are not allowed.

Just stopped in for the first time. New to the area. Decent selection. Friendly service, as a Vape-veteran I would suggest this place to my friends and co workers.

First time for vapor mod and the people at this store was very polite and helpful even help me set up my mod and hooked me up with great juice i would recommend this place to everyone they will always have my business great people.

The guy at the counter acted stoned. When he rang me up he overcharged my debit card. He said he refunded it but my statements do not reflect that. The selection of e-liquid is minimal to nothing. I would avoid this place if at all possible.

Great customer service, very engaged staff, and lots to choose from. A good place for first-time vape all the way up to the veteran cloud junkies...

The Sales associate was so awesome I didnt know what I was buying and he made sure I left with everything I needed and he had me smiling and laughing the whole time this place is amazing

Times for business online says open until 9pm but showed up at 8pm and doors were locked, may have been permanently closed by the looks of the place.
