Well Ill start by saying I was a loyal customer for a long time, even pointed people in their direction countless times but Ive had some issues along the way, and I tried to be understanding and polite, even when I wasnt happy with the service. Now theyve lost a steady customer for good.Yesterday evening (4/26/24) I had made a purchase of a new box mod, was around $100 including taxes I was a little unsure if thats the one that I wanted, but then the staff told may I had a few days to decide if I liked it or not and if I didnt no worries, I could just bring it back in and exchange it, and since I was not 100% sure thats the one I wanted that made me go ahead and buy it knowing that, and so I decided that wasnt the one I wanted exactly so I brought it back in 2 days later and told him that I didnt want that when it wasnt the one for me and so I decided I wanted a different one mine was in perfect condition they said they couldnt do the exchange because they said it had a scratch on the screen but then offered me 15% off if I wanted to go ahead and buy the other one to ..smh.. I cant remember the guys name that was working I hadnt seen him in there before, but he was pretty rude to me the whole time after I walk through the door and said I was wanting to do an exchange talk to me like I was stupid and then you can give me any information when I ask questions about a different mod, and ultimately denied The exchange like I said because he said that he had a scratch on it, and the more that I was wanting to buy it cost more than the one that I already ha

I stop in to shop here from time to time and Billy is an incredible clerk is very helpful and knows her stuff when it comes to that shop. She even remembers my name which is amazing considering how many people she probably helps in a day over there. will continue to shop here and Billy is awesome a real keeper for your shop! :)

Walked in and talked with Billy. She was extremely nice and helpful and even though I didn’t know the name of what juice I was looking for, she immediately knew what I was talking about just from the flavor. I also travel a lot for work and she knew every store in their chain as well as the new store they’re opening in Cape. Will definitely be using them again

I love ultimate vapor! The staff is always super friendly, helpful, and very attentive! I discovered the $9.99 disposable Smok (4500 I believe) vape at Ultimate Vapor. They have a good flavor, decent variety, and (lets be honest) cant go wrong with a $10 disposable; especially with good quality! Definitely recommend Ultimate Vapor!

I went here last Saturday to pick up some vape juice, it was late, close to 7:30pm, and the guy working behind the counter was already helping 2 or 3 people when I walked in, and a couple people came in behind me not too long after I arrived. This gentleman, I believe his name was Elijah, was obviously a little new and or nervous, you could tell a bit by his body language, but that didnt stop him from giving all of his customers top notch customer service, while under pressure, he went back and forth between a couple customers, hosting multiple conversations at one time answering multiple questions, I heard hey, welcome to Ultimate Vapor, how are you doing today?-followed closely (after the customer response) by questions about the customers specific product they were looking for, or advice, and did several transactions all the while, he kept conversation going so there was no awkward quiet in between people. This is a shout out to Ultimate Vapor for being the best vape shop around, and their team of trainers, because who ever trained Elijah did a bang up job because Elijah did a bang up job.Need vape supplies? Usually when i go, Billie is ALWAYS there and is always able to help me with what i need. If they dont have what im looking for in stock she does everything in her power to get me what i need. I went to another ultimate vapor and got a reusable vape. I usually get disposables. But I figured Id save money with a reusable. The coil lasts 2 days and was burnt.I came here 2 days later and got a rechargable disposable. It wont charge, and the battery only lasted about an hour to hour and a half. Between my last 2 purchases at this company (only 2 purchases I might add), cost me more money and lasted far less than what I was getting in the past. I dont know if they get junk, it sits for awhile, or if I just got unlucky. But I am never going to any ultimate vapor ever again.

Been doing business since their opening, stopped buying their ecigs because it never failed every single time we bought, half the time the replacement coils werent sold any long which would always lead to having to purchase another ecig. This week told they will arrive tomorrow and tomorrow led to another tomorrow which was today. Today was told oh, the distributor doesnt carry them any longer, but I can send you to our downtown shop and see if they have some ....wrong answer soo vape...lucky I gave a three star...nah..2 sounds better
