I love the Ganson Street location. Everyone that works there is kind and courteous, quick and efficient and no matter how busy they are, there is never a long wait. All the employees there are very personable, I walk into the store and they know exactly what I want. I live near the E. Michigan store, which is awesome too, and thats where I usually go because its closest to me, but if they are out of something I want, I automatically head to the Ganson Street location. The store is always stocked well, clean and the displays are well put together. A special shout out to Chase and Hannah, they make my shopping experience at this location easy and hassle free. They are always highly professional and fun to talk to. I highly recommend this location!

Over the last few years and the different shops in Jackson wild Bills has always had helpful employees its nice to go in and deal with people who seem like they enjoy their job. they carry a pretty convenient selection and always more than willing to help

If you buy glass here, dont put down more than a hundred dollars on a piece, no matter the discount! They mark up all their cheap and machined glass, and I took the bait.

Everyone who works in the store is very friendly, helpful, and professional. I appreciate them consistently informing me of relevant products I may not be aware of as well as current and upcoming deals they have going on. I also like that I always seem to get in and out of there quickly! They are very prompt when it comes to customer service while also being willing to spend as much time as needed with customers to answer whatever questions they may have. I’ve been here a lot and have not had a single negative experience.

One of the best places in town for tobacco products

Was at West Ave and Ganson Street store, 3 employees in the store, two of which were at the wall talking and doing something, the male worker behind the counter was on the phone, I was the only customer in the store. I waited without saying anything for over 5 minutes. The employee on the phone was scanning a bunch of different cigarettes and giving prices over the phone. I finally said something out loud, “Can you sell me cigarettes or do you not want my business?” The employee on the phone said, “I’m on the phone!” I replied, “I know, but not with a customer, you’re talking to another store. Do you want my business or should I go somewhere else and you loose my business?” I waited, got no reply, the employee on the phone just looked at me and said nothing, I WALKED OUT, never will I return to that store again!!!I then went to the E Michigan Ave store and was greeted as I was walking in the door of the store, bought a carton of cigarettes and was treated like a person! I highly recommend the E Michigan store, will never go to the West Ave store again!!!

Very friendly staff and they were quick to help and answer any questions I had. They have pretty good Kratom and if you go on Wednesdays you get a discount. Also I just received my free bag of kratom because after you buy 5 you get one free.

Beautifully set up, interior lights are ever so slightly dim while the cases are perfectly illuminated the ambiance is mellow and friendly, perfect atmosphere and they must have a wonderful cleaning service because it is always spotless and neutrally fragranced. The experience as a whole is just perfectly set up. Prices are reasonable for each product and the selection of everything is just amazing. I dont even smoke but have several people in my circle who do and this is hands down my favorite #1 go-to shop.

Store is always neat, clean, and organized, all staff are friendly, pleasant, professional and very helpful, Taylor is absolutely fantastic with answering any questions comments and concerns, he is always very willing and happy to help in anyway he can. Ganson is my preferred store

I desperately need help, with my Smok Nord Vape stick, and Dillon saved me, with new pods and coils..he literally saved me, then again he saved me on my Mel juice...he was honestly a life savor..Kudos to Dillon at the Ganson st, Jackson store..Ill DEFINITELY check with Dillon frm now on...FIRST!!!!

Nice shop with a great inventory. If youre in need of the basics theyve got it. Not gonna see anything super unique, its the same stuff youll see at other chain smoke shops. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would like to see some local glass or some more unique local items but it is a chain establishment so it seems like they are trying to keep everything fairly uniform between locations which is all good. Check it out sometime.

The inventory was huge it was way more than what I expected it went in with a friendas you needed a new pipe and I was overwhelmed with the stuff that they carried.Did you clerks were any good mood and knowledgeable and helped out.it looks pretty clean inside the we are in a rush and I didnt really have a chance to really take the time to see what all that they did or did not carry but it was a lot larger than what I thought and a lot of items to choose from.

In and quickly out, with the least bit of communication within the Store. Everything always seem to be good, as long as other play their role and do their part in keeping themselves safe. No one had to tell others to maintain distance. I felt within my own comfort zone of safety. You know what I mean, right??. That instinctual feeling, inside, where you have a very small sensor, that alerts you, of suspected danger?. That feeling of get the out or run or say something? Plus other things. Anyway, I felt secure and safe as well as unalarmed by this environment and staff worked fast to get me out. Very good place, if you need the items that are sold here.

Bought a $250 product here and it was broke, brought it back but they won’t refund, replace or give me instore credit. Told me it’s my problem now....*UpdateWild Bill’s corporate office got in contact with me and rectified the issue. I appreciate that they did get in contact with me for it shows some integrity.

Went in today with questions about cigars. The guys in there where super helpful, gave me a vary good rundown on the different cigars they offer and the humidors also. I dident feel rushed or as they where only trying to sell me. Will definitely be going back.

Well went in there to buy a new vape pen and actually bought two $16 a piece found them at Choice provision for $10 was told by the attendant that anything goes wrong in 15 days bring it back walked in 4 days later yeah I got told that I was told incorrectly I found cheaper better place on east side of town. Way overpriced

Went looking for tobacco products for my son, holy cow! The pipes and other products they stock are incredible. The staff are really helpful for us non-smokers looking to purchase for smokers. I would and have recommended this store to others.

Extremely knowledgeable staff.If youre in here for eliquid, youre in luck. Most of the staff has tried the majority of the flavors, and they can give you recommendations and accurate descriptions of what theyre like.They usually participate in deals and major sales promoted by the company - unlike some other locations.This is by far my favorite Wild Bills location, and I visit nearly every time Im in Jackson.

The good thing about this place is the cheap mods and tanks. DO NOT waste your time with their e-juice! The quality is cheap. I bought some juice and threw it away the following day. You can do way better by going to the Westwood Mall and go to a kiosk in there. They have better quality e-juice. Thanks to a local for the tip! Back to enjoyable vaping.

Wild Bills had everything I needed to make Christmas Merry and bright! I didnt get the names of the employees who helped me but I think the store manager rung me up very expeditiously.

Walked in and told the guy what the problem with the vape we had. so he recommended that we buy the same vape. And we had replaced the The vape once before, anyway got a different one I dont know if it was a good price or not I thought it was expensive.
