OYO Townhouse Inn Jacksonville near Little Rock Air Force Base

Bed was comfortable. Room smelled heavily of cleaner, but it was clean so I didnt mind too much. The bathroom door was stuck when we got there - we thought it was locked from the inside. When we finally got it open, we didnt shut the door entirely for the rest of our stay (so we wouldnt get stuck). When I went to take a shower, the faucet handle came off in my hand. I couldnt adjust the temperature.

What a great price. Usually at this price point, lodging is in an old broken down room, but not here! The room was clean, well stocked, ice for my cooler and right next to a gas station so I could fuel up and get back on the road. I will definitely stay here again. Great staff and everything I needed for a quiet night of rest.

Rooms are very clean, bathrooms are very clean, inexpensive, they have vending machines and snacks. Employees are kind. Each room has a microwave and mini fridge. Bedding was clean. There was nothing left behind from previous guests. Right next to a gas station and very close to a Walmart. Room has 2 locks for security.

Cheapest rates in town!!! Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. A great stay for the value and will definitely be staying again.

The only saving grace for this hotel is that Starbucks is right next door. The room is filthy. There is a pile of dust on my headboard. The bathroom mirror has toothpaste splatter. There’s no seating. No alarm clock. No blow dryer. No tv channel guide. No coffee maker in the rooms, nor in the lobby. There’s no plug for the tub so my child has to shower, rather than bathe in the tub. I had to ask for toilet paper after I unpacked and used the facilities THEN realized I had no t.p. The 3 pillows on the bed are flatter than pancakes. I had long human hair all over my bed. The ice machine is broken. The hotel claims to be smoke free but the entire place smells of weed and cigarettes. I have to sleep with my pistol on my bed side table as I am a woman traveling alone with a child and the entire property is sketch. The lobby is in disarray as if they might be wanting to renovate but there has been no evidence that this is actually the case.

We find OYO the best value in the Jacksonville-Cabot area, one of few that have an elevator. We had tried several accommodations nearby, and return to OYO for the staff and cleanliness, even though the people that we visit in central Arkansas moved to over ten miles away. Rooms are clean, comfortable and more spacious than many hotels and motels that we’d patronized in decades of travel. Staff are always friendly, responsive and pet-friendly. Sometimes we see other pets getting regular walks with their pet-parents. A gas station, fast food restaurant and Starbucks are adjacent and within easy walking distance. Even a Walmart and several restaurants are within a mile, particularly valuable with all the highway construction in central Arkansas.

This hotel deserves -5 star ⭐️. There was blood on the lights and the wall socket. When we walked in immediately we saw the refrigerator leaking water into the floor. It looked like boogers and period stains on the pillows and sheets! Mold on the ceiling!! We literally walked in and walked right back out! We went to another hotel to say the least. .

Guy at desk was nice but the beds had black hair on them, bed sheets was nasty had yellow pee stains on them, had stains all over comforters, pillows had stains floor wasnt none to clean. I didnt get a refund they wont have to worry about my business anymore. Guess you get what you pay for lesson learned on my part.

The cleaning ladies will steal your belongings from your room. I had multiple things go missing and they were found in the janitorial rooms. They charge you extra for early check in even if you dont check out. The owner is very disrespectful and will lie and say nothing was taken but it can be found in the possession of the hotel. They took my phone and held it in the office I was calling it from my other phone and they were hanging up as I was calling. I go down there and he states no one brought a phone to him but it was in his office..

I always stay here when I either have someone doing a service at my house.... plumbing, HVAC, etc.....or perhaps a houseguest I prefer to avoid (brother in law? 🤭) Im a weirdo and I get a little on edge when someone I dont necessarily WANT in my space is in my space. So obviously, living less than ten minutes away, Im not about to pay for an over the top Hilton...so I go here and Im able to check in early and its quiet and the rooms (although very basic) are more than sufficient. Now if youre looking for excessive amenities, youre not going to find them here, but youre definitely going to find an affordable, safe, and generally speaking clean hotel. The only thing that I wish they had is a pool, but like I said Im not going on vacation; Im just going to avoid the world. 🙃

Out stay was overall ok. The hotel is a little run down and the rooms need to be upgraded, not a whole lot but upgraded some. They definitely just give the customer the bare minimum but the it was clean and the the service was good and the front desk person was nice enough.

Great over night stay, room was clean and comfyright by walmart, and a gas stationdefinitely would recommendonly negatives is that they don’t serve breakfast and didn’t have any toilet paper in the room

This is a good motel .When I called the office for details and prices they have excellent prices for weeks stay.Motel was exceptionally clean no mold smell in hallways leading to rooms.Theyhave ice machines,room service exceptional clean lobby elevators and lobby and rooms bathrooms etc.Great great safe location next to gas station and little rock air force base front entrance road and next to Starbucks,Walmart ,first Arkansas Bank and trust Walmart supercenter and hair salon and many fast food restaurants.I rate this motel a 10 for location , safety and friendliness of staff and people in this local area.no carpet on floor made the cleanliness exceptional well and floor was very clean and no strong mold smells in room.I stayed here while they were painting my apartment.The bed was extremely comfortable.The bathtub was super clean with no stains in bathroom or bathtub.They have grabbar handrails in bathtub.The front desk person showed me 2 available rooms before I decided to purchase.They above and beyond to help me.They have have handicapped ramp to side entrance door that leads directly to Exceptionally clean elevator.

The check in proceeds was well, the rooms looked alright. However the bed sheets are beyond disgusting. We had to go to near by Walmart to buy bed sheets. You get what you pay.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Right beside Walmart just in case you forget anything.

The floors were sticky in our room, trim paint was all peeling or scrapped up, bedding had an adhesive stain on it, but the room seemed updated in other ways. The utility room was completely out of ice, soda machine empty, seemed unkept. Lobby looked updated and staff was friendly and helpful. Construction on the road made it difficult to figure out how to get around in that area. Starbucks next door was great.

You get what you pay for. No continental breakfast, no alarm clock, no USB charge ports. Refrigerator did not work. TV was little, bed was lumpy but, no bed bugs or hair in the bed! Dust everywhere if you looked behind things. AC worked well and the toilet was clean. Location was great for our needs. Customer service was good. I mistakenly booked 2 rooms and didnt realize it. I was not charged for the second room. Not a bad place to stay if you dont expect the perks found in other hotels. The price was good except, other motels with these amenities was even cheaper. LOL, just gotta put this extra in here, the chain slot on the door was backwards. It would not keep out a 90-year-old grandma! I had my protection with me and slept with it nearby. I was not too worried about grandma trying to get in and slept well.

It was like living in some projects. The people in the room next to me had their music up loud, there were dogs barking and kids running through the halls. It is definitely not one I would recommend. It cost me $59 and some change, but it should cost no more than 30 or 40 dollars. You cant check in until 3pm or you will have to pay extra and check out is at 10:30am when every other hotel check outs at 11am. This hotel should be better than it is for $60 dollars and I didnt even see a breakfast bar. The rooms did not match the pictures online. This place is so ghetto and ratchet its ridiculous. I wont ever go there again, I would rather sleep outside in my car.

Id like a full refund for my stay, that i didnt even relax or sleep. I actually left not long after arriving.The room looked OK overall. The comforter looked like it had blood stained on top of it. The AC unit looked dirty. Not dusty but like it hadnt been cleaned in years and needed to be very badly. I only sat in the desk chair working on my new apartment lease.Someone was blasting music somewhereclose to me. I could hear it so clearly. I turned the AC to low cool and it was still freezing. The worst thing was my service dog couldnt relax. She was constantly pacing around or sitting beside me with her head in my lap.(Which is not normal for her at all) I also was getting a migraine from the weed I was smelling.When I went to the desk and told her about my issues, she said no one is by me at all.Needless to say I was very disappointed with my room and have NO PLANS to ever return.

I had a disappointing stay. I reserved on line requesting a room with two beds. When I checked in I was told the hotel only has King rooms, but there was a room with a fold out couch that I could move in to the next day. The next day I was told there is no such room. Also, I was not aware our room would not get maid service each day. Had do go to desk to get towels. Also, no extra roll of toilet paper in room. Had to go back to desk to get a new roll after running out. I checked out a day early and was told I couldnt get a refund on that day because I reserved on line. I was intown for my brothers funeral. I recommended to other people coming in town needing a room not to stay at the OYO. I dont have over the top expectations for an affordable room, but a clean room, towels and t-paper are not asking a lot,

I booked ahead through Agoda & checked out 10 minutes after i checked in. The room was disgusting. The bedding was dirty, the floor was dirty. not up to date or clean as pictured. The woman who checked me out was at least honest & told me that if i didn’t like the condition of that room, i wouldn’t like any other room bc that’s how they all look. Now i’m having trouble with getting a refund bc the hotel manager is saying no one was ever informed of my issues and i didn’t check out. i’m now being ignored & the hotel manager is dodging my calls.

It’s the cheapest ones around. So you get what you pay for. Really close to everything. But the service is where it’s at haha! Everyones so friendly and they try to help you out.

We arrived closed to midnight and were greeted by a very pleasant reception. We had been driving from San Diego to Nashville and were sooo tired. The woman helped us get our 2 rooms and did not seem annoyed at all. The kindness was refreshing!

Faucet came off in the bathroom washing my hands filthy outlets installed crooked warped walls paint chipping off plastered I dont recommend at all

I get rooms here all the time they are very sweet keeps everything clean and very affordable.

Arrived late in the night to check in, lady at the desk told me my reservation had been cancelled. I didn’t cancel it nor receive any notice of a cancellation, and she was uninterested in giving any explanation. When I asked if she could help, she offered a room for twice the price. After 2 months I finally got my refund, thanks to Expedia and the Oyo support team. Not to mention getting solicited in the parking lot.

Run. Run. RUN. I WOULDNT BRING A CHEAP WH0RE HERE! We stayed here for two nights of hell and it was akin to a prison. Every surface, electronic, and linen was stained, torns, broken, you name it. Absolutely disgusting hotel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR SANITY

I like the room, but the room was not cleaned as it should have been. People with pets I could smell there urine in the hall way. In the future if theres a plan for update please consider about pets. The bathroom was not clean either.

This was a horrible hotel . We didnt even stay because when I pulled back the sheets to get under covers there was long hair all over the sheets only one sheet on the bed to begin with so I called the front desk just to ask for fresh bed sheets and she told me she didnt have any that the maid forgot and took home the key for linen closet si I asked for another room and no they didnt have one. We are supposed to get a refund for our room but its been 5 days now . . Im starting to get a bit aggravated .

Have been staying in hotels for the last two weeks due to flooding in my apartment.. The hassle and stress of finding a good hotel stopped here. So thankful we found this hotel!! The staff and service has been great all the way around! Can’t beat the price, no deposit required. Located in the middle of everything in town! Rooms are clean and large. Definitely our first choice from now on!!!

This hotel is VERY fairly priced. The rooms are clean and spacious and most everything works the way it should. There are of course some areas that could be improved, such as working laundry machines. But for the most part, issues get taken care of quickly and repairs are done as required. They are currently repairing the main lobby so it shows that they care about their business. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I have always felt welcomed here. You definitely get some colorful characters that stay at the hotel, as in any other, and there have been occasional loud noises...but nothing out of the ordinary. I will be glad to continue to stay here.

Its a good hotel, Service is good and customer service is good, they never give me any hard time, everything is smooth, nice and peacefully.

I booked a room by calling the local OYO directly because my friends were without electricity due to recent storms here. I booked and paid for a room with 2 queen beds as there were 4 of them. I got the confirmation via my email but when they checked in, they said they didn’t have that room and put them in a room with a king size bed. For 4 people. They made no offer of an adjustment on the price I paid or anything else. Highly disappointed

This hotel is not the hotel you want to go to if you want all the amenities. But if you want a clean, well kept room to stay, this is it. The owners are friendly and kind and its perfect for a few days. Starbucks next door for pricey coffee and a corner store on the other side for cheap coffee. Oh and its cheaper than others in the area.

This was in fact THE WORSE hotel experience ever in my life!!!1. We check into our room and there were puddles on the floor. The air did not work. The maintenance man told me to leave the air conditioner alone. Meanwhile, it was never touched because it was never on!! I requested to change rooms. I was moved to another room in which the air conditioner blew out lukewarm air!! When I went to exchange the room, the maintenance man put a BRAND new air conditioner in the room I have previously. He said he switched it due to me complaining. I requested this room back. For you to replace it meant that it didn’t simply work from the start. I have eczema, and I refuse to have it aggravated due to negligence.2. The toilet became backed up. No one came to fix the toilet. We had to constantly go downstairs to get a plunger to fix it ourselves. No one made the effort to assist. The maintenance guy pretty much had a vendetta against my party from the first complaint3. Housekeeping purposefully bypassed our rooms! Not one housekeeper came by to change our sheets or towels. We had to go downstairs EVERY DAY of our stay to get fresh towels.4. Again, this is the worse hotel!! The only person that was nice was the woman at the front desk. The father of the owner, the disgruntled maintenance guy, needs to have him a slice of humble pie. How are you to run an establishment and treat your guests horribly! In a sense, I detect that it was racial profiling. There were guests there that popped fireworks outside for the holiday and they weren’t bothered at all, meanwhile, we got a noise complaint because we had a 3 year old who was crying.5. This will be posted on all platforms!! I want everyone to know of this piss poor service!!

Too bad. Charge me twice. I arrived hotel at 26th, October 2023 at Arkansas and booked on Google then they charged me the first $68.83 and then I arrived that the hotel, the front desk said it was canceled without refund so I need to pay more $65. Very shame on them and never come back OYO. Refund my money !

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Rooms are disgusting! The first room we were given didnt have any baseboards and it looked like someone put holes in the wall where the baseboards should be. It was gross! Then we pulled back the comforter and the sheets were dirty. The receptionist did give us another room but I dont understand why she gave us a room with so much damage in the first place. The rooms are dated. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaking. Bathroom was nasty. I do not recommend. We got a few hrs of sleep and checked out ASAP.

Within the time Ive stayed at this location which has been about a week. I came across some molding and wet debris not in my room but in the hallway air vent. A neighboring roommate complained about 2 small leaks in the ceiling having to wait until morning to talk to an appropriate manager. Although those 2 cons and hazardous. The service is punctual and the cleaning ladies are accountable.

We stayed one night. The hallway area outside of our 2 rooms appeared to be under construction. There were several small stains on the bedding which caused question to cleanliness. The representative at the counter was helpful when we asked for 2 extra pillows, she provided them and did not have a bad attitude about the request.

Price was reasonable. My key did not work every single night of my stay. The rooms have zero decor, tiny televisions, and the sheets did not appear to have been cleaned in weeks. Under the sheets on the mattress cover, there were burns. The pillows had a brown tinge to them. I will not be returning to this hotel.

I will title this review Better than sleeping in my car. Got this hotel through hotwire and it was labeled as a 3 star. It is not! I would say tops a 2 star. The rooms are in need of serious repair, the showers are pretty bad, the beds are stiff and not very comfy, and the clean towels we got from the front desk were dirty. Unless you have to, I would find another hotel even if you have to pay more.

If i could give 0 stars I would! We stayed here a month because of the reasonable rates and close to my husband’s new work. Found out on the last day the room had bed bugs!! We found the actual bugs on our pillow and had several bites on our legs and arms. When we took pictures and asked the hotel management for a partial reimbursement, Mike Patel the owner walked away from us during the conversation and denied everything. The hotel front desk clerk said this wasn’t the first complaint and that we won’t get a dime back. We called the health department. Unsafe, unhealthy, unpolite hotel - DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Horrible! Even if the room was free I wouldnt stay there. Front desk person was kind and helpful but the rooms are disgusting. I tried 2 before moving down the road to the Best Western. Bodily fluids all over the linens in the first room. Burn holes in the linens and mold in the bathroom in the second room.This place is a biohazard.

This is the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at! My toilet was running from the moment I got into the room, and within 3 hours it was overflowing onto the floor. I immediately called the front desk and asked to be moved into a new room. The receptionist said there were no more rooms, so I said that Ill need a full refund. She hung up on me. I called right back and asked if she had hung up on me. She said that she did. I told her that this is the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at and will never come here again. She told me that Im not getting a refund now. When I was leaving, she refused to give me a check-out sheet or a refund.

Just completed 4th stay within months, hotel has not improved. Checking in, person seeming to be owner is very smug and does not make you feel welcome. Also, hotel charges $5 Booking Fee because I booked online. Hotel has an odor, rooms are questionable. Have had one decent room out of 4. First stay AC dud not work and staff argued with me about it not blowing cool air, did not want to relocate us. Second room was decent. Third room AC unit worked but was held together with duct tape. 4th room ... refrig had a puddle of water in front. Called front desk and was told they would be up, 30 minutes later I went down and the desk gave me a towel to mop it up. Room floors seem to be vinyl and always sticky like they were mopped with dirty water or a dirty swiffer. Wall had a dried spaghetti strad stuck to it. Hair in the bathroom. Refrigerator had mold in the freezer compartment.Customer Service - PoorCleanliness - PoorAppearance - Fair to AcceptableValue - Fair but remember the needless up charge.Do get blinded by the positive reviews. Notice all the negative reviews have some commonality. I will never stay at the establishment again. Not worth it.

Check in guy was unaccommodating. My husband intended on using the $10 less rate online and the guy was discouraging in saying it could take hours to process. The reservation went through immediately. Upon entering the room it was cold and wet, extremely humid. We brought in some damp towels to dry for the night and they were the same degree of wet the next day. Our room window was totally foggy. We turned off the ac and it was still freezing all night? The lighting was a nightmare, they use the coldest version of LEDs, like staying in a warehouse store. I laid out the hotel towel to find makeup and dirt smudges, Gross! Our blanket had a cigarette burn hole in it. I liked the sharpie cartoon art that is seemingly their signature decorum and I did note that the wood panel laminate made the room seem clean but other than that we felt like $45 was overpaying.

Absolutely disgusting. Stopped here to sleep for a few hours as I’m driving from Ohio to Texas, I’ve been driving for 12+ hours and there is yellow crunchy nasty spots on the sheets, there is mold on the mattress cover, there is an almost empty toilet paper roll in the bathroom. Online the website says $42, I paid online 54 then they charged me another $7 when I arrived to the hotel. Do NOT stay here. It’s disgusting and a scam.

Booked through online service and had to pay an additional $15 in fees at counter. Had to get new room because electronic door lock was making a loud buzzing sound and malfunctioning. Second room found a cap to a needle on the bed, tv was not getting half the channels, cigarette holes in comforter, and hole stuffed with toilet paper in bathroom. Definitely NOT a 3 star hotel!

Sheets and Pillow cases were dirty on both beds (hair, make-up, black unidentified substance), phone had buttons missing, TV remote was broke (only the down channel button worked), floors were sticky.It was a rough night. Pictures looked very nice on web-site, but house keeping and maintence have not kept up with the basic job essentials.

The floor was completely nasty. The rooms weren’t the cleanest, writings all over furniture, was told no on extra pillows, dryer didn’t work, laundry room was nasty but had to use it. Upon arrival was charged more Bc we booked online. This hotel needs a lot of renovations. I will not stay at the one in Jacksonville,AR again.

This motel 6 in JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS is EXCELLENT!!! This is by far the best motel I have ever stayed in.My husband and I had to stay here for a week while we were waiting on our house to be ready to move in.The room was big and spacious, so clean!! Bed was magnificent, wish I could have taken it with us!! Staff was so friendly and helpful!! Housekeeping is awesome! They care! They make sure that the room is clean. They made sure we had towels, toilet paper, hygiene supplies every single morning without fail.I highly recommend this motel to everyone!! We will be back and we will only stay here at this Motel 6 in Jacksonville, AR in the future!!

Hotwire has this as a 3-star hotel. Far from it. Pool is cemented in, no fitness center, no breakfast at all. Closed pantry and locked lobby restrooms with no key available. Lights out and holes in the ceilings. No dresser in the room and a microwave sitting on top of the mino fridge. Poorly painted and words carved into the elevator door. i

Jill is doing an amazing job. Professional and friendly as long as you behave, otherwise shes only professional. I appreciate that, as I want to feel safe when I stay at a Motel 6. The upgrades are coming along nicely. Henry was friendly and professional as I checked out. I will stay here again next time Im in the area.Side note, they have the softest towels I have ever felt at a Motel 6! Top notch in my book.

I dont even know where to start... There was stains in the linens, a rip in the comforter, Microwave and fridge was disgusting and not at all clean. brown stuff smeared on the wall, All of our feet were brown from walking on the floor.. We felt so gross. We checked out after a couple hours of trying to search for another hotel and immediately showered and sanitized when we left. It was very disturbing and made us very uncomfortable especially everything with Covid at the moment. Idk about the rest of the rooms but do not stay in room 206!!!

This is one of my many times staying in a motel 6. This was not one of the better times. I made reservations with 2 people. We checked in at 10 am and had been on the road for 14 hours. We wanted to shower. When we went to shower there was only one towel. When we called for more towels. We were brought one with a big hole and stains and the other had stains. The bed sheets had stains and holes. The tv screen had a big line down the middle. There was no coffee in the lobby in the morning. We encountered dirty laundry in the elevator. And stains on the walls in the halls. This was not a clean place. And I will not stay there again. The only reason we did not go anywhere else is because we were only staying one night.

The person who runs the oyo in Jacksonville Arkansas is a bully type person who has a very nasty attitude, goes in your room when he gets ready tells you if you book online he wont let you stay again actually tell you not to book online hes there to make money.ive been there about two months ,Im not allowed any company at any time and I pay 60 sometimes 70 dollars a day , you think on your off day you could have a friend over,and its very uncomforting to think that someone is going through your personal belongings

If you make a reservation for a room online and pay for it then, the manager makes you pay extra before he will let you get your room. He will not let you get it at the discount rate. Also, the rooms have things broken in most of them. Management just patches the things that are broken. He does not do permanent fixes. The rooms are not worth the cost.

Immediately upon walking in I notice wet towels around the AC unit. Before long there was a puddle of water and it had started running. Went to the front desk and was simply handed 2 towels. The place is filthy, has mold and is not properly maintained. Didnt even stay the night. Ended up leaving at 10pm because I was so grossed out! Not to mention the white powder left on the table!!!

Couldnt stay because it was 80+ degrees in the room. Toilets wouldnt flush. Drugs being done in plain view and loud parties still going on after midnight. Then they refused a refund and were very rude. We hadnt been there long either. Had not messed the bed up yet or used any linens. Absolutely the worst hotel I had ever been in.

This is a motel 6 so don’t get it confused!The front desk staff is ridiculousKim needs to find a new job she is very unprofessional, it’s seems like if your not a man she doesn’t give you quality professional check in she is rude and it’s weird because I checked in after several men and she was really pleasant with them but when I as a military person checked in she acted as if she didn’t or wouldn’t give me a military discount . Looking at other reviews I am not the only person she has done this too. There is mold in the rooms ,the place smells like mold no air in the elevator. The ac units barely work . If you want to save money and be treated horrible and have to see hair in your bed and mold in room then stay there. The guest that was in the elevator with me said she watched them but her room money in there pocket and they will not provide her a printed receipt, that is illegal they printed my receipt because I have a credit card with my husband and I . Say the trouble and go down the street to best western next time

The rooms we had just didnt seem up to par. The carpets were dirty, the lobby had stuff sitting on the floor and counters. The bathroom needed cosmetic work. The hotel was nothing like the photos looked online. Over all, I was disappointed with the hotel all around.

Was not a very pleasant experience staying at the OYO. The security chain was installed backwards the pillows were flat bed hard and room was not clean.

The bed had a sheet as a comforter. The room smelled of smoke. The chair was stained with blood. And the towels had stains as well. The fire alarm in the room was covered with a Walmart bag tightly wrapped around it with a hair tie holding it in place. The place looks a lot nicer online than it does in person.

I was pleasantly surprised, you have access to any type food you might want. Staff was very accommodating friendly and made my stay very satisfying. I am handicapped I had no problems entering, exiting, and although they say shower only they were equipped with three handles in the bathtub, my only complaint would be the water did not get hot enough. I will stay here again in the future, and would tell anyone looking for a place to stay OYO Townhouse could be our little secret.

I started staying at this hotel before we moved to Pulaski County, now that we live here and have been displaced due to a fire in our home. We are staying here again. It has been one of the best hotel stays in Jacksonville Arkansas. Ive stayed at a couple hotels, so far OYO HAS BEEN THE BEST. The staff is very nice and polite and always greet you with a friendly smile unlike other hotels Ive stayed at here in this area.

I have to give this place 3 stars although it wasn’t due to staff just general appearance of room it needed attention phone didn’t work no WiFi was on paperwork in room like password , good place though very quiet, close to many food places , no extra towels and no extra shampoo or bars of soap they were stingy with toiletries. The staff was very nice & professional I will say especially guy during the day when I checked out ! Bring extra snacks because they only have 2 vending machines so stock up just an ok place but they could spice it up a little

Do NOT come to this place. Its a waste of money. I was being cheap and going for the low ball price and that is exactly what I got. This used to be a Motel 6 and the new owners just put some paint on the walls and called it a day. The soap in the bathroom is the old motel 6 soap. The rooms dont lock properly and they werent even clean. In a non smoking hotel, there were whole cigarette ashes in the room. They advertised free Continental breakfast but they didnt even have coffee. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Staff at checking was rude. She rented the handicap room I had reserved to someone else and then she questioned if I really needed a handicap ♿ room or not. I told her we were handicapped and preferred a handicap room or I would not have reserved it bur I just wanted a room. She then said she wouldnt rent to us. I will never reserve or stay at an OYO business again.

GREAT 👍🏼 UNDER NEW MGMT 😁👍🏼This is the 2nd summer I have stayed here-- last year it was a motel 6 and had some shady people lurking around at night.NOT NOW Its well lit-Clean and safe feeling.They have changed companies and its definitely a Big Upgrade. Great staff at the desk, helpful & Friendly.New sinks etc in the bathroom.Plans for a Breakfast coming soon ( some painting and remodeling prevented the food for now) also the Pool will be repaired and hopefully open for my trip next year :).Its nice having a safe place to stay close to my family.

This was the worst Motel6 I have stayed at! The coffee was not hot, There was no chair in the room. The chair they brought when I complained was broken and the one they replaced it with was worn out. The floor had not been mopped and when I asked that it be mopped they just smeared the sticky substance around with the mop and left much of the floor sticky. I would still recommend Motel6 because most of my stays have been goodYou never surveyed me about my stay at the Motel6 in Erie, PA. It was the BEST Motel6 I have ever stayed at!

We come to Jacksonville about 2 or 3 times a year to visit family.. we decided to stay at oyo this trip and I will NEVER make that choice again. The room is dirty with I dont even know what it was to begin with but now its dehydrated behind a bed the tile to the bathroom is broken the sheets dont fit the rock hard uncomfortable beds. Just all around unpleasant stay. I highly recommend the super 8 down the road.

I hate giving bad reviews, but this one was a must.I went in room, and it looked as if it was under demolition. The night stand had top drawer missing, the writing table was warped? I guess? Water damaged maybe? Pulled drawer out on it, and bottom of it fell out to where I couldnt shut it.I was going to call front desk, there is no phone! I used my cell to call and they brought a phone up, but left me to hook it up.When I went to shower, there is no soap, shampoo. I called desk, I had to go down to desk to get them.No coffee in room, no alarm clock, ice bucket.Now time for bed. Pull covers back, the sheets had cigarette burns thru them.So, yeah for what I paid, I think was not even close to worth it.I was shocked at the whole experience.

1, Be aware of the extra fees they charge you at front dest for no reason whatsoever. its not a huge amount but it is unnecessary as the rooms are booked and paid for.2, the room she we stayed at were SO DAMP that we could not fall asleep in WET beddings. the whole room felt like a cold, damp sauna. by the morning I felt like I was having asthma.3, WIFI password provided by the hotel was wrong and they cant tell us what is the correct password.

Treated very rudely. Soon as husband pd for a 3 night stay after my recent surgery, man started telling him not to be messing up room. Told us not to let dog mess up room. We didnt have a dog with us. Husband told him i had just had surgery so then he started talking about not getting blood on sheets. We go to the first room, card wouldnt work. We go back and tell him, he followed us back then started in on wevroke the door handle. Put us in different room. Husband went down later to ask for do not disturb sign and toilet paper, soap etc. Lady behind counter was pleasant. The next day we noticed our sign had disappeared. Husband went down to get it back. Woman (different one than the night before) told him we could not have it back, it was against their policy. Very rude. We asked if we could get our money back for the next night where we could go somewhere else. Were told no. We also mentioned that other rooms had do not diturb signs hanging. Were treated bery shabbily. Will never waste money there again. Not even a coffee pot in the room.

The room was in good condition and the staff were friendly. May experience was modestly hampered by other guests in the lobby. As well as the less than pristeen blanket in my room. Over all, I would recommend this establishment for any travel seeker.

Here now and for 3 nights. Wall behind bathtub spout is moldy and cracked, soap holder was ripped off wall, former customers hair still left on shower wall, tooth paste on mirror, no Kleenex, no shampoo or conditioner no iron or board, no bags for your dirty laundry. Love the little fridge just wish it was clean afraid to open microwave😱

This is the most horrible hotel I have ever seen. The floors was very sticky. The sheets has holes in them. The housekeeping staff took the trash and towels. Left no towels in the room. Left no trash bags for the trash can. Told my concerns to the lady at the front desk. As well when I checked out. The man at the desk accused my son of playing on the phone. When ask what was he talking about. He said there was a child playing on the phone. I told him no, he wasnt. Accused again wrong floor and room. Told them my concerns again. They acted like they didnt care. You have a customer with a complaint. You then accused the customer of something. That their child did not do. I called guest relations. Told them my complaint as well. I have not heard back from the owner or manager. Its almost a month. I checked in on the 11th of March checked out on March 13th. Today is April 2nd. I guess they dont care about there customers. Stay at another hotel. This should be your very very and I mean very last resort

I traveled from Texas to Arkansas for a funeral and was looking for a reasonably price hotel. I found OYO. After reading reviews I was a little skeptical but I decided to check them out for myself. I was not disappointed the hotel was clean 100% smoke free and the hotel staff where friendly. My next trip to Arkansas I know where I will be staying. Thank you guys for an awesome stay for me and my family.

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel and it is what it is. Nothing fancy but you get what you pay for.

Customer service could have been better and the rooms. Both side tables missing drawers no dining table. But nice furniture and loved the color of the rooms. Big bathroom!

The room looked nice, but there were no cups, barely any form of soap, the table was disgusting, covered in some kind of rust colored film and the great white whale of a receptionist had an attitude.

I am in the process of relocating to the Little Rock area and have chosen to stay at this hotel two different times. There was a different man that checked me in on each stay and both were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. I highly recommend staying here.

Man working front desk was extremely friendly and helpful . Room was good but had a moisture problem . cleaning staff was also friendly and attentive.

This is by FAR the worst motel Ive EVER stayed at. The hot water didnt work, I found a bandage under the sheets, I asked for non smoking and the entire room reeked of cigarettes, and the refrigerator had a very sour smell! The lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY sweet though

Had to hang a towel over bathroom vent to keep the people in the next room from watching us do our personal business. Management tried to tell me I was wrong. No sorry or anything, but he would take care of it when we left. Also was told checkout was 10:30 even though it says 11 online.

Toilet was clogged when we arrived at 2am. No one was available to fix it until the morning so we went to sleep. The next morning we called to remind them it needed to be fixed and they dropped a plunger off at our door. We worked on it ourselves for an hour and gave up and checked out early. Told the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do for a discount or even an apology

Terrible!They gave me a discount then over charged me when i got there the room was dirty roaches on the walls one roll of toilet paper and a couple hand towels 1 pkg of shampoo and 2 bars of soap for 2 people the refrigerator when plungged in got hot and spewed brown liquid no ice machine except the 1st floor worked and i was on the third floor the guy was very rude and basically waited behind me like i was a criminal when i was waiting on elevator so i could leave. When id done nothing. There was a spotlight in my window so i could not open the curtain or id blind myself and it goes on and on this was a horrible experience i chose this place because it was new in jacksonville and had a horrible experience i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy its that terrible.

Had spiders in the towels and little bugs on the sheets! Plus last night I called front desk talked to Wanda, very rude and hung up on me. We have traveled all across the United States and when you have stayed in nothing but Motel 6s this is the worst one we have ever been in. will never come back to this one

Stayed at Motel 6 in Jacksonville,Arkansas. It was very clean and had a sofa in the room. The desk clerk was very nice and friendly. I had a problem of the snack machine hanging up my chips.no problem,she cheerfully refunded my money and when I checked out this morning, the man behind the counter was also very friendly.

Worst hotel in Jacksonville. Bathroom floor was slimy. Bed was so hard and old you could feel the springs through it. No remote for the TV, So we went to the lobby desk to get one. The one they gave us had duct tape to hold the batteries in and still didnt work. Noisy and dirty. We left after an hour to go to Best Western down the street, which was very nice.

I was refused a room and ask to leave the property because the lady at front desk was unhelpful and very rude. Will never stay at a motel 6 because of her. Friendly advice pay the extra $5 and right down the road to the Quality Inn. Super nice people and very nice rooms.

Bed was covered in cigarette burns. Housekeeping was not friendly at all. Night manager was extremely rude, very unprofessional, and acted like straight trash. She talked on the phone constantly when she wasnt scouring the security cameras. I have a recorded phone call of her acting like straight trash when we called to speak to a manager other than her. I cant believe someone would employ complete trash like that. And why in Gods name is this hotel outfitted with enough security cameras Big Brother would be jealous? I literally felt like I was in prison everywhere I went. Wouldnt recommend this dump to a corpse waiting to be buried.

It was alright the toilet seat was nasty and the shower curtain sucked. Wifi password protected but requires you to go through the super 6 webpage and it was slow. But the bed was comfortable and their was ac.

The Property Manager is awesome, she took me in late, was very sweet, the rooms are clean and smell nice! She went out of her way to accommodate me thank you for everything!!!!! 5 stars all the way!

A friend refer oyo to me. So I download the app, which the app said my first booking would be starting at $29. But when I clicked on it, it disappeared. So I called the hotel and they state they dont honor that promotion anymore. The promotion is suppose to end May 31,2022 so yall are falsely advertising! If you can honor your own promotions then u wouldnt stand to satisfy ur customers. I would never recommend to anyone if yall continue to lie to your customers.

Its a great pkace. Mostly friendly, but there is 1 front desk man, hes older and if he just thinks youre no good he is very rude, threatens you with being kicked out without refund. And sneaks around doing little things to harass you so you can react and he can throw you out and keep your money.

Motel 6 had nice, clean rooms and was in a very convenient location right off the interstate. Checking in and out was an easy process. The only thing wrong with the visit was there were no commodities in the restroom of our room.

I love love love this place I stay here everytime Im in town and I come here alot housekeeping have bad attitudes but they cleans the room very very good but all the other staff are so nice and helpful they dont mind taking care of you with a smile and thats why I love it here. I don’t usually do reviews but I’m compelled to to share with others about this experience. It is the worst placed I’ve ever stayed. Only thing redeeming about it was at least the bed was clean or I would have left when I saw the rooms!

Not only is this place outdated, the service was the worst Ive ever had. I stayed 3 nights which was 3 nights too long. The owner flat out called me a liar and acted hostile over a mistake he made. I am not one to complain usually but I paid good money, and was treated horribly. I will never stay at motel 6 in jacksonville Arkansas again!!

DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE! THE WHITE LADY THAT WORK AT NIIGHT WAS RUDE AND CAME AROUND THE DESK CALLING NAMES AND TRYING TO FIIGHT! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS! I give one star because the weekend morning manager was very rude he would knock on the door or call or send house keeping to my room every 5 to 10minutes asking me if im staying or leaving after telling him several times that i would be down to pay when i was done talking to my 8year old whos in another state with some family at the moment he then walked forced the bathroom door open which my husband is using the bathroom in my room and very rudely told me n my husband we need to leave and stood in the bathroom. Door way while my husband is using it so my husband could not close it and made us leave. This was a older man i recommend he be replaced n policy be changed

The owner was very rude they are very abdomen about you getting out of there at 11:00 the girls at the front desk are nice and they come beat down your door and they stereotype people and they yell at people the owners do and you can and you can reserve a certain room but theyll give you a weekly rate but they wont give you a weekly deal you cant stay for you cant pay weekly oh yeah this is all on the owners dont think the people that work theyre the girls up front theyre very nice its the owners yeah you cant reject your room out and they are not cleaned before you go in our trash is still full and everything when we showed up both times in our room but thats about it its not a good place to stay

Room had no shampoo. Bedding was cigarette burn filled, something that appeared to be bbq sauce (?) was on the sheet and when I attemped to wipe it off, it just got wet and soaked. ended up taking the sheet OFF the bed.

Very nice place... seems to have been recently updated. Jill,The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and extremely helpful in giving us information about things in the area... this will definitely be on our list of places to stay while in the area... also. The air force base is very close by and plenty of places to eat or get things that you need..

We checked in and they KNEW we had a cat and a dog, but then on sunday (we stayed for six days), the cleaning people got rude with us and made management kick us out because we would refuse their service. But we were told the day before we could, because of the pets. So idk what happened, theyre just rude. Hateful people.

There was no air in the hall or elevator. Smelled like wet paint. I left my fast charger in the room, went back the next day to get it...I got the cord back but not the fast charger. I guess the maid is a thief.

It was good for the price. Its still under constuction. It has a paint smell. The beds are very comfy. Mike at the front desk was greart getting me checked in.

Worst experience ever. Staff was very rude, and I got complaints about being loud, (wasnt playing loud music or loud TV) wasnt talking loud at all. This hotel isnt up to modern standards. Clean but really needed some work work. There were burn holes in blankets and patching on the walls were subpar. I really wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone else.

This hotel is right off the Air Force base that was booked for NYE, on a road trip home I needed something quick, staff was awesome, room was clean and had basic needs. Located next to a gas station, Starbucks, Buger King and Walmart it was a great stay for 60 Dollars!

Housekeeping did not keep the rooms clean like they should there was trash all in the room all around the beds it was very nasty there was dried stuff on the floor that was black I had to take a dish towel in a rag to mop my own room and the time I was done it was black I will never stay there

This is a very reasonable hotel along the main traffic area, rooms are roomy, basic and clean, if you need a place to rest on a long trip, it does just that for a reasonable price but do not expect more or go for a higher priced place.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Motel 6 is not a high end place to stay, but when you are working on a budget and have an emergency...this place is perfect.

I stayed here 3 weeks and I have to say it is by far the best hotel I have stayed in Henry Mike And Kim were very helpful and are very customer oriented the housekeeping staff came in everyday cleaned the room and the beds were comfortable and not to mention everything u need is within walking distance so if u are traveling and find ur self needing a hotel for the night i highly recommend Oyo as the place to stay not to mention the rates here are good as well I definitely will stay here agaim Nathan Smith

Very disgusting rooms. The blankets were stained and had burn holes. The bathtub had pink mildew spots, and the floor was nasty.

Nice big, clean room. Quiet nights sleep. Great staff. Would stay there again. Nice surprise is the pool in back.

It said two dollars cheaper to do it on line and then get inside they wont let me get the room without more than the two dollars and there was burn holes in the blanket, very dirty ,toilet wouldnt flush, no pictures on the wall, male rude worker,door wouldnt lock, TV wouldnt even come on missing towels.

They want you to deposit $100 cash when you get there. Sketchy. I gave three stars to be fair because we decided not to stay there so I couldnt see the review.

It was a nice place, but the bed we had sunk in the middle and uncomfortable, the ice machine didnt work, and one of the workers was on the phone at the front desk everytime I went to ask a question and she wasnt knowledgeable about the area.

Very poor insulation. Could hear everything in adjoining room. Woke up at 3 am to hear someone throwing up in the adjoining room. Staff was extremely nice.

We booked a room for 4 days, on the drive there..after 2 days on the road I called to confirm the reservation and they said it was cancelled, full, and within 8 hrs we were coming to town w/no place to sleep! With our pets!

I booked a room online, however the front desk told me there was no room where I got here. I asked where was the bathroom. The restrooms were locked and out of service. I needed to pee, but the front desk said no bathroom. I asked where he went bathroom. I said do you ever go to bathroom. He answered no. There was no way he did not go to bathroom a day. This hotel lain to me there was no avail be room. There was still rooms available online when I was in the lobby. Second, there was no bathroom in the hotel. How came there was no any bathroom. I PAID TO THE HOTEL AND ITS NOT REFUNDABLE , EVEN I COULD NOT GO TO BATHROOM!!!!! I REALLY WANT TO GIVE ZERO STAR

Conveniently near a shopping center, Walmart , Starbucks, gas stations, and plenty of dining places. Rooms have a mini frig and microwave, tv. Not a lot of electrical outlets in rooms if you have a lot of tech with you.

Worse hotel ever if your visiting Jacksonville ark don’t come to this hotel we had to worse time the manger was rude and disrespectful and yelling at us to my family that came with us I was told we couldn’t have anymore towels and that we was been loud which we wasn’t everyone had just woke up he was just mean and rude I will never bring my in laws to this hotel again then not on top of that the room we had at first the air was not working and out sheets was not change and the man was trying to argue with us bout our air not working so we had to which rooms the second room the shower thing was falling out I was just upset that a hotel was like that they need to do better I WILL NEVER BE AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN

Rooms clean barrely lil run dwn no aminities as in shampo etc are ice machines overal ok place to stay but dnt expect much .

This was a great place to stay. Really enjoyed it.

Rooms spell muskie ,lots of weed smell in the hallway .toilet didnt flush very good ..wont be coming back to this location ..also blankets had cig burn holes in them .

Ok yesterday I put 2 stars well it just dropped to a 1 star. Sitting here in bed leanings up against the wall just to hear a drill go into the wall right behind my head. NO WARNING work was being done. All this constant drilling is insane 😠

The morning coffee is horrible and its only non dairy creamer. The owner is not friendly. Jill is the only person who is awesome!

My stay was good and service was great. However no continental breakfast was a big turn off for me.

Horrible experience nasty room clogged up drains etc..will not recommend 0 out of 10!!!!!!!!!

Sheets were yellow and the showerhead was broken so had to take a bath. Wouldnt recommend staying here at all.

No carpet, old towels, pretty bad mattress. For about $45 it will do for one night

The Room was nice but I checked in at 4:57 am and had to leave at at 11 am not even 7 hours

The rooms ae over priced. The beds are hard and flat. The tv channels are fuzzy and there is no table or chairs.

Friendly Staff and a nice cool, clean facility to stay away from home. 😊

Went by America Best value n was treated like dirt during a serious emergency in Jacksonville Ar!!! Here was so accommodating.

Dresser for clothes was filthy had Roman noodles in the drawers no coffee pots in the room or the lobby and no contentional breakfast the manager was constantly calling about stuff and complaining that we was looking through our bags in the hallway looking for the room key he made us fell like he was the police just an all around horrible stay

We was on a long trip and needed a place to sleep and even at 2 am they was very helpful and fast at getting us into a room.

I would never rent a room from oyo the guy was rude and hateful

Room was dirty. Toilet backed up. Girl at front desk at night is obnoxious and extremely rude trash.

No coffee in room cant walk hallways to get handicapped no cleanex in room. Other wise bery nice!😊

Great place to stay make you feel very welcome I stayed at the one in Jacksonville Arkansas it was great very much enjoyed

CS was excellent. Room was clean and large and comfortable. Nice stay.

Rooms are decent for the price..I never had a problem with the staff
