The service was fabulous from scheduling an appointment over the phone through to check out! The woman I was speaking to on the phone to schedule my appointment was super bubbly and friendly. When I walked in everyone was very friendly and professional which is super important to me. The place was clean and decorated pretty. Charita did an amazing job on my brow wax and we had good conversation which I appreciate. I will 100% be going back and I highly recommend this place.UPDATE: Ive gone back about 5 more times since and I still give 5 stars!! I go every other month or so for my eyebrow wax. I had appointments with a few different people and every person Ive had do my eyebrow wax has been super nice and professional. Ive schedule with Sothana a few times now and shes amazing! Appointments are super easy to schedule online. When I get there for my appointment I never wait more than 5 minutes, they have snacks and waters in the waiting area and they are so friendly! Most importantly my eyebrows come out looking great every time!

I had an incredible experience with Fab Skincare. Booking my 60 minute facial with Ariana was seamless and the website was easy to navigate. I filled out a consent form prior to my appointment sent out diligently by Kayla (receptionist) that let my esthetician, Ariana, know about my skin concerns, skin goals, current at-home regimen, allergies, and preferred scents. They have a flexible schedule that works for busy clients, and was informed they also offer later hours from 6-9pm on certain days. Customer service was outstanding.After browsing their instagram page and hearing about other clients’ positive experience, I was confident in choosing Ariana as my esthetician. Ariana is delightful, professional and very knowledgeable about caring for different skin types, skin tones, and concerns. For my 60-minute facial, she targeted my acne, hyperpigmentation and dryness as I have combination skin. I enjoyed the Celluma LED light therapy and the hydrojelly mask! She also used high quality medical grade skincare to tailor my skin needs. She designed her own suite and you can see her creativity shine through in every detail. It was so clean, fresh, and welcoming. Loved the cosmic vibe, ambient lighting and relaxing music.I can’t wait for my next appointment at Fab Skincare. I’ve been getting my eyebrows tinted for 3 years and never have I ever experienced being in a private room to have it done. I didn’t feel like just another number, I felt like they genuinely appreciated me for being there.Fun fact I took a service (armpit waxing) off so I could get an earlier appt and when I mentioned it to her, she even made time to do it anyway. She definitely didn’t have to do that but she did!I will definitely be back for more services!

I love this salon ! All the staff were very polite , its decorated so pretty and aesthetically pleasing. There was even a snack and coffee bar! Ive been going to Fab Skincare about 6-7 months now, and I am highly pleased. The last two services I received were eyebrow waxes. Isaisha, waxed my eyebrows the last two times, and she does a fantastic job. Shes very thorough and detailed. I appreciate that she takes her time to make sure the job is done right. Okay so this is a real review, nothing paid anything like that lol The booking was really easy and Kayla was very nice and answered all of my questions I had. Charita was super nice as well and sooo beautiful! Her skin is flawless as well! I actually came to get the hybrid tint with wax on my brows and it did NOT hurt AT ALL! It actually went by pretty quickly and it was a student that signed up for her class that did mine and let me tell you, you would have never guessed because my eyebrows look AMAZING!! My best friend actually booked for brows and a facial after seeing mine lol I highly recommend booking with her! I’ll definitely book again. Oh and the setting is absolutely gorgeous! Book her!

OMG! FAB SKINCARE is totally fabulous!. The skill, technique and professionalism of Charita is hard to come by today. Not only was she accommodating and made me comfortable. The atmosphere and classiness of the salon contributed towards your relaxation. I was nervous because Ive never had my brows done. This technique was just what I was looking for. I wanted an option to test out brows before committing. She made the experience fabulous and now I literally feel comfortable at some point getting it done permanently. The price is NOTHING! compared to whats out there. But the quality of her work rivals anyone elses out there.

I came here for a brow wax and tint with Charita. First off, she was the sweetest and amazing! My brows look amazing and she provided topnotch customer service. I booked the tint but based on my brows, she used the stain which is longer lasting and only charged me for the price of the tint. I didn’t realize the price difference until I got home and looked at the list of services again. She truly did not have to do this but she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for my first visit. I will definitely be a returning customer and book other services with her! I received a Hybrid Brow Stain and Wax from Charita. She is an absolute artist when it comes to brows!!!!! I have never been able to tint my brows and have them stay. This is not the case with Charita! My brows not only look bomb, but they last longer than anywhere else!

Had my first hydrafacial by Charita the owner and I must say that it was the best facial ever! Ive been coming here for my brows for at least a year and I can honestly say they never disappoint! The staff is courteous and respectful, and the suite is incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The owner is very accommodating; once I arrived about 20 minutes before my appointment and she saw me right away instead of making me wait until my scheduled time. THE BEST LASH TECH IN TOWN!! I’ve been getting lashes for years, and Charita has been one of my best experiences by far. She’s super sweet, always on time, and it’s obvious she’s passionate about her work. My lashes last for weeks, and I get compliments on the regular about how natural they look. The office is decorated so chic, and the ladies at the front desk welcome you as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone wears scrubs and the space is kept very clean and organized. All around, this place sets the bar for Jax. I never take the time to leave reviews, but this one is well deserved!

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience, and absolutely love the ambience. I received the classic lash service by Charita, and it was exactly what I wanted. She provided me with a natural set to enhance my look without the heaviness, and my lashes do not bother me when I wear my glasses. I will definitely be a repeat client.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is poor, and the work is only satisfactory. The first time I got my lashes done here, the majority of the lashes were gone by the morning. When I called to inform the owner (i.e., Charita) about the situation, she told me it was most likely the glue she used. Instead of using a new adhesive, she used the last of the old adhesive.The owner offered to fix them, but the days and times she provided were not very flexible. When I finally got my lashes fixed, that set did not last either. I thought maybe it was something I did, and I should give the facility one more chance.When I returned for the third time, I tried a different lash specialist (i.e., Tatiana) in hopes of longer-lasting lashes. Upon my first interaction with Tatiana, she appeared to have an attitude. Before even greeting me, she told me that children were not allowed in their facility. I was unaware of this rule as I brought my son to the first appointment. I even called and asked if it was okay to bring him or should I reschedule? The receptionist informed me that it was okay to bring him and that I did not need to reschedule. Plus, I thought canceling 45 minutes before an appointment was discourteous.However, Tatiana continuously informed me that I should reschedule next time instead of bringing the child. She also stated that my deposit was good for up to 30 days. I did get my lashes done that day, but they were very uncomfortable. The inner corner of my eye was extremely sore for a couple of days following the appointment.

It was my first time getting my brows waxed and Charita did great. I love them! 😍 I also tried brow tent for the first time which has not affected my skin, and a lip wax 😖. When I arrived to the location she was attentive and greeted me confirming my appointment time and offered water while I briefly waited for her to prepare the room. She never disappoints and the only beauty I let near my face.

This is literally the only place I get my eyebrows and facials done. The wax and tint definitely last a long time and I get complimented on them. I dont wear makeup but if my eyebrows are done, I dont need it. Also, they offer you mimosas, wine, and little snacks and treats when you go in. Its very comfortable and welcoming.

I love my lashes and my lash tech. The ambiance is so girly they offer you snacks and something to drink before and after your appointment. Im happy I found Fab Skincare for my lash service.

Charita and Kayla have been AMAZING. Kayla did a classic set of lashes and it’s been about 2 weeks and they still look like I just got them done. I also had my first facial with Charita and she was soooo helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable, and helped recommend some products for my skin routine. I’ve already booked my next appointment 🙌🏼

I absolutely loved this experience! It was my first time ever there and Heather took great care of me she kept me informed throughout the whole process , answered questions I had about my skin and how I could make it even better &; products to use. It was just amazing the shop was so cute and easy to find. They offered drinks like water and wine, oo and after that yoni steam I felt like a new woman !
