Overall my massage was amazing. There were some other factors that brought down the experience. I went when they were having some type of event at 5 and my massage was from 3:45 to 4:45. It was very loud and everyone was walking around and making a lot of noise during my massage. I do not get massages very often and when I do I want to be completely relaxed. I could hear peoples conversations word for word while getting my massage. I also like to hear about the problems I have after my massage and my therapist kind of just pushed me out the door. I think she was trying to get ready for the party as soon as possible. She did give me a really great massage with really good pressure. But I almost felt rushed. I did get 15% off my massage when I checked out because of the event which I had no idea I was going to get which made me happy after all that noise. I would come back but make sure there is not an event going on right after my massage ended because it is very hard to get relaxed with so much going on.

Had a gift card so decided to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back. The atmosphere is so relaxing. They really make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I felt rejuvenated afterward. This is a high end spa, so the prices are a little steep, but I felt like I got my moneys worth. They also sell aveda products and many other beauty products, good place to buy a gift or treat others with a gift card.

Worst customer service ever! I called to make an appointment and let them know I may have to cancel due to my schedule and they said thats fine just call us within an hour of the appointment. I called an hour and a half before the appointment and they said that they are charging me 50% of the service. She did NOT specify that I had to call within an hour of the time that I booked the appointment. Never coming here again. Priscilla the director of the spa was the one who booked the appointment and gave me the misleading information. When I called to cancel she had a very nasty attitude and tried to make it seem like I was the one who made the mistake. I told her I would tell others about my experience and she said thats fine I have a 98% approval rating. Im very upset, especially since this is so close to the holidays.

Great spa to use your spa finder gift cards! I have seen many different therapist here and they are good. Only reasons it’s a 4 star is that there isn’t any “amenities” for the clients. It’s strictly a get Service and leave kinda place.

The last time my mother had a facial and thoroughly enjoyed it was in Dubai and since then shes faced one unfortunate facial after another with none meeting her standards.Until she had the anti-aging facial at this spa done by the wonderful Coleen! She thoroughly took care of my mother, pampered her to a perfection, and left her feeling wonderfully relaxed. Anytime she is in the United States, Coleen is definitely going to be seeing my mother again.Great job and keep up the wonderful standard that yall have made for yourself!

I’ve been coming to Natural Body for years for facial services. Their quality has gone down over the years. The facility itself is dated and does not appear to have been updated since they opened. I booked a massage due to neck pain from working on a computer. My massage was on Sunday, 09/29/19 and it was awful. The massage therapist was so rough I had to ask her several times to be gentle. I have bruises on my back due to how rough she was. I left in more pain than when I arrived. The lotion they used smelled terrible; it smelled like Pinesol. They’ve lost a loyal customer. If you’re looking for a great massage, highly recommend Ponte Vedra Inn and Spa.

Oh my gosh! My Aunt Kathy who works there referred me To laura because I am 14 years old! I have had several massages in my life .but this was truly The best one I have Ever had! I loved the entire experience! I truly now understand the total body experience ! I was so relaxed I had to take a nap and my Mom was getting mad at me because I was acting sully. My Aunt said that it was my endorphins! How Cool is that! Anyway ...Thank you so much for my awesome experience!!!!!

I have visited Natural Body Jacksonville several times and always have a great experience. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, as are all of the spa therapists. I have had facials and massages at this location and have never come away disappointed. On my most recent visit I enjoyed a massage with Shannon and a facial with Nyel - both were fabulous. The massage therapists always listen and address your specific areas of stress/concern, and the estheticians leave my face feeling clean and fresh. The environment is quiet and serene, allowing you to relax and enjoy your services. The staff really pays attention to the details, like robes, spa shoes, the bathrooms and showers - everything adds up to a great experience. I definitely recommend visiting Natural Body Jacksonville if you need a good spa day to pamper yourself!

We loved our massages my girlfriend and I received at Natural Body and Spa. The staff at this location were all professional and courteous. They catered to our needs as like we were superstars!! I will definately recommend anyone looking for a couples message try Natural Body and Spa.

I did a same day appointment with Natural Body for a facial. My fiancé decided to treat me just do I could relax and have a good day - which turned out to be everything but a treat. I booked at about 12noon for a 3:30p appointment. I asked the receptionist to tell me the types of facials available. I was told over the phone the facial “expert” would let me know which facial is recommended based on my skin type. I got there about 5-7 mins early and was asked by a different receptionist which facial I was getting. I told them I didn’t know and asked which types were available. I was told once again the facial expert will let me know. I was taken to a small waiting area and told to wait for the person performing the facial to “come get me”. After waiting 15 minutes, she came to me and apologized for taking so long. She was pregnant and seemed tired and out of breath. She didn’t seem eager to recommend a particular facial. The lack of enthusiasm frightened me and I was horrified to allow her to touch my face. I’ve had facials before and from the moment I walked into the room I felt good, relaxed and at ease. But not this time. So I told her I changed my mind and decided to get the “45 minute back facial”. She non-chalantly said ok and left the room to “get a few things”... This seemed to take FOREVER. The 45 minute facial started almost 30 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early. It was a total of 35 minutes ( I paid close attention to the time) and she never gave me the “mask” she originally said she was going to do. She seemed tired, out af breath and seemed like she could barely stand/walk. I have only been here twice in the past 12 years ... my first experience was a great massage. My experience yesterday was absolutely HORRIBLE. I will not return to Natural Body again. I have family numbers who are regular customers of Natural Body but I’m sure they will not after I share my experience. And please be sure that the person performing the service does not CHEAT you out of time - when THEY were the ones who were late.

I was in pain with lower back muscle spasm and I chose the 90 minute massage therapy and I have no regrets. I was able to stand up straight when she was done. I found that my back would hurt the most after driving an hour into work, but today (next morning) I was able to get out of my car without my back tightening up and without pain. I highly recommend JC for your massage needs. I also want to say the other ladies working were very helpful and a delight to talk to.

Did not expect the customer service I got today. She was personable, professional and delivered an excellent service with my Mani/pedi. She took her time to evaluate and acknowledge my concerns and followed up with worthwhile recommendations. I will be a returning customer!

Great place to enjoy some awesome spa experiences! I used my Christmas gift cards for a facial & a pedicure. Eleanor did a fantastic job with both & I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

My mother and I had a wonderful experience here. This was a combo late Mothers Day for her/pre-birthday for me present. Even though we were slightly delayed, the staff couldnt have been nicer, and I enjoyed every second of my mani/pedi, facial, and massage. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone wanting to treat themselves to something luxurious.

I had a giftcard and a sore neck so I went for a 60 minute massage. It was great, didnt feel awkward or anything at any time. The guy at the desk was nice, too. Id definitely go back.

My husband and I had the couple massage, I would say pricey... But for the service that we had, it was worth it. The staff was very professional & courteously. Also, the place was clean and inviting. Will be back again, soon...

I have had mani/pedis and a facial at this spa and both services were exceptional. The facial was one of the most productive ones I have had. I have clogged pores and usually leave facials feeling like they did a few token extractions and didnt fully clear out my skin. At NB my facialist did lots of extractions making sure I was comfortable the whole time and when I was finished my pores were completely unclogged and my skin was great. I have had a facial at the Ponte Vedra Spa and it was nice and the ammenities are great but the facial itself was better at NB. This is by far my favorite place to get mani/pedis and wish I could get them there all the time. They do aromatherapy, warm eye masks and neck pillows during the services totally relaxing you and the pedicure chair is awesome because you get to lay completely flat. One pedi room has two chairs which is nice if you go with someone and then one pedi room is a single so you dont have anyone else around. The care taken with the nails is great and the technician was super nice. Just the right amount of chatting and quiet relaxation time. I have not had any experiences like the other reviewers are describing and I would recommend this spa.

I have been going to Natural Body off and on for years. I have gotten massages, couples massages, waxing and manicure/pedicure. The enviroment is very welcoming and relaxing. Every person that I have worked with has been great.

Front desk staff was awesome. Was able to fit me in with very short notice. My massage was with Michael and it was amazing. Cant say enough good things.

Facial good, massage better, but a suggestion I would make is to make a better transition between the two. It would make for a better experience if there wasnt a 15-20 minute wait between services.

The best spa in Jacksonville.Kathleen is awesome. Everyone is good but shes definitely has the touch.

In my opinion, Natural Body Spa was by all counts a horrendous experience, not only by the service provide herself, but by the management, which failed to fully make things right, offering an unprofessional offer of resolution.NEVER GOING BACK!

$100 for a pregnancy massage I really thought I could feel much relaxed than I did leaving..

This place is outstanding! Always on perfect time, never a wait and they always have the best people. Never a bad experience and I always leave feeling refreshed.
