Great place. Wide selection of juices and devices. They have warranties on all their devices and also provide more of an education about vaping than most other vape shops. All in all a much better experience than most places Ive been to. If youre looking to quit or get into vaping, this is definitely the place you should go

I love going into the shop. The staff is very knowledgeable. I lost my regular flavor and he pointed me to the best option. The atmosphere is great. Sometimes I end up staying longer than usual. (as I enjoy my vape and talk). I don’t go anywhere else and make sure I’m stocked before I go out of town!!

I had some serious issues with my vape but no other shop would help me out. Thats when I stumbled upon this vape shop and met the most helpful gentleman who asked me a few simple questions and immediately knew the solution to my problem. He set me up with cheaper coils and my vape has been working like a charm ever since. The employees are so kind and their customer service is top-notch! I keep going back to them because they are simply the best!Another shop tried to sell me disposables, but I knew it wouldnt be financially smart for me. The employee at this vape shop was honest and told me that Id be spending 10 times the amount monthly with my current vaping habits.Trust me, go give this vape shop a try and you wont be disappointed.

Gentleman up front is always very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Hes done everything from finding me a vape, suggesting new juices whenever I come in, to finish building the RDA for our custom mod. He even knows where to go when theres a better deal. Staff is also nice and its just a relaxing place to be, hence the Lounge.

Knowledge is power! My husband and I have been using this store exclusively since it opened and we have never been let down. We are regular customers and customer service is the reason. They are truly in it for the education and to help and thats their motivation to get people to come back. Wonderful staff that helps with what you need. They actually listen to your needs and help find what is best for you without forcing purchases. The selection of juices are wonderful. They even had my all day vape Phillip rockes grand reserve. It was a shock to see that in stock. I got into one of their own made parallel series mods which is a wonderful piece with a killer powder coat. The issue was not spending my whole account but to find something that is in my reach. Pricing was by far best. This shop made my trip down to topsail a pleasant one.

First Vape shop I went to when we moved to Jacksonville & will be the only one I use! They are very friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful! They even captivated my non-smoking husbands full attention. I went from 30mg nicotine to 8mg in 2 months with their help! What amazed me the most is they are more about getting you what you need & what will work best for you than making an extra penny. Knowledgeable but not the friendliest group towards women; especially not the bearded, tall, skinny owner. He came across as arrogant and seemed much more interested in talking down to a group of folks new to vaping as opposed to actually teaching them. Selection is decent and prices are about what youd pay in any local shop, maybe a little less. Ill go back if I have to but the owner really turned me off from this shop.

From the first I walked in staff has always been helpful and friendly. If I have any questions they do their best to answer, or find an answer. You might find better prices online but by the time you pay shipping its almost a wash. Plus the guys and gals at dtv can help you avoid buying junk that wont fit your needs. Support local owners whenever I can.

Love how they have such a large juice variety as well as a 0mg and 24 mg tester bar. The tvs are sweet to chill on the big sectional couches and watch some netflix. Only place I ever go to rebuild my stuff considering they have large build stations full of tools for the public to use. As well the managers there absolutely know their stuff and do everything to help. Such nice people. This place is my second home!

I have been going to Diamond Tek for over a year now. In February of 2015 I quit a 30 year tobacco habit thanks to them. I highly recommend them...why?1) BEST customer service in Jacksonville (and of any vape stores I have been to in multiple states). Chad, Josh, Joshua, Brandi, Jennifer, Brandon, Bo, and ALL the others....no matter who helps you, you are in good hands.2) Great selection of juices. Carry their own line which has some real winners and also carry a wide variety of other quality liquids. And once they get to know you, they remember you enough to know exactly what to recommend. THATS professionalism.3) They TRULY stand by what they sell. Not just say they will. Something wrong? They make it right....thats just how they operate.4) They truly take their time to help the customer and have a sincere desire to help people who are attempting to break a tobacco habit to do just that.All that said....I can say I give them 5 stars with absolutely NO reservations.

Everyone who works there wants you to learn whats best for you. Not just sell you whatever they can. Also they dont care if the juices taste good, they want the juices to taste accurate. If you get peach then your juice WILL taste like peach. Most accurate vape shop around.

Great store and the owners are awesome and very knowledgable. It is a little pricey, compared to buying stuff online but you cant beat the service or the atmosphere and if you need something vape related, chances are they have it. They only carry quality stuff too from what I have seen. I went in for my very first vape and one of the owners Chsd was super patient with me and really helped me find something that I liked even tho I was probably driving him crazy on the inside with how picky I am. Lol it really is a great shop so check it out!

By far the best vape shop in town. Chad is very knowledgeable and Brandi is as well! The whole DTV crew is always welcoming and willing to help. Even when mike decides to break EVERYTHING he buys. They also have the best juices in town. And such a wide range of flavors. Their new heart breaker juice they got in is the absolute best it tastes like a blue raspberry dum dum Lolliepop!

I visit the shop next to Walmart, i love the 90 day warranty, and having auch amazing staff!! Ray and Jes are great guys and I love the mods they do. My dad, a smoker for over 20 years, is now down to just 6 in his juice and has nearly stopped completely, these helped me quit completely and now I just use it for the fun flavors! Wonderful people and amazing quality!

Very happy with my past experiences here! Prices are reasonable and the people there are willing to have a chat with you rather than getting the sell and getting you the hell out. Wont hesitate to drive an hour out of my way to do business with them.

Not really my favorite vape shop but its not the worst I mean its as expected arrogant hipsters and overly priced vape equiptment. The people seem knowledgable but they make sure to undercut every question you have like everyone is suppose to have some kind of sacred knowledge of vaping by birth. Oh one thing the worker said when my friend told him he just start vaping was Yea I vaped before it was cool why say that out of nowhere. Anyway if you want to feel cool by over spending and want to be belittled come here. On a good note they do have decent liquids.

Stopped by while in town for work. Was pleasantly surprised. The guys were super knowledgeable and answered all the questions the other shops havent had awnser for. They even took the time to repair my device where the connector had come loose. Will definetly shop here anytime im.in town or if I need a device in the future. I wanted to quit smoking and I walked in today March 5th 2018 and was very intrigued on how informative the person who helped me was. I literally spent almost an hour in there talking about only vapes and it all was very helpful. Not only did I purchase a vape pen and juice but I am excited to go back. They even offered me to come back and just chill, and I won’t be intimidated to buy anything. Everything about this place was calm and homey. I will be back again. I have high hopes on quitting smoking. They even taught me how to smoke the vape. I walked in knowing absolutely nothing about vapes and walked out with my head held high like a pro. Thank you.

On January 8th, 2014 I walked into DiamondTek Vapor Lounge after hearing about the place from a family friend & I was blown away by their knowledge about E-Cigs & the vaping industry. That was the same day I quit smoking after being a smoker for 14 years & started vaping to better my health & it has now turned into a hobby for me like most people who I know who frequent the shop like I do. This is a true story that I want to share. My husband, his name is Gil used to smoke since he was 9 years old; now he is 54, he always state that he was not going to quit his cigarettes for nothing. Well, almost 5 weeks ago, he start with a very bad coughing, I thought it was a regular cold, gave him some Mucinex to help get rid of the cold. It did not help at all, then one day we were at home, he could not breath, around his lips he was turning purple; I call 911 they send the crew, his blood pressure was extremely too high and unable to breath. They gave him a breathing treatment and took him to the ER. After several tests, he was admitted and diagnosed with COPD exacerbation, his lungs were collapsing and he was going to have a cardiac arrest at any time soon. After few days (still admitted in the hospital) the Doctor told me his lungs were not helping at all, his oxygen levels were still too low. He told me that unfortunately if that condition persist he will only have 2 weeks to life. Very upset, I ask the Dr. what could I do to help keeping him alive, the Dr. told me To work on his lungs and to NEVER EVER HAVE A CIGARETTE AGAIN, it thought it was almost impossible for him and, I share that with the Dr. and he mention about the vapor cigarette, I laugh (did not believe in it) and, I state he will still be smoking. Dr. told me he stop smoking himself with it. Also, a nurse by the name of Regina advise me about this new healthy alternative. My husband, (Gil Acevedo) was discharge on August 22nd, with no hopes to life. Before I pick him up to go to the store I stop at Diamond Vapor, ask for the product and bought two (one for my husband and one for me) to be supportive. Pick him up from the hospital and show him what I got for both of us. Well to make a long story short, my husband had his 2nd. visit to his Primary Care Physician, he was amazed with the results, my husband did not touch a cigarette since 8/22/14 his appointment was on 9/3/14 and his oxygen has improved, does not have the wheezing and the Dr. told us that we would have him for a long time he is recuperating and we have him for a long time. I WANT TO THANK YOU THE DIAMON VAPOR STORE, their staff and owner that are very knowledgeable, kind and professional. I PERSONALLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE THEY ARE GREAT. My husband and I did not have a cigarette since 8/22/14 and he state that he will never touch another one since, he wants to be around his family, specially around our grandkids for a long time. I originally went to Electra vape because it was closer to me, but their prices and customer service were disappointing. First visit here I got a free bottle of juice, and like the flavors and pricing way better-now my go to vape shop.
