Stopped in a few times already. Was greeted by the owner the first time and spent a good amount chatting instead. Was told theyre still filling out inventory, but so far the store has a very nice selection for all smoking related needs, for any user. Ranging from loose leaf tobacco, hookahs, and a whole load of things on the Delta spectrum. Definitely worth the drive from the other side of town every single time. Havent left disappointed once.

This place is the best shop in town! I have many shops closer to me but I make the 15 minute drive because it is that good. The vibe in the store is so laid back and chill. They are always nice and welcoming and dont seem annoyed when i ask to try over 15 different flavors because Im indecisive! They have great deals and so many different flavors and mods! They always have what I need and always steer you in the right direction when you have questions! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Great new addition to South West. Went in today randomly just to get a new vape and the attendant was so nice! Great customer service and great prices. I just found my new vape shop. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and he even took his time explaining to me the different flavors as I’m hard at seeing. It was a great experience and the shop is so clean.

Went in and bought a URB disposable. It would barely hit, and the guy working said you just had to blow through the bottom. Got it home still wouldnt hit. Noticed that inside the box was a manufacturer date and expiration date. Vape was expired. Took it back in the next morning when they opened. Told me theres nothing they could do. Had them check the URB vapes and ALL were expired and would not hit. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Came within 10 of leaving Leaving shop my vape/dispo proceeded to auto fire and get red hot and the employee/manger proceeded to tell wouldn’t refund me my money I get policy but when a vape is about to cause bodily harm think they would make exception I guess not if I could give a zero star I would but one star will do and owner tell he can swap but something that almost blew up with my one year old and daughter in car after explaining and just want19 dollars and some change back with sales girl being blatantly rude with customer other than me in store while I’m a store manger at another smoke shop in the same town I would never treat someone like that no fault of owner on product we are responsible for product in our store and customer happiness

My guess is 1 angry person made several fake accounts to hate on the shop for some reason. I would ignore those handful of 1 star reviews and go to the shop to see for yourself! As I said staff is knowledgeable and friendly, prices are great. Awesome shop.

I was already a huge fan of this store, but now Im sticking with it religiously! I bought a new kit from here this morning because my old one started acting up and Im not gonna lie, I was a little hesitant because it was a more advanced vape than what Im used to but I went ahead and got it off faith. When I got home I started having issues with getting it to pull properly. I called up there and not only did Andrea give me advice on what could be wrong and how to fix it, but a few minutes after the call Randy found my number in their system, called me back, and walked me through making sure I was able to get it working properly. Customer service like this is exactly why this is the only place I go to for anything vape related!!

So far I have had the best experience here. From the first time I went in to my latest experience. Went in the store yesterday to get a new glass for my SMOK Baby Prince and not only did I get a resin instead of glass in which they installed the owners also replaced my coil for free. They didnt want me to inhale glass fragments. They went way above and beyond to help me. Best vape shop this far.

There’s a place closer to me but I don’t mind making the 20 minute drive for there good customer service. They really treat you like family there and there vibe is just great. They really put the effort in helping find the coil I needed for my mod. I recommend everyone to take a trip down there for great liquids coils and service.

Im not from the area, just a Truck Driver passing through needing some emergency joose. I found the Gentleman and young lady at the counter very helpful and pleasant to talk to. He seemed very knowledgeable and ambitious to meet my needs. Ive read through these reviews, specifically the one stars and found it curious that the one star reviews all sounded very similar, were non-specific and used the same verbiage. I would suspect possibly local competition trying to bash their competitors. Ignore the one star reviews, the rest are 5s and I agree.

My girlfriend and I first walked into this place just after it opened. We both wanted to stop smoking and were out shopping and just ended up here. The owner was very knowledgeable and helped us both decide what would best suit us. We bought 2 vapes and juices that entered us in for a grand prize drawing on their grand opening. Unfortunately we couldn’t make it and I received a call on Sunday from an unknown number. So of course I don’t answer... and wait for a message! The owner said I needed to call him back so I did. He informed me that I had won the PS4 grand prize!!! I NEVER WIN ANYTHING!A week later my girlfriend broke her vape. The owner was able to get it working but the mixture ring had broken off. Not really a warranted piece... but yet again they pulled through and set me up with a brand new one on the house!This has been the best vape shop with the best customer service! I’ve been to a few before to try and quite smoking, but due to customer service or atmosphere never went back. This place will definitely keep me going back!!Thanks y’all!!
