Best smoke shop in town! Open earlier and later than any shop in town, 8am to midnight almost every night. Not to mention the staff is incredible. My number one place to come ask questions about products and have a better understanding of what you’re buying. Not to mention to largest vape selection I’ve ever seen. Sydney is absolutely amazing and answers any questions I have!

I had an amazing experience at Smokey Mountain Smoke Shop, all thanks to Carlos! His personable nature and ability to relate to customers really stood out. Carlos went above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied, hooking me up with the latest model of the Blueberry Watermelon Raz vape. I was blown away to find the newest model in my possession upon leaving the store. He anticipated my desires and delivered an exceptional customer experience. I absolutely love the product I purchased today and am grateful for their business. Tonight, Im enjoying the Blueberry Watermelon Raz on my patio, and I even took a picture to capture the moment. Five stars for Carlos and Smokey Mountain Smoke Shop!

Very nice people working there. At least they get my name brand of cigarettes I smoke more often. Other places offer a free cheap lighter with the carton of cigarettes. I prefer native light shorts

Super friendly service here and reasonable prices. I like the unique glass pieces ant this shop and I appreciate that you can choose a free sample vape with purchase. The employees who were there during my visit were very kind and helpful. I’m new to vaping (switching from cigarettes) and so was a bit indecisive, but Delilah was very patient and knowledgeable in helping me make my decision.

Never had an issue until today when I was moved to the side to help another customer first. The so called manager, Delilah, barely greeted me and when I asked if her register was open she said she was waiting on another customer to check out. When I asked if there was a reason why I wasn’t served first, I was told she asked him to come around before I got to the register but I was waiting there before he arrived. In a calm voice, I explained I was there first and didn’t see her reasoning and as I walk away she aggressively slams the register drawer shut. Take your business elsewhere, I know I will.

I was rushed and treated rudely. I used to frequent this place, until yesterday. The guy with the funny eye was rude and rushing me. He was aggravated, because I asked for a bag and receipt. There is nothing worse than spending your hard earned money somewhere and leaving with feeling disrespected. Please consider the various other smoke shop locations where youre made to feel welcomed.

Phenomenal service and products. Always have everything I can imagine a new product come out they got it! The service is legendary always good vibes and they happily patiently explain anything u ask! Definitely my top smoke shop and I visit every smoke shop I can find😂

The people in the shop tonight were incredibly nice! They answered all my vape flavor questions. Made picking a flavor easier for me. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

I just left the store. I walked in (before) another customer, grabbed what I was coming to purchase and began walking towards the register. As I was walking to the register I passed by an employee (white male with a nose ring and gauge earrings) helping the other customer. I get to the register (no one is in line) and the employee comes to the register and asks me to move so that he can check out the other customer that came to the behind me. I’m in line first yet I’m asked to step aside to check out someone who came after me? I won’t be going back to that store.

The two employees were nice and asked if we needed any help throughout our visit. The young lady was very nice and had great advice on Kratom. The store is clean and well lit with plenty of space, they also sell some anime merchandise!Will come over here more often

Amazing smoke shop! Workers are literally always helping customers and check out is fast and efficient. They seem to always be trying to innovate the store and get work done to improve it. Best selection of anywhere Ive seen while keeping it neat and tidy on the floor of the store. Everything is priced reasonably. Very surprised by how consistently kind and thoughtful each worker is every day I go in. Highly recommend, especially with its location.

Most expensive smoke shop and there were 3 employees only the one that was helping 3 other ppl spoke. Other 2 walked right past me.Jacksonville has THE WORSE SERVICE & over 3$ for Grabba leaf is sad. Go elsewhere.

Good store, great staff, but they have an awful no refund policy for vapes that just dont work. They sold me a vape that didnt work at all after the first hit in the store,a complete dud of a product and they refused to refund me my money. Instead, they kept telling me all vape stores do this as if that excuses BLATANT bad business

I love this smoke shop because they always bring back my favorite pen for me. The managers are difficult but Carlos is my favorite associate and he always brings up my mood whenever I come in and is always respectful. The woman working there should not be a manager they always have a bad attitude towards other girls and I always have problems when I come in. Otherwise best smoke shop around would 100% recommend

Vapes don’t have flavor!! It may taste okay before you leave the store, but shortly after you’re just puffing on air!! Don’t go there, horrible customer service!!

Extremely rude female assistant, disrespectful and condescending! I just had the worst customer service experience at Smokey Mountain smoke shop. I came in around 1 pm today bought a small torch that was defective as soon as I got home and brought it back less than 2 hours later and the attendant woman (with glasses) working today was extremely rude and condescending to me. I wanted to simply return that one and spend more to buy a better product and she told me I couldnt, then picked up a new one and asked me Is this one working while laughing and being condescending. I called her on it, she kept making it even more condescending remarks laughing while turning her back. Then I said I wanted to spend more to get a better one for safety reasons and she started laughing (as if Im supposed to know there is no refund) while the other attendant who was really nice was trying to be helpful explaining there are no refunds at this store but it was too late. Im now stuck with the same product (new one in a different color) that I no longer want. Also the defective one was probably put back on the shelf so make sure yours is working before buying it. Even if there are no refunds in general this is a product I had just purchased hours before still in the brown bag with the receipt and bar code and I should have the right to a refund and to spend more on a different one if they sold me a defective product. As I took the new one and walked away the same attendant was very loudly talking to me thank you for coming in and Im glad I could help you while still laughing at me in front of other customers trying to make me look bad. I walked out with a product I do not want and obviously upset about how I was treated. I have been a customer there for years and I will not be coming back. This type off employee will turn customers away. Disrespectful and not trained to talk to customers.

Absolutely great experience with the employees today, Tiffany was exceedingly knowledgeable across all aspects of the store. As well as incredibly personable and helpful in the selection process. She is definitely making a positive difference for new and returning customers!

This was my very first visit to this business. I was shockingly very impressed with just walking into the store. All of the products that I have looked at were made of decent quality, they had current deals and promotions, pricing was fairly good, and the employee that was working performed great customer service.

Employees are always great. Shop is nice and clean. I also like that they stay open later. Always a good place.Update 6-7-22They are constantly out of stock on vape juice now. Also coils. Notany testers and when I ask they just say they dont have one. Ive literally asked on repeat if they will be re-ordering supplies and have been told they didnt know but will ask to. It never works. The prices on individual coils now are up to $7/8 on ONE COIL! Even with that its never in stock. The lines to checkout have taken forever as there is usually only one person doing it, if they are even behind the counter, when there used to be 3 people always helping diligently. This last visit the other cashier was showing someone who was already being helped how she smoked her vape while I was standing waiting to checkout. Im not sure what happened but Ive had to go to other shops now to find what I need. Maybe new management or something because nothing seems to be getting done. There were coils scattered around behind the counter and the cashier just said, yeah shes been trying to get to those. I asked if my coil was somewhere in there and I was just told I dont know. I just cant anymore, its a shame because they were so clean and friendly and always had what I needed. Now its always a waste of my time. Too bad.UPDATE 10.1.22Back on their toes! Stocked well again and always have my go-tos in stock. Employees offering assistance when they see you searching so no need to go ask. So glad things are back in order! Clean and well lit. 👌

The store is always clean. They have a wide variety of items to choose from. More than I have seen in other stores. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other places. The staff is always friendly, helpful and patient when you are having a hard time trying to decide what you want. Personally this is my favorite store .

I went in for a fume extra which is $13 and the bigger lady who was working alone stated me a price of $18, I asked why the big price change and she lied to me and said Fume was being sued or something like that. I know because I called the store and the next day because I was curious and they said the price was still $13. I’m sure she just pocketed the extra cash. Unfortunate because everyone I talk to there is super nice, but that’s just theft. Taking from the customer and making the rest seem bad.

This place is your amazing local smoke shop. Ive been there about 12 times or so in the past year. The cute Russian guy thats always there is friendly but not pushy. He helps as needed and knows his stuff. Their prices are great compared to certain smoke cities so I always come here first when I need something or when Im just shopping. You wont be disappointed I promise.

This is my absolute favorite store in Jacksonville, FL. Each and every single employee working in that store are top-notch customer service titans. I am a repeat customer there and at least 80% of the time, as soon as I enter I verbalize loudly Im home! or finally I have returned to my home I have never been to any store of any type that has had staff so solidly proficient in their product. I cannot recommend Smokey Mountain enough. As soon as you enter, you can just feel an air of peace. Highly recommend A++++++++++

This wasn’t my first stop. My friend and I went to several smoke shops around Jacksonville and had a mediocre experience. The service here is exceptional and we didn’t feel like we were being forced to make a purchase. We both ended up buying two separate water pipes with new bowls. The service is outstanding and we will be coming back in the future. Please stop by and come share the same great experience we had.

With one of the largest selections of the glass and glass accessories in Jacksonville, Smoky Mountain is a highly recommended and a reliable smoke shop. What I like most about is that they always have the newest products nearly as soon as they come out. Their glass selection is huge and features some of the most sought after glass in the industry. I came in here and got what I wanted with help from they guy who works their and paid within a few dollars or cheaper than the online price where the others stores I went into doubled everything. This is the best shop to go to in all of Jacksonville. The guy who works there greeted me and helped me out with everything that I was looking for and had superior knowledge on everything. After letting him know what I wanted he showed me a few items that were exactly what I needed and a fraction of the cost of all the other stores. The place has tons of inventory with anything you can think of and still is expanding. 5STARS!!

Sold me a bottle of sad boy vape juice, when I got home and tried to fill my vape, the squirt part of the lid came right off. Half of the $20 bottle spilled all over me. When I went back to the store to switch it out for a new one, I told the group of employees what happened. There was a lot of glances and comments amongst themselves while I was left standing there wondering what was happening. I finally asked if I was waiting for something and was told someone went to the back, to ask what to do I assume. When they returned they offered me %20 off a new bottle... I just spent $40 in that store and now they want me to give them another $18 to replace a defective bottle? I told them this was not the resolution I need and they just stared at me then told me to have a good day.

I buy my e-liquid and my coils and such here. The guy that runs the place is always fair, hes ordered stuff for me and he let me test things I wanted to try.Most other shops you have a hard time getting someone to be helpful or find someone with product knowledge.Never had a single issue here and thats why I go there every week for all my stuff.

Ignore the two most recent ignorant reviews of this shop. To the person who asked about crack pipes... of course you were asked to leave, all products sold by any shop of this sort is for tobacco use only... Basically pipeshop 101. This shop has a great selection and a great range of cheap to nice equipment. He is still expanding and constantly adding new product, he is always ready to help and will answer any questions you have. I have spent $2000+ in the shop by now and its usually my one and only stop. Dont be discourage by the other bad review either... 4/20 is not recognized by TOBACCO shops, and as someone who is well versed in that here 7/10 is not some up and coming day... get over yourself dude.Long story short... spend your money here!

This place is awesome! So many unique items and a plethora of bubblers and pipes. You could spend a lot of time in this store and not even realize it. Extremely knowledgeable staff too. I was very unsure about what I wanted, but with their help and guidance I bought a few items and Im very HAPPY!!!

I absolutely LOVE this smoke shop!! Every time I’ve been in there, the staff has been incredibly helpful and and swears any questions I have had.My most recent purchase was a new Vape to help me quit smoking cigarettes. I got the Smok Stick Prince Baby and a week after I bought it, I accidentally shattered the glass tank housing. Went in looking for a plastic one to replace it and ended up walking out with a great replacement. A couple of days after I got that, I noticed that the tank would leak out all my juice pretty quickly. I contacted the store and explained my issue, they thought it was a defective coil, which happens, no biggie. They replaced the coil and I went about my day. Well, that didn’t fix the issue completely. It didn’t leak as quickly, but it still leaked out my juice overnight, so I reached back out to the store. George chatted with me through Facebook and ended up replacing the whole tank piece with a brand new one to make sure that the product I purchased worked and I was happy. It’s been since the end of November and so far, the new tank has been great and I haven’t experienced any of the leaking issues at all!!Whenever I have friends looking for a good smoke shop to go to, I tell them to hit up the staff at Smokey Mountain and they all love it too. Thank you for taking care of your customers and making sure that at the end of the day, we’re happy. I’ll definitely be coming back to them for anything that I need!!

I came in last night to get some shisha for my hookah and saw the most beautiful water bowl, but had no clue how to use it. Not only did Nina tell me how to use it and what it does, but she also told me about the health benefits of the water bowl vs traditional ceramic or silicone. The staff here is awesome and extremely knowledgeable. This is definitely my go to smoke shop!

I would advise to go to any smoke shop in the local area but here because the rude sales clerks and counterfeit products. On more than one occasion I have patronized this place and received poor quality puff bars and other vape products. Their main objective is to get you in and out. I purchased a Lush Ice puff bar it was counterfeit and they said they could nothing about it coldly. Mainly they need better customer resolution tactics because they could care less about anyone spending their money there locally.

Came here on 7/10, money ready to buy a new piece to replace my old one that broke.I asked if there was a sale on water pipes for 710 and the guy looked at me like I was crazy and told me he has no idea what Im talking about with an attitude. I proceeded to ask him again, if he has a sale for 7/10, as it is like the 4/20 for concentrates.He then proceeded to start getting aggressive in his tone with me and told me he still has no idea what im talking about and that his shop only has tobacco concentrates. As was walking away, he continued trying to talk over me as I was trying to say theres no reason to get aggressive with me, and he wouldnt let it go until he got the last word.BOTTOM LINE IS: Stay away from this classless establishment, if youre a real 420/710 lifer and expect good vibes from the people that work at a headshop. They definitely will never be getting my business again, unless Im desperate. Their pieces are all overpriced and the selection is disappointing to say the least anyways, Ive checked. See my other disappointing story about this shop below.Other Bad Experience: The one other time I came here, also ready to buy a piece to replace the broken one, I found out that the store does not even let you water test the water pipes, to see how the air flow is. (You really expect someone educated on glass to go spend 400+ on a rig when you wont even let them try it?) This is also when I perused all of their water pipes for concentrates, finding that they were all overpriced or cheaply made glass for the most part.- An extremely disappointed customer

Some cashiers way better than others but my biggest thing is that a lot of the stuff I buy seems defective? Ive bought juul pods and had them leak and two different universal vape pens randomly quit working within a week. I used to like this shop but I can find better quality elsewhere.

Attempted to purchase a $350 glass piece. One employee said I could get 10% discount on it if I did some type of rewards program, but at the counter when being checked out by the manager he refused this and would only give me 5% due to the high price of the item. This was not the issue and did not stop me from trying to purchase the item. After the manager reluctantly swapped the type of dome for the glass piece, I tried to finalize the purchase but was informed that they do not accept credit for totals over $150. Needless to say, I walked away empty handed in a similar fashion to the Smokey Mountain smoke shop, as I intend to find another piece of glass from a different store and spend my money there. I had cash to spend, but it felt like the manager was really trying his hardest not to sell the item. Ive heard of a credit minimum at stores, but never a maximum...

I came into store two weeks ago and worked with Jordan who sold a bottle of vape juice, two atomizers and a battery and was told to come back with any issues. When returning had a bit of an issue; however, George the owner promptly replied to the issue and immediately rectified my problem. I posted an unfavorable review and within an hour he replied and assured me he would make things right. I came back into the store the following day and George was incredibly helpful, explained why the original atomizers would not work, walked me through using a replacement and much nice atomizer and explained much more about using the vape I had than anyone has ever done.I assured George I would update my review based on my customer service interaction with him and here it is.I would now return to this shop and recommend if you have any issues talk to the owner. He did what he said he would do and that is not typical with business folks now days. I respect his follow through and the facthe took time to make sure his customers were happy Thank you.

I love coming to this place all the time for anything and everything i need. From the quality of the items and service to the prices in store. The salesperson Nina was so sweet and really helpful in helping me in the store. Her help is appreciated everytime i come into the shop.

I love this place! Great prices, great products, and great staff. Ive been coming here for years and never leave disappointed. They beat gas station cigarette prices by at least fifty cents, the hookah tobacco selection is phonomnal, and the staff there is always knowledgeable and pleasant. Plus they have a lot of cool e-cigs and juice flavors. And the best incense scents in town Five out of five, this place is the best!

I was out of one of my juices, and as my local vape shop does not carry it, I decided to stop here due to the good prior reviews I read. It was on the way to my destination and I was in a bit of a rush. There were 3 problems I encountered. To be fair, I will go over the pros first. The place was very clean and organized which is always a plus. Now the cons. Number one, I had to initiate any conversation that was exchanged, even the greeting; businesses, especially the ones that the client deals directly with the work associate need to have welcomings for all potential and returning customers. Number 2, I asked for a sample of a juice to try, and I asked to drip it, and he said they dont have any to drip but they had sample tanks for the juices, which is fine, and I asked for a sample of a certain juice that I have been meaning to try, upon asking for it, I was told he does not have a sample for that, upset by it, all that was offered was paper description. That does not really help me in my decision making, and the associate was not eager to help me with that issue. Its not that difficult to open a cheap tank and fill it with the juice for a customer to try, for myself and all future customers. 3rd problem and this is the biggest issue. The juice that I bought, as I have purchased from multiple vendors has always been the same price, the bottle itself says 18 dollars, and that has always been the price of that bottle. This store had marked it up to 20 dollars. Now 2 dollars isnt the end of the world, but when the bottle itself literally says 18 dollars, it is unprofessional and cheap to mark it up more, especially since I am positive he gets it at a vendor price, so he is simply trying to increase his profit margin and taking it out of the customer pocket. Since I needed the juice, I purchased it, however I will not be returning here for any vaping need, and I advise all other to do the same.

WARNING!! Is this place or has this place been under investigation? If you don’t want to have to find out and don’t want to get stopped by the police, I suggest you not visit this store.We visited this store to purchase AL Capone Cigarillos and the odor eliminating spray 1/5/19 at around 6:00 p.m. The messages on the door should have been a red flag for us. The second red flag should have been the extremely rude Caucasian female behind the counter who appears to have a great need for mental assistance.We entered the store having a private conversation but no matter where we went in the store, the rude female behind the counter interjected into our conversation. When I asked about the odor removal spray, my companion stated “You act like you smoke weed…[always buying those sprays]”. The referenced female instantly appeared to require high doses of mental medication and asked us to leave the store. As puzzled as we were by this, we left without a scene.  As we were leaving she said “Until it is no longer my Constitutional right to ask you to leave, you have to leave because we do not allow you to talk about anything illegal in here.”Shortly after we left the parking lot, we were pulled by the police, which leads me to believe that either she called the police or this store is a place of interest for investigation.  If she called the police, I believe that she really needs an extremely high dose of psychotic medication. If she isnt the owner, she is losing the owner money and can possibly cause a business loss.

I called about a puff bar that i have that usually last me three days and it ran out in less than a few hours i explained that i was at work and really hadn’t hit it much and once i got home i was hitting it a few times and it started not really hitting unless i hit it really hard and the same thing happened to another one i had and it started tasting burnt and the girl said that i could be lying and bring in a old one. i come in about every three days to maybe a week to get a puff bar and the girl on the phone was very rude saying she didn’t know what to tell me she couldn’t help me.

Dont shop here if youre an avid hookah smoker. The owner was apparently too lazy to continue selling higher numbers of full-size coconut coals in a single box due to distributor supply issues. They unfortunately now only sell half-sizes in 90 pieces and full-sizes in 72 pieces once they stopped carrying this particular stock containing full-size 120 pieces resulting in $5 profits over long run. Once again, please take your business elsewhere.

The guy who works and owns the place is very down to earth. He is professional and has pretty good inventory on both quality waterpipes and hookah stuff with variety. Its not ridiculously overpriced like all the smoke shops on Beach.

Takes forever to get help or even conduct a simple transaction. Sketchy people constantly in the store. Rude counter people. Amateur hour at its best. Save your time and money and go to Smoke Bucks on Phillips Hwy.

Great selection of glass and the staff are SUPER helpful! With helping me expand my collection and with helping me teach my friends what good pieces really are! 10/10 would totally recommend.

Ive been to all the vape shops just about in Jacksonville and this one has the best atomizers. Most of the atomizers I buy from other vape shops fail within the first 4 to 7 days and the one I buy last me almost 15 days.

They literally wouldnt sell me anything because i described what i was looking for. No warnings.. Im supposed to browse and see the inconspicuous signs even if i know the exact area i need to go.

I picked out a vape juice, told him what I wanted, and as I was walking to the counter to check out. I said it seems like a lot of your stuff isnt just for vamping. He asked me what I meant, I said well it looks like a lot of crack pipes or something. And he asked me to leave... I was confused because it was literally a question because Ive never seen over half the stuff in there before. But apparently trying to figure out what all those pipes and hoses and miscellaneous things are for, is illegal in that shop. I guess all of his customers have to know what all his stuff is for before walking into the shop. To me it seems sketch. I just moved to the area and trying to find a smoke shop to get my vape juice, but this place dont like questions and they are obviously very defensive. So Ill find a place that is for vape juice:) and that doesnt kick me out for asking questions.

Hes got it all - hookas, water pipes, wraps, vapes/juice & more. The owner is always there to answer any questions or correct you if youre doing something that displeases him. Haha. Prices are very fair.

Wouldn’t allow my fiancé to purchase a piece due to the fact he called it a bong instead of “water pipe.” Told him he had to come back tomorrow and re-ask using the right words because “he didn’t know him.” 😂😂 ridiculous. I’m sure if my fiancé didn’t have an accent he would’ve been treated differently. Will not come on again.

2/19.. Very rude unprofessional supervisor. I needed help with just questions about a mod i brought from this location. Although this location is only a mile away from my house I will never return there because the lack of proffesionalism.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! It is 10:06 and not only are they STILL not open but they are ignoring my phone calls! How are they still in business? I was able to let go of the fact that the last time I was here the guy behind the counter was RUDE & accused me of stealing but this is where I cross the line!
