This place is amazing! Unlike other smoke shops that help you until someone else walks in they work with you until you check out and leave. Ryan (and I dont say this lightly)was nothing short of the best!! He had no problem with answering my questions and showing me different products and really seemed to enjoy helping.He was knowledgeable and extremely professional.They have a great selection of glass pieces and fair prices. I will definitely return and recommend to all of my friends.I would give 10 stars if I could.

Buy my vapes from here and was always told they have a reward system for 10% and I have a coupon waiting. Went to use it and it’s magically not there. Instead of refunding the $5, I was just told sorry. I bought the last two of a flavor and either very old or fake, as they taste horrible.

Ive been going to this smoke shop for over a year now and would recommend this place to anyone who wants quality and great prices. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they have available. Do yourself a favor and check them out you want be disappointed.

Literally the only place I go to for all my needs. Papers, leaf, vapes, rigs, hookahs, you name it, they got it AND in option. Ryan is usually behind the desk, but even if it’s the other ladies, THEY GOT YOU!! SO knowledgeable and patient, if you’re not sure what you’re looking for, trust me, you gone find that, and more! These guys are sooo chill, never shoving anything down your throat. They only wanna make sure you got what you need, and hopefully to see you again! LOVE seeing them when i come in, it’s like another home

Here on vacation from Mississippi and I love hookah. So it’s only cool if I collect hookahs from every state I visit. This spot was amazing as I found the prettiest most conversational rose gold copper hookah. I mean it’s absolutely sexy!! The hookah!!! Lol The owner was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Great prices, wonderful service along with rare hookahs and flavors. Such as SHISHA which is rare in America. Equals our new hookah spot when we visit Jacksonville, FL.

Came to buy a product attachment for water pipe and was sold the wrong size nail. I even made sure to check multiple times with the girl behind the counter before buying to ensure it was the right size. Got home, DOESN’T FIT.Called the shop to ask if I could return and get my money back, to which I was told no returns are offered on any item...seriously?Definitely don’t want to shop somewhere that wants to take advantage of their clients and refuse to solve a problem that they created.Shop somewhere else, there are better prices all over town than what Strange Clouds offers...

Jeeze Louise I had an amazing experience with Ryan today! Sadly my ultimate fav. Flavor (mamba) is no longer being produced; this sweet heart recommended a similar flavor in a brand I’ve never heard of and I’ll be driving out of my way now to stop here for my vape needs! Thanks again Ryan 🥰😌☺️A+

The owner is the nicest and coolest guy ever. Always has promotions ando sales going on! Sometimes even give aways! Plus the whole store has a sweet feel to it. Awesome music playing while checking out a good size selection of hookah, pipes, and vape supplies. This is my go-to. Im never ever dissatisfied.

Not my first time in a smoke shop, but my first time at this one with my friend and they were so nice with helping her decide on her first hookah. Owner was very nice and hospitable. Had a problem with our hose and they hooked us up when we came back! Definitely not our last time there.

I received very short answers in a very condescending tone from the girl behind the counter. It’s not a place for any newcomers looking for advice.

Clean, organized, and a wide variety of products. With such a huge product line, I expected it to be somewhat chaotic but pristine would be a more apt description. Staff is friendly and for my first time, set a very high bar for future expectations.

Ive been coming to this shop for a long time and I am going to be sad when I move. Some of the best prices, vibes, and overall atmosphere is amazing. If you need anything from shisha, e-juice, etc. This place has it. They even hold events on the weekend for a vibe and chill zone. If you need a place to catch vibes and a place to socialize, this is a place to check out.

Best local and friendly shop in Jax!! I tried the bigger smoke shop chains but everything was way too overpriced. Strange clouds had exactly what I was looking for, and I never have to be concerned about the prices cause everything is priced appropriately for the product. Never have to deal with overly inflated prices, and I always find a piece i love!

Went to a couple different smoke shops in the jacksonville beaches area and this one by far takes the cake for being a real smoke shop. The guy behind the counter was really cool and helpful and the whole vibe of the place made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in.

The girl at the front desk didnt know anything. like... literally... anything about vapor equipment. she was rude and short. plus they cant answer their phones. its like no one even works there. just go ahead and shut the shop down. I cant believe youve gotten any good reviews at all.

Worst smoke shop ever ! Dont come here ! The guy who helped me was a total Creep put his number in my bag and Im only 18 years old ! They guy had to be atleast early 50s late 40s ! Gross !!!! And he sold me a shitty pen which he promised would improve or he would do an exchange ! When I went back to tell them my problem , he said he could not help me when he told me he could replace . Would of never bought it !! Thanks a lot . Money down the drain thanks to these pervs !!!!!!
