If I could give diamond status, I would give the smoke shop just that!! I don’t know where they got their name from but I definitely feel as if I’m a part of a club. It’s not just the typical What can I get for you? It’s actual genuine conversations talking about goals and just being able to say hey how are you doing? it doesn’t matter what side of town I will drive the extra mile to this location because that’s what they do they go the extra mile and can we talk about their reward system? Holy cow I mean I’m getting $15 off. I’m sorry, although I would rather be having points towards the lottery, this will settle for now but that’s worth anything because I need my money, but I want to just say that, I’m so glad they came into the neighborhood. So dont Stop smoking. We are a club

Always friendly and very helpful each and every time I go there. Always have a sale. I like the Reward feature even though I havent gotten enough points yet to use. Maybe one day

This place has so much to choose from. Its like the Home Depot of Smoke Shops - I could look around for hours. The staff was cool and so helpful. This shop is on a whole different level then all these other places!

Started coming here around the opening. The owner is amazing and incredibly helpful but also comes as a friend. Store is incredibly clean and the display cases are absolutely beautiful. Wonderful environment all around. The prices more than compete with anyone elses and with the point system and rewards from it there is really no comparing. Only smoke shop I go to now

The best vape shop on the westside, hands down. They ask for customers feedback and genuinely care. The shop is located near a JSO substation, very safe location and open until 11 pm. Excellent pricing on all products and excellent loyalty programs.

First time checking out the smoke shop I was instantly welcomed with wonderful customer service. The owner was super sweet and when I told him what I was looking for he knew exactly what I wanted and even offered an alternative that works the same but more affordable which I thought was awesome. I will definitely be coming here all the time.
