I always like to be honest about my reviews. My first visit (today) started off a little sketchy, but the owner and my massage technician Kris turned everything around! Kris has worked with chiropractic medicine and traveled abroad to bring you an experience you will rarely experience in the States. She knows how to find your sore muscles and pressure points...total relief and relaxation. My 60-minute massage with Kris was incredible! For you international travelers who have experienced a European or Asian massage, THIS IS THE PLACE! I promise you, you will not be disappointed. I dont post reviews unless I experience: value for my hard earned money, outstanding customer service, and an owner or manager that takes pride in their business. I experienced all three at Coastal Massage and Wellness. I will definitely be booking another massage and plan to try some of the other services (Im missing my lashes). Look for the reviews and before and after pictures! 🥰❤️🥰

I have been getting my lashes done here for nearly a year. I have 0 complaints. Rachel is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. So kind, sweet, and caring. She listens to what you want and creates the magic. I recommend facials, and lashes here! The crew they have are so nice and welcoming!

Had a great experience here. My husband and I were scheduled for a couples massage and have zero complaints. We had Jessie and Amelia. Jessie did my husbands massage, he’s a very large muscular build, and she was able to get deep into his tissue. Will definitely be scheduling both of them in the future.

Amelia is absolutely AMAZING! I’ve been getting massages for 10+ years and Amelia is hands down the best of the best! Have been booking with her consistently and plan on continuing. 20/10 STARS!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I have been going here for our massages for some time and we have never left feeling dissatisfied! Each time we have gotten knowledge as well as massages and facials. And Jessie and Amelia are phenomenal! And if you have plantar fasciitis I recommend seeing Jessie for help!!

First time visiting. What I appreciated the most were the communication tools they used to remind me of my upcoming appointments which also provided the address that way I’m not scrambling for it on the day of my appointment. I also like the vibe of space in general. Lastly Gennaro was attentive to my needs and massaged specifics areas that pointed out to him before the beginning of my massage session. Overall the experience was a good one and I’ll recommend.

Everyone was great! Very welcoming and relaxing environment. I had never had a facial before and could not have asked for a better first experience. Rachel was sweet and attentive, she explained everything to me as she went and gave me great aftercare advice. Jennifer was thorough and accommodating with my massage. Will definitely be back!

It was a fantastic facial ! Tamyia listened to me and gave me exactly what I needed! My skin feels wonderful and I loved everything she did even the abidance of the room and music was perfect ! Coastal Wellness has a sparkling jewel with this esthetician. I look forward to my next facial !

Great experience and service!I suffer from sciatica and over all tension and Gennaro definitely loosened a lot of my muscles up and even showed me a yoga stretch to help with sciatica.Highly recommend and will book again!

I had my eyebrows done Ombré by Kendell at Coastal Wellness and Massage my eyes looks incredible and changed my whole face I love them!! She done an amazing job a true artist at work thank you so much!!!

My 60 minute custom massage with hot stones was exactly the therapy my body needed. The hot stones made all the difference in enhancing my massage experience. My massage therapist -Jessie -is gifted with intuition. Great personal service.

Mr Eddie was nothing short of exactly what I needed. He asked me questions before starting my session and made sure he hit every point I mentioned. I left feeling amazing. This was my first time and I will be returning.

I had Kris for a massage yesterday and she was fantastic!I’ve had trouble finding a place where I dont feel sore after a massage and this place made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable.

I gifted my mom a facial for Mother’s Day and she loved it!! She got the H2o Glow facial. Tamiya did an amazing job on her skin, she looked so glowy and refreshed afterwards.

Cleanliness and how courteous the staff is. Typical when I arrive for my appointment I dont have to sit around and wait to be seen Im seen immediately upon arrival. The staff makes me feel comfortable and secure. I love going here.

This was my first visit. The space is very nicely laid out and just gives off an overall relaxing vibe. Jennifer was amazing. The session was so relaxing and she relieved the pain I was having in my neck from a pulled muscle along with the many other knots I had. Would definitely recommend her. I bought both my kids gift cards for Christmas. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

10/10 recommend coming here for total relaxation. I did the escape from it all package for myself, which includes a custom massage and a facial. I also added the salt room. My massage was with Jessie, and she literally massaged me out of existence and my body. Ive never been more relaxed in my life. I have sciatica pain and now I feel no pain. My facial was with Rachel and she is absolutely fantastic. My skin feels new and refreshed and relaxed. Couldnt recommend coming here more.

I have known Jessie for over ten years and would never go anywhere else. She has opened such a beautiful establishment, takes pride in the building and every aspect of her business. The facility is clean and calming, the ladies I have met were kind and welcoming. Jessie Weinzatl is amazing at what she does. I had the sports massage because of intense aches and pain in both my back and legs. I also had limited movement in my shoulder from lots of use and tension. I notice tremendous relief after one session with Jessie. That relief increased after my second session. I would definitely highly recommend Jessie and coastal massage and wellness.

I received the BEST spray tan I have ever had from Rachel. Zero orange, no weird lines, just fabulous. She made me feel completely comfortable. I appreciate her so very much!

I have been getting Lymphatic drainage massage with Jessie & I absolutely recommend her! I appreciate how she makes you feel comfortable & addresses your concerns. If you were wondering where to go for your massages after Lipo here is the place. I am still healing however I have seen an improvement in my skin after every massage. Glad to have found her! I’ve never left a 1 star review. However, I’ve gotta share this. I called two months before my preferred appointment to schedule 3 massages at the same time. The next week I get a call that they only have two massage therapist but she may can find a third. I said yes that would be great please let me know. A month past and I hadn’t heard so I called one week before my appointment to make sure we were booked. It’s my sisters birthday so we were going to surprise her. She girl said she didn’t see my name so she was going to text her boss. Her boss apparently said ‘I told him if we couldn’t find a third person then that means we couldn’t do the massage.’ LOL okay well first of all that’s not what I was told and wouldn’t one think that it would be ‘in case we CANT get a massage therapist then we’ll call you…’ Not the other way around. Anyway, they have great reviews and I was looking forward to a nice massage. Too bad they have like 1 massage therapist though…

I love going here for my lashes. Its relaxing and I always feel so beautiful when I leave. I have been getting lash extensions since like Aug 2022 or so, with Raegan, she is so sweet and gentle! Her lashes are full and easy to manage. Ive also seen Alexis for a fill, she did amazing work! Ive also gotten lashes from Rachel who was so welcoming and easy to talk with. The manager has dealt with me a few times and they have always made me heard and then gone above and beyond to help me out! Highly recommend for any spa experience. I also got the anti aging facial which made my skin feel so bouncy and soft!

AMAZING is an understatement! I had a 90 minute massage with Aubrey and she did an awesome job! I always felt comfortable and my privacy was continually respected. I had some cupping that worked wonders for my back pain as well. The new location is beautiful, calming, clean and relaxing. I truly enjoyed the entire experience. Definitely going back! 10/10 recommend!

I love it here. It is so relaxing and they offer so much. I love that I can have a spa day all in one place!My second visit, I was supposed to be scheduled for a massage, but there was a scheduling mixup. They bent over backwards to make it right and still got me in same day. And, they actually looked into where the breakdown of communication was to fix the issue. Not many places nowadays respond like that.Im so pleased to have found this hidden gem that melts away my stress and makes me forget Im in Jacksonville.

I got waxed by Tamiya and it was literally the BEST Brazilian I have ever had! I have been getting Brazilians since 2018 and this one was nowhere near as painful as it usually is. I mean there was pain, because she literally ripping hair out the follicle but I been feeling like they taking the whole area with each stip. If you want a Brazilian without extra pain book Tamiya!

The experience as a whole was great- I got a massage and facial as a Mother’s Day gifts.The reception is cute and calmThe massage was relaxing and the person giving me the massage was knowledgeable and did a real good jobNow to why I didn’t do 5 stars the esthetician for the facial didn’t really meet my expectations.Her nose was runny and she kept on sucking her buggers right on top of my face. At that point I really just wanted her to be done. At one point she coughed and didn’t wash her hands. She put maybe 10 different things on my face and failed to say what they were or what they would be doing for my skin.If your esthetician is not feeling well or just snotty maybe I would have scheduled for another time.Thanks for the great experience though

My stress level has been through the roof for months. I know Ive been walking around with my shoulders basically to my ears and rounded to my toes. I hold all my stress in my shoulders and my neck. I decided to get a massage and Jessie linked me up with Sydney. Let me tell you.... today is the first day in MONTHS that I feel like I actually have a neck and can move. She listened to my wants and needs and didnt even try to kill me. Im a weenie when it comes to pressure and pain and she was able to loosen me up by just relaxing the muscles and breaking up some of the areas. We have some more work to do and we will be doing it monthly for now but I can not get over how much more movement I have after just 1, one hour session. Thank you Sydney! Yall....you need to book...She is amazing...just save me a spot because I need her.

I cant tell you enough how happy I am with all of the services Ive received here (and Ive had quite a few- waxing, eyelashes, facials, and now spray tanning). I have never had a spray tan before because I hate the smell of self tanner and was terrified Id turn orange. Reagan selected a shade based on my skin tone and evenly applied the tan- Im not orange and it looks very even and natural! There is a slight smell, but its nowhere close to the old self tanners- and the tan is set in an hour, so if it did smell, I wouldnt have to wait until tomorrow to shower! With the tan setting in an hour, I now have no excuse to skip the gym (not sure how I feel about that part). The tanner did not rub off on my clothes, either. I am very happy with my tan, and will absolutely do it again! The atmosphere is also very welcome and inviting. Some places can be very intimidating when you walk in, but I have never felt that here. They also sell products if you need them, but they are not at all pushy about buying them. I absolutely recommend Coastal Massage and Wellness to anyone who is looking for a little self-care and pampering!

I go to Amelia for my deep tissue massages and she’s so wonderful. She always makes me feel comfortable and you can tell she really cares about her clients. I cannot recommend her enough!!

This experience was on on Mon Aug 21st (around 2:00). I decided to give myself some time to leave a review because I wanted to control my emotions/ anger. My daughter and I were parked across the street and walking towards Grazing Tray. I saw Coastal Massage and Wellness and I got excited because I had heard a lot of good things about this business. I’ve been in search for a bougie spa-like massage place- and I had been told that “this was it!” As I walked closer, I reached for the door and it was locked- so I tried to just peek through the glass- being that it was normal business hours. I couldn’t see much or anyone inside, so we just kept walking towards our destination. As I walked away I heard someone come out of CW&M and say “Can I help you?” in a not so friendly or welcoming, almost annoyed tone. I just responded- “oh, I had just heard a lot about the location and I happed to walk by it, and wondered what it was like, and what services you offer?” And the lady responded “well, you can find that online” again in a rude tone and shaking her head. I was dressed like I was heading to the gym- maybe she thought I don’t have money to spend. I don’t know. But first impressions are EVERYTHING. Based on that, I won’t be returning to even try out their services. Sad, because I truly was excited to feel this place out.

Couldn’t be happier with my experiences here. Mainly get my lashes done, and Alexis is fantastic! I’ve also had massages and facials, too, and never had a bad experience. My husband has even gone once or twice for some back issues and Jessie really helped with her therapeutic massages. Definitely recommend for the effective service and the fun environment!

I had a facial by Tamiya, it was absolutely wonderful! So relaxing, she talked me through the process, as this was my first facial. The atmosphere was everything. I walked away so relaxed and rejuvenated. It was just what I needed. Tamiya is amazing!

With Eddie’s experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, he gave the most relaxing massage! Just what I was looking for on my day off. I like that he will also focus on a certain spot if you’re having problems with it and can help along your recovery journey! Would recommend.

This was my first massage ever, I chose Coastal Massage and Wellness based on Google reviews and years in business and I was not disappointed. I booked a 45 minute custom massage and explained to Jessie the issue I was having and she suggested cupping and a deep tissue massage and told me if I was uncomfortable at any point to let her know. I walked out feeling a million times better than when I walked in and am very pleased with the services I received. I would recommend this business to anyone that asks me. Jessie and I had good conversation during the massage and it felt like I had known her forever. Ill definitely be back, thank you so much!

I had a great experience. I was greeted as soon as I came in. I had a customized massage with sunny and she was very sweet, professional and knowledgeable. She was able to focus on my problem areas for my sciatica. I also had a facial with Alexis and she was able to explain everything that she was doing and gave me tips as well for my skin. I am definitely coming back again!

It was a great massage, and I look forward to returning. The only reason I did not give them five stars is because I could hear the employees upfront, I could hear other treatments occurring in other rooms, and I could hear everybody that walked up and down the hallway while I was trying to completely relax and not listen to a bunch of people throughout my massage.

Shout out to Amelia for the relaxing massage today. She got rid of the knots in my shoulder(s) and immensely helped with the tension I was feeling in my mid/lower back. The wrist massage was also fantastic (as an IT professional and having had wrist surgery in the past, the pain flares up from time to time).Will absolutely be back. I had the most amazing facial done yesterday by Jessie and I am still blown away at how soft and gorgeous my skin is! I went in with some questions and a hazy idea of what I would like. Y’all, this girl answered every single one of them and helped me pick the best facial for me. She did not disappoint!From the start, she greeted me with a smile and I immediately felt at ease. The room was warm and inviting, while the music was calming. Jessie was very invested in my comfort and addressed any concerns I had. She was very thorough in explaining the process and gave me tips on how to continue my skincare. I highly recommend this place and I will absolutely be coming back!!

My husband bought me a mothers day package that was absolutely amazing! I have never had a facial before and it was such a relaxing experience, Regan treated me like a queen. Shout out to my Esthetician, ALEXIS is absolutely amazing, I love her so much. I’m always nervous the day of my wax but she always has the room so comforting. The soothing sounds, the scent, the vibes are just extremely amazing. She is very very good. Best I’ve had by far from any spa I’ve ever been to from California to NC. I’m definitely here for the long run. Don’t think twice about it, if your looking for a good spa your search is now over. This is definitely the place to be.

Someone from my gym recommended Jessie Weinzatl , so I made an appointment. She addressed all of my issues and made sure I was comfortable during the entire massage. I especially loved the hot towels and the relaxing atmosphere. My massage was 45 minutes, but next time I will definitely do an hour. My entire body felt better and I was very relaxed. The tightness and pain I felt in areas of my back and shoulders were completely gone once she was done. I will continue to visit at least monthly!

Really comfortable environment, I felt relaxed from when I first walked in. I think my masseuse was Jessie and she was very nice. I carry a lot of tightness and soreness in my back/shoulders (probably my fault) and the therapeutic massage helped out a lot. Felt great even after a few days. Thanks.

I was able to get in much quicker than I expected, and they were able to focus on my problem areas. It helped tremendously. All of the staff were very polite and inviting. My family treated me to a massage and facial for my birthday giving me the opportunity to try Coastal. This place had a very calm and relaxing environment. The staff was very friendly. I do wish the massage room was darker and the therapist was aware I was getting a facial after so I didn’t have to undress twice and could of been offered a robe to walk to the other room. Overall it was an experience this mama needed! Sunny gave me a wonderful pregnancy massage and Jessie gave me a relaxing facial.

Wish I could do 4.75 stars!Went here for first time today with my boyfriend for our anniversary. We both got 60 min custom massages and left feeling great. I had so much tension in my muscles that I didnt know needed worked on! I experienced the massage gun and cupping for the first time. 10/10 recommend.The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating to pressure needs/wants. The atmosphere was relaxing and the place was very clean. :) Only complaint would be that the walls are a lil thin so could hear people outside of room or in another room. However thats not the workers fault just the built of the building. They did have noise machines to try and help this and I think it did drown out some for sure. Want to go again :)

Alexis is very knowledgeable & professional. I have learned so very much from her about wearing the eyelashes she applies. Her applied eyelashes last for several weeks without any problems with proper care. I have received many compliments. I have been her client for almost a year. It is a very relaxing experience to have her apply the lashes. She has beautiful decor and soothing music. I highly recommend going to Alexis.

Easily, the best massage I have ever experienced. Jesse asked me what areas of my body I would like massaged and she found all of the other places that needed massaging too. She was somehow able to unlock my neck, hips, and shoulders; I had no idea how tight I was. Even as I am writing this review, my words are sub par in communicating my experience. I had a wonderful experience yesterday with Noelle. I had a 60 minute massage with a 30 minute Infrared Body Wrap directly after. Noelle went over the options of essential oils for the body wrap to get the perfect one to get me to relax. I decided to go with the Mediterranean one and it was perfect!! The massage was amazing and she made sure to check with me on the pressure; perfect! I was nice an relaxed by the time she was done with the massage. I’ve never had a body wrap done before and didn’t know what to expect. It added a new level of relaxation I didn’t know I was missing. Yes it was warm and I sweat...a lot. However she was prepared with a cool damp rag and a nice cold bottle of water (don’t worry, she’ll help with those since you get wrapped like a burrito). She offered a foot or scalp massage but I decided against those. She didn’t hover in the room but made sure to check on me frequently to ensure I wasn’t overheating. I will definitely be going back.

Jessie was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and gentle but firm. The Environment was peaceful, clean, well sanitized and organized, and I felt safe and focused on. I left feeling like I made a new friend.This was my first massage, it was a customized wellness massage with cupping. She listened to what was hurting, had advice and knowledge on what I needed to do to keep healing, and I felt fantastic. A week later, I’m still singing her praises. I will be back for another visit as soon as I can!

Ive been going here for a little over a year. Ive seen 3 different message therapists and theyve all been great. The whole environment is very welcoming and relaxing. I was feel better leaving then when I got there.

Jessie W. was AMAZING. Not only did she bend over backwards to work with my very tight schedule and was exceptionally patient with my circumstances, but everything from the body scrub to the massage to the facial was phenomenal. The facility was nice, everything you’d expect from a quality “spa” establishment. 10/10 would recommend and plan to visit again!

I have been coming here for a few years and didnt realize they moved locations! The new location is definitely more aesthetically pleasing but their quality and service remains unmatched!Their prices are affordable and every single staff member has been wonderful. It should be noted that Im very picky when it comes to spas.I really like being able to make my appointment online when my back begins to hurt while Im working.Im not sure if they still use skin script products or have made a complete switch to glymed, but both skincare lines are nice and affordable. My esthetician friends back home approve. This spa is really what got me into skincare to begin with , the bonus is, they dont push products on you. Which is so nice, no one wants to be guilted into a pricey product. Ive purchased some skincare from them at their previous location and they were almost on par with my medical grade skincare.I LOVE that they host small yoga groups and come up with! (I cant wait to see what other fun events they come up with)P.s. Eddie is PHENOMENAL and professional. His massages and heavenly. I cannot recommend him and this business enough!

This place is Heaven sent! I work most of my day sitting in an office and my back is telling me all about my poor posture in the form of horrible pain. While searching for a massage therapist I came across this place. My interest immediately peaked when I saw that they were offering a Geek Massage which consists of upper body stretching and massage. I knew this was the place for me to relieve the upper back pain I have been dealing with. I booked the next available appointment.When I arrived I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere, very quiet and there were no over powering aromas that I often find when getting a massage. Jessie Weinzatl, the owner and my massage therapist, was just finishing up her last appointment before mine. She welcomed me to the business and let me know she would be right with me. There are a few areas to sit and I did just that while she finished her last transaction and got my room ready, it was a really short wait. Less than 5 minutes I think.When I got into the room we discussed my level of experience with regards to having a massage and if I was at all familiar with some techniques she would be using. Then she explained how the session would progress and what she was going to work on. Jessie gave off an air of confidence of a seasoned professional with years of experience under her belt. The place looks like a spa but she made it feel like a health care facility and not in a bad way. Her demeanor gave me the feeling that she was going to find my issues and correct them.The massage was wonderful I am extremely tight in my upper back and although it was painful it was a good pain and I can honestly say I think my shoulders dropped a little. It feels like my neck got longer. After the treatment she gives you a few lacrosse balls, a resistance band, and a segment of PVC pipe. She uses these things to go over some exercises to help strengthen the weak muscles in your back as well as stretching exercises. Then she recommended I see a chiropractor.At the end of the day this is the best place I have ever been to and I may never go anywhere else again!

I loved that this is a professional atmosphere yet it felt very comfortable and personal. Aubrey was my massage therapist and she was amazing. She communicated with me about my comfort level throughout the therapy as well as following up with me to see if I was improving between sessions. I felt I could contact her at any time with questions or concerns. I felt like I was going to visit a friend when I went in. I love that she didnt focus solely on the area of complaint, but worked on my whole body because it is all related. Very satisfied with my experience here and highly recommend!

I wish I started coming here when we first moved here. I always thought I had decent skin but just wanted to add monthly facials to my self care regimen. 6 months (6 visits) had my skin naturally glowing. Jessie is my go to girl for facials! She is amazing at what she does and I would also highly recommend her for massages!Tait is the other ray of sunshine I had the pleasure of getting my lashes done by at Coastal Massage. I cant describe her any other way, and cant recommend her enough for lash extensions!I just want to add that though she wasnt thrilled to hear about me moving away, Jessie helped find someone I could see at our new duty station for lashes. I had a facial today with Rachel and OMG what an experience! I am not one to pamper myself but after today I will from now on! I left with smooth, clean face. My blackheads are gone, my pores are all smaller and even though I have Rosacea, she was so careful with me that it wasn’t even red!!!! Oh…. I didn’t mention the warm bed, gentle steam in the face and all the nice smells and massages on the face (and yeh… she put me right to sleep 💤! I called and scheduled a partial set of eyelashes for myself and a deep tissue massage for my husband.My eyelashes were a disappointment, I spent 100 dollars on lashes that fell out within three days. The right side fell out abundantly. I did get contacted about it but that was the end of it. Ive had a few sets done in the past and the only ones that I really ever had problems with was because of the glue that was being used for that specific set.My husband said his massage was great, she did cupping instead of scraping when I explicitly asked for scraping. But it is possible my husband agreed to the cupping, even though I thought the scraping would be more beneficial. I only say this through experience. Ive had both done, and felt a massive difference to the scraping versus the cupping.Overall, its a lovely place with lovely people. Ive had good service from them in the past. Maybe we just werent vibing this last time. ‍

After having a bad experience at another local salon, I was so glad to have found Alexis at Coastal. She listened to all my concerns and previous issues prior to the treatment and explained every step of her service. I moved from a larger city where I was regularly getting Brazilians from European Wax Centers and they were cheap quick and messy which is what I needed at the time, but I had no idea what a real waxing service was like. The professional, friendly atmosphere really allows you to relax when there’s impending pain of the wax. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice quiet place with very knowledgeable staff.

Brother, when I say this was worth it I mean it like I concur with enthusiasm kind of deal. I couldnt go through with the leg rubs due to the nerve pain at the time but everything else was perfect. This is a great establishment and the owner, Jessie, is very professional and talented in the services she provides. I have gotten a wax, massage, and scar therapy treatment from Jessie and she is truly skilled and proficient in all three. I have seen her for scar therapy mainly which has been an amazing experience. I have a surgical scar on my neck/face and under her care it has improved immensely. The difference between the first time she worked on it and now is truly shocking. The scar was very raised and uneven and it would itch to no end, whereas, now, it is almost flush with my skin and hardly itches at all. In addition to scar therapy, Jessie is also an amazing massage therapist. She did an extremely thorough job and worked out all of the tension in my shoulders which had been bothering me for some time. I struggle with acne really badly and Jessie has completely turned that around! I had never had a facial before so I was a little nervous with how sensitive my skin was but i am so glad I finally went to her. My wife got her eyelashes filled today and they have huge gaps between her real eyelashes and the new ones filled. She has been paying $90 each time plus tip and hasn’t been satisfied a single time so she won’t be going there anymore. She has gone there twice and both times, she did not get what she asked for.

A little over a year ago I hurt my back at work and was constantly in pain and had a hard time doing just everyday normal things. I walked into my first appointment in a lot of pain, but left feeling so much better. Since then I have tried to see her about every 2-3 weeks. I always leave there feeling great and like my old self again. I am able to Stand up straight and am much more active now that I’m not in so much pain. Life was giving my girlfriend was having a hard time and I called around trying to book her a last minute massages. Called Costal Massage and spoke with McKenzie who mentioned that they didn’t have any massage slots open but they did have a facial slot where they massaged the shoulders, neck, and hands. I was happy to book it for $75 and even paid $25 for extras. After her session; I asked my girlfriend how to it was and was surprised when she told me that they didn’t massage anything. The main reason why I booked it was for the massage, so you may understand my frustration. I called Costal and asked for the manager. The receptionist transferred me to the owner who apologized. Apparently Mackenzie was new and made a mistake.To make things right, the owner scheduled my girlfriend for a 30 minute massage the following Monday. My girlfriend arrived and immediately noticed the tense atmosphere towards her and was greeted by the owner Jesse, who my girlfriend described a being “fake-nice”. It’s difficult to describe, but we all know that feeling when people’s ‘kindnes’ is insincere. Upon escorting her to the room, Jesse told her that she had her booked for “20ish- 30 minutes”. During the massage, Jesse’s pressure was very forceful and never asked my girlfriend if it was okay. Naturally, my girlfriend doesn’t like confrontation so she bit her lip and endured until the end - Which was promptly ended after 20 minutes, not the 30 minutes like I was told.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience especially from a company with such great reviews, but after being lied to twice and the cold treatment towards my girlfriend, this is the first and last time booking anything with this company.

Hands down best place I have been yet. Jessie does deep tissue and cupping once every 4-6 weeks and it really has helped my quality of life. I was injured in Afghanistan in 2010 and nothing works better for me . Very professional staff, easy to find, communication with the staff is always easy and direct. I cant thank Jesse enough (at Coastal Massage and Wellness) with how she helped me transform my skin and life. I came to her with cystic acne. I was not confident in my own skin and I was in pain. She has not only given me the best acne facials and peels, but also good advice on how to take care of my skin outside of what she does for me. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The products that she uses are all amazing and have given me wonderful results. I am now at the point where I do not need those types of facials anymore because the cystic acne is gone. Aubrey was unbelievable! Best massage I have ever had. I am currently pregnant and was hurting. I was super tight all over, suffering from leg and arm cramps, back pain, neck pain, hip pain etc. I had a 90 minute with Aubrey and the next day was sore but I didn’t wake up with any arm or leg cramps and haven’t had either since my massage (massage was over a week ago.) I feel so much more flexible and pain free. I have since scheduled another massage. Go see Aubrey, she is a miracle worker.

Went in for a pregnancy massage about 2 weeks ago & sunny was my massage therapist, I’ve never had such an enjoyable experience before getting massaged! Sunny was so so nice & made me feel so comfortable! ( something I haven’t felt in months ) she has magic hands & took away a lot of aches I was having, I definitely plan on going back after my pregnancy to get another massage & I will definitely go back to sunny !

Aubrey gave me an outstanding sports massage. Being active duty, I just came back from a long field exercise and my body was in pain. My shoulders felt pinched, my hips ached, and my back was killing me. Aubrey took the time to address my issues and tailor my massage to what I needed. She was personable, relaxed, and easy to to talk to. She not only massaged me, but she used cups and tools to really hone in on my muscles and joints. I left feeling completely renewed. I went for a prenatal massage yesterday which happened to be my first massage EVER and Michele here at Coastal did an AMAZING job. I absolutely love the uplifting environment your surrounded by as soon as you walk in. I will most definitely be back after this baby comes.

Roberto was extremely professional. He made sure I communicated my areas of concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole session. I walked out this session a new person! I just found a hidden gem in Jacksonville. Its Aubrey M. at coastal massage and wellness. She does sports massage and I will tell you with 100% assurance that it is a game changer. I recommend giving it a try. She mixes massage, scraping, and cupping. She and her husband also do triathlon so she understands unique problems with multisport athletes. (If I am bold enough to call myself that!) I will be making it a regular part of my triathlon training plan from now on.

I was experiencing so much pain during this pregnancy (in my third trimester) and thought I would give prenatal massage a chance. WOW! So amazing! Sunny helped my body aches so much and she was so so sweet! 100% will be going back to her before baby arrives!

I had a 1 hour massage with Kim and she was WONDERFUL!! I walked in being stressed, shoulders in knots, and just generally miserable. I walked out feeling like a new woman. Not only was Kim extremely pleasant and professional but she had the perfect technique. My only complaint about Coastal Massage is the lack of response answering the phone or email. If you want to book an appointment you have to schedule online.

I can’t say enough about my experience. I was visiting from out of town. I had a private yoga session followed by a one hour massage and I feel amazing. I have been experiencing some issues with my hip flexor and it was causing pain in my knee and hamstring. Roberto worked on my trouble areas and it is as if they never existed. Be honest about where you are experiencing tightness or issues and he will be able to help you. I can’t wait to come back.

Ive seen Aubrey twice now and I’m sold. After years of misdiagnosis, back surgeries, chronic pain/illness/stress - I’m kinda a mess. It’s been hard finding someone knowledgeable and patient and understanding to my unique situations. Aubrey has taken the time to communicate, try different techniques, and really make an effort to find what works for me.She also texted for follow ups to see how I was! Talk about going the extra mile!! It may sound cheesy but she has really given me some hope for a future in less pain. I see Aubry often for deep tissue/sports massages. I have been an athlete on many different levels throughout my life and have found that routine massage helps reduce the chances of injury, keeps me functionally sound and helps reduce injury time and/or severity should I get injured. Aubry is incredible at her job and truly a professional.

I have come here for my lash appointments for a few years now with Jessie and love my lashes...it’s so nice to wake up and nvr have to worry about mascara ~ she does an amazing job and I’m quite content every time 😊

Im currently 32 weeks pregnant and chose to make an appt for a prenatal massage today. Being in so much pain, I was excited to finally get this done. Coastal Massage and Wellness was recommended to me. I went in today and was met with a very polite and professional massage therapist. Then I was led into a room with NO AC, that was only equipped with 2 fans and then covered with a flannel blanket. Anyone who has been pregnant, in their final trimester, during the summer, will know and understand the horror of this situation. I should have left as soon as I walked in the room. But I didnt. That is my fault and I very much regret it. The massage itself, was very nice and relaxing. But I was bit disappointed that my back was only massaged while on my left side. I was not told to roll onto my right side at all. My feet and hands were not massaged as well. I have had massages in the past and these things have always been done. Im not sure if it was due to my pregnancy or not. Again, The staff was wonderful but I, personally, would not go back. I felt light headed, dizzy and nauseous by the time I left, due to the heat and wish I had just gone home before started. :-( For the amount that I paid, I would have expected to atleast be in an air conditioned facility, especially in my condition.

Got a very good massage. She even used some techniques that I hadnt booked just because she thought it would work better on my tight muscles. Im still a little tight, but I had REALLY bad knots. I feel a lot better, though.

Great massage at a reasonable price! Daniel was absolutely wonderful. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was that the front massage room can be a bit noisy in terms of vehicles driving by/people outside.

Although on a busy street, very quiet and tranquil. The spa is in need of updating. The price fits the location. I read a review about a fan in the summer time, and yes its true, however I liked the sound of the fan lol, but the air blowing on my face kept me up smh. I didnt like the dingy accommodations. If your looking to relax for cheap then this spot will do, If your looking for a Glamorous spa, youd better look somewhere else.
