Leaving in the middle rush time to pick up my pizza and didnt show up for over 40 minutes mjs a joke. Im happy about how much money you were losing.

Used to be a great shop. Now every time I buy something its flawed. They have also stopped returning any product even if you have a dated receipt. I buy vapes and they dont work, lighters that dont work, bongs that end up having holes in the glass or other flaws. I cant afford to spend my money here anymore when my products arent working

This shop is great little store and my favorite the ladies in there are wonderful and very helpful I will say they made some Major changes in there. Not sure why. But thats life. Cant wait to go back this week

I’m there almost once a week, everyone is always super friendly and very helpful. This is a great store and will be my favorite shop. Prices are always low and have great sales all the time. Definitely recommend going here. 100/10

Horrible customer service. Wouldnt let me return an item that I hadnt even walked out of the store with. I wouldnt have even wanted to return it if I could pay with my card. You cant pay with credit card or debit and can only use cash which was never an issue before. I explained that I hadnt really wanted to pay in cash and would have gladly bought the items if I could use my card but wanted to return them for the cash that I needed. The owner or manager refused then concluded to be very rude and started making snide remarks to me and treating me like she didnt care about customer satisfaction or return business. If you live in the Sonora area please support any other smoke shop besides this one. This used to be the only smoke shop I would go to but things have changed in the last couple months for the worse. Highly recommend going anywhere else.

Great clean and friendly store! Prices are always great and fair. Kara and Shannon are the best!!! Very very helpful, extreamly nice and friendly. I love how they welcome you in right off the bat. They helped me find what I was looking for hella quick. They make that store, straight up. Ask for Kara or Shannon they will take care of you and youll leave stoked with what your taking home. P.s their glass is on point.

Sharon and Kylie are super helpful! This store always has good happy vibes everyone that works here is always in a good mood and willing to help out with any questions. Not to mention they have the best prices!

I love this smokeshop. I always feel welcome there and the owner is very nice and staff is always helpful. Best prices and service i bought few things last week and was helped out by not sure of her name but she was great very helpful and patient with me so thanks you fun size

A friendly atmosphere with tons of selections in every catergory, The owner is sweet and their customer appreciation days were very fun! Masks were required for all our safety and great products for cheaper prices than I expected. Thank you M.J. for a wonderful shop!

Awesome smoke shop. I recently switched to this shop after receiving bad service from my usual one in Sonora. Great selection of items and everyone working is always friendly.

Love this shop but online said they were open till 8 and I got a ride to bring me here and they are already closed. Bummer

This shop has awesome prices and awesome products. It may be the only smoke shop in Jamestown, and therefore the best one in Jimtown, but I would argue that it’s the best smoke shop in Tuolumne Co. The owner is super friendly and helpful, and the other two staff members (that I have encountered) have been very professional and kind as well.

This place was extremely accepting and had a large variety of fun items. The customer service was a delight. I very much recommend how safe they made their space.

Love the staff, but the chick there marks up products by at least a dollar because of what side of town they are on. The guy that works there is just the sweetest thing, love him he would do anything for you.

Great place. Has a section for you to go through and Choose your own tobacco pipe and more. Fast, friendly, affordable, with the great customer service.
