I just recently visited this place. For a tobacco shop told me they dont sell tabaccoo vapes.

They never a seem to have the 16 oz kratom anymore if it sells out buy more thats profit but this place has no idea how to run a business piss poor attitudes when I go in there as well and watch out for the guy with redish hair he overcharges for things probably to steal your money for his monetary gain

Their lights are always on but the doors always locked!!! Does anybody ever work there??? 🤔

Its a very nice shop with a considerable amount of inventory. If youre looking for that new rig to finally beat them lungs up, they got you. The staff Ive met are genuinely good people. HIGHLY recommend a visit.

Great selection but not find out some stag ad it seems they arent to keen on assisting the customers...and one time I waited for what seemed like forever on 1 customer who had a million questions and bought only 1 item. I was late got an allot. Other than that...i love Sabra! Shes great!

The person behind the counter was helpful and had answers for any question I asked. If he didnt know exactly he apologized and said he may be able to have the answer the next time I stoped in. I would recommend Smoke Buddies to any one that desires a clean and helpful Smoke shop.

Nice shop. Huge selection of glass, vaporizers and accessaries for smoking. Plus the staff seems pretty friendly.

I was trying to buy an elf bar or Hyde and the guy literally said they do not have anything . It’s a smoke shop so that is ridiculous and I was on a 11 hour work shift and had no vape. It’s the only one close enough to get one on a half hour break . I already don’t go in there because of the guy that owns it or works there ?? !! He is always so rude and makes me uncomfortable. I will never go back there again . What a jjerk

This place has by far the largest variety of smoking/ vaping products that Ive ever encountered, and their staff are friendly and knowledgeable.... And their prices cant be beaten..... PLUS, its the home of the biggest can of butane available in my town.... This thing is HUGE!.

Bought some kratom yesterday... It was expired only by a little over 2 years. Go to foote ave if you need kratom. Smoke Buddys selection sucks and I can almost guarantee its all this old. Oh yeah, they conveniently covered the expiration with their barcode sticker. You can see a small amount of that sticker left on the package.

I stopped in a couple days ago, I dont recall getting the girls name....Im gonna call her no knuckles dab girl. She was very knowledgable about their products and easy to talk to. I purchased a ray gun and its quickly become my favorite peice. Id recommend this shop to anyone, much bigger glass selection then the Erie location. Oh ya, no knuckles dab girls hair and eye shadow were on point, the boss should give her a raise if he or she knows whats best for them.

The New ownership is very condescending towards the people of jamestown. They do not care about the customer only the profits behind the scene. They will continue to do this as long as you give them your business. The product they sell is also usual old stock and priced at almost 3x what it is elsewhere.

Liked the shop and the woman behind the counter was very helpful but their no return policy was very evidently in place given that 2 carts and a vape pen i purchased from this place all failed. The vape pen last two weeks with regular use and i had purchased two carts that were D.O.A. one leaked and the other caused an error with the vape pen i used. good store and people but im not very satisfied with the product or how the management refuses to accept any returns. Terrible policy given that these items dont really cost that much to begin with.

No one knows what they are doing. You ask a simple question and they have no idea. I went to buy a vape and asked about the brand and how good it is and he didnt know. I went to buy a coil for my one vape and he didnt know what it was even when I brought it in to show him. The third time I came in for something and the girl was on the phone yelling at someone didnt pay no mind and when she finally realized I was standing there she put her phone on speaker and helped me.

Massive selection of all sorts of individual products, brands and models. No doubt the largest store in town, in its class.I would love to see them mix their own in house vape, but the selection they have of premium vape is the most I’ve seen in person before. Employees are helpful and very efficient with the knowledge of products they sell. I highly recommend Smoke Buddy’s to anyone in or around the area.

I purchased a water bong for a friend. Upon arriving to his home and he opening gift, he immediately realized that the bong ( when in sat down on flat surface) wobbled. I immediately tried contacting Smoke Buddys both by telephone and email. Today I drove the two and a half hour drive to exchange it and was told NO RETURN POLICYI WASNT TRYING TO RETURN IT JUST SIMPLY GET WHAT I PAID FOR. ITS OBVIOUSLY A MANUFACTURERS DEFECT. I WASNT RETURNING IT DUE TO DISLIKE. THIS PURCHASE WAS MADE LESS THEN A WEEK AGO AND I HAVE A RECEIPT. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

The first time I went here an employee basically accused me of trying to steal a bottle of cbd syrup, which I didnt, he had just sat it down then when he went to ring up my bill it wasnt there and he asked me if I was sure I didnt already grab it and I said no and he was like, ARE YOU SURE. and I told him , uh dude, I think you left it down at the end of the counter. And he goes and looks its there, brings back rings up I paid aND left . When I went back to get more the owner of the store asked me how I liked his store I told him what happened aND he gave me a bottle of the same product. Just know that the employees arent the most observant .

Twice I’ve gone in there and the dude at the counter could care less that there was a costumer there. Today I went in to by a new bong, he gave me attitude about me wanting to look at them. I’ll be going online.
