Idk hated the fact I came in wanting THC only not CBD and made that clear and left leaving with 2 carts (didnt even want carts.. wanted flower made that know too) and it was Terpenes.... Basically CBD and Im super unhappy about it 🙄 not impressed ngl.... If they didnt have what I wanted then just tell me :( dont have me waste my money...I spent.. 60 on freaking CBD :( ....... You have no idea how it makes me upset 😭... N When Im a Single Parent and this was my birthday money ...

Great place to find good quality Liquid and just about anything else you would need. Ive gone to several different location for the past 5 or so years and Ive never had a bad experience. I highly recommend you check them out if you have not.

Okay, Brians amazing. Terriffic customer service, my wife and i could not be more pleased with this company. We had an issue and brian took it upon himself to fix it, i mean the vp reached out and fixed my issue. Too cool man. Just a tip to customers, be curious! Ask questions! Get input from your sales rep about flavors before you buy them. Remember taste preference is just that, preferance, but if you have any issues with yetti, calm down before you post your reviews and give them a chance to help you. Im blown away at how quick my experience changed once i talked to Brian. I gotta say i am very and i mean very impressed. Not too shabby boys, not to shabby at all. Give yetti a chance, they are lab grade and quality controlled! Like I said, ask detailed questions! Tell them what you like, what your preferances are and they will accomidate you to the fullest. Again, too cool! Absolutely love this company and cant wait to continue doing bisiness with them!

I absolutely love this place. The fluid is great and inexpensive escpecially whem they have their deals. And they are always so helpful and so friendly. I recommend and will continue to recommend Yeti to all my friends n family.

Honestly this is how a vape shop should be run. Honest, Passionate and service oriented staff. Juices are second to none and prices for the mods and tanks and anything else vape related are honestly priced. I dont feel as if Im getting ripped off there. Other stores in a 75 mile radius want sometimes double or triple what Yeti sells stuff at. I feel good about shopping there because its a local company (Based out of Buffalo) they now have 7-8 stores I think.

The guys are always helpful. I went in to buy a new tank when I thought I broke mine. They fixed it for free. Juice flavors are consistently the same unlike some other local places.

Yeti Vape is excellent when it comes to customer service they will go out of there way to help the customer .Eric is huge asset to this business he is very knowledgeable and excellent with the customers . He knows all the products from mods RDAs to what E-liquids taste the best .Haven’t had one problem that he wasn’t able to fix with in 10mins or less .Yeti Vape this guy deserves a raise !
