These people who own and run the place are awesome!!! They make sure you are happy with the vapes you buy. And if for any reason they dont work, They replace them 💯 percent!. I love it when I go in there, and Little Georgia comes out from the back to say hello 👋. She is such a beautiful little girl. Ive been coming here for years, I spent $140 last week on a new vape mod and it is defective so I went in. The girl told me there is nothing they could to to help me.

I used to shop regularly at this store until recently. When I asked them if they had any type of rebuildable coil systems I was told no one makes them anymore which is not true. Also the pods they do sell are expensive and do not last very long. On another occasion the man that works there was not very friendly and actually acted like I was a burden when I asked him questions about the products they stock. Another time I had visited the store with my wife. She became very uncomfortable being in the store. When I asked why after we left she said the store was seedy looking and that the owners were not very nice.Overall I would not recommend this store since there are alternatives that stock higher quality products that also do not LIE about their products. It is always better to be UPFRONT and tell the TRUTH about the products you stock.

I would just like to start off by saying everytime I step foot into this shop I’m greeted with nothing but a smile and great attitude! It’s always nice to step into a great atmosphere and feel comfortable and they manage to do just that everytime. They always have a full stock of products on their shelves so i know I’ll never walk out empty handed. Their products are by far the best around, I’ve never walked out unsatisfied with my purchase or interaction with the staff overall one of the best shops I’ve been to ! Highly recommend

Very clean environment, customer service is always great. They always have a really good selection and the vape lasts a long time unlike other stores where ive bought them already burnt or faulty. Highly recommend!

I come to Jerome once a month for family and I had forgotten my juice at home. All I had to do was say what kind I liked and Stuart was able to find me the perfect flavor match. Great atmosphere and service. Ill be stopping by every time I come to Jerome.Thanks for the great service Stuart!

This was my first time in this vapeshop. Great selection on disposablevapes. Super friendly and helpfulpicking out my new disposable.My husband and I had a great timetalking to the owner.Absolutely recommend this shop.I will be back after 5000 puffs lol

The store is clean and laid out well. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

I bought a Disposable vape for $30 that says it has 4500 puffs not even 12 hours after buying it was dead. I have been vaping for over 15 years and I have never had I vape lose juice as fast as this one did. I went with my recipe and said The product was defected. I was then told that not her problem all sales are final and no other vape shop would do anything about it. I am on first Name basis with almost ever vape shop owner in town and I can tell you that they would of done something about it. The owner of this place thinks her shop is the best place around because its the only one in jerome. Thats fine Ill drive the 10 extra mins to twin for better Customer service.
