I am visiting KC and called this salon. They were able to get me in. I had an amazing stylist, Meghan. She listened to my requests and checked before doing cuts. She was super friendly and easy to talk with. Her hair massage and wash was unbelievable. I’d highly recommend her and the salon! Thanks!

From the shampoo (and wonderful head massage) to the blowout, my experience was beyond exceptional!Cara was my stylist and I have booked my second appointment with her. She is warm, professional and desires to have you love your hair! Kudos!!

I have been going to this salon for almost 3 years now I have never had a bad hair cut or experience I always leave very happy. Ive been with many of there stylist as well and they have all done a fantastic Job.

I look forward to my visits here !The head massage is my absolute favorite. I love the Aveda products they carry and the points system they use. Johnie is my go to gal for hair! I have been seeing her for a few years. My hair is a home run every time. She understands my type of hair and what works best. I feel confident in her care and will continue coming! It is truly an enjoyable and relaxing visit every time.

Johnie is one of the most amazing hairdressers. I moved here in 2018 from the south where the hairdressers destroyed my hair. Johnie was able to fix the mess before I started my new job. After that, I have been going to her ever since.She knows what I like and without me having to explain what I am looking for she just knows how to cut my hair the way I like it. Even my family and friends talk about how amazing hair cut I have received. Even when my friend comes into town she wants Johnie to cut her hair.

Getting a haircut here is honestly so much fun. What a crew, all so knowledgeable in their careers and overall just a fun environment and people to be around. 10/10 would recommend these girls. Karie is mines :)

Horrible experience. Really set off the, I just got ripped off anger. The owner said was highlighted with leveling out her color. Wasnt her natural color. She come out with no highlights. It was basically a hair color thats ugly and not even her natural color.With tip was over 217..00 for something we could do from home. Daughter was told what she wanted was going to take repeated visits (since when did highlights take more than 1 visit) so the owner talked her into this saying she would have highlights.,Also was told the highlights would lighten later and with her blow drying, which didnt happen. Made her wait an extra 15 min because it didnt take at all. Instead of seeing this & telling us it didnt take, that she would do it again, she gave excuses and took my money. They do what they want and not what the customer wants, & if you complain there might be some intimidating debate like,, just shut up while I take your money. A bit of an attitude here. I just fell into the oldest con job. She walked in great. Not so leaving absolutely no offer to re-do it. She got her money & tip by intimidation though standing there saying theres highlights as we just said what highlights? After one wash its back to the color it was before.

Environment was clean and inviting. Was greeted and offered a drink. But I had some issues with my haircut which I called to see if there was a possibility of them fixing it, informed they would reach back out. Never called. I called two times after that and no one answered except the the first time- i received a text message asking “ can I call you later”. End of day no one called. It’s the no integrity for me.A simple no we can not fix it or some sort of response would have been better.

This place is very clean and professional, love the private shampooing room. Shout out to Haley at the front desk who is always helpful. Tana is my stylist and I must tell you: you have not lived till youve had a scalp massage from her. Its a long drive from South KC but worth it every time!

Definitely check the prices on things before you go. I had all over color no trim no style for shoulder length hair $200! I called around to all the other salons in liberty everyone quoted me $60-$100! Then told me I was being screwed. prices are outrageous! I was a regular and had been coming to the salon For about a year. I find it absolutely ridiculous for $200 for just a color. The owners response was “well I used two bowls” so I guess it’s $100 A Bowl of hair dye. I love this salon it’s very clean and relaxing I just hate the fact that I got screwed.

Never before has a haircut made me squeal with such blatant delight. From the moment you walk in to this charming establishment and that first sip of lemon water reaches your lips you are transported to a wonderful place full of warm towels and scalp massages. Tana is not only a kind soul but an accomplished stylist. I came in with a fragment of an idea and she brilliantly turned it into a life altering event. Please, if you get the chance, go see Tana at the Luxe salon, you won’t regret it. Your hair will thank you.

Abigail was amazing and she nailed the color I was going for perfectly. The salon has a great feel and the hot towel during the hair wash was so relaxing. Definitely going to be a regular!

My hair stylist Caitlin always gives me a very satisfactory hairstyle. But as well you can be treated to a a facial and a relaxing time in the shampoo area. They do more than just simply cut hair and and blow it out.

No flair. Asked for highlights..didnt get them. Asked for a haircut.. didnt get it. My hair was soft and wonderful when I left. But almost 200$ later Im not impressed. I got a trim. Not the long bang layering I asked for. And my hair dye highlights are NOTHING. Sucks. Just so you know. Will find somewhere else..

Very personable staff. Enjoy wine with your time at the salon! The semi-private shampoo area is an unusual, yet pleasant surprise for a salon.

Love the salons bright interior. Ebony always does a fantastic job with my color and has such a sunny disposition. Looking forward to my next visit!

I brought in a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and 4 hours later my hair was the same color it was when I came in and $275 lighter in my wallet. I was very disappointed in the outcome and will not return.

I was a walk in and the receptionist at the front desk made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in and she was able to get me in with Ebony who is AWESOME I was new to the area and needed to find a new hair stylist and I definitely have found one and she did an AMAZING job All I did was show her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly what I wanted I can’t wait till next time

The girl who did my hair was absolutely amazing and she finally did what Ive been trying to get done to help me go blond without overcharging me love it and will definitely be back
