The biggest rip off I’ve ever seen in the glass and smoke shop industry. Literally the highest prices I’ve seen topping nyc, Chicago and LA. Nothing is priced legit and the employee try’s to rush you so you don’t see actual pricing. Everything is rung up misc so they can pocket the rest. Don’t get robbed by these thieves

THIS STORE IS AMAZING! WONDERFUL CARING ATTENTIVE STAFF! I wish i asked for the persons name but I made my purchase today, June 12 @740pm. Give him a bonus! Lol. This was my first time buying cbd, he made me feel so welcome like a real community and he was patient with my questions and even teary moment regarding my sons health. I will definitely be coming back soon. And i got cbd dog treats for my husky, it actually helped with her pulling some! Just wow. He helped me with my questions, helped me shop around. Superb first time experience. Im so glad i came here and if on the KS side, check out Into the Mystic store. I love the people who run that store and i have a friend who has events at that store. Based on my needs, Into the Mystic referred me to Main Smoke Shop so I figured I would give them a shout out! What a wonderful day at Main. I feel some relief now.

Came down to visit family there this year in October love the Vibe of the city and this spiritual ascending Smoke Shop. Knowledgeable employee and Gracious owner and the hospitality made an overwhelming impression on me and that doesnt come lightly. Im from Htown and I told others down here about yall as we say I rock with yall & Fu__s with yall. Ill definitely be back.

I visited Main Smoke Shop today and I can say that without doubt that it is one of the biggest smoke shops. They had good deals on everything from Disposables to Water pipes. Sam helped me a lot as well as gave me a good deal on glass and torch. The shop is definitely worth the visit and I will be definitely coming back soon. ( He even gave me a free Soda pop when I was leaving )

I cannot strongly recommend staying away from this store! It was representative of an exploitative and greedy store owner that has no regard for his/her customers. Please Stay away from this place incredibly over priced everything is double or even triple for what it’s actually worth. This store is trash Everything about it. Gave it 5 stars for the staff. Awesome, friendly people. Mostly knowledgeable. Lots of items nothing specialized per say. Personally, I went to grab some vape juice, but theres cbd, tobacco, and headshop items as well. Their website describes it all well. Prices were fair or better than most around.

Awesome selection with good prices, and both of the employees tonight were extremely friendly and helpful. This will be our new preferred smoke shop, thats for sure!

Staff was friendly, although didn’t seem to care to help out. I came in looking for a particular item and he was showing me everything except what I asked for after repeating myself at least 3 times telling him what I wanted. I ended up just settling for whatever was in his hand because quite frankly it was just extremely annoying to have to keep repeating myself. First visit and not impressed, prices are high too compared to other shops. This is a last resort shop for me.

Phenomenal overall experience. When you initially walk in, you are almost overwhelmed by the amount of things they have in stock. They have a ton of options. The people that work there are extremely helpful and personable. They were extremely patient with me to help me pick what was PERFECT for me. You also get a premium one on one customer service experience--given they arent crazy busy. If you spend a little more, they sometimes hook it up with little goodies! Best smoke shop in the area! This head shop staff is the most knowledgeable and helpfull group in Kansas City. Trust me Ive been to every head shop in town. They actually care about their customers and appreciate your business and money spent. They have even price matched me on a mod I saw on some bogus Web site. It was my first time at this shop and I have to say that I was quite impressed. I know it has been there for several years and I have been to their website but had not yet made any purchases online either.The store is as exactly advertised. Clean everywhere and everything is visible with no obstructive view of their products. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer questions and assist you with anything you may want to look at.I like the fact that they have a dog in the store that does keep a watchful eye on patrons of the business and it appears that one of the staff has a license to carry, which was displayed on his person. Seeing this actually made me feel a bit safer.If I were to have a need to purchase any other tobacco products, I would definitely go back and recommend this establishment.

Moved up to KC from Florida and stopped into this shop just to see what they had in stock. I couldnt have been more impressed. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I told them I was just looking. I finally found a piece that made it worth my while. The clerk came over and peaked my interest even more telling my every little specification from how to use it and set it up to cleaning and maintaining my piece. I had no choice but to buy this amazing piece. Then when I came back the next day to get a new bowl for my piece and the clerk remembered me by name greeting me once again and remembered what piece I bough and was very insightful in helping me find my bowl. Great store excellent service very resourceful 10/10 would come again

Cool shop but staff doesn’t know anything about prices. They over charge on everything. One person told us something was 50$ then another guy who cashed us out said it was 25& and then as he was proceeding to tell us it’s 25$ we notice the 15$ price tag already marked. They wanted to charge 50$ for a package of hemp wraps when we spent almost 200$. Lammmmmee just go to coopers down the street they hook it up and aren’t incompetent!

One of the very best selections in Kansas City on everything from legal-weed to all the tools you need to enjoy your favorite herbs and what not. Great store with a knowledgeable staff as well.

To start with the negatives, dont go looking for a cheap piece. The stuff that should be $10 is marked as $40+. They so give good discounts buy still probably not on the cheap glass. Wood or metal might still be doable for you. The incense was a little overpriced and disorganized.Now the positive. The one guy was friendly and helpful, and the guy who I believe is the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. I got out of there with high quality products for much less than Id spend anywhere else for stuff that works well and that lasts long.Everything is laid out easy to see, even though the prices are almost all hidden. They have a huge selection if just about everything you could want. And they have kratom reasonably priced for small quantities, which is a bonus for me.

This place is amazing. I love all the glass there and it is very good quality. The employees are very helpful and know exactly what you are looking for. Dont even bother with any other place unless you wanna get ripped off.

Only Company in the world that cant tell you a price of a item. Before driving 45 min to there shop. The dude inside was really cool, and really went beyond with his customer service.. but he totally ripped me off on some incence holders.. Sold me 2 for 10 bucks, and when I got home they were actually marked 1.99 a pop.. Pretty upset about that, but I guess its what I get for not looking. It sucks more because I spent over an hour in there talking with him and made a 400 dollar purchase in total!

I have been looking all over town for an affordable water pipe with an ash catcher attachment. not only did I get exceptional service but, I got the exact pipe I wanted with the look I was going for! Now my coffee table looks better with my newest purchase sitting on top. This is now my go to shop I refer everyone I know. 10/10!

I really liked this place they got rid of all thier cigarettes i even changed up what i smoked a couple times becuase it was so close to my work. they even helped me when i was short on cash but now they have no smokes and then i can’t use my debit card on something if it isn’t less than five dollars. i’m sorry but i’m done… over it… they have plenty of business and loyal customers for thier glass sales but they lost meas a customer.

Stay away from their delta 8 carts not sure where they are actually getting them from but the koi gellato delta 8 carts are complete rip offs I bought 2 gellato and both of the tanks cracked as soon as they were put on a battery I bought two other flavors that didnt Crack and one of the gellatos wont even pull smoke total rip off $100 down the drain

Today, I went in and had a couple of questions with the vape I purchased through main smoke kc not even a month ago. My novo 4 no longer was working and had not worked for about 2 days now. The employees at the shop were very helpful and even went as far as calling the owner to see what other options there was to help me out. The owner pretty much said I had to spend more money or send it in under warranty and that was that. Ive came to this smoke shop for a couple of years now. Spent alot of money with them and to be told what I was told today. Really disappointed me. On top of it all, I came home and put the new pod and coil in like he suggested after spending more money. It ends up to be that my device is faulty and I now have to wait 30 days or so to get a new device! Super! I AM NOT SATISFIED AND HONESTLY AM GOING TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE....Really dont want too but that is how it may have to be! 😔😔😔

The attendants..., Vape Dudes were more than helpful.. They unlocked my nebula and assisted in setting the temperature so the oil wouldnt burn.. Was shopping around Westport today when I came across main smoke shop. I stopped in to see what kind off stock they had and boy was I shocked to see all the cool stuff they had. I walked out of there with a 300$ water pipe that I only paid 200$ for the clerk. Joseph was very knowledgeable and knew almost everything about his products. Definitely recommend this shop 10/10 would come in again

My first Initial walk-in was very comforting with the help of the owner and the clerk. I walked in looking for a water pipe with one percolator at a decent price. I saw what I was interested in and found out that the clerks are very knowledgeable with the merchandise in there store. It turns out the the one I was looking at had two percolators for a decent price. Long story short: I got a kickass deal for a water pipe with two percolators for the price that only has one at any other store.

A big sound out to the guys here at the store 4 main smoke shop they have gone out of their way to find answers for us, and I had so many questions. Store is packed floor to ceiling with any smoking accessory you could ever want. Staff is always friendly and more than helpful. If youre looking for a good deal, I would highly recommend coming here first.

Purchased over a $100 of shisha and grabbed what I assumed was a cheap trailer park boys tray as an impulse buy. As I walked out the door I looked at the receipt and saw that I had been charged $25 for something that is virtually a disposable item. Walked back through the door to be told with a smirk that there were no refunds. Item did not have the price listed anywhere on it. I have spent easily a thousand dollars here over the last year and will be taking all of my future business to one of your hundreds of competitors.

Just yesterday I bought a vape, it is not working right and I called back today which is the very next day and they told me there was nothing I could do. I wasnt asking for my money back I was asking to exchange it for the same one or get something different and pay the difference . When I asked the guy who sold me it he said sorry theres nothing to do. Thats just how there made. I said there not made defective , and I asked to speak to a manager. He then said well Im the manager. So I asked to speak to someone higher up . I would like to get this issue resolved but Im getting nowhere.

This place is a bunch of dead beat rats ! I went in there to buy some tobacco products and placed my wallet on the counter nearly 5 mins before 9 pm closing time and didn’t realize the wallet was in the counter! But neither did the employees there said a word and tried lying saying they had a customer there after closing hours , now trying to contact the owner and his employees there yet to give him my 1,000 messages I have been leaving there. Wallet was returned but without my money obviously!

After calling close to a dozen stores the day before that didnt have the vaporizer, I spoke with someone at Main Smoke Shop KC | Head Shop about the equipment we wanted and confirmed they had it. I spoke with someone about picking it up that day or the following day. The next day, I called and spoke with an employee about the device and confirmed I would be coming to pick it up. Before I left, I wanted to make sure we would have enough cash on hand to cover the cost. Wed found the product online, but I knew there could be additional cost as a result of buying it retail instead of having it shipped. I called the store again before I left to make the drive to determine how much they would want for it. Originally I was told that the store manager had left to pick up lunch and would be back in 5-10 minutes to give me a price. We drove to the bank (about 10 minutes) and called back. The employee I spoke with the 2nd time (Im not sure if it was the same guy or not) indicated he couldnt speak with me about the price over the phone. He indicated hed get in trouble with his boss and he couldnt discuss the price. He did clue me into the notion that the price was comparable to the price online. We drove to the shop and let the clerk (who was very helpful) know we had called and he seemed like wed spoken to him at least once. He told us that, in order to get a price for the table top vaporizer we wanted to buy, he was in the process of calling his boss, but hadnt been able to get a hold of him. He wasnt able to quote us a price even after wed gotten there. We waited for a bit while he called a couple times, and finally he called someone he knew was close to his boss. He communicated he needed his boss to check his phone so he could get a price for the vaporizer. After hed hung up with his boss, it became abundantly clear why he was not allowed to speak about pricing on the phone. For a vaporizer we could find online for $170 - $180, they were asking $300 for it! I was so surprised, I had to ask him to repeat himself. He indicated at that point that his boss had told him he could come down to $270. A 33% mark-up? Absolute trash. The vaporizer still had dust on it, and I understood why. Dont bother going here to buy anything youd like to buy at a reasonable price. Theyll get you in the store so they can show you just how they put things in the back door. This is the kind of place that should go out of business as quickly as possible.

This place has a a variety of items. They are all of great quality. I visit here frequently and am never disappointed.

Went here to buy kratom just because I ran out before I could get more in the mail. Although its a bit pricey I will say that their Green Horn Kratom that they sell themselves is great quality. The kind i order online is very hard to compete with but i will say that this green horn was pretty impressive. 4 stars just because the pricing otherwise it would be a 5.

After each time I have purchased tobacco here my credit card information is reported stolen soon afterwards from my bank. This seems like a very strange coincidence. In addition, the last time I was there I was sold tobacco that was expired and the clerk had headphones in the entire time he was helping me. I wont be going back again and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

The 2 men that I am usually assisted by are so knowledgeable & helpful. I break something on my vape regularly & they have been able to fix or replace almost everything. They are the absolute reason i return to Main Smoke Shop (although the shop itself is great as well).

Had a friend from KC stop through here and pick up 4 Posh plus disposable vapes on his way down to see me. They are counterfeit vapes as in not from the actual manufacturer. I had another one from a real manufacturer and it was evident they weren’t the same. The vape and packaging were slightly off and the taste is absolutely awful. Seemed like a good shop otherwise but I would say avoid the Posh Plus vapes as it was a waste of $65.
