Stacy was great the first time in April! She was fantastic yesterday in August!! The firm pressure was exactly what u needed since it’s been a few months along with my body challenges.I’m looking forward to my next session in 3 weeks, that’s if I can wait that long.I’ve named her “Stacy The Great”.

Sherika was amazing! She was very professional and personalized my facial to what my skin needed. I will definitely be coming back and requesting her! Also what made my experience great was this sweet girl with long dark hair at the front desk. I accidentally forgot her name. But as soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and explained the whole process. She listened very well to my concerns about my skin, and when I was leaving she explained the membership to me. She was equally as amazing! I will be coming back here.

The facility is clean and quiet. The front desk is very friendly and professional. My massage therapist, Jorden, was great. My neck and shoulders feel so much better now.

If you go to the Kennesaw location go see Michelle. She is amazing. So professional and makes you feel comfortable. Asks what it is you want to focus on and she really does!! You will leave feeling a thousand times better than when you walked in. She knows all the great pressure points, and will ask you how hard or soft you’d like for her to be. She’s absolutely great!!

Grace Ann is the best!! I am always extremely tight so I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and Im always hurting and have headaches. I also have low back pain caused by not just tension. but inflammation and arthritis in my hip but she was able to get deep in the muscles and loosen up all that tension, and even focused on the muscle down my legs, the IT band which I did not realize were so tight but she said that was also a cause of my low back and my hip pain. Ive had multiple massages before, and shes the only one who really gets all those areas. I literally felt like a new person, and havent been hurting at all since, and I normally go to bed with pain, either live with it or have to take pain medicine, and either way, I always wake up in the morning in pain,... but NOT this morning!! She definitely is going to be my go to massage therapist and I know going to her regularly will greatly reduce the pain I have and I will feel better. I already do!!

Michelle was absolutely amazing!!! She stayed focused on my specified areas and was very courteous! The most relaxing massage Ive had yet! My neck and shoulders have never felt better too 🤤

Getting a facial is a special treat for me that Ive only done a handful of times in my life, and Sherika did such a wonderful job of making it a soothing, comfortable experience. She explained everything, warned me before big temperature changes, and answered all of my questions, sending me home with great advice for at-home skincare. Great experience!

Yesterday was my first time at Massage Envy. The staff was super friendly and informative from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. I had Stacy as my masseuse. Stacy was incredible! I explained the issues I was having and she surely addressed them during my massage ! I will definitely return again!!

I love Sherika! I receive compliments about my glowing skin all the time after my facials. She takes such great care of her clients and talks them through the products that are being used. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident.

Excellent experience, calming, relaxing. Whitney gave an overview of what the service included to make sure it was what I requested. Upon entering the location they greeted me, asked if I would like some water. They even have the products on display

Stacey gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! I felt like she actually knew what she was doing and really was intentional about helping me feel better.

10/10. I always try and get Joanna, she has the best pressure that makes me feel so good the next day (sore in the best way). She is incredibly friendly and intentional about remembering details in your life. I almost dont want to write a review of how amazing she is because getting an appointment with her is already hard but she is worth the recommendation. Ive sent quite a few friends to her and they love as well!

Im sorry to say that my last visit at massage envy was not woth my time or monthly payment. Whitney needs training on proper massage technique. She was a very nice person, but I come for a massage not a rub down.

She was great. I’m going to try another therapist to see if a different pressure is more therapeutic. One thing I would find helpful is explanations of how certain techniques will help me heal. There is a good chance I’ll be back to see Amber.

Kennesaw GA Thank you Stacy so much for eliminating my knots and extremely sore body. When I came in I could hardly do anything, like standing to do dishes, taking care of everyday normal functions. Stacy listened while I explained how I had been helping my niece move a garage full of boxes and some furniture for the last 4 weekends. Showed her where I hurt and she did a fantastic professional job. When she had finished I felt so relaxed and that night I had the best nights sleep in four years. Thank you Stacy. I was experiencing pain and extreme tension in shoulder muscles and received an invite to get a complimentary massage at Envy, I selected the Kennesaw, Ga location and asked for Tiana, she specializes firm hand massages. I have never felt better and decided to get a 1 year membership to continue treatments.

I had a fantastic experience with Barron and this location. I recently moved states so I transferred this one to my home account and the staff made it super easy and theyre always kind and helpful. The facility is also always clean and smells nice

Had a great stretch with Amber and also a massage with Jordan all on the same day. They are both great! I felt so much better leaving and cannot wait to see them both again.

Jordan was great as I use him regularly. I expressed ankle pain etc, he tried to be helpful but gets caught up in “PT exercises” more than massage sometimes. I will continue using him but look forward to more massage time and less physical therapy type exercises

Ive been with Kim for years now because hes an excellent therapist. Im disabled after 3 spinal surgeries and 2 major spinal fusions so I live w pain. Kim knows how to adjust his technique based on my level of pain on any given day. Hes a kind and gentle soul and I dont know where Id be without him. And my service dog luvs him!

Kaelan was excellent! She listens to her clients , lets you know step by step what she is doing, makes sure you are comfortable at each step of the process. I will be a long time client.

I had my first massage yesterday with Elizabeth (Liz). She is a great massage therapist! I have an enormous amount of stress in my neck and shoulders. Liz was able to work most of the stress out and I left with a lot less pain. Liz was very pleasant and I definitely will ask for her again.

Jordan was amazing honestly cured me of severe pain I had been suffering with for years. The receptionist area could be better coffee/tea but no cream or stirrers etc and the blond was apathetic everyone else was wonderful overall great service extremely great massage I got the added Muscle treatment. This location does just enough!Booked a massage asking for someone who could give firm/deep tissue (60min). Was recommended a therapist, but unfortunately, massage was more of a “home by friend” massage than by a “licensed professional” and the masseuse was yawning (big tired yawns) the entire time, which is very unprofessional.Front desk is more concerned with selling packages than meeting to individual needs. Will not be returning!!

Wonderful place! The front office staff were lovely and Barron was great! He listened to where I had pain and was able to focus a lot of attention where needed. I have had a migraine for over a week now and today was the first day I have woken up without one. I will be going back once a month to maintain my range of motion (I had almost none in my neck), and to manage my chronic migraines.

Jorden is an excellent massage therapist @ ME. He performs a great firm/deep tissue massage. I recommend Jorden, and others at this clinic. Massage Envy Chastain is a well run clinic with a very friendly staff. I have been going to Massage Envy locations throughout the southeast for over 15 years, and this location is on tops on my list.

This was my first time visiting ME and it was superb, I got the oxygenated facial. Emily was gentle her hands were soft and she was informative she advised me of each steps of the procedure and products that she used it was an amazing experience. Thank you ME.

I left my massage with Jorden wanting to book for the next day, it was beyond amazing. I wanted to fall asleep within the first 5 min but wanted to stay awake and experience the tension being removed in my body and the relaxation of my muscles. Thank you Jorden - I will be back next week!!

Message Envy overall can be a hit or miss depending on state and location so I went in yesterday with zero expectations. But yesterday I received the BEST massage I have ever had in life!!!!I believe the therapists name was Barron. Cant remember how to spell it but I will definitely see him again. And there is also an Esthetician named Amanda, I have had an amazing experience with her on a previous visit as well!!!

Massage Envy in KENNESAW is better than amazing. Jorden my therapist is absolutely the best in the world. The customer service is very professional, courteous and accommodating. Jorden listens to what I communicate concerning the areas of my body that’s in pain & reduces my pain tremendously to the point where I always fall asleep. His pressure is always on point & my body is super relaxed by the end of my massage.

Joanna is amazing. She is a master of deep-tissue massage. I have chronic back issues with lots of tension in my shoulders and neck. She gets all the knots out every single time.

Jordan is wonderful! Very knowledgeable about how the body works. Hes precise in him massage. You can tell when hes deliberately following a certain path for each muscle or area hes working.

I’m 12 months postpartum and still having back pain from pregnancy. I had a full body massage with Michelle and it was awesome. She was able to address those areas where I was holding stress and tension amazingly. I left feeling almost no back pain at all. Thanks so much Michelle!

Michell at Massage Envy - Chastain is the best. As a very active - approaching middle age adult I have been on the hunt for a massage therapist who can provide pain relief and also some ‘relaxing’ elements to a massage and she is the perfect fit. This location is always super clean and the staff are professional.

Got a massage last week and then a text the next morning that the person who gave me my massage recently tested positive for COVID. Nice!The massage was good. It was relaxing. But the masseuse was wearing a mask But I didnt think anything of it because sometimes people just wear masks because theyre ultra cautious about the possibility of getting something. But when I asked them if she was feeling sick before testing for COVID And if thats why she was wearing the mask, I got no answer.Makes me wonder if I can trust them. Glad I didnt sign up for a membership.

Jorden gives one of the best massages I have ever had.

I refrained from giving a 5-star rating primarily because of the regular hikes in membership costs. However, Ambers skills as a masseuse are outstanding, and the overall atmosphere is made enjoyable by the friendliness of everyone there.

I asked for lymphatic massage - confirmed they could do it and she asked if there were certain points I needed addresses I told her back, head, shoulders she gave me very very very light touch full body massage…, hmmmm so why did she ask what I wanted if she was gonna do her routine massage disappointed

I made the mistake of booking online, never been was looking forward to going bc so many people highly recommended, I had a friend that was taking me and come to find out, there was not 2 spots available for the same times, so I wanted to cancel until I could talk to someone in person or on the phone. Welll.... now Im being charged half of what the appointment was booked for bc I wanted to reschedule on a day that we could both go together... so I cancelled my appointment all together and will not visit them

Jorden expertly identified the root cause of my neck and shoulder pain and even recommended some stretches that I could do at home to avoid future injury.My mood and mobility improved significantly within hours of treatment. I am looking forward to returning for monthly treatment with the wellness plan and believe the service to be invaluable.

I would follow Amber anywhere. I see her every month and this month I was suggereibg lower back pain. She spent extra time on it and even added an extra 30 minutes to be sure I had a full massage as well.

It was my 1st time with Barrion. I have a monthly membership but dont always use all my visits. Due not having found the best fit for me.Since taking out the membership several years ago. And was planning on canceling. Barrion pressure and technics were spot on for me. I appreciated him listening and checking to see what was working. My 5 star rating is based on my massage experience with Sonia. I had a 90 minute massage with her & I can honestly say that it has been the most de-stressing massage that I have had at this location. She asked the right questions, cared to know of any issues & cared how comfortable I was during the process. She made sure the lighting was right & the music in the room so I can relax. I felt very comfortable & honestly dozed off a few times during my massage. I will be scheduling another appointment with Sonia for my next visit

Angela was awesome therapist. But massage envy’s In General do not seem to be bouncing Back very well. Not sure if they are not compensating their therapist enough or incentives? They are struggling. It is not just this location I go to several different locations. But it is hard to get an appointment. hours still sporadic. Not this one idk? I would cancel my membership if I did not have so many massages built up to use that I would lose if I canceled my membership. I still may. And just use half of my appointments and forfeit the rest. Because I can get an appt and too many other places that offers the same services

I went in yesterday to get a gift card for a present. There were two customers in front of me both upset about scheduling issues. One customer came and the appointment was canceled but she didnt receive a call or notification or anything. The prices are inflated and the recommended tipping is outrageous. I have had a massage there before though, and it was very nice. The office staff is just struggling. Apparently they are going through some staffing changes.

Angelia Harmon is an EXCELLENT Massage Therapist! You will enjoy her massages if you want relaxation and rest. However, if you have health issues, she holds a Bachelors Degree in Holistic Medicine and she possess advanced certifications in Massage Therapy. By incorporating advanced techniques, she is able to adjust your body to get it back to functioning as normally as possible.

Don’t go there! They are racist! I researched this location and read the great reviews then decided to send my husband and his uncle, from out of town to get a massage. The phone conversation went well, he was greeted warmly and scheduled for the same day at 9am. They were informed to arrive 10 minutes early. Upon arrival, early, the registration was completed and to their surprise the manager came to inform that the masseuse has a car problem and couldn’t come. The manager, who refused to give her name, then went on, very condescending to come back at 1pm. After persisting, she stated her name was Holly Gilmore. How could you let them schedule, sit down and complete forms then to tell them that there was no one available. They feel that the real reason was because they were two black males and they didn’t want to provide the services that was agreed upon. He was so embarrassed in front of his uncle. This is the 21 century and this is still going on in a public business. Shame on you.

This review is for the overall quality of 3 deep tissue massages, and the value for the price of those massages. Two of the massages I received myself, the third was given to my wife, who shared with me the details of her experience.My first massage was actually quite good, and had I only received this one massage and posted a review based on that alone, the review would have been much more positive. I had the same therapist on both occasions. During the first massage he was very thorough, and the quality of massage was quite good. I noted a marked improvement in range of motion in my affected shoulder, and a significant decrease in pain. The first massage was for one hour, and was billed at the introductory rate of $50. I was a little surprised when the receptionist suggested that I offer a tip for the service. I feel that it is extremely poor form to ever request a tip, regardless of the quality of service. However I obliged with a 20% tip, since the therapist had done good work.My wife scheduled my second session, and also scheduled one for herself at the same time. At no point was it made clear to her that my next session would cost significantly more than the cost of my introductory session. Pricing was never mentioned. I will say that the quality of my second session was markedly lower than that of the first. As a remedy for pain from a tendon impingement the therapeutic value was pretty low. This despite the fact that I scheduled my second session for an additional half hour. When I paid my bill, I discovered the nasty surprise that I owed $135 rather than the $75 I was anticipating paying. After carefully reading through the payment terms on their website I realized that the fault was my own. $75 was the introductory rate for a 1 1/2 hour massage (this introductory rate is only applicable to a customers initial visit it seems). And once again I was prompted to provide a tip for my therapist.My wife had an even worse experience than I did. Her massage did almost nothing alleviate any of the tension and soreness that she was experiencing beforehand. The massage that she received was more like a standard superficial Swedish massage than the deep tissue massage she requested, and paid for. Just as I had, she had been asked to provide a tip for her therapist. I guess this is standard practice for Massage Envy.All in all, not a great experience for either of us. I feel that the pricing is rather high. Massage Envy is not an exclusive spa, and I feel that their rates are out of line with other massage practitioners that offer service of a similar quality. The actual quality of the massages was overall not great. I got the impression that my therapist was seeking a high tip on my initial visit, and after receiving less than they expected did not offer me the same quality of service on the second visit.I do not have plans to visit Massage Envy again.
