WOW!!! This was my first massage ever and it was such a pleasant and wonderful experience at LaVida Massage Kennesaw. I was greeted by polite staff and got taken care of right away! The staff was so accommodating and very kind. My therapist , Marie G, has the hands of an angel!! From the moment she began the massage I felt at ease. She even checked in on me during the session, which was really nice considering it was my first ever massage. The atmosphere was so relaxing. I truly did not want the session to end! Super clean facility and such professional and kind staff, I will definitely be back again! I highly recommend Marie G!!!!!

Let me just say that if you don’t remember anything else, remember this combination, Michael Ray for your massage and Valarie for your facial…. I had an awesome experience. If you’re stressed and you just need a minute to recoup, this is the perfect combination.. I felt at peace and relaxed. Make sure to turn your phone off.. It’s worth the experience. Trust me.

I have been getting massages for years, and Lori is my new favorite massage therapist!! She uses just the right amount of pressure and knows exactly where the problem areas are in my body. Highly recommend!!

Sandra is hands down the best. She is funny and bubbly and excellent at what she does. I recommend the 90 minutes. Today I came in with major back pain from golfing, and it’s now like it was never there. Highly recommend you ask for her.

She mansplained facial care to me after scoffing at my answer to the question What is your current facial care routine? because I dont do it. Very lackadaisical attitude for the remainder of the session and then she ended it an entire 15 minutes early. I will never be coming back to this establishment. Its hard to understand the elitism and prejudice. Just because I was obviously not going to become a member does not mean you should treat my money like a joke. Enjoy your 1 star review.

Erin has been doing my massages for over 2 years. She always seems to know exactly what i need. The Kennesaw location is very clean and is run very professionally. I always feel great when i leave there!

Valerie, at Lavida is an absolute gem! I found her at a time when I was going through hell. I was struggling after a traumatic breakup and my skin was dehydrated. Valerie handled me with gentleness and love. She sculpted my eyebrows better than ever before. She gave me a luxurious facial and suggested many products to get my skin glowing again. She is not only excellent and professional, but also has become my favorite person and always brightens up my day!!! Valerie has the unique ability to make me laugh, right from the bottom of my stomach!!! She has been the medicine I needed to get well again. She has been the friend I needed to help me get my mojo back!!! I refuse to be pampered by anybody else at Lavida Massage. Thank you Valerie, you are the best!!!

Clean facility, trying a few different massage therapists, haven’t quite connected with the right one. Hoping Sunday’s massage will be different🤞🏼November 13, 2022 UpdateScheduled massages with Tabbatha and Michael. Brought my girlfriend in and we both had wonderful experiences. I connected soon into my 90 mins with Tabbatha. Her massage style helps you move stuck energy, which can be painful…but the body doesn’t lie. Fantastic body work.

Originally, this place was great, but we have had so many problems lately that I have to remove my 5-star rating. This time, we scheduled for a holiday massage in-person, but they didnt actually schedule my wifes massage therapist. The day before our appointment we find out that the appointment we scheduled doesnt exist. They slid a new massage therapist in place of my wifes preferred therapist without so much as an acknowledgement that they messed up. My wife is getting to the point where she just doesnt want to go because this happens so often. What is supposed to be a luxury treat for us has turned into a massive headache. The owner assured me that this would never happen at her location, but Ive requested to speak to her about the issues and have never heard back.*EDIT* The owner called and spoke to me, and I put my membership on hold while I considered. She said that she was changing managment, and once again assured me that this wouldnt happen again, so I came off my membership hold... The very next appointment was canceled by La Vida with no comperable replacement time offered and no apology made. I am in the process of moving my membership from La Vida Massage of Kennesaw to La Vida Massage of Lost Mountain in hopes that the change of owner and management will make a difference and that they will care about their customers more than La Vida of Kennesaw ever does.

I wish my experience was like the reviews everyone else has experienced. My boyfriend got me this 90 minute massage as a gift, it’s more like 70 minutes, which isn’t common to pay for time and not receive what you paid for. They call it a before and after consultation of 20 minutes? I was still sitting in the loud, bright lobby 4 minutes past the beginning appointment time. I was undressed in 30 seconds and still waited almost 5 minutes for her to return, but we talked for 1 minute about the areas I already circled on the paper, and wasted even more time trying to find out what room I was supposed to be in, and when it was done she was no where to be found after ending it 3 minutes early.Nothing, and when I say nothing is included in the massage price except unscented oil, so I smelt the playdough smell of the floor and building entire time which isn’t very pleasant, a loud fan was turned on at the beginning of my massage and I could never relax because of it. They don’t even include a scented oil as an option, it’s $10 extra. Then hot rocks were never offered to me, as every massage I’ve ever had includes hot rocks, I later found it’s $20 to add it on?My massage therapist was okay & friendly, she doesn’t know pressure points, or maybe I had to pay extra for that, i did get some relief to my tight muscles but it definitely wasn’t what I expected for $120 massages. The atmosphere is just too loud. The beds are very uncomfortable and the rooms smell bad.No need for further discussion- it should be transparent that ALL basics are À la cart and there is even a charge for scented oil and staff should let people know that.

I always schedule an appointment when Im having some neck and back tension. Working in front of a computer all day and sitting has really messed me up. I have been to Joshua three times and he does an amazing job! Best massage Ive had and I have been to several different places. I always leave here feeling refreshed and light as a feather. This has become my go to place and I dont want to go anywhere else

Very easy check in/ very personable and wait time was minimal with appointment. Appointment was very easy to schedule online. Loved the CBD oil! Massage was great and Josh definitely did amazing and fixed my problem areas.

This has a nice spa like feeling. Michael Ray gives the best massage I have ever had. After one 60 minutes massage I had I to up grand to 90 minutes each month.Jessica give the most relaxing facial and is gentle with issues she needs to deal with. Very Gentle with eyebrows and lip waxing. I would definitely say their receipt staff is very kind and efficient.

I always feel welcome when I enter the facility. The staff members are so friendly. The place always smells great and is kept very clean. You get that relaxing feel upon entry until you leave. The massage therapists are top notch in my opinion. I see Michael Ray, a therapist that has a lot of experience in this field. He is extremely good and such a pleasant individual. Ill recommend his services without any hesitation.

Atmosphere was great. Front staff was professional. I tried this place to see if the therapist I have been working with for years was worth the drive. Spoiler alert lol she’s worth drive. The massage wasn’t bad but it definitely wasn’t great. The 90 minutes starts exactly at your appointment time (includes dressing, going over your needs, and waiting). I am accustomed to a true 90 minutes massage, a summary of where I was holding tension, and homework to do until next visit. As an athlete, the homework or at least a summary is extremely important. After the massage the therapist disappeared so I couldn’t even ask. I would try again, maybe another therapist is better, but I’m not willing to try again and waste another $130. I think my expectations exceed franchise capabilities.

Nothing but a great experience here! I started getting a monthly deep tissue massage almost as soon as I started going here. I used both Michaels (the really tall one and the shorter one; my best distinction between the two). They are both really great and super friendly. I mainly see the shorter Michael because he specializes in sports massage. Again, they are very professional and friendly. Im always addressed by my name when I walk in the door.

Magical unicorn massage therapists exist under the name of Josh. After experiencing daily, crippling back/neck pain for a year, my doctor let me know it was time to find a consistent massage therapist before exploring other medical options. 2 months of sessions later with Josh, my daily pain was cut by 90%. Pain reduction plus no further medical interventions? Magical. While I continue to work an insane number of hours per week at my job, I now carve out 90 minutes/week for the help I didnt know that I desperately needed.

Got my wife a gift card for her birthday! She said it was a awesome experience! I recommend this for your significant other as a relaxation and stress reliever especially if you have kids, wife also need alone time ! 👍👍

I know prices are crazy these days, but $90 for an hour long massage that doesnt last an hour is too much. My masseuse did a great job working on my issue. She deserves 5 stars. I am grateful her experience led to me feeling better. I just wish it was a more reasonable price. No one should have to commit to a frequent buyers program for a fair price. I guess I will keep looking for the right business to give my money.

The massage therapists were amazing! 1 Front desk person was very helpful the other one totally ignored us but was friendly to everyone else that she had more in common with if you know what I mean. Because of this we wont go back and Id advise anyone who thinks everyone should be treated equally to spend your money elsewhere. Businesses need to know that this wont be tolerated. Vote with your dollar! If youre not wanted there by ALL simply dont go there!

Came in earlier today for a massage and facial; highly recommend adding the CBD massage oil and microdermabrasion!! The staff are so kind here and really make sure that you have the most relaxing experience. I had so much tightness and knots in my back from stress, sleeping wrong, and working out. Can’t remember my massage therapist’s name but she killed it!! A few hours later and all my pain is now gone, I have more energy as well. The facial was amazing, I fell asleep to the calming music. The environment is comfy, clean, and the heated beds with soft robes and blankets feel so good!! Definitely coming back when I can.

Everyone here is so pleasant and welcoming! The staff up front are always helpful and so nice to chat with. Maria is the BEST! I look forward to seeing her every month and she has kept my neck and back much happier since being in her care. Everything is clean and well kept. Very relaxing atmosphere!

I love the Owner. Shes kind, professional and make sure her customers are satisfied. Her facility is always extremely clean, staff is friendly and efficient. I really love Christian, my masseuse. Also very professional, has amazing techniques to heal various ailing parts of the body and is an overall lovely young man.

Appointments are convenient to schedule through the app. Customer service is always great and everyone is pleasant that works the front desk. I typically always book my appointments with Selena. She is very professional and makes you feel comfortable. She always focuses on any areas that I inform her are problem areas during my massage and I always leave feeling much better.

The staff ate very personable and the aesthetician that performed mine and my daughters facials was sweet, professional, and great. We both had great experiences.

Valeria was great! As an alpha male I’ve been reluctant to get a facial due to my sensitive skin condition however she made me comfortable and was very knowledge on what I can do to achieved my desired result. I’m definitely coming back,LAVida spa is amazing. Thank you for the world class service.

I do not get massages at all, but after getting a pinched nerve in my back and having a 7 month old I am running around after I quickly looked up a place close to me and when I say they EXCEEDED my expectations I mean it!!!Selena was absolutely amazing, they made sure I was completely comfortable and they worked MIRACLES for me. I came into Lavida not even being able to turn my neck and left with almost all range of motion back and my pain SIGNIFICANTLY reduced my pain levels. For someone who lives with chronic pain this means so much to me. I am back to being able to do everything with my baby and around the house. I will most definitely be returning! I HIGHLY recommend Selena.Oh and one of my biggest things to mention is that reception was extremely welcoming and kind! Oftentimes receptionists do not seem professional and can be very rude but the two ladies up front were wonderful! Scheduling was very easy as well as checking in and checking out!I am very grateful I found you guys!!

I enjoyed the massage I like the mini Stones 😍 that was nice and different Ive never had that before, I just felt like it was too fast ⏩ that is my only complaint I wish it didnt go by so fast. I have always had a hard time finding a good massage. I’m super sensitive and massages are usually painful or I’m sore for days afterwards. However, I found my favorite therapist, Sandra! She knew exactly where to put pressure, and when not to. I’ve had plenty of massages, but this was life changing and I can’t wait for my next appt. Thank you, Sandra for everything!

I love LaVida! Renee is the best massage therapist! After seeing her a couple of times, I decided to join the monthly massage program and I cant believe how much better I feel emotionally and physically. I am finally taking care of myself on a regular basis and I am better able to accomplish all the things I want to accomplish. Do yourself a favor and invest 1 hour of your time each month in taking care of yourself. I could go on and on about how amazing Renee is, but I dont want her appointments to be booked out too far! LOL! She truly is amazing!

Upon entry The customer service was very welcoming and professional with friendly smiles. The atmosphere is very serene and calming while also being relaxing. The massage was phenomenal and it made me become a member and now I will be gone once or twice a month regularly see in the same massage therapist. I even added on facial services as well so I will be getting a facial every month as well regularly. I highly recommend this location and company to anyone looking to relieve some tension and get rid of any pain in your muscles and joints that you may have.

I had the best 90 minute massage from Christian. He was very knowledgeable and went right to work on my neck for my headache issues. The pressure was perfect ! I will be back.

Have been a LaVida Massage customer for years and recently moved to the Kennesaw GA area in 2021. My wife and I have started to go to this location and the place is very clean, front end folks are awesome and the massage therapists are great. We enjoy our couples massage and my wife loves her facials. Highly recommend this location to everyone!!

First time today at LaVita Massage in Kennesaw. I had Sandra and she was very, very good. They bent over backwards to make an experience in my previous location better. I already made an appointment with Sandra for July before school starts back. Today’s visit after school is out and start my summer vacation.

I had a massage from Maria. She asked questions before she started to make sure she understood my preferences. The pressure was perfect! It was hard to make an appointment because they had very limited availability, but was able to get one. It was glorious. Definitely will be back.

This time at LaVida Massage, I was able to experience the hands of Carolyn! I walked in that place with muscles strains & pinched nerves that was hurting very bad, I had tears in my eyes .... I walked out with a completely different pep in my step and a smile on my face! She guided me on what to use on my back to ease the muscles ... and during our session she took her time, just making me feel like I never even had pain! Energy was amazing, hands were amazing, and guidance on the tools to keep my back at ease was helpful! Everyone should have this amazing experience with Carolyn! Magical!

Very unprofessional team, poor customer service, unwilling to work with customers and when asked details of my requested message they were not knowledgeable enough to answer questions without being placed on hold several times.I was going to try this salon for the first time. I made two appointments a couple of days apart, one at 10:15 the other at 10:45.Before arriving at the salon, I realized my appointment for this date was the 10 o’clock not the 10:45 (which would have put me there 20 minutes late) so I called and explained the situation, that I confuse the two dates. I asked if I could still come in and get the massage, they said no. I would have to reschedule. I asked if they had anything available that day for me to switch my appointment, they said yes, they had one later in the day and I could take that one but I would also have to pay for the massage that I did not receive. I asked if they could make an exception because I had made Two appointments on different days and got the hours confused. They said no, our policy is our policy… I do understand policy as a business owner however, I was a new patient and I was willing to come in at whatever time they had available. They were not willing to work with me at all. I canceled all appointments going forward and I do not recommend this salon.

Renee was excellent! She has a great tableside manner and gave a great deep tissue massage. Most importantly, I was comforted in knowing that she wore a mask for the duration of my massage. I will definitely be back!

After reading all the wonderful reviews, I decided to book a massage at this location, not for myself but for someone else. I thought getting someone the gift of a massage would make there day a little better. I was so wrong!! I even waited to write a review to try and give them an opportunity to redeem themselves and make things right.This turned out to be a complete joke and a major disappointment. I never knew someone could be so dissatisfied with a service they received. Apparently the massage therapist has years in the business and at this point must not care anymore. The therapist was very rough, snatching arms and hands, and making things very uncomfortable. When trying to tell the therapist what was hurting she disregarded everything and just did what she wanted to do.I was embarrassed for even booking this!! But to make things right I called and spoke with the manager and explained the situation. She apologized and called herself scheduling another appointment on the “house” with another therapist to try to make things right. The appointment ended up getting cancelled, I think the day before they sent an email saying it was canceled. At this point, whatever is offered will be unnecessary, hopefully from this review you’ll speak with your staff, and re-learn customer service so that no one else will waste there money or have such a bad experience.

The entire experience was wonderful! The environment was very relaxing from the decor to the temperature of the room. I was welcomed by an incredibly friendly staff. The initial intake form included questions about both my focus massage areas and simple medical history questions. My massage therapist (Doug) was very knowledgeable in therapeutic massage and also very personable. It was obvious by his initial questions, he had reviewed the information from my form and made sure he understood my needs during consultation. He used several different massage techniques that really relieved the pain and tension that I had been experiencing for weeks, as well as relaxing the other areas that were not as tense. The receptionist took time to answer my questions about services in a very friendly manner. It was a GREAT experience in all aspects and I will DEFINITELY be back!

Maria was so sweet! She was very mindful of the tenderness in some areas. She asked for areas of concentration. Best massage that I had in a while! I was so relaxed that I ran into the wall in my room trying to get dressed! Lol! The lady at the front desk was very sweet also. Id heard good things about LaVida Massage in Kennesaw so I decided to give it a try. I scheduled a massage and a facial for the same day. The booking experience was easy and I was able to get the appointments I wanted with the help of the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly; great customer service. The facility was very clean and comfortable. My facial was done by Michelle R. and was the best Ive ever had. The massage was done by Purvi who had the perfect touch/pressure and targeted the places that needed relief the most. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and will return for both massages and facials...probably purchase one of their packages and make it a regular routine to stay feeling great. If youre looking for good place for massages, facials and a great staff, I would recommend La Vida in Kennesaw.

Good quality for the price. I do wish massages were 55 mins vs 50 however. I like the fact that membership can be shared among two people. My masseuse was experienced and I felt great after the visit.

I got a facial by Jessica, she is great! She gave me good info about my skin and I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. My skin feels so smooth! I highly recommend her and I look forward to seeing her again.

Stephanie is absolutely amazing. She is thoughtful towards my needs and body, and has an approach of deep healing. I also understand that the owner cares about the therapists and treats them with respect and dignity. Knowing that I’m supporting a local business that takes care of the people that make them successful is important to me.

This was my first time getting a massage at this location. I had the masseuse by the name of Branden. He was very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. I enjoyed my 60 minute massage but did run out of time and should have done the 90! I will definitely be back!

For a first time client this place was amazing! The staff is wonderful and the place is very clean. The massage I had was great and I did the Hot stone massage! Cathy was my masseuse and she did a great job. Great convo! I felt very comfortable there. I highly recommend this location. Especially with Covid-19. Everyone there makes sure the place is sterilized!

I was given a gift certificate here from a friend for a prenatal massage since another massage place cancelled on me. I called and was able to get in the same day. Amanda was my therapist and gave an absolutely amazing prenatal massage. She massaged areas that I didnt even realize were sore, but my 37 week pregnant hips feel so much looser and relaxed. She was very friendly and the whole place had a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.

I like the price of membership and the fact that my credits accumulate if not used each month. I always feel that the front office staff is friendly and professional, they remember me and it makes the experience seem more personal and relaxing. I especially love getting facials and massages here. Im always more relaxed after a session and feel like my mental and physical health are benefitted. My favorites are Kayla at the front desk, Christian the massage therapist, and Jessica the esthetician all in the Kennesaw location.

Tried a couples massage for the first time here and didnt realize how rough the pressure would be. It felt nice afterward, but there was quite a bit of pain throughout the experience for both my partner and I. (neck/shoulders) We thought it mightve been part of releasing tension, but learned we probably needed lighter pressure. I was also mischarged for a foot scrub I hadnt received. The atmosphere was soothing at the very least.

Stephanie is my absolute favorite-and Ive had many massage therapists. I go once a month and it has made an incredible difference in how I feel overall. The front office is SO helpful, professional and on the ball! LOVE this place!

Went in a few days ago because Id been having back pain. The experience itself was pretty good, not too much talking and my masseuse (I believe named Emily?) seemed knowledgeable in the way she talked and was pretty good about easing up when I told her it was too much.However, since going, I have developed neck pain and if anything the back pain has gotten worse, would not recommend...

Appointment scheduling can be done easily online, receptionists are attentive and professional, and the appointments are always prompt. With a membership, you can share monthly massages with family members, and they roll over if you go a month without using them. The entire process is super convenient.Natalie is particularly good at her job--Id highly recommend her as a massage therapist!

Beautiful Queen at the front desk was excellent in checking me in & making me feel comfortable. She went over everything , so there weren’t any surprises. Even at the end of the appointment, explaining the benefits! Got me right back! And Leigh took over & she worked some kinks out . My whole head was light afterwards! Magical feeling!

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with warmth and friendliness. Love the decor and cleanliness. My message was awesome and Stephanie was awesome. I have fibromyalgia she was very cautious about the amount of pressure she used. This was my first experience with a corporate office and I was impressed. !

Lavida is a well run facility with knowledgable staff, talented and friendly massage therapist, and a sweet, hands-on visible owner. I would recommend scheduling a visit. All the therapists (Bathshua, Marie, Michael to name a few) Ive seen have done a great job providing me exactly what I requested (pressure, focus area, etc) My only downside is that I get into such a relaxed state that 60 minutes is never enough. I guess I have to schedule that 90 minute massage.

After a gift card was given to me by my daughter for the holidays I am now a member. Christian has AMAZING hands and does such a great job of targeting my specific area of need. The Therapist consistency. Prior to going to Lavida Massage, I used to go to another Company. It seems every time I went for my appointment, I was told: I am sorry the Therapist is no longer here.Therapist Knowledge of the Human body.Cleanliness, pleasant staff. I have been going there over 5 years has not been disappointed.

I visited La Vida Massage next to Publix on Barrett (next to Old 41) and while not being a massage person, the entire experience from setting the appointment, being received upon arrival and the massage was off the charts. I believe the girl who did the massage was named Olivia and she worked and found everything that was hurting and she did an awesome massage. If you havent been there yet....GO...you will be satisfied...you will feel better...and be treated like a customer who is the most important person in the building. Great customer service from start to finish.

I have been a customer at this location for about 8 years. I LOVE this place and go out of my way to go to this location. However, be forewarned that there is now a front office employee who is deliberately TRYING to get fired. I witnessed her deliberately being rude and offensive to a man who wanted to purchase several gift cards. He had his wallet out and was ready to purchase, but she taunted him and refused to tell him the price of a gift card and to explain their pricing schedule. He finally said Screw it. I will buy a gift card somewhere else. and left. I was so stunned, I gave a spontaneous utterance of But he just wanted to know the price. She then told me You to leave now. Her co-worker was obviously stunned by her behavior too. However, instead of telling me she would handle this situation with the owner, she too said You need to leave. She used my first name in a disrespectful manner and ordered me around like I was a naughty school child. Who needs this???? Please, fire this employee before you lose more customers because of her behavior.

The 60 minutes massages are more like 45 every time. Also don’t get hooked with a monthly contract since they will try to charge more money the when you try to cancel it. Also after you cancel they give you very little time to redeem unused massages you already paid for. For example I have 7 massages and they are giving me 2 months to use them... Even though I paid for them. Cayla is extremely rude and provided very little customer service. Didn’t even care to ask why I was cancelling.

Im very upset about having made an appointment at the Kennesaw GA location, show up, and have the receptionist tell me that the appointment was made for over a month away from now!!! I have been coming for a long time and feel that this was ridiculous. Not only was this not a big deal to the staff member but I was not offered any other first available opening. Im dealing with serious pain in my neck and back and was very much looking forward to getting some relief.Im sad to say that this is the second time the reception had messed up an appointment. The other incident I showed up for an appointment and was never marked as being in the waiting room. Finally after waiting 25 minutes (15 of my appointment time) I asked if my therapist was running behind schedule. I kept my shortened appointment because of the pain I was dealing with and needed desperately to get something done. At that time I still was charged for my full hour. Dealing with chronic pain from occupational posture leaves me having to need constant treatment and it is very upsetting when these things happen and leave me at the mercy of some half wit that cant do her job. Pain also makes me grumpy!!!The disgruntled hygienist

Update - July 2018-I had an appointment here on a July 16. I had scheduled a month in advance. Right after my June appointment had finished. I walked right up to the counter and had one scheduled. I had been seeing the same therapist consistently. I called to confirm my appointment on the 16th to make sure I had the right time only to be told I no longer had any appointment in the system. Not only is that wildly unprofessional but no one deserves to find out they no longer are scheduled the day of the appointment. “She no longer works mondays” - Give me a call and tell me? I have canceled my monthly membership and will be finding somewhere else to treat my sciatica. I am disappointed by La Vida in general. Cartersville has scheduling issues and now Kennesaw. Unprofessional and causes more stress than necessary.——May 2018-My experience here was GREAT. Punctual. Clean. Kind staff. I had NO problems st all scheduling an appointment online. I previously reviewed La Vida in Cartersville and had a terrible experience with scheduling error. My husband had gotten me a gift card here for mother’s day and encouraged me to use it due to on going back pain. I had Alysse (spelling of her name may be off). She is a treasure. I highly recommend this place. I loved it so much I decided to sign up for the monthly membership. Which seems fairly straight forward. $59.95 a month for a 60 min massage or a facial. It rolls over if you don’t use it and you can share it with one family member. Worth it because a regular massage rate is $79.95. Perfect. Great experience.

The ability to have a membership and have access to quality massage services for a reasonable price. The staff are welcoming and professional. Lori is an exceptional massage therapist and I am so grateful to have found her.

This was my very first time at La Vita. My massage therapist was good. I was disappointed to find out tha the aromatherapy and massage oils are $5 each. I had to stick to my budget so I couldn’t splurge so it ended up that my massage experience was not the best. I did find another place that will include both massage oils and aromatherapy at no additional cost for next time.

From the friendly staff to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, this was an all-around great experience! My massage therapist was attentive, and expertly worked out all my stress points. Thanks Rita!

I have been a customer of La Vida Massage of Kennesaw for over a year now and it is absolutely amazing. I have chronic back issues that I have been dealing with for many years and Holly is the only therapist I have had who has been able to really work those issues. Each time I go, I get a relaxing massage that is very deep at the same time. She combines techniques to improve mobility, relive tension, and add flexibility in problem areas. These techniques work together to reduce the pain and I see improvement each time I go! My fiancé has had massages from several therapists there as well and is very happy with each one. If you want a tailored massage that will address your muscle/stress issues and at a great price, I highly recommend this location. I signed up for the membership after my first session with Holly and I believe it is well worth it!

Dont go here for a massage!!!I booked a 90 minute massage and a facial. My facial was great, Michelle took the time to explain what products to use for my skin type and my skin felt great afterwards.Now The BadAfter my facial I went in for my 90 minute massage and it was horrible. The massage therapist did not know how to properly massage. She was just rubbing cold lotion on my body. I asked her to focus on my back and to use medium pressure and her reply was I dont give deep tissue massages I wasnt asking for a deep tissue massage but to apply more pressure than it takes to rub lotion on someones body. It was so bad that I cut my massage short. I then went to the front desk to tell them about my experience and was told Well I will just charge you for a 60 minute massage instead of a 90 minute. Can I book you for another massage? She only performed a 60 minute because I ended it because she was doing a horrible job. They did not try to fix the situation or make it better and then to top it off the receptionist asked Would you like to leave the massage therapist a tip? It seems to me LaVida only cares about getting paid and not about there customer experience. To ask for a tip for someone who did a horrible job is ridiculous. Jut wasted $70, never again!!!

I dont like their sales tactics. I wanted to buy a gift card for $39.95 for 1 massage. They said they could only sell me a $50 card. Then, when my husband used the card, his massage was not that great and he only wanted to tip $5. Somehow they ran the whole $50 card! Super frustrating. Will not be back.

Maria was so sweet, and attentive during my 60 minute session. Whenever I get the time to pamper myself again, which is rare, I cant wait to schedule a 90 minute session with Maria the next time!

The space was clean and relaxing. Rebecca was professional, knowledgeable, and very good at addressing my issues. I came in with some pretty significant aches and muscular issues. She was able to find the roots of my issues and address them. I’m so thankful!

What a amazing first time facial I ever had the lady that helped me her name was Laquisha I dont know if Im spelling it correctly but she was amazing she took her time and explain everything to me what I needed to do with my daily routine on taking care of my face. I definitely recommend anyone to come to get a facial she was amazing I cant wait to come back.

Peaceful, clean, punctual, excellent massage [with Rita]. She finds the knotted areas I need worked on and really gets them out. My sore muscles , my neck..everything. Her hands are gifted! The only thing Id suggest to enhance the atmosphere here is to add waterfalls / water fountains~ the sight and sound of water is always a plus. Environment is an A+ anyway though!

First off I suppose Im not suppose to even be rating them, because they have a sign in their waiting area that says something along the lines of dont say anything bad about us online, come talk to us. That in itself gave me a bad feeling about this place, as in what are they hiding? But I decided to try it anyways and this was my experience.I for one was very underwhelmed by my visit here overal. The only reason I gave it two stars was the fact that the massage therapist seemed to know what she was doing and could run me through the anatomy of my sore areas, and the facility seemed very clean. Other than that: I never felt relaxed the entire time I was in there, I felt ushered and hastily pushed out the door as if I was a burden to even be there, I almost got knocked over walking down the hall by a staff member running out of a room, the front desk receptionist seemed very rude (two days in a row!), and I was never asked about my session or any sort of follow up to try to make up for these things. Definitely made me feel very unwelcomed as if I was just a number or hour inconveniencing everyone there. I for sure would not recommend this place if you are looking to relax or unwind.

I did something to my lower right back. It caused a lot of trouble with the right side of my body. This wasnt a relaxing massage but a particular area deep tissue massage. I believe her name was Rita and she was very knowledgeable on my situation and took very good care of me. She had her work cut out for her with all my knots and tense muscles. Ill be back!

Lori is just the absolute best massage therapist I have ever been to. And thats saying a lot because I have been having monthly massages and massages while traveling for decades! Shes the best hands down!!!
