Huge store, great customer service and wide selection! Just moved to Georgia so this is my new vape store!!

Jake is the reason I love it here! They have beautiful pieces. Jake was very helpful and patient with us. Was going to run in but ended up staying 15 minutes because his customer service was top notch! Will buy all my items from here. Cloud 9 used to be my smoke shop but now I see it is over priced and the customer service is horrible. Thank you Jake!!!

I shopped here recently and had a really bad experience. Their employees just dont get it when it comes to customer service. One of them has really bad body odor. For anyone looking for professional service, I would suggest Vape City in the Kroger Shopping complex.

Micah was absolutely awesome! I had called ahead for a product and he went so far out of his way to check for the product when it was evidently out of stock up front. Even if he hadnt found it, he provided excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning!

So my mom went in there while I sat in the car, she goes in there and three employees were working and absolutely no one was in the store. she asks if they had a specific mod and they said they didn’t. Well my mom asks politely if the employee working the counter could call the other store and see if they had mod as we’ve driven a lot and didn’t want to make the drive to the other store. He very disrespectfully said I don’t see why you can’t do that yourself. My mom has been a loyal customer but because of these employees she will no longer be as she has said herself. she left with them laughing towards her and I don’t appreciate that.

Great shop with a wide variety and selection of all smokable items. Customer service is top notch! We visited this time for nicotine salts. The selection was better than most. The shop employee was extremely helpful even through all of my indecisiveness. He discussed all the different e juice options they offered and made some great suggestions.

Good selection but bad customer service. The guy I talked to had an attitude when I called and acted like he didn’t want to answer my questions. I asked him if he was ok and he started to cuss me out and told me to come up there so we could fight! I went up there and he didn’t do nothing but complain. Weirdest thing ever but oh well.

Word of advice to your workers, if someone comes in for a return/exchange tell them first y’all don’t do that. I came in with a broken pen battery and the guy never said anything about how y’all couldn’t do that knowing very well I was under the impression you could. He then continued to ask questions about why it wasn’t working, laughed, and said “I just don’t understand how you can have something for 5 days and now it’s supposedly not working. I just don’t get what the problem is”. It sure as hell sounded like he was insinuating I made it up or broke the pen so I was trying to get a new one when reality is YOU GUYS sold me the faulty product that I’m now having to pay for. Worst part is not only did I waist my time trying to prove there was an actual problem in the first place, but I also used all my points to buy something that didn’t work just to be disrespected by the worker “helping me”. All of this would have been avoided if he simply told me there was nothing he could do rather than being rude trying to prove a point. Management you better talk to your staff about how to handle costumers that are unhappy with a product purchased because all this situation has done is made me realize it wasn’t the manufacturer I should be mad at but y’all for selling the product in the first place.

Would not recommend. The customer service is so bad. They treat you as if you are inconveniencing THEM. They seem to want to rush you out of the store. So, I immediately left and didn’t give them my service. I guess they don’t really want your money?Don’t shop here. There’s plenty of other smoke shops in the area that would gladly help you and appreciate your time. Go down the street to Cloud 9.

Update: tried to call about certain coils and they had no idea what they were talking about I was on the phone for at least 30 minutes do not come here if you know what you want to get unless you decide to pointed out to them because they apparently do not know what theyre talking about about over the phoneAlthough the customer service is really nice here I would not recommend coming here they change on a whim their terms and services of what you can do there. I called over there to give permission for my fiance to use my card now I have been able to do this before since I have such a busy schedule since my fiance is a stay-at-home dad. This time they informed me that they could not do it and I needed to be there now Ive never had this happen before and they were very rude about it and they were pretty much telling me to drop everything and take care of it myself. To all you people that have spouses that dont work and single parents I implore you not to come here because they will not allow your spouse or your boyfriend or your fiance to use your card even though you call and give permission and inform them all about it. Since they have done this in the past allowing me to allow my fiance to grab what he needs on my card and they now just change it at a Wham its not very professional I would have given this place a 5-star because of how they treated me with customer service now I dont even want to step foot in here

So I will not be returning to this establishment ever again. And I highly recommend nobody does especially if youre married. I went up there to go pick up a pen that I needed a my wife gave me her credit card to use me and my wife we have been married for 7 years and apparently due to new management rules. That does not matter they want you to use your card with your ID now I was sent up there because my wife is sick and cannot get out of bed and for them to be rude about that and you state that it has to be that way no matter what is completely ridiculous I thought you guys were in the business of making money I guess not because any good businessman would know that that would be okay and for you to simply just refuse service because of that is ridiculous that is why I will never set foot in another xhale city ever again. Worst company in the world and I hope that they go under

This location never has anything in stock. I highly recommend the location in woodstock which never has this issue.

I have other stores much closer to me, but opted to give this place a chance based on the reviews. Im glad I did. If I had known this was the same location as the previous smoke shops, I probably would have automatically avoided it, as they were kind of grimy.This store is the polar opposite, however, as you can tell from the pictures. I went there for tobacco and they have a good brand of RYO Turkish blend I can never find locally. Didnt catch the name of the guy working there, but he was pretty cool.

I went in today to buy a new mod. BURR was there and helped me in every way possible. I am now walking with a cane and didn’t have great balance. She gave me a chair to sit in. She made sure she got me a new mod and vape juice that I could afford. She is absolutely AMAZING!! I love Xhale city vape and will NEVER go to another vape shop, ever!! Thank you to EVERYONE in the shop for always helping me and not looking down on me because of my new disability!! The people there treat me as family! I couldn’t ask for a better place to go to just go and buy everything I need! No matter if it is for mods, juice, CBD, bath bombs, incense , glass pieces, and everything else I need! You guys are just AMAZING!❤️

Awful service. Was told one price and then that price doubled when I got to the register. Once I got home I realized I had the wrong product and went right back to the store to return/exchange. Manager told me they don’t do returns and couldn’t care less that I was unhappy and didn’t offer a solution. Basically told me to kick rocks. Manager (guy with dark hair) is a complete douche.

This is the best/biggest smoke shop Ive been to in the Atlanta area! Very nice and patient employees. They also have so many options for all your smoke shop needs. And the glass...so many local and unique pieces to choose from!

First time Ive been here and Im in love! I was impressed by the vast selection/very reasonable prices and its safe to say this will be the store I go to from now on. I had a thousand questions about various things and got impeccable customer service from Jalessa. I would definitely recommend this place compared to preeeettty much anywhere else.

Used to love coming here, seems like no one knows enough about the coils they sell. I appreciate when someone just says, sorry I dont know about that and I dont want to just guess and give you the wrong ones instead of pretending they know what theyre talking about. Ive been sold the wrong coils twice now in the last few days so Im still out of coils that actually work with my tanks. 2 different tanks, 2 different coils, 2 different people.

Ive been coming here for quite some time and have always had excellent service (with one exception involving being assured a coil would fit when I k ew it wouldnt, but that was corrected the next day). Today around 5 I received great service from the blonde gentleman who helped me find a new tank for my vape, he was very knowledgeable with any questions I had and mad sure I was aware of the sales, he swore by a tank I had previously that I loved in the past but was looking for something different this go around. I have to say the tank he hooked me up with is amazing and even though I use xhale for all my vape needs I will be coming to this location as much as I can. I live in Atlanta but its worth the trip

Love this place. Ive been here a lot for juice and mods, but theyve also helped me fix my mod a couple times and the guys here are very cool.

A great store but they never have the same employee twice. I go in there all the time and I don’t think the employees are very happy with management and ownership. It’s a shame I think stores like this make an excellent place to connect the community.

This place has too high of prices and the Store Manager lacks very basic customer service skills. We took a vape back after two days of purchase for some help, he basically told us it was our problem and showed no sympathy. Will never shop here again.

I wouldnt recommend shopping here. The guys who work there could care less if youre there or not, and it seemed like every question I asked was a minor inconvenience to them. I automatically felt like I wasnt welcome and that I was pressured to leave.

Ive been going to this store for many years and half the time they are the most helpful staff and a good selection, the other half of the time however has been some of the most horrific experiences in my life. They sell misleading products and will tell you anything to make a sale, and for that I will never visit this shop again.

Scam artists! They sold my husband the wrong filters even though they had his vape in hand, and wont exchange them! Pretty sure they knew it was the wrong kind, they just wanted to make a sale. Well take our business elsewhere!

If I could rate than a 10 I would!LOVED ALL their CBD products. I looked at the glass work they had too. It was AMAZING it was ART!!! They had more options on EVERY type of glass work, & other accessories, hookahs & LOTS of things for those, BEST selection of EVERYTHING u need than I have EVER seen!!! (& Ive lived in many states lol) The long haired blonde guy took his time with me, in between customers which is a good thing. Ive ordered the same replacement coils 3 times for the Two different vaporizer that I have purchased from you, and have not received any response, or my coils. This has been going on for over a month now, and I have tried 3 of your locations for these. Since you dont ever have the coils, your employees keep trying to sell me a new vape. I already have 3 from you. I dont live very close to these locations either, so its a pretty long trip when I travel to the same 3 locations to go back home empty handed. Ive decided that the next time I make this trip only to go home empty handed, it will be the last time, I go home empty handed from your stores. I will never visit them again, along with my long list of friends...

Great selection of products. Biggest ejuice wall I’ve ever seen. Nice glass displays & the staff is awesome. They are funny and seem know what they are talking about.

They have a large line of torches yet cant tell you a single difference between any of them. theyre all basically the same. My friend has come home with two awful torches from whip it! and some brand called torch art with the first having the tiniest flame in existence and the latter breaking in less than a month, also with a small flame. If you cant take a torch out of a box to show how it works then this store should at least have a policy so she can return it when they do not work as advertised. This man is a scammer who has no knowledge of his products, but the rest of the staff here has been helpful to us so 2 stars.

Besides resorting to rolling my own cancer sticks.... ie.. 1 pound bag of tobacco, box of tubes for $18 = 2 cartons of cigs that would cost $100... the people working here are awesome! Love the scented candles, ,incense! Their e-cig juices are absolutely the best and have helped me cut down tremendously on tobacco intake.... too much to list here!

I just made a $68.00 purchase.The two Ladys behind the counter were very professional and there Customer Service was 👍,BUT the DOUCHE BAG 👦 with long blong needs a lesson in customer service.This guy was rushing me to buy more than what I had planned to buy.I was talking to one of the nice friendly employees and BLONDE says to me while im talking ,to do what ever i gotta do to finish the purchase!What ever happened to customer service?Went down the street and bought two more items and guess what BLONDE the employee took time to be informational and made me feel comfortable!Now not only am I going to let ALL friends you know Paying customers to never buy ANYTHING from that vap shop or ANY Xhale city shop.

Beware of some of their CBD products! Their OrganRX e-liquids and oils are not authentic CBD. It is made with synthetic cannabinoids. Dont be fooled by the ingredients list! CBD products are not regulated by the FDA so the authenticity of the ingredients almost always go unchecked. Go online and research OrganRX and you will find almost nothing about the product or even anyone selling it! Thats a big red flag. This product also produces a VERY noticeable intense high. Authentic CBD will not give you ANY high feeling besides being relaxed and anxiety free. Synthetic cannabinoids can cause dependency and withdrawal symptoms. Beware of these products!
