Absolutely AMAZING! I drive almost an hour just to go. They are always beyond nice and have such an amazing and cheerful atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. Would HIGHLY recommend everyone to check them out!

Have shopped at K-Town for 6+ years now and it remains my one stop shop for all things vape. Who else have you seen with a WALL of juice like that? Ive been looking all a specific coil and thanks for a month now. Ive been all over the Atlanta area, Roswell, Woodstock, Marietta and Acworth and couldnt find them. We dive almost 2 hours to come to this store! They are always stocked, listen to our preferences and make the appropriate recommendations. We have never purchased anything that we didnt like. This shop is absolutely incredible! The owner has created a culture of warmth and knowledge! I never feel intimidated going into KTown and being able to ask questions. The selection is unrivaled and the customer service is beyond compare. Chris is the most patient and knowledgeable sales person I’ve ever encountered. I am highly pleased with every experience I’ve ever had there. Most vape shops feel that they must also be head shops. I actually live a few states away, but found this shop when searching for a particular juice that I absolutely love, and cannot buy locally any more. They had 8 100ml bottles, which I purchased immediately. To my pleasant surprise, they had an additional discount going, so I got a great deal.When I checked out, the website froze. I checked my Paypal and there was no charge. I emailed Patricia, who I believe is the shops owner. She confirmed that the payment hadnt gone through, sent an invoice, and had order boxed up so it could be shipped quickly. As soon as I paid, my order was mailed within hours.Fantastic customer service, especially for someone who isnt local to the store, and may not be a repeat customer because of this. Patricia was helpful and professional, the package was well-packed and arrived quickly. I will definitely continue to check the site. I consider this shop local to me now in that I do try to shop locally. Cannot recommend enough!

I have been going to K Town for over two years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is great and knowledgeable. Patty is also great. The prices are comparable to others and they always have a great deal. It also has a great peaceful environment. I would encourage everyone to pay them a visit. Other vape shops are intimidated and make bad reviews but their service speaks for itself. Since the first time I went in I have never been to another shop. Stopped by here looking for coils on a visit in the area. Staff were some of the LEAST pretentious and most knowledgeable Ive ever met in a shop. They also had what I needed after looking at 5 other stores to no avail. They have an amazing selection of liquid as well as hardware. First shop Ive been in that actually had a great selection of high end mods and accessories so that was a big plus. I live in Augusta but next time Im closer to Atlanta I will be making a special trip here just to give them my business again.

I always start to read the negatives 1st. I was surprised to find even a few negatives. People have to realize that sometimes employees are so busy that they cant notice everyone walking in or waiting. All you have to do is bring it to their attention. Also, just because someone isnt as sunny as you would like them to be doesnt mean theyre rude.I can honestly say that my experiences have been nothing but positive. Friendly & knowledgeable staff who have been extremely accommodating. They have great deals too. I go out of my way to patronize this establishment.

Went into this shop on 6-18-2021. Was totally blown away by the selection. The staff was so great. They have a vape brand that my husband and I throughly have enjoyed for over 5 years now. But the past year and half was not able to find at all. Went in, there it was. Keep up with the relationship between you and the people you order from. You guys are awesome!!!

Hands down the best vape shop I have ever been to by a huge margin. I started going here when I lived on Barrett parkway and I have continued to use this as my only vape shop even though I moved away years ago. The selection is huge, their house flavors are amazing, their prices are great and they even have different deals every day of the week, but the reason I continue to drive 30 minutes past multiple other vape shops to go here is the unbelievable quality of customer service. Every single member of the staff I have interacted with in my years of patronage has been so kind, caring and attentive. I highly value customer service and would happily continue to use this store even if I had to pay a higher price; the low prices are just a bonus.

I came in to fix the vape I had and instead I ended up replacing it. I was helped by Tommy who was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions.He took the time to address my concerns and made the entire transaction so much easier. He even took time to help me set up my new vape after he helped me choose one within my budget. He gave excellent suggestions on juice flavors and overall made the entire experience very positive. They have an awesome customer rewards program and a great atmosphere in general. Good vibes.

I have been to this shop a few times. It is not my normal go to shop just because it is a little far for me. I went in today 1/31/2016 just to check out the new store. Customer service was great. The guy sorry I cant remember his name even though he introduced himself, sorry bro was extremely nice and shook my hand and everything. He also remembered me from previous visits and was very interested in knowing my name. I am a manager in my field and know how important customer service is. I explained to him that I am very picky and he literally took every item I was curious about out of the case and gave me knowledgeable information. Staff is trained very well in making the customer feel at home. I ended up picking up a tfv4 mini black because I wanted to try another tank. I am mainly an RDA guy but wanted a tank just for ease while driving etc. He did not try to make me by the most expensive thing nor did he make me feel uncomfortable. Sorry I cant remember his name but if the owner replies his name I will edit this. Thanks!

I went here for the first time today, and I was blown away. Ive been to quite a few shops. This is the BEST shop Ive ever been to. Not the biggest, but definitely the best. The staff was amazing. The deals were awesome. My favorite part, and what I was most impressed by was their juice selection. Im amazed. DEFINITELY stop by this shop if you ever have the opportunity.

Visited k town for the first time on Friday during a cloud comp, and despite them being extraordinary busy, I was greeted by multiple employees and the owner. Product selection is amazing, both for juice and mods/rdas and they had all the most sought after gear. Trinity was the employee that ended up waiting on me and she is a model employee. Really friendly, very knowledgable, no push for upselling or trying to talk you into a more expensive product like some shops do. I honestly felt like I was dealing with a friend of mine and because of the customer service and atmosphere, I will certainly drive the 45min to visit again.

This is our go to shop. It is out of our way but we still make the trip. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Today Ginny helped us and was awesome. She was super personable, helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely keep coming back!

Staff is a friendly and supportive of you jo matter where you are in your journey to stop smoking. All of the staff is experienced in the craft and can answer almost any question you have to ask about the topic. I highly reccomend Cruz. The overall feel of the shop is super laid back with a pool table, gaming system, and even a claw machine (with a trick). The staff is very knowledgeable with taste palettes and can lead you in the right direction with your juice as well as your style of mod. I met the owner and theyre super sweet and helpful and well. And the regulars are friendly and willing to help you out in both flavors and mods, as well as holding every day conversation. A great place to hang out and discover your path to quitting cigarettes

I stumbled upon this great shop because my device broke while I was out shopping. I need to replace it ASAP. Searched google and found this store . As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles 😊. Tommy was the associate who helped me select a great new device that fit my vaping needs. He was very nice and patience and answered all my questions. I usually buy my liquid online but he helped me find a nice new flavor in addition to my new device ❤️ I recommend this store as they have a wide selection of devices and liquids. The customer service was great! I will be coming back very soon.

I am so wowed by my experience. I really had no idea what I wanted and I had no idea what I was looking for. I just wanted to try it out. I had heard some great review of the service and figured I would give it a try. I am glad this was my first stop. The have such a large selection and the staff really took the time to help me. I didn’t feel rushed or that they were trying to just make a sale. I also don’t regret anything about this experience either. I am so glad they were willing to work with me since i didn’t know anything about it. I feel like i got an education to make a better choice, especially when I come back!!!

This right here is what a great vape shop is supposed to be. Great stock of tanks, mods, with a huge selection of juice lines, and even great house juices. I was impressed with the selection of hard to find and unique accessories. What would all this be without a great staff? Joe T couldnt have been more welcoming and down to earth, and, just through some easy conversation led me to some of the best juices Ive tried. I dont live nearby, but will make it a point to get back to Ktown again.

Been shopping here for about a year and its always an amazing, friendly and smooth experience but this visit today blew it all out of the water. Called them with a large order (new vaporizer, coils, batteries, charger ect.) And they were so accommodating with everything going on and helped me get everything I needed and was very positive the entire call. I dont do these things normally but they continue to impress me with every visit and if I can sway even one person to give them a chance it was worth writing this.

I went to K Town with a vague idea of what flavor juice I wanted to get. I was helped by Will, who was both patient with my indecisiveness and helpful with suggestions. He showed he really had a passion for his work, and was willing to do what he needed to make me feel like being satisfied with my purchases over making a quick and easy sale. Ive been to other places that quiz you on naming a flavor you want, handing you a bottle, and saying here, buy this. Will gave suggestions and considered what I was looking for, not what I was asking for, and I really appreciated that.

First I called the location to see if they carried a particular brand of juice. The moment Tommy answered the phone call was the moment my wonderful experience with k town vape began. This was the third vape shop we stopped at tonight in hopes to find a new vape for me. I automatically was shocked when i walked in to see 10x more mods than any other shop around town. One of the best vape shops in Atlanta. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They taught me how to build coils and wick. Also answered questions over the phone when it came to the ohms of builds I had. Great stock of RDAs, RTAs, Tanks, mods, batteries, and so on.

We’ve been shopping at K-Town for years and I just want to say - I continue to be impressed by this establishment. We moved further away from the shop (like 45 minutes away), and hadn’t been able to make it over there as often as we used to, but when shelter in place started and we weren’t able to get the coils or juice from vape shops around us, we were able to put in an order online with Ktown for curbside pick-up. We were able to get the products that we needed easily and Sammy brought our order out to our car. All the employees were wearing facemasks. My fiancé and I finally quit smoking cigarettes completely when the pandemic started, and we are so appreciative that Ktown was able to safely help us get ecig products. Big shout out to Rachel and Ginny as well for being there at work to help us with our order. This place is going above and beyond what any other vape shop is doing, and frankly always has. I bought coils and the description was for a box, then I got the package and it was way less than I was expecting. That is when I was told it was price per coil. So expecting 16 boxes I got 16 coils. You can get your vape products WAY cheaper anywhere than this place. They do not need to do this shady gouging to you too.

Great business with a staff different from 99% of the vape shops Ive visited. They are not just interested in making a sale, but establishing a relationship with their customers. Love this vape store. The staff of friendly and knowledgeable, and a lot of fun. The selection of juices is extensive, and the house juice is pretty tasty. Good mods, coil selection, etc. I love their discount bin!

Everytime I go into K Town, Ginny always helps me! She is extremely knowledgeable with every aspect of the vape life. Especially with all the juice K Town has she knows every flavor and can point me to the right choice. Ive bounced from a few Vapor Lounges in the past until a friend recommended me to try out K Town. Ever since I stepped foot into this store I knew it was the one. Its the only Vapor Lounge I go to and I come from Woodstock. Excellent atmosphere and excellent staff! I wish there was a higher rating to give!

This the best vape store in Kennesaw area by far. Always have the best prices and selection, juice, coils, etc are always on sale on different days. Been coming here for years and havent looked back.

Ive bought several vape mods from these guys. Been dealing with them for a while now. Just recently purchased a new mod from them and had some problems with it. They did not hesitate to do everything they could to help me figure out what the problem was. 10 out of 10. Will continue to shop there and will send as much business as I can to them.

They have a large juice and mods. Its a really chill environment and to vape and talk. Will went the extra mile to help understand why my vape charger wasnt working and do some much as in to get it replaced and took very good care of me. I was very happy.

Nice place. Bought first vape pen here and it broke within days. Decided to get the next one at a store closer to home and it’s been amazing, however, was 4x the price. Both shops explained in equal detail how you essentially get what you pay for. So I bought CBD oil from the other shop, and discovered you’re supposed to dilute with vape liquid after reading instructions. On the way home from work I stopped in to give this place another shot. They’re always nice and informative, but I maybe should’ve just come in and grabbed what I needed without going into detail. I was told that the CBD oil I bought could be spice or contain THC, potentially causing failure of a drug test. Initially my sister recommended CBD to combat anxiety as it worked for her, we’re both early 30s and traumatically lost a parent a few years back so I think between the two of us we’ve literally tried everything on the market.I’m one to go with recommendations and bought the top of the line oil, going with the other shops suggestion. Back to K-Town, I was asked if I wanted nicotine containing vape liquid, thank God, many people that vape haven’t smoked cigarettes, especially considering the growing market for CBD oils. I walked in without a nicotine habit, not trying to walk out with one, haha. So lastly I asked his most popular seller and he gave me a nicotine-free one, which was their 2nd best seller, and it’s good but there’s little to compare it to as I’m brand new to this, aside from knowing people that owned or manufactured these types of products.I get out to my car and look down to realize the product he sold me was owned/distributed by them. I roll my eyes. If it’s one thing I know about vape companies is they’ll bend the rules or pay $ to sell their product, as do pharmaceuticals. They’re knowledgeable so I trust it’s a good product, but also wonder if there were other higher quality brands I missed out on purchasing.Lastly, they mentioned testing the oil I purchased at a sister shop. I feel like a more efficient way of testing would just be an at-home drug test. It’s a pretty sure-fire assessment to find out if your CBD contains THC.Lengthy review, overall decent spot :-)

I stopped by today for the first time. I must say that the atmosphere is awesome. You can even chill out and play some ps3. If only they had a ps4 it would be off the chain. Lol. Every time I visit the Vape Lounge.. I feel like Im in an episode of Cheers, lol everyone in there knows my name and greets me with a cheerful chant of my name. Brandon is bit handsy with his hugs as is Trinity but it makes me feel like Im one of the kool kids and loved. The owner is Super knowledgeable about all aspects of Vaping including the danger (real danger too) of not caring for your batterys the correct way. One of mine had arched while charging and of course I had no idea that I couldnt keep using it and Patty the owner scolded me in a loving mom type manner and recycled my batterys and gave me one free of charge with a carrying case on her.. AWESOME PLACE TO CHILL AND VAPE. My son loves the PS4 and couch time while I try different flavors.. Best Vapor Lounge I have ever been to hands down!

Im not impressed my first time dealing with them also my last I placed an order Friday took 5 days to administer a refund from a purchase going through twice on my card still today ordered last Friday and still not shipped only a lable printed I have asked for a refund nobody has messaged me back and before someone says something about a hurricane I ordered from 4 places all on the east coast that got hit hard modern in SC fast Eddies Florida and another of fast Eddies distros all came already one didntbuphold the express shipping due to the hurricaine which is something understandable but not shipped at all is just lazy one rda two bags of cotton and a nice salt juice come on unacceptable
