I have been seeing a Chiropractor for the last 6 months due to chronic back pain with minimal relief. I was online looking for a personal trainer & stumbled upon Dr. Mario. This place not only specializes in personal training but nutrition wellness & chiropractic care. I decided to give him a shot & Im glad I did!Dr. Mario is very welcoming with a great sense of humor. The office is clean & he has blue toilet water! (Inside joke) He takes his time to figure out & diagnose the issues you may be experiencing. My adjustment process lasted at least 45min (over all visit time about an hr & 45min) compared to a 5min adjustment at the other place Ive been going to. I have decided to leave the other practice & become a new member of the Tight & Tone Wellness family.I honestly believe Chiropractic care does work but you need to have someone who is knowledgeable & passionate about their craft & Dr. Mario is ALL of that & then some! If youre looking to get on a healthy track, reduce pain & strengthen your body LOOK NO FURTHER! I guarantee you WONT be disappointed!!!!

Beyond expectations. I have experienced some adjustments in the past, but nothing like what Dr. Mario has provided.He truly does tailor the adjustments based on your specific needs and does not rush through the process. Most importantly, he will address every concern that you have.I usually dread the admin steps at your usual chiropractor and may or may not have enough time to get the actual adjustments. Not this one, once you are scheduled, he will go straight to the point and get you squared away after he gathers some info. You will get some work done to your needs plus some knowledge! Simply put, he values your time and money.Hands down the best in the area.

Doctor Mario Miller is amazing. Hes very professional and I will highly recommend him to anyone who needs to be correctly adjusted, he takes the time throughly explain what is going with you. Have been going to Dr. Mario Miller for 10years plus. He is the BEST chiropractor anywhere. I have gone to a few in my day. I a flight attendant and depend on my body to work pain free. If it were not for Dr. Mario I would not be able to do my job nearly as well. he has two sons who I use as personal trainers and they are excellent also.

Dr. Mario is by far the BEST Chiropractor Ive ever visited and this is coming from someone who has been having Chiropractic care since 2004 in GA. He is extremely thorough and truly spends quality time with each of his patients. This is rare in the world of Chiropractic care. Youre just not a number/statistic with Dr. Mario, but a person whose health he really cares about. He gives the BEST adjustments period! My back felt like a bag of bricks on my 1st visit and just after my 1st adjustment my back actually loosened up for after being so tight after years of seeing other Chiropractors.This is a family business and they all provide superior care and customer service to all their clients. Lets start with the office: Very Clean, and very relaxing atmosphere. The music was a plus, my five year old would agree, as she fell asleep within the first 10 minutes of us being there.As for the treatment and adjustment itself, very much needed. The Dr adjusted Everything from Head to Toe. Anybody that has been in a branch of service, especially in a MOS that taxes your body over the years. You learn to live with pain. I have had problems with my hips, back, neck, elbows and knees, and the tingling numbing sensation of hands and arms falling asleep at night. After my first treatment, I went home relaxed and slept like a baby. No numbness no tingling in hands. No hip pain or stiffness anywhere, most importantly the pain is gone. I highly recommend the service Dr.Mario provides, he is knowledgeable in his practice, highly skilled and personable. Wont go anywhere else, and I have tried them all.

Nice, relaxing atmosphere. I received and have always received excellent care. I have asthma as well as a lower back injury and a very demanding job that has me on my feet constantly. They take all of this in to consideration when working with me. After my intense workout I go across the hall and get adjusted by Dr Mario Miller. Ive always been afraid of chiropractors but years ago Dr Miller reassured me that he would take care of me, and he has. By the time I leave his office I feel like a brand new person. I tried so many chiropractor in Georgia. Doctor Mario is the best! Every adjustment feels like a brand new body. Addicted to dr.marios adjustment. He his very knowledgeable. TLDR: Go see Dr. Mario Miller, you will not regret it.I don’t know if you’ve ever gone sailing but a while back I had the lovely experience of going on a real sailboat with a sailor. The views of the ocean were amazing but what was more mesmerizing was watching the sailor use his natural ability to gauge how to sail the boat by just observing the wind and the water. It was a beautiful sight because compared to the jetskis that were blasting passed us, you could see the epitome of human ability come to life. No crazy techy gadgets were used, just natural expertise of experience and knowledge that almost comes off as magic.This is what it was like going to Dr. Mario Miller. The man has an unexplainable skill to identify pains without me saying anything. With just sight and touch, he’s able to tell me I have an “angry” spot before I open my mouth. During the adjustment, he just seems to know my body better than I do! This is such a relief because having had almost 15 years of pain and seeing countless of medical doctors (who ended up just prescribing me pills), acupuncturists, and other chiropractors (who barely spend any time on me), meeting Dr. Mario Miller was a breath of fresh air. I finally had hope that my pain could be treated because after my first adjustment I finally felt no pain and this continued with my second adjustment. Being pain-free was such a foreign feeling to me that my brain didn’t know what else to think about for once in my life. You can tell he cares too because there are no sale pitches to buy packages like other places do and he informs you as you go through your appointment so that you can improve your physical health with or without him. He doesn’t withhold information to keep you as a customer. You simply come back to his office because his efforts work. This is how care should be done. I hope he never retires because it’s going to be impossible to find another Dr. Mario Miller.

Dr Mario was/is the best thing to ever happen to me. He took the time to get to know why I came in. As a new patient, Dr. Mario sat down with me and just got to know what my background was like, injuries, surgeries, etc. He truly listens to everything you say and once he starts working on you, he touches on everything that you went over in the assessment. I will definitely be going back to Dr.Mario and will be the only chiropractor I will be seeing. THE BEST OUT THERE.

Dr. Mario always goes the extra step and suggests changes in behavior or exercises that you can do from home to speed up the healing process. Tight and Tone Wellness takes it one level beyond that by incorporating fitness training, if it is something you are interested in. Dr. Mario works directly with his fantastic personal trainers (MJ and Zach) to stabilize the areas that are causing you pain. This helps your adjustments to hold (since the RIGHT muscles are stronger) and helps you heal faster; AND gets your body looking great... no matter how many years its been since you fit in those pants or how much weight you want to lose or if youre just looking to tone up. Combining your personal training with your chiropractic care allows you to be able to push your body to a whole new level and achieve results that may have seemed impossible in the past whether it be pain relief or just breaking out that two piece for the first time in years (or both).In the end you just have to try it for yourself. I understand being skeptical and that most people havent had this experience with a chiropractor so it seems unbelievable... Dr. Mario truly is one of a kind.

I recently had my Fourth Adjustments, all I can say is Wow! I never know why I wait so long, an adjustment is very necessary and we take it for granted. Dr. Mario is so knowledge in his field. I brought my 1 year old in to see Dr. Mario, she needed his services and attention due to her being injured at birth, she wouldn’t allow him to touch her to much, but what she allowed him to do made a big difference in her fine motor skills. She doesn’t seem so stiff anymore.His expertise helped my daughter more than occupational therapy could in 6 months.

I wish I would have found Dr. Miller before I went around the circle of family chiropractors in Kennesaw! He is so thorough and explained why I had pain in my jaw and right side of my body. After my adjustment he massaged the muscles that were tight and I actually felt like I was put back together by the time I left. I tried to explain to him that I just had a new patient exam a couple of weeks ago with a different chiropractor. I had a consultation, xray, and adjustment. I left them due to their price. Therefore, I was asking for a $50 adjustment appointment since they dont have to do x-rays and I can just tell them whats wrong in the xrays and what needs adjusting. He was still trying to charge me $100 for consultation to figure out whats wrong. I asked why the extra $50 for a consultation when no x-rays are needed, I already know whats wrong and that conversation would be brief. His response was thats your opinion sir, you dont have to come. No empathy whatsoever. I definitely wouldnt trust him adjusting my spine.

I believe God uses people to help us and alleviate our pain. God used this professionals hands to relieve the pain he was feeling. The session hurt a little because I was already very fragile with the pain that had been with me for a long time, but on leaving I felt light, without PAIN and could walk without dragging my leg and go to the bathroom without fear of locking the spine. I slept like an angel, didnt wake up, not once in pain.
