The people that work here are just so awesome, down-to-earth and friendly, helpful too. Theres just way too much to look at, this is such a kewl head shop. Highly recommend if youre in Kent. After shopping if youre thirsty stop by bottle 101 and if youre hungry grab a pizza form Luccis(4-9).

If I ever need to pick up anything involving Snoop Dogg activities, I go here. I just went here today to buy my brother birthday presents. Brooke, Daria, and Baleigh were there and they made to experience super easy and fun! They were very friendly and I will definitely be coming back again soon.

Love this place. They have all kinds of stuff here. I love digging through their discount basket of rings.

I got IDd here and I am 300 years old. But I cant revoke a star because thems the rules. My buddy couldnt get papers because he forgot his ID. Make sure you bring it! Everyone gets IDd, even 300 year old wizards. The staff is really nice and theres a ton of stuff I love here. Always a pleasure to visit. But bring your ID!

Just got cussed out by an unprofessional toothless dorky weirdo in suspenders telling me very rudely he was the main guy in charge and to never come back because the concentrate pen I bought didnt work. He then attempted to give me every excuse that it was my fault for a defective out of box product and tried to trade it for a color I didnt want and then was being rude about it. Trust me I dont need to be told not to come back after being treated like that. Ive spent thousands of dollars supporting that place over the last 20 years. He also said the owner and himself dont care if they get bad reviews about their horrible customer service and how bad it is and said that he doesnt care that I know people that used to work there. Ive literally helped build that store up by giving referrals to my friends that live in the area when they were first starting out in the area... Midnight Oasis is way better anyway I usually go there now but I was by the Puff and decided to stop in, huge mistake.

Ive have been a frequent super since the late 90s early 2000s... even ventured to the store up north in Mayfield a few times...I mostly recommend this store but my last trip found me standing at the counter asking to be waited on... ✋️ not knocking my fellow gamers to much, but if your d and d campaign is more important then earning a gold piece, maybe you shouldnt be a shop keeper...

My favorite smoke shop I went for my birthday and its all my ascetic. Great staff great prices and a lot of awesome stuff.

Awesome place to go for all. Very helpful staff definitely in tune with whatever your needs Maybe. They are trained very well with information on all the products that they have very chill environment, no over the top pricing. Definitely a great place to go if youre in Kent.

Extremely rude and aggressive sales person. Brought a part into the store to compare it to the new part that I needed to buy. Asked a sales associate to see the parts, as I compared the parts he seen that the last part was used. He then said, I had to leave the store immediately and take it to the car. I replied, by saying OK I’ll just take this one right here, he then said no, you need to leave right now. I asked why, I said it is a cigarette part and has nicotine on it. He then looked at what I assumed was a manager for directions. This gentleman replied it’s black and white you need to leave. Once again, I asked, but it’s nicotine. I can show you and you can smell it. It’s nothing illegal. To which he replied, you still need to go. I didn’t said OK I’ll take my business elsewhere. Went down the street, to another location of his competitor walk-in showed him the parts. Got what I needed and left. No hassle or verbally being pushed out the door and no rude employees.

Easily my favorite smoke shop! I used to come in and buy a bunch of small 10$ torches for my water pipe. Every staff member is pretty nice and chill, the dude behind the counter always helps me out and seems dope. Always feel nice coming into the store

Always clean, the employees are always helpful and knowledgeable! Theres so much cool things in there, not just smoke stuff which I love. They have knick-knacks, metaphysical things, books, crystals, bags, shirts, and more! If youre in Kent and have time, I recommend checking it out.

Totally chill vibe. All of the workers here are super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The selection of nostalgia, glass ware and trinkets make this a must stop! I regularly purchase my sage from here as well and it always feels great! Stop in and check it out!

My absolute favorite smoke shop. The staff is always helpful and the selection is impeccable. Along with pipes, hookahs, vapes, and other smoking supplies, they also sell novelties and metaphysical supplies. Im pagan and Ive gotten a lot of stuff for my altar here. Id recommend this store to anyone!Updating to say this place just keeps getting better. They have Delta-8 products now and keep expanding their selection every time I visit.

Personally, I do not shop there for the tobacco products, as they do sell clothing, novelty items, incense and other spiritual items. They are very good with customer service, are LGBTQ+ friendly, and all of the staff are agreeable and amiable. Lovely people! 👍

Great place! Wonderful environment. I came here on a Sunday at around 5:30 and the doors were closed and locked. I’m not sure if this is a 1 time thing or if their hours have changed but it was a bit unexpected!

People here are super helpful and really knowledgeable. All my questions were addressed and they made sure i was set up before i left. Love this place. Tons and tons of things to explore. Recommended this place will be going back myself

Very rude customer service!! A staff member helping us was impatient & rude!! And the manager working in the store at the time allowed her to be be!! After our experience, we spoke to someone who told us he had a bad experience there & that the person helping him was rude & had a bad attitude!! There are other great stores, that treat customers with respect!! This place lost acouple good customers!!

This place is actually great, except the guy that works here is completely without customer service skills and attitude. I seriously dread when I go in and see him at the counter and do all I can to avoid him waiting on me.....Customer service isnt for everyone and def isnt for him!! The ladies are helpful and knowledgable about anything I have ever had questions about while shopping there and are very friendly.

Very interesting items for sale here. Some hot ladies also. They definitely need a bigger spot. The store is jammed full of all different stuff. A lot of cool things. Not much room though to move around.

So glad we have a place like this here in Kent. Calling all hippies, this is your home now. They offer incense, smoke stuff obviously and so many other neat things for any kind of person. Employees were kind and made sure to keep a limited amount of people in the store.

The employees here all great, every single one of them have gone out of their way to assist my girlfriend or I anytime were in there, and theyre alway friendly and make it a fun shopping experience.

Puff n stuff overcharges on foreign merchandise... And does Not back the merchandise when it fails. Plenty of others around to take care of your needs...Instead of a sarcastic crew of employees who lean on Glass all day.

Salesperson “J” was very rude; gave me an attitude as soon as I started a conversation with him. Honestly don’t know if I’ll be back since every time I seem to get the grumpiest person ever. I suggest Groovy Juice in kent over them they are way nicer. Thanks to “J” at the puff n stuff in kent I will never be going to this store ever again.

Nice headshop that features locally made glass pieces as well as your run of the mill glass. They have a good gift selection of counter culture goodies too.

They have a very large selection of smoking and spiritual items. Many other items too numerous to mention. I enjoyed browsing through the store.

This place is great the staff is helpful and were very nice will let you see what you want with out being suspicious about you like other places have a vary wide variety on incese and nothing is really that expensive they have bowls bongs everything really smoke spray, CBD gummies, bags, shirts, trays A LOT I love it!!!

Rude employees! Stopped in looking to buy some oils and couldnt find what i was looking for. I went to the front to ask for help and noticed the floor was slippery but looked dry (was thinking residual soap was on the floor). Told the girl the floor was slippery. She said, why the f#uck would you do that? Were about to close the store in ten minutes, get the f#uck out of my store! I said, are u serious, really? She said, yea, get the f#uck out! So i slid my feet across the floor and out the door telling her she missed a spot. Will NEVER shop here again and will make sure my friends know the quality of employees at the store. Also i will be calling and will make sure the entire chain of command knows about this.

Their capacity limit rn is whack cause of covid, and theyre truthfully kind of expensive when it comes to glass but, way cheaper than the artsy Deathstar and much better quality than Midnight Oasis. Well call it the middle brother smokeshop.

Highest quality smoke shop/ head shop in this area. The best quality hand dipped incense, hand made glass pipes, body oils and all the funky old school hippy clothes you need.

They have all sorts of souvenirs, pipes, posters, t-shirts. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable about their products!

Hands down prices and service on GRE prep and diabetic test strips. Despite other reviews Ive found staff to be normal body temperature (+/-), angled parking took a few dozen tries...sorry if you were impacted, I had no apology notes. Esperanto spoken here.

Its just ok. Yeah they have some cool stuff in there, but its the commercial version of a headshop with really generic pieces you can get anywhere.
