Smoke & Vape (Best in Seattle)

Ok, so I still stand by my review of 3 weeks ago in regards to their customer service etc. So this is not based on that but could still have a negative impact on sales if not corrected. I purchased 3 of your $5 bangers the other day and immediately when I hit it with the torch it cracked. I thought it must be a fluke and put in the second one and the same thing happened, along with the third one. I returned to the store to purchase more since I need them and purchased 3 more but mentioned it and showed it to Cassie just in case you get other complaints about them I wanted you guys to know. Well, unfortunately I had the same exact problem with these 3 as well. Ive used bangers for years now so I know that this is not normal, unless you go and try to heat them up if they have been left out in a car in the winter or a garage but otherwise they shouldnt Crack or break off the stem cleanly like these are doing. Im guessing you used a new supplier like (Temu) or something equivalent to them because these are absolute garbage. I ended up going to another Vape shop to purchase 3 more. So Ive spent $45 on bangers in the last 2 days, Crazy. Please let me know if and when you fix this issue so I can return to giving you my business.Sincerely,Kerry Hernandez

Every employee at Smoke & Vape are customer service friendly and helpful. They dont make you feel stupid if you dont know what something is/used for. They also dont judge you if you are purchasing something that gets used for something else(glass pipes/bangers). I’ve been buying FLUM here since last 2 years. I usually get either passion kiwi or blue razz icy. I buy once a week. I usually pay cash since there’s a better deal on cash. But last week they checked my ID and my name on the card and I was trying to pay with the card which is joint account with my wife. They told me last name matches but not the first and told me because of their policy they can’t sell me. I get it that it’s their policy but then I’ve probably bought it more than 10 times with that card before never had issue, they only checked my ID before. I’ve been loyal to this place for last 2 years. Loyal enough that I didn’t buy vape anywhere else beside that place but since they told me last time they can’t sell me because of their policy I walked out and told them that won’t ever come back again. I probably might will go back and buy my flum bars from there again in the future but not anytime soon. Overall, this place has good deals and staffs are very nice. But how’s that a policy when I never had issue before paying with exact same card before so many times and then last week it was their policy.

I love this spot! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Everytime I walk in Im always greeted with friendly faces and great music. Their glass selection is also really unique with some of their bigger pieces. Definitely recommend this spot if you havent checked it out yet

Terrible experience. I needed a part for my vape, they tried to tell me I was wrong about the name of my vape and didnt believe me until I showed them the words on it. They were apparently upset about being wrong and were extremely rude from then on. Literally arguing with me about when I purchased my vape as if they would somehow know. Unknowledgeable and rude. Ive gone there regularly for years but I wont be back after being treated so terribly. I couldnt even get the part that I needed even though I bought my vape there.

First I would like to say, 10/10 customer service, had no problems since Ive been going here for the past few months. Second, the vapes and pens that I buy here hit smoothly and the prices are really fair And lastly, everything Ive ever bought in this store has been high quality for a fair price. This place deserves a 5 star rating. Well done crew for making this truly the best in seattle!!! 🙏🏼

Yo man they got some cool stuff here crammed into a little area but it doesnt feel cramped. They got some good prices. They got some friendly young men working there. They got the cheapest flavorfilled brand 5 pack of stoagies (cigars) Ive found up this way. Definitely stop in this joint an check out the goodies!

The young man working there (I’m assuming the owners son) was VERY helpful and knowledgeable! My boyfriend and I picked up two new small vapes I purchased the Suorin Drop and he the Fundamental Partical Mission. The guy helping us filled them with juice and showed us how to use them. He took time to explain everything and I was SUPER happy leaving the store! Also their prices we cheaper than like ALL the smoke shops around here! I’m definitely going to be a returning customer. I felt like a valued customer thanks to the young man helping us!!!

I chose an Aloha Sun Blueberry Peach. I really wasnt expecting much as it doesnt recharge, but after over a week of steady use, its only just starting to die(still working) and the flavor is still on point with ZERO juice spitting which Ive hated from others. If they started carrying this brand, Id most likely try more of them.

This has been my favorite vape shop for a few months. I was really impressed by how knowledgeable and friendly the staff are. They diagnosed and fixed my vape when I brought it in late one night instead of selling me a new one like I thought I needed. And to top it all off they have the lowest prices Ive seen on juice. A bottle that would cost me $22 anywhere else is only $15 here. This place rocks!

Been shopping here for over a year. The last visit i bought a new vape tank 10 hours later it would not stop leaking. He would not help me at all, he was very mad about the situation. I had my buddy with me who was going to purchase a new vape, but when je seen how the clerk would not help he decided to shop else where. Vape O is a good shop, and is my go to now. Will never spend another dollar with smoke and vape. There good when you have no problems. But if you have a small problem they will look at you stupid.

Bought the Qurious air disposable peach, banana, strawberry great flavor great airflow and the people were very helpful and friendly. Will be coming back for more!

What do you look for in a shopping experience? This place has it all, from knowledgeable staff to some of the best prices in town. Other vape stores overprice their items heavily to inflate their profit margins, but you can always find affordable and reasonable prices at Smoke & Vape.

Lets be real, people. The owner spells cigar as ciger on google...This store is the epitome of trash. There are always panhandlers and crackheads hanging outside the door and the owner allows this. The other businesses in the building are suffering because they drive customers away.I sometimes wonder what the owner is up to in there. The clientele is nothing more than dumpster creatures tweaking and itching.Its very frustrating to park in the lot and have a man with 3 teeth pound on my car window demanding money so vigorously that I have to drive away.

I go to this vape shop because its the only one that is convenient to me in my commute, but i think ill start shopping online now.I went in and purchased 2 bottles of juice and the guy is the same one that has always helped me before, and hes sold me the same stuff multiple times, so i dont think twice, pay for it, and leave.Only to get home and realize that he gave me the wrong flavor juice. Yes, partially my fault, but when you clearly say 2 bottles of Space Jam Yamato and the guy goes right to the correct place, its safe to assume he knows what hes about. - Nope.So I schlepp back to the store and as for the swap, which he did in a very nonchalant way and also never apologized for the mistake.THEN I realize 2 days later that the idiot double charged my debit card, so im paying $100+ for a couple 30ml bottles and a couple coils, at least till i can get the charges reversed.The final straw for this reviewer was when I called the store to tell him that their card reader wasnt functioning correctly (when making the initial purchase, i noticed he seemed to be having issues with it, but only one receipt printed out and it had the correct amount, so i didnt think about it), he answers the phone and pretends not to know who i am or what im talking about, because apparently he messes up with juices so often that its too common an occurrence to remember me 2 days later. Then he insists i bring in and show him a bank statement for some reason. Like, i didnt even ask for anything - im calling to give him an FYI and hes like i dont believe you show me your bank statements.Like hell im showing you my bank statements, mr stranger who obviously shouldnt be trusted with even my credit card number.
