I have been going to Monique at least once a month for almost five years now and cannot say enough good things about her! Before Monique, I would only get a massage a couple of times a year. After meeting Monique, I decided that it would be incredibly beneficial for my muscles to see her more often. She is a fantastic massage therapist. She listens to her clients and adapts each massage to their individual needs. I often have Monique do cupping, which works great to relieve extra tension and remove some particularly tough knots. She has done wonders for my body in terms of general pain relief, lessening muscle tension and helping with sports recovery. It is my plan to continue to see her as much as I can.
