Elements Massage

The staff are always warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean and tidy. Ive only been a member for 4 months and all the therapists have been great but I had an excellent massage session with Maggie today! Im looking forward to when you start working weekends again.

Had a great experience with Devin. I was experiencing pain in my neck, shoulders and lower back he was so knowledgeable and addressed all the areas I needed after I explained my problems. I left feeling so much relief. Completely relaxing and enjoyable. I will definitely be back requesting Devin.**Update**I felt so much better after my first massage that I scheduled another massage with Devin and signed up for the wellness program. $89 dollars a month is totally worth it! I have a closer location to me but love the progress I am feeling scheduling with Devin. Thank you so much again!

Im all about self care in 2024 and Sharon understood the assignment! I had the pleasure to experience cupping and let me say how good I feel. Sharon was like a family friend. Shes relatable and personable. Ill definitely schedule with Sharon again.

I love the experience at Elements Massage. The ambiance is well suited for a soothing and relaxing experience .The front desks staff are very friendly and professional.One of the best deep tissue messages Ive ever had from Devan. So good. Super professional, he has excellent procedural massage skills. I felt relax after my massage and all my knots disappeared.I will definitely come back for another massage and recommend friends as well.

I recently canceled my monthly membership here. I started getting massages while I was pregnant. They attempted to raise the price on me an extra $20 with no notice. Maternity massages are part of the membership package. They said Cooperate has raised the prices for maternity massages, and they needed to charge more. They agreed to honor the original price after i threatened to cancel my membership. I also had my massage therapist cancel on me multiple times. They only had two people in the office who would do the pregnancy massages. It was not quick or easy to get in. The massages always felt great, though.

They did excellent work! The staff are very polite and attentive to your needs. Had a massage and cupping session; both of which were my first ever! Overall it was a great experience and would recommend especially if you work a physically demanding job!

Best massage Ive had in years. The ambience is very relaxing, the masseuse are super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Hurt my shoulder afew years ago at work so need this therapy so badly sometimes and I always come out feeling refreshed. Mary and Gwen take great care of me🙂

I first tried Elements massage because they offered a Groupon..I bought into their massage experience because my massage experience was so good.

The massage therapists are amazing & friendly! including the receptionist too. I highly recommend sharon &/or patrina . they have been my go-to since I started making massages a monthly thing. I drive atleast 30- 45 minutes to get to this location when there is one just 5 minutes away. Haha, always worth it!!!

Ive received massages from this location several times and have had great experiences in the past, however my most recent visit there made me really uncomfortable and idk if I will be returning. My massage occurred this Saturday, my massage therapist was very abrasive, not welcoming, didnt walk me through the process, the pressure throughout the massage was very inconsistent and at the end of my appointment body shamed me and said it would be best if I worked out, in his words like any amount of cardio. He then reccomended the place where he works out and continued to try and give me advice on what I can work on. I understand that yoga and working out helps your body and muscles contract and relax, and how that can relate to massage therapy. However this was a very different and direct conversation he had with me in the hallway alone after my massage. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and uneasy after my appt. I rarely get massages and get them as a reward to myself. This is not at all what I anticipated to want or feel after my massage.

Mary is amazing! She is by far the best massage therapist I have every worked with. Highly recommended!!

From the minute I got into the office , the staff was super welcoming and friendly. The therapist was great, she was attentive to my needs and inquired about my likes and dislikes. I will definitely recommend this to other people.

I got an hour long massage by Dakota, and it was incredible! He made sure to know what areas I wanted him to focus on and he applied the right amount of pressure. I left feeling very relaxed. I’m definitely going back

Nicole was absolutely amazing! I’ve had plenty of massages, but hers was hands down THE BEST! I appreciate her attentiveness, communication and educating me on the different enhancements. I finally did the Himalayan Salt stone and it was a great experience! She also shared helpful and practical followup tips. The whole staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. Thank you!

I signed up for a maternity massage, turns out they actually don’t offer a true maternity massage. I’m 7 months pregnant and they had me on a flat table! My masseuse did not know what he was doing. It was one of the worst massages of my life. If you’re pregnant stay away! The massage also started 10 min late. I mentioned it to the front desk after and she explained that they give you time to get comfy and undress. I understand that but they did not escort me back to the room I was going to be in until 7:55, my massage was supposed to start at 7:45.If you’re looking for a massage don’t waste your $$$ with this place, even more so if you need a maternity massage. Being pregnant is not easy and this place shouldn’t advertise services they actually don’t offer. False advertising and and poor time management!

After my second visit I’m very satisfied with the experience and the staff. I’ll forward to return and be a customer:)

The front desk was very accommodating when I called to let them know we were running late. Instead of charging us, they changed our time of service which we truly appreciated. Our therapists were also amazing. They focused on the areas we wanted and made sure we were satisfied before moving forward. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHNIQUE! Will definitely come back!

Mary is amazing! She hits all the right spots with the right amount of pressure. I leave feeling less tense and very relaxed. I’ve tried a few massage therapists and I would definitely recommend Mary!

Been a subscription member for a couple of years now. Elements has a soothing, professional staff. The offerings of hot stones, CBD oil, and aromatherapy gives me lots of options. Ive had massages from a variety of their therapists and theyve all be great. I found one who suits my needs very well with pressure. The benefits of having a consistent massage therapist are enormous. She has really gotten to know whats normal for my muscles, esp. my back. And I get recommendations for stretching exercises to help my problem points.

I got an hour long massage by Cory and he was awesome! I always ask for really firm pressure and he did just that! So awesome and such a great experience! I would highly recommend Cory!

1st time experience was amazing I immediately felt the relaxed and peaceful environment. The staff was great. My massage therapist was amazing and afterwards she sent me home at the bottled water and some home care recommendations. I will definitely be coming back :)

First time to Elements Massage in Kent and it was amazing! there is plenty of parking, when you enter the building you can feel the soothing atmosphere. The ladies in the front are very helpful. I had my massage with Jesse and he did a great job on helping my sore muscles. I did a 5k the day before so this massage was lovely to have. They give you a full size water bottle after your session and love that at the time I paid, you didnt get the pressure to join their monthly membership plan. Will most definitely come back and join their membership plan because their massages roll over to the next month if you dont use it. its not like other places where if you dont use it you loose it.

Sadly I went in with horrible neck pain explaining to my massage therapist along with the type of work I do and my massage was nothing more than someone rubbing on me with the softest touch. Definitely dissatisfied. Stopped my session; I didn’t want to be rude but at the same time my nephew could’ve walked on my back and gotten better results. Please explain to customers the level of firmness your willing to apply. I am so frustrated I just wasted time out my day with this. They did offer comp on next visit. But the first gave me no hope whatsoever.

Can’t thank Mary and the elements team at Kent enough. Highly recommend booking a massage with her because she really got all of my pain points sorted and I already have my next appointment in the books!

Got my boyfriend a trial massage as part of a series for Christmas, his back is really messed up and we wanted to try a place out before deciding on a membership. The staff was kind, the environment peaceful, and his description of Sherry was her fingers are like magic knot seeking missiles Well Im happy to say that the search is over. He already has another appointment scheduled at which well be applying for a membership!I also want to thank Sherry publicly for how much better he is doing just a few days after seeing you.

Called elements to set up an appointment for a friend and her daughter and recieved the best customer service. Was able to take care of everything over the phone. The first time I called I was shopping around to find the services I wanted for a fair price. After a few days of looking, found elements offers very competitive prices and set up accounts for the both of them. The whole experience was very easy and staff was accommodating with all of my requests. If their massages are anywhere near the level of customer service, I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a massage for themselves or as a gift.

I have had two massages by Alan and both have been absolutely amazing. He is incredibly professional and checks in to make sure his pressure is the right level. He does amazing work on shoulders and finds knots I didnt even know I had. I will absolutely be going back!

I went today with my mother and had a kick butt experience. Rebecca was incredible. I highly recommend her. Seriously like one of the most affective massages Ive ever had. Home girl knows her stuff. She even showed me some stretches to lessen my upper back pain. I cant believe that one massage made this big of a difference.As for the establishment; clean, peaceful, and very welcoming. The counter staff was absolutely wonderful.Also management... Yall need to give the late night staff on the 18th a raise or at least a high five. They were amazing 💚

Excellent service. I loved my prenatal massage. They are very concerned about areas of pain you have and ensures to relieve the pain. Kudos to my therapist Cat! Also the ladies in the reception have great customer service. Will definitely recommend. 😊

My therapist Gwen was kind and attentive to my needs and what I hoped to gain from the massage. I walked away relaxed and grateful for the hour I spent under her care.

I LOVE SUE!!!! Woke up crying and still was about a level 5 intensity after a week. I booked an appointment and ended up with her.... I could not believe that she relieved me of my pain! I have never been to a place where someone listened so well to what I was telling them. She hit trigger points and was patient til my muscles relaxed. I was so impressed, Ive been telling people like she rid me of the devil!!! I now will make SURE I get a massage routinely with her. Sues my life saver!

The massages are given by professional people, they are very attentive to your questions and ask you in which areas you want the massages and in which areas you have the most pain and tension. I recommend them

This is a FRANCHISE. Just let that sink in a little bit. I’ve had 3 massages with this franchise. 2 were decent and 1 was awful. I have visited the Maple Valley location and the Kent location. MV front desk were nice. Kent, I can’t quite seem to put my finger on it but something was just… cold. I got caught in traffic today (167), and was 20 mins late to my 4th massage. I get it, it’s my fault. They filled my spot. Which is cool, I get it. I told them I drove 40 mins to get there and got nothing but a shrug and a “too bad”. I am not angry or upset—no—it was my fault. However, a kind gesture would have been nice. You know? Something like, “oh traffic can be a nightmare, well let’s see what we can do for you!” From the front desk, Right?! But then I remembered… it’s a FRANCHISE. I can’t expect to be treated like anything more than a number by them—and it’s not their fault. It’s their business model. I will be seeking a single location with a therapist who I can bring in as a team member rather than a number.

I had a 90 minute full body deep tissue massage today with Alan. He said he had been practicing for 6 years and went to school at a somewhat reputalble school.The massage was horrible. He did the same thing over and over and over and over. I had to ask him if he could do anything else for the shoulders and he did this stretch that did nothing in my opinion.I feel bad for him that he is not mentored to be better. I hope he has trades with other LMTs and they are gentle but honest with him on what he is doing.Like one of my teachers at BUSM said You have to melt the muscles like butter.

The massage is great but they were unfair. I went for a massage and was upselled by their staff to get 3 and I did. For my 3rd last session I called to schedule (since it’s my last day and I’ve paid for it) they said I need to get in today but unfortunately they are full so I lost the package price and will have a cash back instead and pay the full price. I called on my last day so technically I still am covered and will just need to get a schedule. But noooo the owner Loy was not accommodating at all. I am after a good business and some people are after the money. And yes agree my third session I’ll be pay the full amount coz I like the business but now - no thank you you can keep my $44.50 but you have lost a client who could be doing business with you for years to come. What a turn off!

Everyone was so friendly and it was exactly what I needed. I called last minute on a Saturday morning to see if they had any openings that weekend. They called me back within a half hour to get me in. My massage was perfect and I will be back soon!!
