Julie is a natural healer.I started making regular appointments to supplement workout program cycles, and the difference in performance, strength, rest, and recovery are marked.But most strikingly, at my last appointment, I let her know that I was dealing with a chronic, recuring rotational shoulder pain. I told her this to protect my shoulder through the session, and she heard an opportunity to heal.That night, I realized I could lay on that shoulder with all my weight with no pain for the first time in years now. Ive had multiple doctors check-ups about this pain, and my doctor always said that waiting it out was all he could recommend.Sometimes, you feel like you are served by someone who has found a calling instead of a job. I believe thats the case with Julie. Highly recommend her services to anyone considering.

Its amazing to me how much Julie understands about the interconnectivity of different muscles - in different areas - and how she applies what she knows and what she learns about your body over multiple sessions. Julie is a high level massage therapist with intense knowledge and skill - and Im so lucky to have found her. The massages I get are intended to be therapeutic - and this is phenomenal therapy!

I had a 90 minute massage here as a gift for my birthday from my husband. My massage was with Bernadette. She was great! She was so kind, professional and very friendly. I had been having whole body muscle aches for a day or two and she was able to totally relax me. She worked on all my tight spots and really made me feel so much better! I highly recommend her and this place altogether!

Very professional welcoming environment. My session with Jeremy went very well. I have lots of neck and shoulder issues and he did a good job of applying enough, but not to much pressure in the right areas along with giving good tips to sustain a looser upper body.

Professional, timely, quality work. Those are the qualities I look for in any business I patronize. Julie does a phenomenal job, taking her time to find the problem areas, explain why those areas feel the way they do, and if you go with any level of frequency, she will make those kinks and pressure areas go away. Her reasonable rates make it easier to make regular appointments and she is always ready to go when I arrive. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality massage. And when she says 1 hour, she means one hour, not 10 minutes for dressing, undressing, and consultation, and if your lucky, 50 minutes for the actual massage. With Julie, you get the complete hour.

Ive been going to Julie since she started and I keep going back. I go for sports related issues - tendinitis in both elbows, tendinitis in my shoulder, tight hamstrings and IT bands.Going to Julie has always been more effective for me than going to Physical Therapy. I can go weeks to PT and not feel significant improvement whereas I can go 3-5 sessions with Julie and feel like a new person.Her new space on Portage Trail is perfect. Very clean, inviting, professional and warm. If you dont happen to get Julie as your therapist you can be sure that her staff has been vetted out fully. Ive had massages from her staff and theyve great.

This is my absolute favorite place to get a relaxing, professional massage. Julie is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and musculoskeletal system. I had a gift certificate for a Sante Massage Therapy one hour Deluxe massage. When I contacted them to schedule an appointment, I was given choice of either a male or a female therapist. Then, they offered late day appointments! Sante Massage Therapy was a beautiful experience from the moment I arrived! I was welcomed by Misty, a beautiful 12 year old Husky. She started my relaxation process! Kelly was my therapist. She was excellent! I havent been able to be that relaxed for years! Even though I live 45 minutes away- I will most definitely go back! And I highly recommend Sante Massage Therapy to everyone who needs/wants a great experience!

Had an AMAZING massage by the owner Julie yesterday. She was super kind, great tableside manner, very knowledgeable. I was a stiff board walking in there and she was able to make me feel somewhat human by the time I left. She recommended that I see a chiro to get my body aligned because there were things massage wont be able to fix. I will definitely be back.

Ive been going to Julie since she started her business. Shes always been very kind and professional. She has help me with many problems I have had over the years. I go to her before I go to the doctor and usually walk away without the pain I walked in with. She gives me tips on stretching and posture when she sees that something is not the way it should be and even suggested I go to my chiropractor because a vertebrae felt out of place. She is really really good at massage therapy. I highly recommend her and wish I could go every week!

I called Julie on 4/10 and she was able to get me in very quickly. My back and legs hurt very bad all the time from stress and Julie was able to help me quite a bit. She is very professional and very knowledgeable in massage techniques. I recommend that everyone should try her once. As someone working on trying to get their body back to functioning correctly I just needed to explain to him what i was experiencing and he communicated what he found and worked out the issue.When going for first time I just let him do his thing and when he would identify an area of issue he would let me know so I could be aware.Results do not lie. As I am on my road to correcting the damage i have done to my body over the years his work has helped to undo issue re engage muscles and re active a neuromuscular connection between my nerve and muscles.

Alexsus is great. She listens to what I want done and then makes sure to check with me during the massage to ensure Im both comfortable and that she is addressing the areas we discussed. We had a great experience at Sante Massage! My husband and I both had muscle soreness from working in the yard all weekend and our massage therapists were great. We felt 10 times better when we left. I fell upon a groupon coupon with this wonderful relaxing massage therapy place. I made my appointment. This massage place is located in a nice building atmosphere. When you walk in the waiting room is very relaxing. The Saunte employees do a consultation. I explained what areas I needed worked on. I chose my oils. The room atmosphere was very relaxing. I loved my massage. I did the hour deep tissue and a heated pack. I left my session feeling like all my knots were worked out and I was so relaxed. I cant wait to go back for another session.

I had a massage recently by Julie. She was very informative of things going on with me to that I had no idea about. Not only did she explain what muscles were causing the issues in my neck and back, but why they get that way, what causes it, and also even gave me information about what I can do at home, to help with some of the issues I have going on. Absolutely will be returning soon!

I just recently started going to Julie for soreness from working out/sports along with stress relief from work. I get the hour long deep tissue massage and would highly recommend it. She works with you on any areas of concern you have along with any areas she thinks need to be worked on. She is highly knowledgeable and again, nothing but high grades for her.

Never have I been in more pain after a massage. My husband bought a groupon for this place for us for Valentines Day. A 90 minute couples massage. After multiple texts back and forth with the owner changing whether we were going to even be in the same room, we finally got to be together on the night of. I should have known after the toilet paper holder fell off the bathroom wall that this was a mistake.My “massage” was given by Nicholas. Who later disclosed to us that he is not only the owner’s husband, but a full time machinist who was just “filling in” because they were short a guy that night. He also informed us that he was not licensed, not a therapist, and the only training he has ever had was from his wife. So basically I was just rubbed down for an hour and a half by some random man. Since the massage, my neck and shoulders have had serious pain. I’m hardly able to move without shooting bolts firing through my muscles. Ive been having to take ibuprofen to ease the discomfort day and night. I had no issues before seeing Nick.After the session, the workers had multiple issues taking our pay and getting their credit card machine to work. They even went ahead and charged us tax on the Groupon, which should have been all inclusive. I am thoroughly disappointed with this establishment and the owner. It is a very unprofessional environment and we will not be returning.

I Barbara Wieclaw am writing this review. I had my gallbladder out a few months ago and I have had pain on the right side of my back and ribs on the side ever since. The doctors dont know why! I have. been getting deep tissue massage from Bernadette.She is wonderful and has helped me a lot!

Bernadette is the best trust me. I only gave it four stars because I went to someone else that works there I cannot remember her name but it was not enjoyable and I will never go to anyone else but Bernadette! I’ve gotten a few by her and most of the time I almost fall asleep. She works all the knots out even ones I didn’t know I have.

I was rear ended in December, I started having muscle spasms in my neck and back not long afterwards. I went to physical therapy as well as an acupuncturist and also a chiropractor. These methods helped to various degrees with my injuries, but the back spasms and almost constant discomfort in my neck and back continued. I searched for a massage therapist in my area and found Julie. Since Julie has started working on my neck and back. The muscles in my back have finally been acutely addressed and for the first time in months, Im starting to feel normal again. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get their body to cooperate with them again. Proud to say I am a regular now, so do yourself the favor!

Went here on a Groupon deal. It was for my husbands birthday. I have been to a few massage places and have a favorite one. But the deal seemed good. So I thought give it a try. I made the reservation 10 days ahead and told them it was a groupon. We were assigned two LMTs atthe booking. This very day of our visit I get a text message 2 hrs before our appt. asking if they could substitute for another massuese. I couldntsee why it would be a problem, so I agreed. So Bernadette was switched out for Nick. I had Nick and it was not good. My husband had Mary and he said she was good. Nick had to be told several times to ease up on his pressure. And kept leaving a very hot gel pocket (not hot stone) in one place so long that it starting to burn, and more than once he did this. I never did feel relaxed or pampered. The other thing that bothered me was Nick showed up to the appt. in a uniform from another job, ( like a mechanic or factory with name on a patch) all while we were in the less than relaxing waiting area.He did not introduce himself, Mary introduced him. Our room was facing a busy street and the street noise (traffic and motorcycles could be heard over the music)It was really an uncomfortable and unsatisfactory visit. I cannot recommend this business and felt that it was all very awkward from beginning to end. My first time using Groupon and definitely my last for both Sante Massage and Groupon.

Few venues actually manage to deliver the aesthetic experience that their advertisements offer; applause, Sante!Ryan is fantastic. As a postal worker, I work 60 hours a week, carry 20-30 pounds on my back and walk at least ten miles a day. Unsurprisingly, my back, neck, legs and arms can feel like theyre waking up in rigor mortis by the end of the week. Any qualms I had about having a male masseuse were immediately put aside; Ryan made me feel comfortable, safe, relaxed and respected. I awoke the next day with my shoulders two inches further from my ears (untethered from their permanent scrunch).

I have now been there two times and it has become my favorite place to get a massage. Today I had the 60 minute deluxe massage and I feel so much better. Hands down the best massages.

Very professional, the hours are flexible, practicing kickboxing and taekwondo and being in front of a computer for almost 6 hours a day can cause issues and very happy to say a lot of tension in my hip flexors, lower back and shoulders have been released. Definitely, recommend.

Ive seen and heard good things about this business, but their inability to correspond (i.e. answer the phone, call back, respond to texts) didnt allow for me to give it a try. I reached out multiple times for almost a week and when I finally was able to get a hold of someone, times that may have been available initially, were all booked. My advice - improve communications with inquiring customers. I am sure that I am not the only person who has experienced this or similar. Best regards.

This place was great. Very nice and relaxing. I have a lot of shoulder and back tightness and Alexus did a great job relieving the tightness and pain. I would definitely recommend.
