Flow Spa Key West

I wish I could have given Flow Spa Key West a 5 star review, but I just couldnt. Its a wonderful, soothing, relaxing establishment which offers a variety of services, some of which are performed better than others. I recently visited and got a massage and pedicure in the same afternoon. Danielle was absolutely wonderful, and gave me the best therapeutic massage Ive ever gotten. I highly recommend her, and will definitely schedule another massage with her. However, the pedicure was not a great experience. When trimming my toenail cuticles, the pedicurist cut too deeply, and I now have several sore spots on multiple toes. The polish looks great, but now Im having to treat my cuticles to ensure that they heal without any issues with infection.

Husband and I went for a couples massage on vacation. It was so great. We had Jess and Amy and they used the time well to focus on different areas for each of us. No cookie-cutter massages here. They were personable and so nice. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Ive been going to Flow Spa for many years. The entire staff is lovely and Ive always left feeling pampered, much more in tune with my health and 1000% more relaxed and happy than when I walked in. Everything 8 have had there has been excellent, and as a spa junky I can confidently say that. Its the nicest spa in Key West!All of the staff are great, but I wanted to give a shout out to Lorraine Osgood whose treatments, special potions and health knowledge are outstanding, and thank her for a much appreciated treatment and really brightening my stay in KW!

Flow Spa gave me such a relaxing and peaceful experience as I received a deep cleansing facial! The girl who took care of me was Paris, she was so sweet and gentle as she exfoliated, extracted, and massaged me! I never felt more relaxed and calm 😌 I highly recommend Flow Spa’s services as they are efficient and incredible kind! 10/10 experience!

I came in for the 80 min detox facial and was so impressed! The atmosphere is so relaxing. You are welcomed to a beautiful smelling waiting area. The price was already reasonable for an 80 min service but I was pleasantly surprised with all the details. I wasnt left alone waiting 20 mins while my mask was on but I had a great neck, arm and hand massage. The extractions were gentle yet thorough. And my skin felt and looked amazing after. I will definitely be coming back regularly.

Received the most wonderful and therapeutic massage Ive ever had from Jenn (I think). I could tell she was trying to understand my body and the areas that needed the most attention. This is definitely not a factory massage place but one with a spiritual and wellness focus. Very clean and relaxing ambiance. And conveniently located with a parking lot across the street if you drive. Will be back!

I had an 80 min swedish massage with Jess this week and she did an amazing job! It was both relaxing and she worked on my tight areas too which was much needed. Jess is friendly and professional and you can tell by her massage technique that shes very experienced. The staff is so nice and the spa itself has a very clean and relaxing vibe. I would definitely recommend this place!

From the moment you walk into the spa, you’re taken care of. We’ve never waited for our service, they are always there to greet us, which goes a long way. I honestly have never had a better massage, than with Jess. I came in extremely stressed and left happier. I highly recommend seeing her.

Came here one day for pedicure with husband.. loved the waterless pedicure. Definitely relaxing and excellent job. I came back 3 days later for eyebrow wax and tint. My eyebrows have never looked this good. Im an idiot and forgot the young ladies name who did both services, and Im so sorry. She was fantastic!!! They also have a rooster who pecks at the door wanting treats lol.

This is the ONLY place on Key West that I will get a massage! My husband and I had our second couples massage here yesterday and it was AMAZING to say the least! The girls did such an AMAZING job and made us feel comfortable and welcome! We felt rejuvenated and so relaxed afterwards! This place deserves 10 out of 5 stars!!

I absolutely love this place! I’ve gotten facials across the US and have had none that made my face feel so good afterwards. She literally went above and beyond. She removed any blackheads on my face that were there, I’ve never had anyone do that. My face looks so clear and smooth. The hydrating facial is bomb! Recommend 100/100!! Thank you Flow Spa! Y’all, don’t go anywhere else. And even better part, it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Completely affordable. Worth every penny. ❤️

We had an amazing girls getaway to Key West and Flow Spa was the icing on the Key West cake! Five of us enjoyed a morning of bliss! From massages to facials, and body scrubs to eyebrow tinting, Flow did not disappoint. The Flow team flawlessly accommodated all five of us with ease and efficiency. We left refreshed and rejuvenated!

My husband and I scheduled a couples retreat which includes a massage, facial and island scrub for $500. We both loved our message; They werent chatty with us during the message and did an excellent job. However, in between treatments we had to wait in the small waiting room out front with our robes on and with other customers waiting for their appointment. That felt awkward to us. Not like a true spa experience. They also did not provide any flip flops or slippers so we had to put our socks on to walk around. The facial was nothing great. I feel like she just rubbed a few things on my face and that was it. I have much better facials elsewhere. I have never had a scrub before and I thought it was a little strange. Its kind of like taking a shower laying down while someone scrubs you with sea salt. Not my thing but my skin did feel great afterwards. For the amount of money we spent we were hoping for a more relaxing spa experience then we had. So beware, if youre there for a retreat youll be waiting in the waiting room with all the other guests between your services. Not very relaxing

Jess was my therapist, and let me tell you, ask for Jess! She did an outstanding job, 10/10. I wish I could go see her every week. I had an 80 minute Swedish massage. Worth every penny, then some!

I was gifted a FlowSpa gift card and was beyond satisfied upon receiving my first deep cleansing facial from the esthetician who performed the job, Paris. Upon entry of the FlowSpa to the start of my appointment, she was extremely polite and kind, even greeted me at the door! The waiting area was very clean, organized, and smelled of relaxing aromatherapy. Walking into Paris room, her work area was extremely tidy and organized, she had relaxing music playing, and the lighting just right. I had advised her that this was my first time doing something like this, and she assured me that she was going to make it a great and memorable experience. She kindly instructed me on how to prep for the procedure and gave me the privacy to do so. She made sure I was comfortable, made sure that I wasnt allergic to anything, and made sure that all my needs were met before beginning my facial. She explained to me exactly what all of the cleansers, masks, etc. that she was applying to my face would do for skin, its benefits, and how it would affect my skin in the long run, which I greatly and deeply appreciated, as I have struggled a lot with texture, redness, and acne in the past and am currently in the midst of my skin care journey. She was extremely gentle with my face in all that she did, including the extractions, and gave a wonderful, relaxing massage to my neck, chest area, and arms while I had on the most soothing jelly-feeling mask. Upon completion, she made sure I was feeling good and Id also noticed that she maintained the cleanliness of her work area as we were progressing through the duration of my facial, so everything around me looked as if Id just walked into her work space once again -- organized and neat! Looking in the mirror after my facial was complete, I felt like I had brand new skin, I couldnt believe it! My skin felt extremely clean, soft to the touch, and overall very healthy looking. The check-out process was very quick and efficient and I was politely thanked on my way out. The next time I am looking to get a facial or any other spa service, I would look no further than booking with Paris Rodriguez at the FlowSpa Key West. Thank you, Paris!

Found Flo Spa while vacationing here years ago. Now I live here part time and continue to enjoy this spa . Victoria is a true professional and I have enjoyed several services here but my favorite hands down are her facials. She’s super knowledgeable about skin care and more. You won’t be disappointed visiting Flo Spa!!!

We came in for a couples massage while on our vacation in Key West and the ladies did an amazing job. Cold towels and waters were offered and the place was clean and smelled wonderful. Definitely recommend. Their online booking system didn’t have the time we wanted to book available, so we called instead and found that the time was availed.

I have tried a LOT of skincare regiments and treatments. Nothing—not one single thing—has been more of a game-changer than the JetPeel treatment I had here. Literally a full “before” and a radiant “after.” So hydrating, plumping, tightening, evening-out. I’m hooked. I can’t recommend this enough.

It was my first time ever, and the ladies made me so comfortable before we even got started! They are genuine, and I felt that in my soul! It was very important to them to do help you, and the deep tissue massage was everything I needed.

I had Victoria do an eyelash lift and brow tweezing.The eyelash lift was super gentle, and very efficient. Took under an hour, and I got the results that I wanted. She made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!

Want the best facial in town? Lauryn is your girl. I had the best experience at Flow Spa, clean, friendly, professional environment. Lauryn asked questions about my skin prior to the service, she was very thorough in explaining the products she would be using. She took her time and made me very comfortable. I was hesitant at first to make the appointment due to my sensitive skin. However, she knew exactly what to do and use and I had no reaction at all. My skin never felt better. Ready to book my next service with her. Caring, professional and you can tell she loves her job.

Came here for three services today, a scrub, massage and facial and I left feeling like I had a new body and unbelievably relaxed. All of the women are kind, gentle, professional and lovely. This is hands down my favorite spa experience so far and Ive had many. I 100% recommend and will be returning every time Im in town. Only disappointment is they dont have one near where I live!

The spa is delightful! My technician Lauryn was wonderful. She performed the Cryotherapy facial and made the experience soothing and relaxing explaining each step as she went along. Highly recommend !!

The BEST spa experience Ive ever had. I booked a couples package for my husband and myself. The package included Express Glow facial, Island Sugar Body Scrub, Couples massage, Pedicure. Staff greeted us as if we were friends from the start, making us comfortable while explaining the process of each treatment. The Island Body Scrub was amazing. If you havent experienced the water therapy of a Vichy shower and body scrub, you must do this! Jess is amazing; I felt completely at ease the entire time and the relaxation I experienced was worth every penny. My husband wants to indulge in this treatment regularly. Lorraine did our facials and my skin was glowing! Lorraine was my husbands massage therapist, Jess was mine. We both agreed that these were the best massages weve ever had, no exaggeration. The flow, touch, pressure and technique we both experienced felt custom to our needs and preferences. We ended our experience with pedis by Victoria, who gave our feet that little bit of extra love with scrubbing, massage and gentle treatment to send us on our way feeling relaxed , mind, body and soul. Flow Spa is our new go-to for body therapy. Thank You, ladies! We will be back.

We did the couples therapy with the sugar scrub, facial, and massage. It was fantastic. The sugar scrub was amazing. Highly recommended.

I have gotten a petit pedicure there twice already. Both times by a different pedicurist, both were quick and very professionally done! My polish was still perfect 3 weeks later, and the price is very fair! Would definitely return again and recommend!

All that bicycle riding meant I needed a pedi! My friend needed a massage. It was hands down the best one she has ever had.Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were great. Lots of services available. (Stylist on-site) They told us great places too see that we would have not thought to go to!

The staff was polite and I was in and out promptly, this negative review is in regards to the quality of the service completed. I came in for an eyebrow shaping and tint. The woman doing them didn’t check with me to see how I’d like them shaped and ended up tweezing most of them off. I don’t want anything from the business as it is partially my fault for not communicating better however I would highly advise people not to come here for waxing. Their staff specializes in some services and waxing was very clearly not one of them.

Warm and welcoming environment with professional service. We both did the foot detox which was really interesting and then my wife also got a pedicure which she said was great. Very well run and super convenient to one of the best coffee places in key west.

We are on a sister-mom birthday trip and did a little bit of research on local spas before the trip. Every touchpoint with Flow was great! They accommodated us all at the same time for all NINE of our treatments. We all got the Flow Therapeutic massage and Express Facial. Absolutely delightful! Mom and big sis opted for the scrub add-on to wash their cares away. Workaholic (that’s me) opted for the hot stone add-on to ease tired muscles. The ladies at Flow we so accommodating and sweet! If only we could bring them back to Georgia with us!! I guess we’ll just have to come back to Key West!

Flow Spa was a treasure to find when I moved to Key West in September of 2015. I have worn lash extensions for over two years and absolutely love them so I was very concerned I could find a professional lash expert in Key West. At Flow Spa, I was introduced to Francesca who is fantastic and eased any worries I had concerning the care of my lashes. Flow Spa offers many other treatments and services in a extremely clean, relaxing and professional atmosphere.

The esthetician did a decent job with the wax but she didnt introduce herself or even ask for my name, she just told me she was ready and to come in the room. When she was done I got redressed and left the room and she was chatting with other employees, didnt even say bye or thanks for coming. Spent $100+ and thats the customer serivce - nice.

I feel badly leaving this review but in all honesty the management is lax and irresponsible to their employees and clients. While sitting waiting for my spa service (the spa is rather small) I hear a woman coughing with a horrible cough 😷 I immediately walked out and did not stay for the scheduled services.The person coughing should have been asked to leave for everyone’s health and safety. Self isolation is a choice and people in businesses owe it to their healthy clients to be responsible.

Got the couple massage with my wife. I didnt catch the womans name who gave my the massage but she was excellent. Would go back again if we lived in the keys.

Great massage but very poor experience every time with reception girl. Never friendly, often rude, and every time manages to screw up payment. Then responds with talk to the owner. Dear owners stop employing this person as they are actively discouraging business.

Hands down they know what they are doing. There is a massage therapist there that also has an RN background so she knows a lot about the muscles and skeletal system. I’ve struggled with IBS symptoms the past few years and after an abdominal massage with my full body massage I had regularity for 3-4 days. I for sure believe in the brain gut connection. What a lovely experience. Had a mani and pedi and it was the best ever! Mom and daughter took great care of us. 10 days out and the mani still looks like new! Now thats a first - they usually chip in 48 hours.

Had a wax done here. The young lady act like she really didn’t want to be there. Worst wax ever. Hair grew back with in a few days.. She never used the wax on every pull. She kept using the same strip of wax to pull hair.. Waste of $100

Flow Spa in Old Town Key West is a great boutique spa that offers all the services you could ask for. Also specializing in eyelash extensions, microderm abrasion and body scrubs ... this spa does it all! Highly recommended.
