Today, I decided to splurge little and took a chance on this local massage location. Ive had plenty of massages, but Karen was by far the best. Karen did not rush and knew where my stress points were. Next time Im at the keys, I am definitely coming back. Book your appointment with Karen she has over 22 years experience.

Had an incredible prenatal massage with Tara. What a gem of a place - complete peace the moment you step in, friendly staff. I wish I lived here so I could keep coming back! The icing on the cake of our babymoon :)

Booked a couples massage for my husband and I. I had Ashley and he had Tara, BOTH were PHENOMENAL! The absolute best massage I’ve, we’ve, ever had.🙌🏼. If I lived in Key West I would be here 1-2 a month for maintenance..Also my husband has back and left leg issues and Tara picked up on it quickly, focused on the area and talked with him afterwards about small exercises to do to help him. And I’m a little fluffy and Ashley made me feel 100% comfortable.Absolute professionals, great environment and friendly staff.

Took my husband to this spa so he could finally get the pampering and relaxation he deserves. When I tell you, it’s been a few weeks and he already wants to travel back just for Prana! It’s that good. Blessed hands for sure. You come out feeling like a million bucks! Thank you to the staff for being so kind to us.

I had an amazing experience at Prana Spa! Daniels massage was absolutely exceptional - one of the best Ive ever had. I initially opted for the Swedish massage, but Daniel personalized it to target some tightness I was experiencing using pressure points. The result was incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. I highly recommend Prana Spa, especially Daniels skilled and attentive service!

If I could give more stars I would. I had a prenatal massage and my best friend had a regular 60 min massage and we both agreed it was the best massage we have ever had. Tara and Ashley were excellent and the whole experience was so nice from beginning to end. The place is super cute and peaceful pictures on google do not do it justice . Location is perfect you’re right in down town you can grab a nice breakfast at a cafe and go get the best massage of your life . This place is a gem we would travel back to key west just to come back to this spa .Love , Cristina and Stephanie

Absolutely lovely setting.I had a fabulous facial with Jennifer and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. She even includes a shoulder, arm and foot message!!!Can’t wait to go back and do it all over again.

Received probably the best massage I have ever had! I wish I would have known about Prana sooner, we have been to several other resort spas around the island and this beat those by a million! we booked a couples massage from Danielle and Ashley and they were phenomenal, they really listen to your areas of need and focus on that! Amazing! The service is second only to the atmosphere. Plans Spa created a beautifuly zen environment that puts you in a calm, relaxing mood for what can only be described as a top notch massage. The spa is nestled in an adorable quintessential Key West style building. If you are looking for a wonderful spa experience, look no further. I will definitely go back again.

Christine was amazing! My best friend and I are in the Keys for a visit, decided to treat ourselves with a massage while here and it was absolutely worth every penny! Such a wonderful experience e and so relaxing! 15/10! Would highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage and were able to get in the same day we called. Thomas was extremely helpful and kind with getting us set up for the appointment and welcoming us in. We had Emily and Thatcher who both did an amazing job with the massages. We felt very relaxed and rejuvenated leaving! The spa is welcoming and cozy making a great environment to relax in.

My husband and I enjoyed the 90 minute couples massage with Thatcher and Emily preforming the services. Both masseuses did a phenomenal job and provided maximum relaxation. Julie and Jamie were our therapists. We had a body scrub and massage. They were amazing! The place was clean, beautiful and tranquil. Definitely will be returning!

First of all I walked by the place on the street and it said calm relaxWalk inside so well done Karen the owner greeted me and showing me to the waiting area with cool water and great space. Danielle have me a 90 minute massage and she was amazing. Deep tissue but not to deep and not to light. I fell out and sure I snored some logs.

My husband and I went there while we were in Key West celebrating our wedding anniversary. From the second we walked in we were treated so nicely. I didn’t get the gentlemen’s name that checked us in but he was the sweetest. He gave us a complimentary glass of Prosecco because it was our anniversary and just had the most laid back and kindest way about him.Christine and Tara did our 2 hr body scrub and massage and it was the most amazing, relaxing and attentive time. THE BEST MASSAGE I have ever had. We will continue to book every year from now on. I can’t wait until next year!!!!!

Hubby booked a prenatal for me and he also had booked the cbd zen power. The receptionist called to ask if we wanted to be seen at the same time and in the same room, of course we said Yes!!! We definitely enjoyed the vibe of the spa, extremely calming and relaxing.Our massages were absolutely amazing. Could feel the knots melting away. We already rebooked for next month. We love Prana!

Best massage on the island. The entire team takes the time to discuss needs and tailor a treatment for you. My husband and I go and send all our friends and family when they are visiting. Everyone leaves raving about theor experience.

Hands down top 3 massage of my life. I was in heaven and wished I had booked for two hours. We came with a Bachelorette party and they were able to open specially for us. We felt so special and pampered. Do yourself a favor and go get one of the best massages of your life!

Highly recommend! Had a 1 hour massage with Jamie and it was total bliss. I came in at the end of our trip (complete with sunburns and blisters from walking, which thankfully did not pose an issue) and got the chilled aloe special. The new outdoor area was lovely -- a fountain, wind chimes, some light music, and plenty of privacy.

My husband and I get a couple’s massage every time we visit Key West. We love this place. One hour massage = $310 plus tip.

The Thai Massage I received from Karen was by far the best one I have ever had. I went into that state of letting go of all my thoughts and stresses and just feeling at peace within minutes. It was well worth it and I will definitely be back soon.

Where to start, this our second time here and will not be our last. The decor and ambiance is a perfect setting for a Key West professional massage facility. Kristen and Ashley were absolutely fantastic and really helps my wife with her RA symptoms. They are very attentive to personalize your massage for trouble spots. This is the only place we will ever go for a massage in The Keys! We would give 10 stars of we could.

This was our first time trying out a spa in Key West and after reading reviews we decided to try them out. On their site, they say that they are the 3rd ranked spa in Key West. In our opinion, they should be 1st! The assistant that took our reservations were very professional and helpful :-)At the beginning of the week we got a couples message and our masseuses were so personable and made us feel very relaxed. The treatment was perfect and comparing them to other 5 star spas that we have been to in the past and they surpassed them! Later in the week we came back for facials and Jennifer was awesome and really did a wonderful job. She was very welcoming and very friendly.If you are looking to really relax while in Key West, than you must visit these wonderful people at Prana Spa!

Booked a Couples Raj with Ashley and Emily for my boyfriend and I. Absolutely devine! Most of our trip to Key West was windy and rainy due to the tropical storm, but this totally turned it around for us. Nothing they couldve done better. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and all of our needs were catered to. Very professional staff and great massages. Hands down best spa experience Ive ever had.

I’ve been getting massage when it was just whispered about in the ‘80s. Prana was nothing short of amazing. The body polish/ massage was incredible. Melissa was outstanding. 10 stars. At one point I thought “oh she got my scheduled time wrong, and she must think I am here for a more extended massage”Much to my surprise, when the massage was over, I realized that she was right on time,however, it was such an amazing experience that I thought it was so much longer. I wish I was Here longer, so I could revisit the spa! I will definitely be back on my next trip to Key West

Sacred stone massage with Thatcher and Danielle was amazing. Such a relaxing atmosphere with a welcoming staff. The entrance to the spa is well maintained with a lovely little garden. I would recommend to anyone looking for any type of spa treatment.

We scheduled and thoroughly enjoyed the three hour full body experience. It was worth every penny and then some! I cant wait to get pampered again the next time Im in Key West. The staff here were so patient and accommodating, especially after I injured my knee on our trip. They didnt rush us and worked all the treatments around my injury which was so appreciated. Jen provided a great facial and Julie provided a wonderful massage. Highly recommend this cute, relaxing gem in Old Town for anyone seeking rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation!

I booked a massage while on a weekend getaway in Key West. I had Rob as my massage therapist. He worked on my back for over an hour and despite being sore a little, I felt much better a day later. I had a hot stone massage. The spa was very quiet and cozy. The receptionist in the front was very professional and personable. I would most certainly recommend this spa and will be going back when we go back to Key West. I highly recommend.

My wife and I decided last minute to get a 60 minute couples massage. Glad we did! The staff were some of the nicest people and the atmosphere was excellent! Our two therapists went over any questions and concerns we had before it started and truly did a fabulous job! Professional massages are not cheap and Prana is not an exception, but well worth it when you want to treat yourselves to a fabulous moment. I would recommend to anyone! A++++

The best spa experience Ive had in a while. After a 13 hour drive, we are happy we booked with Prana Spa. I had the body scrub done. Rob is amazing and a must to book. Next time Im back in the Keys, you guys will definitely be one of my first stops.

While on a mid-week getaway with my girl, I called around and booked a 90 minute couples massage. We had Julie and Ashley for our massage therapists. O...M...G this was by far the best massage we have ever had. Julie and Ashley were both extremely powerful with their technique and worked our sore, tired muscles into complete bliss. My girl fell asleep and I ended up in an alpha state of consciousness. IT WAS AMAZING!!! I would definitely recommend this place for all your massage needs. Its such a beautiful little, quaint place and it smelled completely incredible from the moment we stepped in the door. Very clean, and professional all around. We will definitely be back.

As soon as you walk in, you can instantly feel your stress fade away. Christina and Emily did a couples massage on my spouse and I and they were absolutely amazing!!! They asked us about our concerns on trouble areas and made us feel completely comfortable. With me being pregnant, I was unable to get the hot stone massage but Emily still took great care of me. My spouse LOVED the hot stones. We got the 90 minute massage and I highly recommend doing this one because you are so relaxed you feel like you’re in there for 30 minutes. If you are on a budget, ask about pricing beforehand because with everything in Key West, it’s pretty expensive - but worth every penny!

I was recommended to this place from a local friend and it did not disappoint. The spa was clean, smelled amazing and had a very relaxing environment. I had the 3 hour Decadence treatments. Jamie was a great masseuse and asked my preference along the way to make sure I had a great experience. Lisa gave me an incredible facial and scalp treatment. All staff was wonderful. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best massages I have had! Such a cute place and so relaxing! Took my boyfriend for his first massage and he enjoyed it very much!! Everyone was so professional and friendly and the masseuses did an AMAZING job we left feeling great and refreshed. This was my first spa experience and my partners first in a long time.We booked a 60 minute couples massage, but Id accidentally booked the wrong date and called two days before to reschedule. The receptionist was extremely personable and was able to get us rescheduled in about 5 minutes.The storefront is small but cozy. Decor is appropriate, and everything was neat and organized.A point about myself and my partner: we are not thin, not particularly muscular, and certainly not straight. None of this made a difference, and we both felt we were treated professionally with the care that anyone else would have received. Both therapists were respectful and receptive and checked in with us throughout the process. We left feeling relaxed yet energized.If we ever find ourselves in Key West again, were definitely heading back to Prana.

We spent our honeymoon in Key West and, of course, had to do a Couples Massage! 😊 I researched spas before we arrived and settled on Prana Spa- and Im SO HAPPY I did. Our 90 minute massages were golden! My husband had Julie and I had Adam. We loved our massage so much, we booked a 90 minute facial (me) and Thai Massage (him) for the next day! Jennifer did my facial and it was heaven. Do yourself a favor and get the Shirodhara- amazing! Karen is the owner and we walked away feeling like friends. The spa itself is gorgeous, very tranquil, and Zen-like. THIS is your place for relaxation!!

My husband and I visited the keys for our baby moon. We wanted to do a little something special so we booked a spa treat for ourselves. We did the Prana glow which was a 90 minute couples session that included a mini facial, full body scrub, shower, and then full body massage. We have nothing but positive things to say. Everyone was so kind, and it really was the best massage we have ever had. I would recommend the body scrub as a splurge to any couple. Their prenatal massage for me was wonderful and I was comfortable the whole time. Melissa and Ashley were our therapists. Highly recommend!

I have had several services at Prana but this past week we had a couples massage and it was excellent. Prana is extremely professional and the property is always very clean. You feel like you are in a Caribbean oasis. Adam and Karen both listened to our requests and we started off our trip extremely relaxed. If you are staying in KW book a service at Prana, you will not be disappointed.

Treated ourselves to a 90-minute couples massage for our anniversary. It was glorious! Everyone was personable and lovely, and Rob and Jess were fantastic throughout the massage. Were already joking about returning Friday before we head home, so we obviously recommend them highly.

My visit was A+. I definitely would recommend this place for its therapeutic benefits. The ambience is calming, centering, enlightening and my masseuse definitely knew what she was doing with my back. I felt the professionalism & skill of the staff with whom I did interact. It is a small space, so reservations are necessary. Couples massage is available as well as various types of massage. I dont know how long this place has been around, but it feels like quite a while.

From the minute Ralph picked up the phone I had a good feeling about this place. My husband and I have been doing Irma clean-up for 5 days and decided it was time for a break. Ralph was amazing and accommodating over the phone and even more of a delight in person. Our visit was on 10/3 and we werent sure what to expect in the wake of Irma. We are so grateful that they gave us an appointment, they have renewed us! We agreed that this was the best massage either of us has ever had. We will be back for sure and be recommending them to everyone we know!!

This was one of the best spa treatments weve had. They hit it out of the park and we couldnt have had a better start to our day. We had a bit of trouble finding parking, but as soon as we walked in the receptionist helped us destress put us at ease. We immediately got greeted by Adam and Ashley, who brought us up to the room and consulted us on the entire treatment. It was a very relaxing environment and the experience was not rushed. We received a customized experience that was second to none. The hot oil hair treatment was divine. We couldnt recommend this place more.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! Was booked for a hot rocks couple massage and that was my first time getting massaged. The masseuse was very professional and well trained. Very much enjoyed the atmosphere, the decor, the lighting and the music. Will definitely go back there when I go back to key west.

If youre looking for a great couples massage without spending the typical resort prices while on vacation you have to go here! Easy to book with, super friendly staff, and one of the best most calming massages my wife and I have ever had. May not look like a swanky spa from the outside but dont judge a book by its cover. Would go back here and definitely would recommend it.

We had Adam and Jamie for our couples massage. Karen was wonderful and helped us schedule the massages but I was frustrated that it was mostly a relaxing massage not therapeutic despite my requests. Jamie did a great job for my boyfriend so no complaints there.

THE BEST massage I have ever had. My husband and I got a couples massage and it was so wonderful and I also thought it was a very reasonable price. I love their policy that massages are 60 minutes, not 50 minutes, and they book 30 minutes in between customers so you are not rushed. Make your vacation over the top with a massage at Prana Spa.

My son purchased a gift certificate for me for a package at Prana Spa a while ago. This was one of the best treatments I ever had. After that I tried massages with different therapists at Prana Spa. All of them are excellent. I highly recommend!

The Spa’s vibe is incredible and the recepcionist is amazing, his service is great. My mom has been a couple times before with a masseuse that is no longer with them and used to love him. Therefore I had heard great things and I was so excited for my first massage. We went recently, My mom tried someone new and I had a couple’s massage with my boyfriend. Unfortunately, only my boyfriend had a good experience. I had a petite masseuse who barely put any pressure even though I asked for more pressure. Either she is that weak, she was tired or she didn’t want to bother. Unfortunately we spent almost $500 for only 1/3 of us to enjoy the massage. In conclusion, give them a try but be mindful of who you book with! Wish there were reviews for each individual masseuse since they are the ones who make all the difference.

Everything about my experience at Prana Spa was excellent! I opted for the Prana Glow which included a full body exfoliation and massage. Marie asked beforehand about any problem areas and completely tailored the treatment to my needs. My shoulders have never felt better and I will definitely be back!

The therapeutic massage provided by lead massage therapist Alanda was the very best combination of relaxation and sports therapy massage. This increased both my comfort and mobility. The Prana Spa is one of the best small independent spas of its type. Generally for this level of service you need to choose a large hotel spa or resort. In contrast, this small business shines with excellent customer service, ease of booking and most importantly a terrific staff.The treatment rooms are clean and well maintained. The small cottage environment is cozy and transportive. Youd be forgiven for thinking youd been teleported to Bali or Siem Reap. If vacation brings you to Key West and you want to have a top notch spa experience, I highly recommend Prana Spa

I had a massage yesterday with Christine and I could not be happier with my experence from start to finish! The man at the front desk (aplogies I do not remember his name) was great, polite, very helpful, and accommodating. The environment at the spa is absolutely beautiful, it has natural wood and dim lighting, its tranquil, comfortable, it smells amazing, and they have organically infused water to drink. My massage itself was amazing, I didnt tell my therapist that I too am an LMT because I have found in the past that when that information is shared their level of professionalism goes out the window and they treat you more as a coworker than a client, I feel like that would not have happened here, I was so pleased with her approach to body work and I was very very impressed with her massage. Every move she made was methodical and with intention, and she used the perfect amount of pressure. Doing this as my own work has made me both apreciate my therapists energy even more and has also made me more picky as a client, so I truly mean it when I say that I am so happy with my experience and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. Thank you Christine, I hope to be back in the future!!!

I have had a lot of body work done, so it’s not often I go away on vacation and am so blown away by a massage that I’m moved to tell the world about it, but that happened here. Prana is the real deal, the entire experience was simply amazing. When you go, ask for Yuri, you won’t be disappointed!

Called us on 12/30/2016 55 minuets before our scheduled massage and said they had to cancel us for a couples massage. Then refused to even work us in within the 2 days we would be there said they were booked up. Would not recommend this place if you value your time and schedule in the keys.

Its a great spa; located a street off of Duval, away from all of the commotion; very relaxing; our couples massage lasted an hour, which is exactly what we paid for. The atmosphere is very dim. Highly recommend!

So relaxing! Everyone that worked there was so warm and welcoming. They ask where your stress areas are and really work on those along with the rest of the body. We did the couples massage and both of us almost fell asleep!
