Got a couple’s massage with my bestie and it was a wonderful experience. They opened the door for us before we even walked inside and gave us cold waters. The massage was amazing and exactly what we needed. Not sure about the reviews regarding them being pushy about money, as this was not my experience at all. Super affordable, clean, professional, and awesome! Will be back.

We had a couple’s massage. They were wonderful!Of course during the massage, they triedto upsell us from a 60 minute massage to a 90 minute massage. We agreed so they made an additional $80. However, they weren’t happy with just that. After we left a tip, they asked us for more. I told them no.Who does that??? It is obviously a systemic issue…just read all of the prior reviews.I will never go back and you probably shouldn’t be giving this business your money either. It’s a shame because the massage was really great.

Alin was absolutely wonderful. Very professional, asked specific questions so that I may have the best experience. He focused on the areas I mentioned and worked diligently to release the stress I was carrying in my shoulders and back. The staff was wonderful and the atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and inviting. Came here for a 90 minute couples massage on our visit to Key West and was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the massage was. I had an amazing experience but my husband said his was just okay. I dont know the gentlemans name but he gave such a thorough and powerful massage that there was no muscle left on my body that was untouched. He used both massage and stretching techniques and incorporated hot stones which were amazing. I left feeling very refreshed. My husband had a female massage therapist and he really wasnt that impressed because she did not do any stretching techniques, which he needs due to muscle rigidity and tightness on his left side from being a stroke survivor. I would definitely go back.

What a great find!! ! I am from Naples Fl and get massages often. This one was in my top 3! John had great knowledge of muscle groups and had a knack for taking out the stress. I highly recommend that you give this place a try!

I recently treated myself to a massage at Green Island and let me tell you, it was a total game-changer. Worst massage ever, had agreed for 30 minutes and this gentleman kept asking for 90 minutes, after saying no more than once he kept going and I left after 20 minutes, I didnt feel comfortable at all, extremely bad masseur, none recommended!!

I have got to be honest here and say I almost got up during the first 30 minutes. My massage therapist (male) used his elbow (which is dislike) doing acupressure points and muscle release. It was intense. While not my first Asian massage, it has been a while, I remembered to wait for this first part because the massage I wanted is the second part. I am so very glad that I didThe last half of the massage was great. Dreading that I would be sore, I felt less sore at the end. Now... when they say they would like to do more minutes, it does cost more. As it should. Overall great massageIf you like deep work. Go here!

I just switched massage therapy to this spa. The staff is very friendly and does a thorough job. After my 1st massage at this spa,i immediately started going back. Much more skilled here. Best price in town.

Update......Recently new therapists and policy changes for more privacy during massage. No interrruptions with phone calls, conversations, etc... Excellent professional massage by Coco. Very reasonable pricing and no rush or hurry. No pressure for tipping, although tipping is well worth it because the overall price is so low. I am local and will continue to use this studio.Recent therapist did a good job, but leaves door open so anyone walking by can see right in without privacy or quiet enjoyment. Noisy with others talking but good massage if you dont have to relax during the session.Good professional Asian massage in Key West (on Fleming Street), but they do keep the door open and do not provide total privacy (4 of 5 stars). Anna was my therapist and she used to work at another local Asian massage location (not affiliated). The Owner speaks english, and the therapists know very little english, but enough to communicate. They can perform E-stim on muscle spasms and do not mind exchanging therapist if needed. Very good techniques with back-walking and hot stones that work magic. I have had professional Asian massages for over 35 years and this is the best place with a great value of about half of what other spas charge. Private parking available, which is a bonus in KW.

I’m from DC and typically go to a high end spa in Georgetown for my massages and this was better than any of those experiences! She really listed to my pain areas and I felt so so much better pain wise after. Thank you!!!!

When I went, she was wonderful. At that moment, I could have used the entire 90 minutes. Furthermore, stretching was excellent! Being a fellow therapist, I understand the value of a well-done massage. And thats it! Im unsure if I should go to work today.

Im pleased I did, and Mei was my therapy. After removing the knots she had located, she began applying acupressure on my right side. It was a little unpleasant at times, but once it was through, I could walk normally again. After that, I danced into the pub where I later met my pals. They truly solve the problems here; this establishment offers more than just hands and oil. Mei and Green Island deserve praise. Only for the massage, Ill come back to Key West. highly suggestable

I have no idea what kind of massage I got, but it was mind blowing. No pain for the first time in years.

I cannot say enough about this spa. Walking in Key West caused my hip to freeze up. This place seemed to offer a more specialized acupressure massage. I’m glad I did and my therapist was Mei. She worked the knots she found then started acupressure on my right side. At times it was a little painful but when finished I could walk again. I met my friends in a bar after and I danced into bar! This place is more than hands and oil, they actually fix what’s wrong. Hats off to Mei and Green Island. I will return to Key West just for the massage. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing experience . Not your traditional oil massage . It is deep tissue massage but the strength and techniques used by the massage therapist were on another level . I like good pressure massages , so it worked out great for me .

I scheduled it for 90 minutes and was really impressed with the clean facility, massage quality, and walk-in appointment option. Wonderful way to spend your morning before exploring all of Key Wests great treasures. Ill be back.

Very aggressive deep tissue massage from a petit woman (amazing power for her size). The back massage and reflexology were great. However the payment process was a bit confusing. I was told there is a $20 minimum tip and the price quoted was different from the price noted on the website. I didnt haggle, but instead paid. However, I will not go back for this reason.

I went to Green Island with right shoulder pain. Rose did a fantastic job working on my back and shoulder, she was also very helpful with suggesting a better sleep position for me. I was amazed by the establishments professionalism. Would recommend to anyone; 5 stars all the way!!

The people were nice and friendly. They’re good at what they do if you like a deep tissue. The only reason they’re not getting 5 starts is1. They didn’t ask us how long of a massage and what we wanted done. So we ended up with a 2 hour massage.2. My masseuse needed to trim their nails.Other than those things, they were great.

I’m use to massages on a regular basis. I always enjoy a new experience when I’m on vacation. Vicky was much more than just a new experience. She was amazing!! I’ve never had a massage like hers. I ask for a one hour massage and was told to come back in 10 minutes. I was taken back and once I was undressed and in the bed she told me it would only be a 30 minute massage —- I should have left. The 30 minute only lasted from 10:35 to 10:52 —- do the math. And she wanted to be paid for 30 minutes plus tip. I assume she is a good massage therapist but I will never know, make sure you get what you want / pay for up front.

What a wonderful massage with the incorporation of passive movement. Its my first experience with joint movement during a massage and Im hooked. The cost is reasonable and the facility was clean and peaceful. Im sorry I dont live close enough to become a regular customer.

When visiting Green Island Massage Spa I dealt with Rose. She was great and professional. My initial experience with her was so good I came back for an additional treatment. She targeted many problematic areas with exceptional technique. I will definitely be back my next time in Key West.

My husband and I stopped by for a massage while on vacation in Key West ( very spontaneous). I have had countless massages from high priced business and this by far was my best experience ever, Kevin was amazing. My husband suffers from severe back pain due to accident several years ago and May was exceptional as his Massage therapist. If we lived in Key West we would be here every week. You must try this place .

Get a massage is easy. However, service is mediocre. The Chinese lady seemed to speak fluent English but did not really understand much. She and the partner were speaking Chinese to each other loudly several times while she was giving me massage and her partner was outside the room. They seem to do such thing all the time without caring if their customers like it or not. The door was not really closed and has a curtain that block the view from outside. I consider this is substandard from most massage establishments in Key West but not unusual for a Chinese massage place anywhere.The massage is cookie cutter style with 2 min walking on back and 2 min hot stone on back for a 60 min massage. The hot stones are located outside the room.I give 4 star for her effort in massage although her techniques are worth 3 stars, and 2 star in customer service for talking.This is my first time. I will not go back.Update:I indeed went to this place close to Azur restaurant as my boyfriend dropped me off and picked me up in front of it. Maybe I am a little fussy or not accurate about the “curtain” but there is no mistake about talking loudly in Chinese. I could CLEARLY hear them answer phone calls and talk to other walk in Chinese customers too. My masseuse was discussing how to handle an appointment with her partner in Chinese while giving me massage. The massage room was definitely not fully closed even though my eyes were closed and most time facing the floor.My review is honest and I will not go back for a discount because the massage was simply not enjoyable. I felt sore all over and went home directly to rest. I have had massages for 30 years. This had rarely ever happened to me. It was a gift from my boyfriend. I told him do not gift massage here to others.

5/5 for the massage and cleanliness. Not the nicest place ambiance-wise but great value and great massage. Left feeling relaxed and fresh.1/5 for staff behavior. I left feeling great and tipped 20% for the great massage. 2 staff members ran after me for more tip. Way to ruin a great customer and advocate. I get it if I didnt tip but demanding more than 20% is greed.

After a long drive to key west, I go to Island Massage Spa. This store is the 1st stop for me every time I travel down to keys. Dr. Hao is professional and he knows about where the body hurts after a long drive. My shoulder was sore and all my legs and back muscle are stiff. He can find the painful point of my muscle without I tell him in detail. He is good at relieving tension and stiff muscles. The push he gave and the pressure he used perfectly removed those pain and refreshed my muscle. The blood vessel doesn’t feel stuck anymore. Good price with the best value. Nice, clean, and quiet place. I will be 100% recommend.

I had an 80 minute Swedish madsage with Amy which was amazing. My body was pretty bent out of shape and Amy carefully got me aligned again. Would highly recommend this place. Very clean facility ideally located in Key West.

Massage therapist did not speak English, after the massage my neck was stiff for 24 hours and I had a severe headache that night and didnt sleep well. Staff were polite, and facility was clean, but I would never return here. My mother has been a massage therapist since I was a young child and I know what a good massage is.

The massage itself was good. I will give credit for that.The business practices though, were very shady. We asked for a 60 minute massage. Most places know how long to spend on each body section to cover it all in 60 minutes. Todays visit though, was not the case. After 2/3 body was massaged, they ask if we want to add 30 minutes and finish. Since the unfinished areas are some of what I said to focus on most importantly, I felt stuck and agreed.Then, when going to pay, there were three ladies hovering me to see how much I tip. Then they ask me to tip more.So, next message will be somewhere else.FOLLOW UP AFTER BUSINESS REPLY:I do not believe the stated rule on 3 offenses. Multiple other review comments refer to this as well. If you wish to refund the extra $60 charge, I may consider believing you.

I really love this special massage store, this store is best one in Key West. They are really do amazing job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There’s no other massage therapist I’d go to in Key West. Very professional work. I’ve been on crutches for 2 months, my hip has been uneven and giving me neck/back pain. He is a master at reading the body and understanding where the primary problem is. This is never a light massage with cucumbers on the eyes; he uses strong pressure and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. He truly cares about my well being and I respect that.

Dr Hao massaged me and it was very comparable to massages you get in Asia. Initially it started at rank A+ but the last half an hour it turned to S class as Dr Hao expertly eased the tightness in my neck. Highly recommend!

A great choice to relax if you stay at a hotel nearby. I always like to visit massage therapist when I go on vacation and I found this one very quiet and clean. They do know how to relieve my tiredness though I don’t have specific requirements. Very professional service with fair price. Strongly recommended.

Went in for a foot and chair massage both supposed to be 30 minutes long. Ended up with a couples massage running us almost $200. Not to mention while I was getting marinated, my underwear dramatically, seemingly and spontaneously turned into a thong... Great place if youre looking for an awkward and expensive experience!

Overall good but few things to know:- the massage therapist was using the phone texting which I felt because a lot of time was spent to same areas and I actually felt the phone next to my arm and the therapist texting.-the room was left open and as soon as someone walks In the lobby my therapist left to greet them. I was left 5 times In the room-booked 60 min and during the massage was told I need 90 min so was not asked if ok with that or not….-therapist did compressions over the sheet for 40 min while texting and I had to ask if oil will be used on skin like a massage- overall good but next time I pay for nice quiet spa and therapist with no phone next to me…

Made an appointment to try this place out. What one has to keep in mind is that its an Asian massage not an american massage so different techniques. With an Asian massage one will get slapped/tapped at the end with cupped hands. Some can get carried away. Here they didnt. If you dont like that at the end of your massages DO NOT get an Asian massage. Another thing an Asian massage is more of long pressure strokes using a towel drapped over the body. American massages use sheets and small strokes and circular pressure (reguardless the type of massage ordered). One more thing an Asian massage will always pull (and /or wiggle) on your arms, wrists, fingers, legs, and feet. She even raised my legs up together and dropped them to the table a fee times. Not sure what all that does for the body. They did keep the door open by an inch even after i asked them to close the door for more of a privacy setting. Not sure as to why they leave the door open (some rooms had curtains), maybe its policy in case staff needs to communicate with each other. The person giving me a massage left after a minute of massage because she was being summoned. After 10 to 15 minutes into the massage she left again. I did love that she massaged my face and my head. Then she left for a 3rd time to get the hot stones. Over all good massage but not the best i ever had.

We got a couples massage and it was excellent. We did a 90 minutes session and they walked on our backs, worked all the muscles from scalp to toes and put the oil on. It was clean and peaceful

One thing to say, the technique is really good. Four of our classmates came together and said it was comfortable. Unfortunately, there were only three body massagers and one foot massager, and there were not many hands. After waiting in line at the Orlando Amusement Park for two days, I felt sore all over. I felt better immediately after I came here and pressed the button.Very very good experience. More impressive than any other massage I had in China or Thailand.
