Amazing little spa! Crystal at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She greeted us and made us feel right at home. I had one of my best massages here by Justice.

The atmosphere is so peaceful. The staff are very friendly and polite and ensure the most amazing experience possible. Justice was my massage therapist. He was wonderful. His techniques were so relaxing and I left feeling light as a feather.

Lovely facility with professional and lovely staff. Wish there were lockers for guests to lock their personal items.

Amy at SpaTerre is the kindest person. There was a slight issue when booking a massage for my Mom while she was on vacation there, Amy went above and beyond to fix this mistake and ensure that my Mom could get her massage at the originally scheduled time. Amy showed her so much respect and kindness, she was elated when she left the spa. We are so grateful for the service at SpaTerre, I highly recommend to anyone looking for top notch service in Key West!

I just had the most relaxing the last couple of days at this spa. The full body scrubs, Swedish massage and the outdoor bath with ocean view were super, so nice that I came back the next day to get a pedicure. Facility is clean and staff are friendly.One thing stood out from the rest of my spa experience was the pedicure session. Melissa was amazingly talented and kind professional. She took her time do the cleaning and removing all those stubborn cuticles. She did the best French toe nails (gel) I had ever had. She free handed the tips according to the size and shape of my nails. A lot of places dont do that anymore. They look perfect at the end. She also took her time do the cleaning and removing all those stubborn cuticles. She is so personal and friendly made the time goes by so quickly. The massage chair was nice too :). Oh, you can also get any cocktails or drinks during the bath or nails sessions.Hope you find this review helpful and have a relaxing spa time!

Our Spa experience was amazing! Derek was a great massues and Lisa did amazing facials, and I cant give enough praise for Melissa who went above and beyond to put together an incredible spa package that made my first time unforgettable! Will be going back again next year!

Had a Swedish massage with Derek. Just traveled in a car four hours from Fort Lauderdale so I was stiff. Derek was amazing. He uses different techniques to relax the muscles. Make sure to request his services. Beautiful spa

I went in for the age-defying hydrafacial for my birthday weekend (2/27) and it was amazing! The techniques left my skin glowing and pores tight. Kelly was incredible! She paid particular attention to detail and it truly felt like a curated experience just for me. Wherever she noticed my skin needed some special attention, she really added that little extra something! She was fun to chat with too. Great experience!

I LOVED MY MASSAGE! It was my first visit to Spa Terre and my first time getting a Balinese massage. It was a mix of light acupressure, deep tissue, and reflexology. It was so relaxing but also go all of my kinks out. They also made me feel extremely safe and followed all the CDC guidelines. I highly recommend!

Booked a birthday weekend for my wife at the Ocean Key Resort. (I booked over a month out) They seemed very professional and friendly, they said Spaterre would call me to set up our spa appointments. WEEKS later they called and emailed me a spa menu. Right off the bat, when I called back, the lady was rude and acted like she had no idea what I was talking about when mentioning what should be happening. When I selected a service, the response was we dont offer that anymore, those menus are old Not my problem, its what YOU sent me literally TODAY. When I selected a different service and requested NO male therapist for myself but for my wife was fine, she gave me the same answer we cant do that Lady on the phone was very rude and unaccommodating. Spa treatments are for the customer sole, not the convenience of the proprietor. If you cant accommodate, find a different line of work. Definitely worst experience with Spa customer service Ive encountered! Go somewhere else and save your frustration and anxiety!

My partner and I had the best spa experience anyone could hope for! Melissa went above and beyond to make us the perfect spa day! We definitely will be back!!!!

Getting a massage here is like having 30 seconds to tell your 6 year old kid what a massage is and how to give one. No pressure, no noticeable experience, and they never focused on the areas I asked. Got felt up and slapped the whole time.
