The older lady that works here pulled my coil out of the pod poured my juice everywhere after I asked them not to pull it out because I was going to go check to see what coil I needed. Then proceeded to tell me it’s fine get over it. She dumped a full pod everywhere and tell me to get over it. I will not be back.

Terrible customer service, and their stuff is really bad quality; believe me, save yourself some money and go somewhere else before you buy double when their cheap products stop working

I read the reviews and called before going here. Many have said this is one of the best smoke shop in Killeen. I have to say I agree 1000%. The prices are unmatched by any other in the area. I’ve been to a few places and these prices are about as low as online prices. No crazy markup. The most important part to me was the owner’s passion about his business and how much he cared about building a relationship with his customers over making a huge profit. First time in the store yesterday ... horrible experience and will never go back! I bought a clearece vape for $7.99. Tested before I left and it had NO taste. Told the clerk: he grabbed another. After several not working, I asked for my money back. Clerk said he didnt owe me any money. The clerk also said this is why theyre on clearance. Seriously!? Finally, after about 10 minutes, the clerk called, I assume the owner, and kept saying to them that I didnt like the taste instead of there being no taste. I finally walked out with my money. Worst experience ever!

Had a GREAT experience at Kings Smoke Shop & More. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeably about all products. I never felt pressured and was even encouraged to try the product before I purchased it. Pricing is very fair and the shop was very clean. The older gentleman helped my mom out with a brand new vape and juice. Showed her exactly what to do and how to do it. He took the time to get her settled with the whole process. I went back to get new vapes for me and it was cheaper here then the place I was going to. Definitely recommend going here. They will hook you up.

I would like to say this shop is so freaking cute, even while renovating the store it was still very clean and put together. I was helped by a fantastic lady named Erica, and let me tell you that lady knows how to sell! I would’ve bought everything if I had the money. Erica was very descriptive and informative about every product I asked about. Best customer service ever. 10 stars if I could. Fantastic shop definitely will be shopping there from now on :)

Best smoke shop! They have good selection of Kratom, vapes, and more. The owner is REALLY nice and special orders anything we want. All of the employees are really nice as well. GENUINE AND COOL PEOPLE HERE! Saleem was so helpful during our first hookah purchase and even let it try it out before purchasing it! He showed us everything we needed and even gave us our first shisha on the house. Samantha was so friendly and sweet! Ali is amazing. He didn’t overdo selling us things. He just guided us along in our hookah purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable. We will be loyal customers from here on out. After having arguably one of the worst weeks of this year, due to specifically unappreciative/disrespectful individuals; I ran into an employee here by the name of Amelia. This chick was not only incredibly professional, she was also super courteous,inviting, knowledgeable, and all around just MFin RAD . She made my night a lot better with her energy and all around awesomeness. If I return for nothing else Ill go back to see her fine-ness😏👌💯💯💯

It’s always a very good experience, the first time I went the black girl asked me questions about what I was looking for and actually gave me useful information on the product I wanted to use, I am a frequent CBD user and the products available are kinda pricy, but the warm friendly environment lulled me into a sale. I do wish they had a customer rewards program, since the people inside the store looked like loyal customers. Edit: Ali is night shift sometimes I help around the shop if he lets me. He is a hard worker around the store and has an answer for EVERYONE and EVERYTHING. Very cool people that work there. I recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase smoking supplies and tobacco related products. Beside is a restaurant that is very convenient 😎

Ive been going here for a while never had a problem or if I did it was always fixed but today was terrible service they had just sold me 2 escro bars that where different colors than they usually are then the puffers stopped working when I left the door when in to tell them he said he doesnt remember me...been there for years and showed receipt and everything hes fixed the problem before and admitted that they some times get fake shipments and they go bad but they are discounted when bought but selling me a shifty one a refusing to fix the problem 100% not okay like I said I was a loyal customer for yearrrrssss but lately all puff bars are nasty and the gars any type are dry af even the cigarettes have been broken or something wrong I just dont understand

This smoke shop has a variety of different things from candles, posters, snacks, drinks, incense, hookahs, hashish, vape juice, cigarettes, your usual tobacco assessories. I really enjoy this shop, they always have exceptional prices and products. I highly recommend visiting this smoke shop if you want a huge variety to choose from. Also the staff members are incredibly nice. I find that the more I visit the more likely I am to be hooked up with a good deal for shopping big with them. Found this shop in search of a vape and Djarum Black cigars. Spoke with a woman who was very friendly and helpful. I bought a green apple ice puff bar that I tested in the store. It was struggling a little bit but after two hits, it seemed like it was working. I bought it around 3:30 pm this afternoon and here I am after only about 8-10 hits at 7:00 pm and the vape is completely dead. Hate wasting time and money. Unsure about the other brands but the Puff Plus bars are definitely a no go.

I used to go here regularly have had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Then a week ago i bought an escobar plus 4-5000 puffs or so and after a day it started tasting burnt, i thought nothing of it at first and thought it was a dud, then i go back buy the same flavor and everything and sure enough a day later it just stops hitting. i then buy a sheesh by fizz vape and then another day later it’s tasting burnt. they sell you trash vapes for a quick buck and tell you to buy another one for 30$ after just wasting 30$ . save yourself the waste of money and go somewhere else. they sell fake disposable vapes for a “discounted” price
