Absolute scam artists. After housekeeping barged in without knocking while I was in bed I requested not to be disturbed. I asked for them to not come in my room while Im not there, and give me a call if they have to so that I can come back. They went into my room while I was away and housekeeping went through my things and somehow dropped and broke my $300 gaming console. They flat out said that they didnt go in my room. They refused to fix it or rectify the situation whatsoever. The man behind the counter was screaming at me even though I was respectfully talking to him. They also refused to give me back my $50 deposit on my non-smoking room even though I dont smoke. Never have. They just want your money, the service is absolutely atrocious. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Absolutely awful experience. They are cheap for a reason. We saw a mouse in the room and staff refused to believe us. Luckily we cut our stay short after that because we also saw what mightve been a bedbug on the wall and two on the floor around the bathroom drain! The towels were dirty and smelled sour like milk 🤢. There was trash in the room already, bed wasnt made, and the bible was ripped up in the drawer! Staff was unreasonable and flat out refused our money back for the nights that we didnt stay too! Absolutely awful would leave zero stars if I could.

Absolutely awful and rude staff. They are extremely pushy and unprofessional. At 8-9 am housekeeping is at your door and will not take no for an answer. They come in even if youre saying to wait because you arent decent. I requested to not to disturbed at this point, and they did not listen. When I said something to the front desk, they just said that Im on their property so they can come in as they want and dont need to even knock or listen if I say no.

The High Five Inn...Has to be one of the best places you can stay in CTX. Not only is the staff and housekeepers friendly and professional. They take pride in their property. The rooms are better quality and cleaner than the more pricier hotels.Currently Im going through a divorce and need a positive place to have my kids time to time and I thank High Five Inn for providing that for me where I can afford it.

Nice place I ever seen before. Good loction, awesome front desk lady also with the man at the front desk. They have nice service in hotel. I wood prefer to stay again. Very professional. Well kept, security is great, warm welcoming.

Ice machine doesnt work, No washer and Dryer, and Internet is completely unstable. But the room is nice. And only paid $45 a night through calling the Oyo number and not booking AT the hotel.

Im from out of town and wanted a place to stay on my business trip. The high five inn caught my eye as you are going down hill and its located in an area where no traffic noise can bother you. The staff was great, pleasant and professional when checking me in. The rooms were great based on their price and they were clean. I did not encounter any unpleasantness from the neighbors so the owners keep their place safe and secured from unwanted visitors.

I hate how pushy and rude these people are in the mornings. They start trying to kick you out and wake you up at 8 or 9.
