Tammy always does such a great job on my nails. She never rushes and always leaves me in awe of her work! ❤️ These pics never seem to do it justice but they are beautiful.

I loved my experience here! Ben was my nail technician and he really took his time with my nails! They came out exactly how I wanted. (Purple tips are mine)Unfortunately my sister got another technician and he was not very thorough. He didn’t let her pick her color or nail shape. She still likes her nails but it’s not exactly what she wanted. He didn’t take his time. She was done at least 20 minutes before I was and we started at the same time.

Usually when I go, it’s very good service. However, my visit yesterday was INCREDIBLY poor. I asked for a medium/short length and the lady asked before she cut and I had said “no, a bit longer” and she still cut where she decided. Multiple of my nails are crooked or are pointing up/don’t lay flat. She left acrylic all over my cuticles and said it would “wash off” while multiple pieces UNDER my nails will not come off. My pinky nails are completely different lengths, and when I commented on the nails being crooked and different lengths, she just shook her head at me. Any other time I’ve been there has been satisfactory, but this time it was truly awful. She was yanking my hands around too, and made three of my fingers bleed. They used to be so good. But I will have to go elsewhere from now on.

Elegant Nails Spa on LOWES BLVD. is a place you can go and be treated with respect, relax and be taken care of while there. I am grateful for this business’ customer service.COCO did my nails again today 5/9/24, and also 3/28/2024 and I Am satisfied! She was attentive, fast, gentle and she did exactly what I asked for, and YES, I left her a tip. I believe when you receive good customer service you should compensate them.I’m a happy customer right now with pretty nails 😂!I want to say Thank You again,I will return for future services.

I truly love the experience of getting my nails done here. I just can’t justify spending over $100 for a mani pedi to hardly last a week without chipping 🥲 they are always very kind and attentive though. (Nails done June 29, 2024 - started chipping July 3rd 2024.) It happens every time.

The place is very nice, so my review is solely based on one person “Ben” . My daughter and I decided to get a pedi and a full set, it was my first time there since I live in another state everything was fine until the owner recommended this tech name Ben, first he cut the artificial nail to short and went I told him about it he glue back the artificial nail that he had cut off. Then once he was done painting my nails he told me to go and wash my hand. Went I came back he was not at his desk I waited and nothing, then he passed by me and go outside to smoke a cigaretteoutside, thank God that the older lady who did my daughters pedi was able to finish and fix his errors as much as she could. Like i said the place is nice pricey but nice. Just make sure you don’t get “Ben” and if you do keep an eye on him.

Went in for a gel polish change. Tried Elegant Nails for the first time, close to my hotel. Kelly did a great job! I really appreciate her attention to detail! Will be back!I went back yesterday, unfortunately, I didnt have as of a positive experience as I did the first time. I didnt see Kelly but the woman I had barely spoke to me, she didnt seem to put a lot of effort into her work. I didnt want to change my review but think its right in order to have transparency. Seems like it may be a hit or miss, depending on who does your nails.

I was visiting my daughter and originally from Columbia SC. The service I received was excellent there was a 45 minute wait for me as a walk-in so I went to have lunch and came back, they do not call or text so I timed myself. I had a pedicure with paraffin wax. The only thing was the massage chair I had a hard time adjusting the settings. They offer drinks and with my pedicure I had. Warm wrap around my neck. I definitely enjoyed they did a wonderful job and the prices were more reasonable than SC. Would definitely return

Ive been coming here for close to 5 years now and see Nikki religiously. The service is amazing from front desk to the owner. They have always made me feel welcomed even when Ive had to bring my little one with me. Their prices arent ones to beat and Nikkis work she does Im always very happy with. I will always recommend elegant nails to everyone I know and have got my husband to start coming with me now too.

It was my first time visiting the place. And the service was excellent. Everything very clean and organized. Its owner very attentive. The pedicure was excellent. I will return to this place.

Wow! Best nail place in Killeen I’ve been to. Not only are my nails exactly how I wanted them but they look so flawless, definitely recommend if you’re needing a new set!

The space looks nice at first and they offer drinks which is always fun but like many nail salons its a rush job and depending on who you get, bad quality. I got a full set and it was badly shaped, edges were rough, and I had to go back a day later to redo polish that hadnt been cured properly. The person who fixed it did a better job but not by much. Everyone is rushed and distracted. Plus the place really needs a deep clean. The floors are gross as well as the manicure stations. Just covered in dust and old nails. I would try one of the nail techs who is recommended but never just go in and get a random tech. Not worth it.

$128 for my frenchie toes and acrylic gel nails! My tech was so lovely and if I’m ever back in Texas I’ll be running straight back here! The salon is also so beautiful and bright!!

I’ve been to this nail salon 3 times. The first was a decent experience had some complaints about the length but I just dealt with it, wasnt too serious and decided to come back the 2nd time which was not the color that I asked. Yesterday, I originally was wanting a full acrylic set but the nail tech recommended a refill instead so i agreed but regardless if it was a refill or brand new full set, it should of not look like this when i spent $70 for a “refill.” The nail tech used such little product to “refill”, which made the nail look really thin with an uneven bumpy surface, along with the glitter on top which was very patchy. This is unacceptable for a $70 “refill” I have tried to reach out to the store to see if theres any options for me but havent heard anything.

Went in for a fill my usual nail tech hadn’t made it in yet since I went right at open so I got sat with someone else. I let her know one of my nails broke so to be careful she told me she couldn’t do my nails since I said that, she then had the manager or owner guy that walks around come and talk mess to me and get loud saying he can’t do my nails cause I said it hurts I was like “no I told her one broke so to be careful” they literally kept going back and forth with me and getting louder and louder where everyone is staring in the salon smh. My usual nail tech came in and did my nails PERFECTLY FINE after that and when I got in his chair the owner or whoever he is had the nerve to say “you say it hurt you leave” like excuse me I never said anything hurt in the first place.I haven’t been back since

I’ve been coming here 17 years and have seen them grow and expand the business. I’ve always always gotten excellent service if on rare occasion my nail isn’t right they always fix it no problem. I absolutely adore them. Come with pic of the type of nail(s) you want and they will accommodate (if possible), they will also tell you if that’s a $500 set you want (LOL)! If you want great customer service and nails done right come to Elegant Nails! *No I was not given a discount for this review or anything….it was prompted by the Old Man (say this in a loving way) always takes care of us Girls!!!!!

Ms Diana is magical! Her work is superb and her customer service is amazing! My daughter loved her nails and the whole experience! Most the staff was friendly and sweet. The greeter could be a little more cheery but she was still sweet. The prices arent bad either.

I will definitely be making a return. They serve piña coladas for goodness sake. And my nails came out nice. The customer service could have been better when the staff member was doing our feet, the lady that did our feet only spoke to us when she wanted to know something then ignored my friend and I but the staff member that did my hands was phenomenal.

My wife went in a few weeks ago and had her nails done WITH her service dog , she tried to going back in for a manicure today and they wouldn’t allow her in. Even after explaining he is a service dog they still said no all because a dog from 2 businesses over barked and came after one of their customers . We explained again we had him last time and was told just to makes sure the walk way was cleared so we had her dog sit under her feet that he’s a SERVICE DOG ! he doesn’t bite and the guy still said no not aloud . . They refuse to see customers with a disability and NEED to have a service animal present at all times. Attached photo is current at nail salon down the street

I got an extremely bad infection here. Fever, body aches, my entire foot was swollen the whole 9. Tried calling. They never answered. I’m now on antibiotics for a week three times a day and antibiotic ointment.Never again.To the owner- I know which salon it was. I came around December 18 or so. My last name is Levy.

It has been a long time since I’ve went to a nail shop and Elegant Nails and Spa did not disappoint, definitely will be back, the people are nice and it’s a very friendly atmosphere inside, I had just walked in last minute for a pedicure for my sisters upcoming graduation and was out in 45-1hr which was expected.Updated Review 4.14.24I once again visited with my mom this past Sunday, and I had no issue with my technician Ben, who was truly amazing and gentle when handling both my manicure and pedicure. I also like that he did not do the unnecessary beating on my legs as I do not feel that method is necessary and I actually experienced that once before at this shop, which was why I didn’t visit for a while since it painful. However, on Sunday, I’ve gained confidence to visit again and I will be back by appointment with Ben.Unfortunately my mom didn’t have the same experience with her pedicure. She could not recall the techs name, but he apparently tried to drill her toenails which was odd since she wasn’t getting acrylic on her toes, but this definitely ruined her mood to the point that she got up during her pedicure and left after paying for her manicure done by Meme (my mom always goes to meme for her manicures as she is one of the best in the shop).Other than that, my experience has been overall good despite some inconveniences and I will be back. The owner of the shop is very welcoming and cares about his customers so if you feel uncomfortable about something, speak up.Another Update 🤣 short and sweetI highly recommend coco for nails, I haven’t had my pedicure done by her yet but I will be going again sometime at the end of the month to try her out. They always do really great work!! I’ve been here several times and have never been disappointed.

The first photo is immediately after getting them done. The second is two weeks later. Let me start by saying how iffy I was about going here because of the reviews. But I decided to try jt out anyway, and my experience was great. My nails were practically perfect except for my right thumb nail being crooked but I just filed it when I got home and it was fine. Let me tell you, these nails lasted two full weeks with absolutely no lifting or breaking. Fantastic. Here’s hoping the next set I get is just as good or better!*update! I got the green nails after the white ones. They stayed on for literally three weeks without any issues. No lifting or breaking. Like. I’ve never had a set of acrylics that didn’t snap or lift. So great!

Great atmosphere, the staff were all welcoming from the minute my daughter and I arrived for our pedicures. The staff that tended to us specifically were amazing, I just wish I knew the two amazing ladies names. My daughter had a lot of fun and was treated with such kindness and patience. It was her 9th birthday today, and they even gave us a little discount for that as well. All in all it was a great experience and we will definitely be back! 10/10!

I am visiting in town and needed a pedi. I was pleasantly surprised with a warm neck wrap and the pedi! My feet/toes were so happy! Did blue for January. Will be back when town again.

I give this place a 3 out of star rating. They got me in as soon I got there but it was a super rushed process. Extremely in a hurry to get them done. This isn’t the pink I picked lol. The top coat is bubbly. My nails are not smooth as well as there is hair in them from the rag.

I came here and had a great experience but last few times were not good. Waited about a year and tried it again today. Ocean pedicure. He didn’t cut my nails or ask if I wanted them trimmed. Didn’t use the cuticle cutter so I have hard corners on ally toes. Didn’t clean up the polish so it’s all over my toes (I cleaned them up before I took pics). I don’t really understand why it’s so difficult to do a simple pedicure. I was with my friends chatting so yeah my fault for not paying attention but seriously I could have done better at home and saved $40.

Its always a great pleasure going to my favorite nail salon, and seeing my favorite people the welcome is a must the professional nail tech knows what they are doing Harris and family are very loving the customers service are very professional I love them. Every time I visit a drink is serve to me.👍

Just want to give a shout to the lady who did my pedicure/ acrylic toes. I have very tiny toe nails and haven’t gotten my feet done in AWHILE and being diabetic doesn’t make it any better She worked hard to get them looking amazing.I def be coming back! Very clean inside and everyone was very sweet

These nails were not worth 30 dollars, she didn’t paint the entire nails, the corners are streaky and not fully painted. There are bubbles in the gel because she didn’t cure them long enough before adding a coat and the nail art is just ridiculous. Overall the job was sloppy and not worth the cost. We explained the disengagement we wanted to 3 different people and I still got dots instead of X’s for the eyes on my first nail. Our concept was not complicated but they kept cutting us off in the middle of trying to explain it saying they understood.Update: we went back and they fixed our nails and they are way better! They were very nice and understanding, great service!

I usually go to independent nail techs because nail salons always let me down, but not this time! I wish I could remember the name of the woman who did my nails cause I would choose her every single time! She was very gentle and seemed to genuinely care about the quality of my nails and making sure I got what I wanted. This turned out to be my most favorite set ever and they stayed on for almost an entire month, which is rare for me! Their service is beyond stellar, I recommend having a drink while you’re there. Definitely enjoyed myself and seriously can’t wait to go back.

Elegant Nails provided an excellent service on some feet that desperately needed it. The ambience is very pleasant and although the wine is not top shelf it was very tasty. I’ll definitely go back.

Went there to get a pedicure they told me 20 minutes waited an hour and a half once I got in the chair waited another 30 minutes. The lady that I wanted to do my nails rush job I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very poor service. I asked the front desk. She rushed my job. They said she had another appointment and she was fitting me in. They should’ve told me that upfront and I would’ve went somewhere else or rescheduled, but I had very poor service this time not satisfied at all.

Decided to do a walk-in for a full set and pedi. I was so pleasantly surprised to not only find a clean and beautiful salon that has beverages (margarita and Pina coladas!) But the sweetest and most fun technician Ive ever had. Ne-yo has the best personality and was an absolute riot to be with! Not to mention is incredibly talented at what he does. This first encounter has solidified my being a regular customer! Thank you, Ne-yo!

She was nice. However, I felt like a cow being put through auction. They literally hand you a ticket when you walk through the door??? The most impersonal, rushed pedi I’ve ever had(andI just moved here from Austin 😂) She “upsold” me a “better “ package. I was still out in 40 minutes! Will not go back! If you want fast, loud, and impersonal…this is for you!

Always a GREAT atmosphere! They offer beverages and are extremely courteous! That PPP loan was put to good use!😁 Kelly was my technician. She is very delicate and thorough. Mai used to do my nails pre Covid and during, until I could no longer wear nail extensions of any kind at work. She was amazing as well.

Id like to start by saying that the staff was friendly and the building was very nice. My issue stems from the fact that I spent over $100 and the quality is not worth it. I got a pedicure and my nails were trimmed unevenly and the polish isnt covering the whole nail on several toes. I also got an acrylic full set and the gel polish has already started chipping off less that 12 hours after getting them done, some of my nails are crooked, the coffin shape isnt defined, and I noticed that there were stains on my nails once I walked out and saw them in the light. Im going to attach photos below but Im just so disappointed. I wanted to get my nails done before I went on vacation and now Ive basically wasted 100 bucks on nails that didnt last one day, let alone my trip.

This was my first time going there. In here is very clean and the lighting is nice and bright. The lady had a terrible attitude with me so I had to request another person. The second lady was very nice and I was comfortable with her. I got the basic Pedi and I love how it came out.

If I could 0 stars I would. I had a terrible terrible experience with this salon. I came to get a pedicure and overlay fill in. The pedicure was actually good but it was the nails that made the experience terrible. I asked If they could do a design was told no and then was referred to someone who could do it! The guy I was sent to rushed through my nails and had an attitude the whole time he was doing my nails. He even asked me “if I wanted the nails or not”. ALL of my French tips are off and the lengths are off on multiple nails. When asked if it could get fixed another nail tech just shaved it down and said that’s all she could do. So I then asked if I could get refunded or if they could get fixed and he said no Because he told me not to get that design (even tho the design was not the issue). He did end up giving me a 50 percent discount and said I was banded.

I went with my girlfriends and I got the $75 package for my feet.Although it came out good, why did I get charged $100?? I didn’t question it at first but I even gave $20 tip. Due to the price being compromised I won’t be there again.

I’ve had my experience with nail salons. Most nail salons don’t care or listen. NYC and San Diego had the best salons. Elegant nails is equivalent to them❤️✨. Ben worked on my nails. He did a wonderful job. He even asked me multiple times if the shape, nail polish, etc were good. The mail salon even had a bar with margaritas. That’s mad cool. Overall the staff communicated well, and there’s even bookings online for appts. Will definitely be going back for manicures/pedicures. Highly recommend this place. 10/10!!!

I took my niece here for nails and got a gel manicured and pedicure. I spent over $200 between us. My gel manicured chipped and began flaking in days, and they sanded my natural nails down so far with the electric filer that one bent (even with the gel manicured on it) and tore at the tip of my finger and broke. Within 3 days. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Ive never spent so much for so little to have my nails ruined. Though the staff was nice.

Me and a friend recently came here to get our nails done and I must say I am extremely disappointed with the service that we received.First of all, the nail technician who worked on my friends nails was extremely rude and talked back to us when we politely asked for certain things to be done.My nail technician injured me and not only that, but the nails were not cleaned properly.To add insult to injury, each nail was shaped differently and looked completely uneven. Its obvious that the technician didnt take the time or effort to make sure they all looked the same.Honestly I would not recommend this nail spa to anyone. The rude and unprofessional behavior of the technician, combined with the sloppy and careless work, left me feeling completely unsatisfied with the service that I received.

The lady who did my pedicure was amazing. The whole experience would have if the guy doing my nails would have listened. I left with nails I don’t like. When I said something he started snatching the block out from under my wrist. I’ve been her multiple times. Possibly he was having a bad day. Who knows. I wouldn’t recommend since this is something they tolerate.

I cracked my real nail underneath an acrylic nail (done at another salon) and came to Elegant to get the acrylic removed. They were so accommodating and kind! My real nail was cracked down to the nail bed and bleeding, so very painful, but my technician made it as painless as possible and glued my real nail back together so it could start healing. Amazing service!

Julie was friendly, funny, and did an amazing job on my natural nails. I used number 75 dip. I love them!! Will definitely ask for her next time. Thanks Julie for great customer service!!

Highly recommend! Been to many MANY places around her and nothing has made me as happy as I was here! Ben was so thorough! The shape was perfect and the design! I will definitely be coming back.

I came in for a fill-in w/ regular polish no extra and no cut down. I was charged 30+ dollars when the website clearly states $25. For a basic nail polish application you would think that would be the simplest (basic) technique to get right but instead I walked out with bubbles they tried to cover up with a top coat. They knew the technician messed up because 4 different people checked my nails as I waited for them to dry. First I was told it he didn’t put enough top coat and proceeded to layer my left hand with three more layers but declined to put an extra layer on the left. Then I was told that the I put my nails too close to the miniature heater they use to dry nails that was positioned on the side (not overhead) of the nail drying station. I asked for a mini fan and they turn off the heater and clicked a button on the heater that was positioned overhead which I don’t understand why that wasn’t done in the first place if they claim that heat is what causes the damage. I did not receive bad service but the quality is trash. Beware!! Price are increasing Jan. 2, 2023, so you may be better off spending a few extra dollars somewhere if quality is important to you.

My experience with Ann was not good at all. Literally three days into having my nails done (got them done 06/28), they were lifting and began coming off. I got my nails done for my birthday and the nails didn’t hold up at all. I’ve had a bad experience before with eyebrow waxing. That situation was taken care of eventually but it sucks to have another bad experience.

Middle finger nail is the most obvious but I got 2 other finger nails crooked too. I used to love coming here because they always did a good job no matter who was working on my nails. I used to not mind the expensive price. Because “you get what you pay for.” But now, I hate to say that I will no longer be coming. This is the second appointment from here that I’ve walked out with crooked nails. First time i had blown it off because I didn’t catch it in the process of my nails being done. Mind you, I know that sometimes the nails might now be so perfect but this middle finger nail is extremely crooked in person that people have noticed it without me pointing it out lol.

I love going to elegant nails. And I also bring my daughter with me.They treat us so good, and the nail tech mimi is amazing. highly recommended!

The first time I had come I had a good experience however I went 2 days ago and they were busy, I didn’t mind waiting especially for good service they told me it was 15 mins wait no problem at all but then called me back in 2 mins. The guy who did my nails was extremely fast I was in and out within 30 mins, I had asked for a different color on each nail and they quoted me $75 for my natural nails to be dipped a different color on each nail, mind you I get my nails done every 3 weeks so they did not need to be shaped or anything! He told me if I choose 1 color it was $55. I was so confused about their pricing!! I will not go back. I would rather spend my money elsewhere that provides good service.

Very clean, super nice staffThey guy who did my nails was super nice, fast, and did a really good job on my nails. I wanted a acrylic overlay but my nails were too short but he was able to make them look really natural for me!

Beautiful place, clean, very kind staff. The gel manicure was really bad. All he did was change my polish and cut my nails down. I asked for a soak off and instead of using foil and cotton swabs on each nail, they made me soak both hands in a bowl of acetone that spilled.. The pedicure was decent.

I got my second Brazilian wax done on Tuesday at this location. Ive been in pain every since, and I still have hair down there and on my legs. The first time, hair was left, but it was busy that day, and I thought it was because it was rushed. But this time I dont know what the issue was.

This was my first time coming here and I can honestly say I was suprised by how beautiful this place was. I went for a pedicure and dip mani. The service was good, Rio was my technician and the foot/leg massage was amazing 👌 my only complaint is that I paid for gel polish on my toes and on the same day I noticed the nail chipped 😕 and that was a bummer. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received at elegant nails. I loved that they offered a choice of drinks during your service and a warm neck pillow to feel comfortable and cozy.

Very beautiful shop, great drink selection, and they did a wonderful job on my pedi. After being deployed and on my feet constantly my feet needed the attentiveness. Tip well deserved.

I came in for a soak off and a manicure and specifically asked for a soak off off because my nails were thin and brittle, my tech for the moment still proceeded to rip my nails off with a nail tip i left with my nails in worse condition than i came in with. What is the point of asking for a soak off if thats not what you’re going to do. I won’t be returning anymore.

Don’t waste your money !!I went here and ask for short coffin. They gave me too long of nails after I said, I wanted them short. They are squared and then try to charge me $60 when my total was supposed to be 50 I asked him where the extra $10 came from they couldn’t tell me and said it was the length after I told them twice I didn’t want this long nails if they could shorten them that be great the girls behind the counter are cussing and vaping. Very unprofessional.The shape of my nails is horrible. There’s paint on the outside left over acrylic on my fingers in my one pinky finger is pointed to the sky and when I asked her to fix it, she told me no.

Helen did my pedicure; she did an amazing job and took her time.This nail salon is really a great vibe! So it was great only had a couple complaints at the end. The shop is beautiful and spotless. The amenities are great and the options are great. The owner/manager is great very proactive and kind was very nice to my 3 year old that accompanied me and wasn’t getting anything done. My dress was a bit short because of my pregnant belly when I sat down and they brought me a blanket to cover up without request which was greatly appreciated. Customer service was definitely on point tremendously great place will definitely be back. The only issue I had with my tech Ben who was otherwise awesome was that I said I wanted acrylic nails with white tips and instead he used colored powder which was more expensive than what I asked for then he charged me $10 dollars for length on medium length at best nails which brought a simple set cost $68 which I paid because I cannot lie the work that was done on my nails was great they are practically perfect. Only suggestion would be is to make sure you are clear about what you want and how much they intended to charge as you go. I got a pedicure as well that was great by far the best I’ve had in the city Ben did his thing. But overall I loved my nails.

I go here all the time but I usually always have to go back for corrections. Whether it be for my top coat not being dry or them messing up the shape to the point I can’t even reshape my nails if I wanted to. Even when no one was really there and I went during a none busy time I felt like the service was rushed. They are always courteous and nice when I ask for these corrections but the quality of the work matters just as much as the professionalism of the staff.

The quality of the acrylic and gel polish are definitely IT! Three weeks later, theyre still holding strong, no breakage, and no chips. There were some times that after hurting my index finger pretty hard, I thought itd break, but it didnt. The only reason I didnt give it a five-star is because my diamond started coming out 2 days after. I know some people would go back, but I dont have time. Times a luxury for me to even be able to sit and get my nails done. I wish the diamonds would have stayed at least a week. Its 3 weeks out and literally have 2 on my right hand and none on my left hand. By the end of week one, everything had fallen out on my left hand. So I kinda sucks.In all, I definitely recommend. Its the best Ive had in Killeen for a while now.

My regular Spa/Pedicure spot abruptly closed when new property owners raised their rent. So, I had to quickly find a new Spa/Pedicure location for my pedicures. I looked just down the street and found Elegant Nails and Spa. Upon entering, I found their ambiance very appealing as well as a professional and courteous staff. I think I found my new pedicure home.

First time visiting this nail salon. Referred by a friend.I have never been in a nail salon that serves Alcoholic beverages 😳😲. I just kept thinking to myself what happens if one of these women leaves here driving⁉️Besides the serving of alcoholic beverages, the nail technician was kind and gentle did not cut me and listened to what I wanted. I am satisfied with my feet and hands outcome.Just The atmosphere of the salon was too loud!There were tv’s playing, then music playing too over the speaker system and too just too much talking among the technicians.It was too much noise for me.I like a peaceful environment when I want to relax. Instrumental music playing with NO WORDS would be my preference. No tv’s playing. Just too much going on in this place for my liking. Again, I am satisfied with my feet and hands outcome.

Beware: Ingrown Nail AlertMy wife and I visited not too long ago, and the technician cut her nail way too short, resulting in an ingrown toenail. Despite our initial experience, we decided to give it another chance. However, during my pedicure, the technician also cut my nail too short, causing an ingrown nail. We won’t be coming back!!

Rushed my nails. The nails are bumpy u asked for square and they basically gave me duck nail and didn’t even file it after I asked him to fix it. I asked for basic French tips and the lines are messy and in even my toes he left polish on my skin don’t recommend

HORRIBLE. The people here are EXTREMELY rude. I got a pedicure, WHICH NOT TO MENTION THEY UPCHARGED EVERYTHING BECAUSE “shortage on materials” not coins like the rest of the United States.... but materials. anywho.... they charged me $5 PER French tip that I had to explain to her how to do. Next, on my nails I got a fill and my friend got acrylic. Lol they tried charging her $160... Their customer service is very bad and not at all commendable. The manager has to manager has to make up for it by offering a large rag for each shoulder if you’re cold. LN nails has been and now will ALWAYS be my go to. $100 for this JUNK and she paid way more for just nails. Look lol. Laugh with me.

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and offered services to correct the issue! :)Well I attempted to make the complaint just with the business and management but since I have not received an update after almost 3 wks on how to rectify my dissatisfaction, I’m going to make a formal review now. I went in as a walk in requesting a manicure with gel polish. I was seated fairly quickly with a tech who began to remove the dip I had on my nails he then stated to me that if I wanted to keep my nails from breaking while trying to grow my natural nails I should do the dip again so believing he knew better than me I agreed. He then gets up stating he does not know how to do dip (1. Why recommend a service that you’re not able to do or that someone is readily available to do) I sat and waited for approximately 15-20 mins then was moved seated in another techs chair she kindly started working on filing my nails and I requested square but somehow she was doing oval then I’m assuming what was her scheduled appointment then walks in which caused me to be moved AGAIN. (2. Constantly moving a client from one chair to another causes confusion especially if you’re not communicating with one another) I get in the now 3rd techs chair she starts to dip my nails (obviously rushing) then asked me what made me choose to get dip again if I’m trying to grow my nails, I explained to her the previous tech made the suggestion she then stated with a mild chuckle “that’s the way to get more money” I was appalled and now irritated ready to go. She finishes the dip, files, and throws oil on my cuticles without even allowing the gel overcoat to dry completely and sent me on my way. When I got to the counter I expressed to the hosts that I never received my actual manicure that I requested, she apologized and gave me my total. I paid and left (3. The staff should’ve offered me at least the option to wait for another tech to do the actual service I requested, given me options to make an appointment, OR offer a gift card or something. I didn’t receive any options) I was in that establishment for about 2hrs for the bare minimum requests. I’ve been receiving pedicure services from this business for years now mostly decent experiences with kind staff members but this day in particular the services I received were way below standard and I can’t just let it go.

These nails are just 2 weeks old. They are too thick near the cuticle. The cuticle was not pushes back before the service started. The clear polish has peeled off my nails in several areas. Lastly almost every single nail has cracks running through them.

Kiera did such a good job! Held conversation the whole time and didn’t over file my nails like a lot of salons I’ve been to. The colors were awesome, and she did the design I wanted WELL and I love it.

I do enjoy coming here to get my nails done. I usually just get shellac, today I wanted solar.Overall experience with the nail tech was a B+. He did break the skin on my pointer finger. However he did not mind correcting any mistakes and he did listen to me when it came to some request.Some nail techs (not at this location) dont like to make corrections or like to fulfill requests. He didnt mind.Thanks!

I have been coming here for years and this was the first time I was disappointed. I went in for a pedicure and a fill with new design. My pedicure was perfect but my nail design truly disappointed me, during my service I was also made aware that my mail tips that were placed on my initial full set were crooked. I wished I would have said something prior to leaving but I knew she had a client coming in right behind me. Unfortunately I had to end up going to another salon to get my design fixed and the shape of my nails …

They are very kindly and quick to sit down. The best part is enjoying a margarita why relaxing and getting a massage. I highly recommend them!!💯

Got a basic manicure and pedicure before going on a cruise with my wife. The pedicure was pleasant. The massage chairs were great, the foot tank had liners and towels that were replaced with each use. The manicure was o.k. She did good at cutting the cuticles and polishing but didnt file half of my nails. I get theyre short but Im still going to re-file them tonight. I wasnt paying attention as I was watching TV. I am a nail biter and it stems from having sharp edges on my nails and I try to get them off. Thats how I noticed they werent filed maybe an hour later.

What an AMAZING experience! I will definitely be back to this salon. Today was my first experience here and I felt very welcomed by the owner. My nail tech Ben, was also very tentative to my nails. I came in with rough, poorly done nails by Aeon salon (which I don’t recommend Aeon at all, just come to Elegant - they’re much more worthy of your time and money). We decided to try to just do a fill on them, but realized I needed a new set which I am totally fine with - which I’m glad we went with a nice, CLEAN and new set! Ben took his time, he didn’t rush, he applied the polish very carefully and my nails look so beautiful! I already cannot wait to come back to this salon! I’ve already told two of my friends about this salon and they’ll be future new customers! Thank you again for the amazing and beautiful atmosphere!

Loved my nails at first and then got home and started looking at them closer. The polish starts so far from my cuticle that after only a few days it looks like I already need a fill. The paint has started chipping (I work from home on the computer, my nails dont go through much). Nails are not even and she took a file to them at the end and ended up filing part of the paint off. 100% not worth the $60 I paid. I had high hopes for this office. It’s beautiful inside but their work was absolutely awful I went for dip powder and it was EXTREMELY thick and some of them were crooked. They were so bad I immediately went to LN nail and they fixed me up and did and I recommended them over this place in a heart beat

I’ve been going to this business since I came to Killeen, in OCT 2021. While the prices have increased, the quality has declined. I got a fill- in with gel polish on Thursday and this is what they look like on Saturday. I will be taking my services elsewhere.

Im not from around here, but I needed a fill, and a gel color change. So I looked at reviews for nail salons in the area. Elegant Nails and Spa stood out, and the reviews arent wrong. They were quick, and knew exactly what I wanted (shape, extra layer of gold, which finger to accent). They serve red and white wine (as well as water and soft drinks), I had 2 glasses free of charge, and let me wait in one of their massage chairs next to my mom (who was getting a pedicure). Her experience was good as well, they gave her extra attention, and was pleased with her service.Would recommend!

Today I fell in love! Walked in to get a full set for my wedding tomorrow and left commiting myself to Nicole! She was amazing, she took her time making sure my nails were perfect and she even showed me two different ways to achieve my nail design and allowed me to select my favorite one. I will definetly be coming back in a few weeks for Nicole to work hee magic! Definetly will get dropped off next time so I can try out some of their drinks and add a pedi also! 10/10!

Love the pedicures here! Always nice and relaxing. They do a great job. And the place is clean and inviting. They have a great selection of colors for both regular and gel polish. The only thing I hope they get in the future is a wider variety of lighter/neutral just the regular polish colors like they have in the gel color selection.

I have been looking for a new nail salon since I started having poor experience after poor experience at another salon. I did a Google search and saw that Elegant nails had a lot of reviews with high ratings. From the moment I walked in the door I saw why. The first good sign was how busy they were and all theyre customers seed happy. I was a walk in. Even though they were so busy they were highly organized and had time accept me. They got me a drink and in a chair right away. For my pedi Neyo (my technician) quickly brought me a hot neck pillow and made sure I was relaxed and well taken care of. The massage chair was amazing, well kept, and high end. The drink was delicious and the water and foot massager/jet was perfect. My nails came out wonderful, I was completely relaxed, and I found my new nail place! I could not recommend them more!

This is what my gel nail polish looks like after 2days, i have air bubbles under nail polish. I noticed that while getting it, but initially the lady who did my nails asked me if i like the shape i said its uneven, she gave me nail file and said do it yourself Weird. So I didnt wanted to make a point.

However, on a recent visit I was disappointed with results, but it was late and I was tired and didn’t notice the imperfections. So, I went back to the salon the next morning and Harris, the manager, had me scheduled at a time convenient for me. Needless to say, this salon has proven to me once again why they are one of the best in Central Texas!!! SYLVIA!!! You absolutely provided 5 star service!!! My family and I (even friends) have been a customer here for a VERY LONG TIME. We have seen all sorts of customers go in and out. Although the services aren’t always perfect, Mr Jack and the new manager his son Harris has always tried to rectify any inconsistencies as much as they can! Today I witnessed a young lady get her nails done and proceeded to “complain”.I put complain in quotation marks because it was a very short interaction, she asked for why her nails were X amount, they did a little investigating and told her why, even discounted it, the paid and left. There WERE NOT any cursing. I was still there waiting for my friend to finish as she came later, and also witnessed the interaction at the bar with the younger manager Harris. All I saw was a pouty young lady on the phone with her mother and a calm manager. I over heard most of it as I was sitting near the front, he tried to give her multiple options and she chose a refund but refused to sign the customer relations form (I had to ask what was going on as I witnessed it for 3 hours). What an entitled young woman! She even threatened to charge back her card!! That’s theft of service!! That’s unbelievable!! Then she threatened to leave false reviews!! Unbelievable what this generation has gone to. And her mom was on the phone the WHOLE time!! Encouraging this behavior!! Absolutely disgusting !!I just want to say, for almost 5 years this business has been consistently good with customers and us, and we wanted to commend them on that!!

Took me awhile to find a good salon in killeen but I really enjoy this place. They are always very nice and I feel like I always get quality service when I come. The owner consistently walks around checking in and seems to care about his staff and the quality the work.

Normally don’t get my nails done but I decided last min to do it today. And so far been a great experience.

This is honestly the absolute best nail spa. They truly care about their customers. Always have the best attitudes, they truly care about satisfying your needs. They are very calm about kids being inside the salon, speaking from a mom of a toddler myself. Not to mention the spa itself is so beautifully designed. You will truly love your visit here.

Came in super last minute with a friend for just a pedicure.Ended up with a lotus pedi, express mani and brow wax. Kim was an amazing tech, really took her time and was mindful of the temperature of everything. Kim advised me to wait on a nail polish due to a split on one of my nails, but still did a great job cleaning up my cuticles and a little massage.They provided free drinks and gave me and my friend a coupon for massages!Definitely coming back!

My nail tech was Nikki, she was amazing and handled me with care. Highly recommend Nikki and coming here for your mani-pedi needs. Worth every penny!
