OYO Hotel Killeen

This motel was a nightmare. I’ve NEVER seen so many roaches in my life. The entire room was disgusting. There was hair and dirt everywhere and the sheets and blankets were horrible. We asked front desk if we could get an extra pillow and even just a sheet or blanket and they told us no they’re locked up and they don’t have the key? The ac barely worked but hey you get what you pay for. Most definitely will NEVER stay there again but if you’re ok with roaches and just need a cheap place to sleep I suppose it’s not a bad deal

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They scam you for your money! I made a reservation through Priceline, paid through Priceline, but when I showed up to the motel to check in, they said I hadnt made the payment yet. I tried explaining to the lady at the front desk that Id made the payment through Priceline, but she insisted I hadnt and had me pay again with them. Now I have two charges made to my account, money taken out, and anytime I try to get a hold of the motel Im given the run around. Ive contacted Priceline, theyve even tried contacting the motel, and they are being told they never received a payment. Ive sent documents showing that in fact they have received a payment, and am now waiting to see the outcome. I wanted to give a review in hopes of saving someone from the hassle Im having to go through. This hotel has no standards, and are trying to scam costumers! Dont be like me, and have your time, money, and energy wasted by staying there.

Absolutely disgusting when we walked in there was already a family of Roaches booked into our room, crawling on the pillows the side of the bed every where we tried to get a refund since we Booked thru price line we were told to call them instead the front desk people where no help and gave us dirty looks and tried to give us raid spray DO NOT BOOK HERE we still have not got our money back we booked for 3 nights and spent over 100$ the same night we had to pay to go stay somewhere else because of how grossed out we were the amount of roaches on the bed was outrageous

Owner was nice and gave us a refund but there were cockroaches in all 3 of the rooms they showed us then the manager said “there’s a little bit of cockroaches in every room!”

If check in is at 3pm why is it that no employee is at the establishment at 3pm(Check -in) I called the number and the employee told me that it would take 1Hr to come back to check me into my room. He even spoke to me as if my money didnt matter encouraging me to file for a refund. Being short staffed is not my problem nor should I have to wait to be served when I paid for my room in advance. They even have their mother or non English speaking woman at the window telling us that she doesnt understand English... Why are you even there in the first place???? This is a very sloppily ran motel by questionable people.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room looked clean and well decorated. The problem was the sheets were covered in a large amount of blood and yellow stains. They were clearly not washed because the stains went through both layers of sheets. We contacted the front desk and they asked us to bring them the sheets and they gave us fresh sheets. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the sheets are a huge deal. It’s a huge health hazard and absolutely disgusting. I also booked through a third party website who did not tell me I needed to pay a $100 cash deposit and taxes at check in. I was under the impression the taxes were included. If this had been known when booking it would have led me to choose a different motel. I was comparing prices with tax included. The third party site only included part of the taxes. I will not return.

Horrible place, very dirty & disgusting!! The pictures on the internet do not match the room. The area is not the best either I wouldn’t stay here if it were the last place on earth. I booked a room unaware of the situation soon as I walked in i noticed roaches congregating in the middle of the floor, stains all over the walls, bathroom floor, shower and sink was filthy floors & curtains were stained too. I couldn’t not take the disgust so I left went showered at the planet fitness & slept in my car for the night.

I don’t want to give this place a star but don’t have a choice. The gentlemen that first came to the window said he had to get someone else so I wanted. Another guy finally came after a bit. He didn’t seem to know much about his system, but he got it done. So we get to the room and there are no sheets, no blanket just a mattress with two dirty pillows on it. And the smell was horrible. I defly didn’t stay, I went back to the office and requested a refund and left. Would NOT recommend at all.

What the actual FREAKING A MAN… how is this place still open we walk in to roaches going CRAZY on the bed when we turn the light on..

There was no stay. I prepaid for 2 nights online via Priceline. The room was for a homeless youth whom sent him in a lyft to the location.When he arrived he was told that a $100.00 cash deposit was required. Cash was not mentioned anywhere in the Priceline itinerary only that a credit card may be required for incidentals. I called the clerk and literally couldn’t get two words out without being interrupted and eventually hung up on.This man was clearly not intending to give a room to the youth from the very beginning and I fully believe that his race is the reason. I still showed up to the hotel with the cash, the clerk then said that the youth was “rude to him” so he will not check him in. He also threatened to call 911 on me for demanding a refund. With the exception of the time that I was being interrupted And hung up on by the hotel clerk I was actually on the phone with the youth and the ONLY thing said was “this is bullshit” regarding the additional undisclosed cash requirement. Hardly a reason to justify stealing the money I paid for the rooms.There just so happened to be 2 police cars in front of the property attending to another matter. So I waited until they finished and asked for help. Explained what happened. One officer tried to convince the clerk to let us check in, to no avail. While he was doing that the other officer advised me that he has had this exact complaint many times with this hotel. Although he didn’t admit it, my guess is the victims were all black. He also agreed that what the clerk is doing and what the hotel gets away is absolutely bullshit…but there is nothing that they can do about it.

Clean room, stayed for a week, never saw a single bug of any kind. Hardwood floors and the staff DID return our deposit. Over all it was simple clean motel room, I never once didn’t feel safe staying here. The beds were actually pretty comfortable.

We were on the road trip of west Texas and never had this kind of bad experience of a hotel. The management was awful. They asked $50 CASH deposit without any notice before or information on the website. The door cant easily open, you have to push the door hard like you almost break it to open. The sheet was not clean with lots of dust and crusts. The hot water of the shower was not stable. And it said there is free Wifi on the website, which you can not even connect to it. When we tried to ask the management for help, the lady acted like why you would have problems with Wifi, no one ever complained about it. They didnt give the attitude wanting to help their customers. Also, they give you the attitude that you have to appreciate the cheap price. Wont choose Here again, ever.

Nastiest Place I have ever stayed, room smelled like it had not been cleaned, spoiled food left in the refrigerator. Charged For The Dirty Towels that I didn’t even touch, we brought our own sheets and towels the smell was so bad our own things smelled horrible after leaving. I cleaned the room mopped the floor and it still wasn’t enough too get the smell out. DO NOT STAY HERE DISGUSTING. The pictures the post are false .

This is definitely a motel 6 stay even Motel 6 has updated their rooms. First of all the lady was rude up front I showed her my car for my service dog she asked what service? I told her that it was illegal to ask. She wanted me to pay a 50.00 room deposit cash only. I told her to take it but I want a recipient that says she will return it. She then tells me she will wave it but told me not to make a mess! I am 50 years old checking in with my spouse and daughter, I was completely insulted. The room plugs will not hold the chargers in we have 1 hand towel and no wash clothes. Stay away !

The staff was very eager and friendly. They took the time to show me the various room layouts they have. The walls are freshly painted, the carpets are clean and the sheets fresh. The wide bathroom door make it easy for my wheelchair-ridden wife to get in and out of the restroom. The staff helped me find the perfect, spacious room.

The house keepers were amazing but the management was aweful the lady called me crazy. They act as if they have to babysit people. I couldnt even go speak to a friend I made. When they come and see me at a room speaking to someone they would tell me to go to my room. What is wrong with talking to someone. I didnt get a room here just to be told I cant speak to someone. Also they dont respect privacy. If you tell them you dont want room service then I should get that. Instead I find that some of the towels and sheets are gone. When you speak to them they say that they didnt touch anything but then they say that they had the house keepers take the towels and sheets out the room. This is just terrible service.

Took over 15 mins to come to the window. I booked online it was after 11 when I got there u cant go in and the neighborhood doesnt seem very good. I was then informed I had to give a cash deposit till they could look the next day and see if I broke anything. Then said he bypassed the cash so I had to pay 18 more dollars via card so it was bs to charge me more for a room w no chain lock that smelled like straight pot! I can say the bed was comfy but I will not go back.

We came across Killeen via a link on Easy Jet’s website and, having reviewed the very favorable comments of the TA community, we made a booking.The hotel was every bit as good as the reviewers said. Our room was small but comfortable and perfectly sufficient. The bathroom was well set out. Breakfasts were excellent as were the afternoon teas..

If i could give it a zero I would. I stay this weekend. What a rip off. It was booked over the phone and it was the wrong hotel. They would not refund us as it was their mistake not ours. They wouldnt even change the booking because the lady on the phone applied a coupon that we never asked for. We check into the hotel cause we dont have any choice. The guy at the counter said we had to pay 100 bucks cash deposit we paid with card so why is that a thing? Then he charges us a 15 dollar property tax. The receipt never showed a tax. We settle in and the room is ok. But thw shower head doesnt work. I will never stay at a Oyo hotel ever again.

So I booked a room Saturday 4/27/19 and due to me being 5hrs away I arrived at 7:50pm to find out that my room had been sold because I didn’t make it by 5pm which was not in the receipt info, so today 4/29/19 I found out that I was still charged for a room I didn’t stay in that my money can not be refunded because I was listed as no show not late show but no show. I was told that it would be evaluated and they would get back with me in other words I would not get a refund. Bad business and I would never book a room here again.

Roaches, roaches, roaches. This is the worst place Ive ever stayed. I checked in at 11 p.m. by 1 p.m. a whole full grown Roach was crawling on my bed. I went to the front office to see if I could get my money back and explained why. The man at the front desk proceeded to tell me they have no control over the roaches. Huh? Also that since I had been in the room over 30 minutes I was not entitled to a refund. So I ended up out of my money and out of a hotel room for the night. Slept in my truck and I was exhausted for work the next day. This place is a joke and a scam.

Hotel Killeen is in a fabulous location. We walked everywhere. The hotel itself is small and charming. The staff is exceptional. They seemed truly thrilled to be able to recommend local restaurants or offer other suggestions. Their kindness and friendliness were above and beyond and contributed to the fondness we felt for visiting Veterans Memorial Blvd..

I stayed on the bottom floor. Even though it did not have windows it was very quiet. The traffic noise settles down around 11:00pm. The rooms are a nice size and the bathrooms are good. The showers are excellent as there is very good pressure and water for showering.

The room price went up $17.50 since last month. We were told it was due to the remodeling of the motel. The room we were given had many flaws and remodeling wasnt done as stated. Toilet rocked, door frame on the front door was sperated from the wall, a/c worked off and on but didnt get cool for almost 5 hours later, cockroach crawled across the floor, very loud outside and even worse the new tv had no connection to the cable so no channels came in at all. Plus no internet. More than unhappy with the experience. When I checked out the guy who runs the place said we should have called to tell him and he would have fixed it but the phone wasnt working either. We wont be returning to Oyo again.

I don’t recommend this place! These people have absolutely no training in Customer Service what so ever! Their advertising is deceiving. I called before making the reservation to ask questions and to see if they required a deposit and I was told “No”! I booked the reservation for my son, he gets to the hotel with all of the appropriate information. When he arrived there was no one at the reception, he wasn’t greeted at all, after he provided the reservation information, he was asked to provide an additional $50 deposit for “smoking” He spoke with the man at the reception which was extremely rude and I ended up calling to get a refund. This happened Wednesday July 7th. When I called they were super nice over the phone and apologized and everything, I was told that someone would contact me within 24-48 hrs & that I should receive an email….Guess what? Is Friday the 9th, no phone call or email. I call again, I was told that they are waiting on the hotel manager to validate the information, they escalated my request and I have to wait for a phone call or email within another 24-48 hours. What a way to make FREE money out of other people and run a scam! I have read other reviews which I should have done prior to booking and they’re taking about bed bugs, and other things! That’s just plain disgusting. They should boycott this hotel & just close it down. No place of business should be Operating under these conditions. As if there’s not enough going on around in the world. I will post again an update, if I do get a call or email get my refund… hopefully (smh)

The guy who ran the office is a scam artist and wouldnt give me back my deposit. I wouldnt and will not ever stay there again. If there was something lower than 1 star thats what they would get no microwave for 2 days had bugs in the bed dirty towels and scammed out of money it was a great time

Today the front desk guy was very rude. I book through a booking site and get a discount on the rooms. Ive been there at least a week now. Yesterday I extended my stay for the night before the check out time frame. Because I just moved to texas for work. I got to the hotel by 8ish PM. The booking site said the quoted price already included taxes and gave me the reservation code. The agent still charged more and hit me me with a double tax and didnt bother to check the reservation code I had. This morning bc I work later than usual on Saturdays he came back 20 minutes before check out. I then told him I was staying one more night. I gave him the card to refresh it and he didnt return the card and told me to take my stuff or pay an early check in fee of which I shouldnt have to if Im still in the room and havent checked out. I paid this time online with the book company and he had an attitude. And said you only pay $30 and everybody else pay $60. I explained why. And that I had to get to work I get off at 7pm. If my things are displaced and Im not given a room card for the night I will be calling the authorities and seeking punitive damages etc. Im very disappointed Im moved my entire life from Michigan to texas and this is this treatment Im encountering. I cant wait until Dave gets back. This guy doesnt need to work with the public so unprofessional rude and poor customer relation skill is what he possesses. I think I need my money back.

Came at 3pm for check in time, the room wasnt ready and after we checked our room there was a urine ring on the bedding. Sheets had not been stripped down. We immediately left yet still have to pay for night for a room we wont be using.

I had a problem at check-in. When we arrived, I had booked for three. I was told my booking showed two. I confirmed that I had booked for three. The check-in desk refused to accept this and wanted to nearly double the cost of the booking. I would not allow the renegotiation as we had already negotiated terms through a third party. They kept all of our money. We lost $240.00 and a week’s worth of stays. I requested partial or full refund, but was turned down. We are awaiting a response from them, but I was told by a third party not to get my hopes up.

We stayed here for three nights prior to the Oscars, so there was a lot of hustle and bustle around the hotel and in the area. Despite that, service was great. The room was large and we enjoyed the buffet in Prestons each day. Would definitely return again in the future.

I booked my hotel online and when i got to the property i was told about a $50 deposit. i used my card to lay for the deposit which i was told would just be a hild and would return to my card within 2 to 3 days after check out. i checked out the very next day and was called later on and told that they were using a new system and that they made a mistake and processed it as a charge and he needed my full card number over the phone to get it fixed. i opted to go back in to the hotel. the manager which wasnt the one who charged my card the night before told me he remembered telling my fiance that the money would be on the card in a couple days when we checked in the other morning. i told the managet that that couldnt be so because we checked in at night timeand I was the one who did the check in so he never met my fiance. after doing the refund i asked for a receipt however the manager stated it wasnt letting him print iut more than one so i took a picture and video of him and the receipt. well here we are May 1st and after numerous calls i have yet to have my deposit back. today when i called to check on it again I was spoke to very rude and told that its a issue with his bank and I should go about whateber way to just get my money back because he isnt going to help me and then he hung up in my face. i will never stay here ever again.

Paid online through a third party website (Hotels.com) for a week and when I got here I was charged an additional $43 and told it was for taxes and fees. On the positive side the room was clean. Personally though I would skip this place because of the way they do business. Be advised there is also a $100 cash deposit security fee.

Booked online it was great 48$ for two nights. Until we got here. Online I put the time we would be check in which was past the free cancellation time. Nothing did it say there was a 40 dollar deposit for the room. Plus we couldnt cancel without being charged! Great click bate!

Dennis the general manager does not know his job!! we did not stay the AC filter is not clean the room has no ventilation. They swiped my bfs card twice charged him 300$ AFTER WE CANCELLED and they told us it would be refunded. And we are going thru everything to get it resolved. Horrible service and place.

If there was anything lower than one star I would rate this place below it. I walked in and the air conditioning was not only nonfunctioning but the cover was completely detached. The sheets were disgusting and covered with stains of various browns, bleached spots, and crust. The TV was from 1986, the bathroom looked like it belonged in a crime scene in a trailer park, and the shower shouldnt be touched by humans without a hazmat suit. I left after being there for five minutes. Dont go here unless youre a methhead or a fugitive, at least well know where theyre all at.

We spent two nights in Killeen, Veterans Memorial Blvd. Every detail of the property has been restored with great care and amazing craftsmanship. Our room was so comfortable, and amazingly quiet, especially considering the hotels central location. Tea and breakfast in the gorgeous central courtyard are both quite plentiful and delicious.

I am still currently staying at this hotel been here for 5 days and I have killed 4 cockroaches in this room they been crawling in the bathtub coming out from the holes in the ceiling I have not even been staying here half the time because its been so disgusting and then on top of that I am supposed to check out Saturday October 21 by 11 but my flight got cancelled and moved until 4pm and they want me to pay for another day when I think they should compensate the room for me.

I was overcharged from my reservation rate. When I questioned the extra charge the manager claimed it was taxes. I told him the taxes were included in the quote(they were). when I told him this he got very rude and belligerant and threatened to cancel my reservation. When I got my receipt it showed the original rate and the taxes as quoted and an additional $9.00 in a deposit fee. The manager is a liar and a thief. I will never book a room for myself or any of my men again at an OYO property. I book hundreds of rooms each year all over the United States

I wish I could give this place less stars, no where does it say 100$ CASH DEPOSIT, And the room was FULL OF ROACHES! From inside the sink to behind the dressers to ON THE BED ROACHES! When I brought it up to the staff they came to check it out but didnt notice the VERY noticeable coackroach peaking its head out of the dresser. I was moved to another room but I couldnt get over the storm of coakroaches on the other side of the wall

They were really shady. Tried to charge us for extra taxes and fees. When we proved that we had paid through booking.com they then overcharged us for our kids. We had to go back through Booking.com to get a refund. Booking.com did and excellent job. OYÓ was terrible.

The hotel is gorgeous with a completely hip-but-classic vibe. The restaurant (The Front Yard) was the stand-out experience with an amazing menu that was perfectly procured and deliciously prepared. The chef had a classic foundation of well prepared foods with some innovative twists.

They are rude! For someone who wants a $60 deposit on a room... then the price of the room... omg. They came to check my room at check out... the man got mad because my hisband stayed in the door way to the room we rented waiting on him... if he dont like people he needs a new job!

SCAM ALERT!!!!! We booked online but once we arrive to the hotel the man told us we had to have a 108 cash deposit he couldnt accept card. Dont waste your time ir money didnt get a room and didnt get a refund

The bath mat had hair on it. They did change it. The wash clothes were stained. One of the wash clothes had dirt or something. The bed had dirt or something. And have to pay a deposit when staying here. Only good thing is the price and ac since ours is broke.

Very affordable however the free Wi-Fi is non-existent... My cell phone nor laptop were ever able to find the correct connection so I had to tether my cell phone to the laptop and utilize my cellular data plan to connect to the internet.Overall the rooms are clean, and the hotel is quiet with the exception of the emergency vehicles blaring their sirens throughout the day and night.

They have bed bugs 🤢🤮 the old man came to the window half sleep being very dismissive saying they don’t have bugs and shuts the window 😳😳 considers it is 2-3 am and me and my daughter are being inconvenienced because where are we going to check in at 3am?? And no one in this company can give us a different room or a refund. Just the worst experience EVER!!!

They will steal your deposit that’s why they make you pay in cash. They go into your room when you are not there we caught them saying they were there too take trash and towels yet our trash was still full.

A trip to Veterans Memorial Blvd is more for a treat/special occasion rather than a regular holiday!! We stayed for a week at this hotel and because of the good reviews and location expectations were high, and we werent disappointed. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the Veterans Memorial Blvd walk in city and many restaurants and shops. It is also connected to a shopping complex which was fantastic and ideal!

Breathless and stunning. This place will wow you. Views are priceless and service is impeccable. Bucket list experience. Hotel is ok but not comparable to Vegas; however the mall entering it is fun and very posh. Good hotel to experience.

I had a brief stint here during Oscar’s week. I typically dont stay in Veterans Memorial Blvd but my brother was in town and wanted a few days in Veterans Memorial Blvd. I wasnt a huge fan of staying on Veterans Memorial Blvd but can now see the appeal. Its very touristy but cool for a few days.

Visiting my fiancé in the military and decided to stay here for the cheap price. Worst decision I have made! Went out to dinner came back and saw roaches crawling in the microwave and fridge, dead bugs in the bathroom, sheets are stained, (not to mention there is no fitted sheet and the mattress pad is ripped), right by a busy road with sirens blaring at all times of the day and night. Please spend the extra $$ and go anywhere but here! When told about the bugs they said sorry for the inconvience.

Worst place ever roach infested place,there was brown stains on the restroom walls there was even a roach inside the bed sheets i paid for a week with out looking at it and when i went to see the room i said never mind i dont want to stay i want my money back he said sorry but i have to charge you for 1 night i was mad and i demanded my money back in full he said no call the cops if you want to. so i did call them. cops couldnt make him pay me in full but i will take him to court

The owner is extremely rude and for the $ you can stay at a much nicer motel in a better part of town. Oh and on top of the rudeness you wont get your deposit back. Youll give them the required deposit of $100 and they will claim you only gave $60 to them. Wouldnt recommend this place for anything!

Nice floors and even though the hotel is located on the rough side of town it was quiet. Downside is that the hotel charges an additional $40 for a NON-SMOKING room, the towels and wash clothes look dingy and to top it off, there were ants in my room

1st I Tried getting ahold of them them for 3 days straight at different times To inform them that I would not be checking in until midnight because my plane wouldnt land until 1130 But no one would ever answer the phone.. So at midnight when I got to the hotel they stated that I would have to pay a $100 cash deposit I explained to them I didnt have cash but I have my card with me and they told me that I could use my card only if I paid as a walk in which would be 30 or $40 more per night and I explained that I had already paid for my reservation through priceline so why would I have to pay again and they told me that thats just the way it is needless to say I walked away and pretty much didnt have a room to stay that night.

We chose this hotel because it was #1 on and we werent disappointed. We stayed for five nights in early October. We had a deluxe room with private roof terrace and a great view of the Central. Great location and great stay.

Our family stays at the Killeen every time we visit the Texas area. It is centrally located to our family in TX and makes traveling easy in and around the greater Los Angeles area for us. The staff is so accommodating, the property is beautiful, amenities useful, rooms beyond comfortable

I would give zero stars . AC broken. Wouldnt let me switch rooms . Had a hard time getting clean towels. Extremely rude. Seems like all the motels on this street are arrogant and rude from what I believe stems from the desperate customers need for shelter that they recieve

So online , rooms say 50, I got hustled and paid 65, she originally wanted to change 75, but for 75 I could of gotten a room at Motel 6. Dont not recommend.

We booked this place for a night while viewing my brother in law. Little did we know it was the same place he found roaches crawling on his toothbrush when he stayed. We checked in but never went into the room after hearing that. Instead, we took the 2 hour drive back home.

This hotel is in the perfect location! Service is great!! I got sick one night sohad to order room Service with my boyfriend and it was the best Ive ever had! Blew my expectations out of the water! I would highly recommend this hotel!!!!!!!!!

RUDE staff!! .. mean & unfriendly...will charge u as much $ as they think they can get out of u...will act like ur a pest & yell at u if u come into office & ask for new towels...or the the staff does not speak English & will shoo u off rudely... right by a busy road & u will be woke up by sirens & loud motorcycles & stuff...go stay up the road a few motels down

I booked two nights and I cancel one at the window they told me I had to call Expedia because they were the ones booked it so I called Expedia and I explain to them that I was not happy with the rooms and I cancel one night so now Expedia keeps telling me that the Hotel a Steel in them that I spend two nights in there and they don’t want to give me my money back for the one night

I have so many bed bug bites. Couldnt switch rooms according to desk. Couldnt even get a new blanket. Such a shame. Front desk denied having bed bugs but based on the state of my arms, chest, and ankles, I wholeheartedly disagree. Didnt get a discount or refund. Was told they would call pest control on the following Monday and there was nothing they could do. Worst hotel experience, by far.

The Best Hotel ever. It must be 7 stars hotel. It has everything and the best quality and taste.The people working there are excellent. Very helpful always.The lighting garden!!! Amazing. No words to describe it.

The room was disgusting and falling apart, there was no wifi at all in my room, and they overcharged me way more than my booking. Avoid if you can help it.

I ended up not even staying here and they refuse to give me the refund they keep telling me to call Priceline since I booked my trip through them, but Priceline keeps trying to get a hold of them while I’m on the phone with them and they never answer I’m sure they know exactly what they’re doing

Was nice when they remodeled it 2019. But the management has not taken care of the property. The rooms (especially smoking rooms) are dirty and disgusting. Very disappointing.

They booked me for 2 rooms when I only booked 1. Then the rooms were disgusting at the very least, people obviously on something walking all around the property, then the next day found they charged me 4 different times maxing out my card

There is not much to be said about this Hotel. The side of the facility is magnanimous and its dream for many to be living here. For many it’s also a tourist spot even if they are not the hotel guest. For me living in this property was ticking off the buckle list.

The staff were really nice, the rooms are clean and decent, and it is affordable. I would definitely stay here again

Okay just call this hotel it says on the website that they allow pets they doesnt describe what type of pets so I drove all the way to Killeen to get towed that they dont allow regular dogs it has to be a service dog so I drove all the way here to be told that yes if you want to know this place is a scam with false advertisement

This place has roaches. When my wife and I stayed there we had to buy bug spray because she wouldnt sleep unless we sprayed for bugs first

Couldn’t ask for a better location in Veterans Memorial Blvd, everything you need is within 5 minutes, rooms are awesome- worth getting a room with a city and Veterans Memorial Blvd view, place and gym are great, nowhere to do laundry is the only downfall, there is dry cleaning but for a high price but would definitely stay again

Terrible service. The sheets had stains on them and instead of getting me a new one they argued with me for 20 mins about whos fault it was. Then said I stained it and refused to give me a new one.

DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES! Everything was dirty. Sheets were dirty with holes. Made me appreciate the other location more.

Rooms don’t look like the pictures. Dirty walls, towels are dirty. Prostitute’s patrolling the parking lot. People trapping out the rooms. Where are the rooms that are in the pictures?

To use this straight from Google maps was a breeze but in checking in I was unaware of a deposit for booking at shown price n had to cancel shown price n be charged normal daily price due to the fact I choose this location on price n didnt have enough for both shown great price n deposit.

The rooms are nasty they try to over charge on everything cause we went through booking.com so they tried charging us extra money cause our children were over 12 just a horrible place to go

People are nice - rooms are small but clean. It feels safe even if parts of the neighborhood can be a little sketch.

Got ate up by bed bugs caught one and brought it to the front desk to prove it was bed bugs didnt get a refund r another room,had to stay in the same room,I sat on the floor and slept it was horrible!!!!!!

The room is tiny and there is no coffee maker. For $300 a week I would expect to be able to at least.

Clean, friendly staff, rooms have a fridge and a microwave and the price is unbeatable. Will come again.

This was by far one of the #WORSE places Ive stayed..I had to demand Clean sheets..Was no tissue in the room at all..Had to go to the front desk 2 times just for tissues..it rained the night before..so i woke up to LITERALLY half of the room flooded..I WILL NOT STAY THERE EVER AGAIN..THE STAFF NEEDS COURSE ON HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT..

Rude staff and disgusting rooms. There want even a doorknob on the bathroom door and there was a leak under the sink that ruined some of our things.

Pretty good place except the TV doesnt work and I have requested for 2 days now to fix it and it still isnt fixed.

Freezing cold, the cashier asked for a $60 deposit I was not made initially aware of and there were some special friends in the room (roaches).

Dirty had roaches and had to pay deposit in cash called OYO customer service and hung up on me when ask to resolve issue worst experience ever!

This place is the dirtiest hotel in Killeen. The rooms have bed bugs as I have bites all over my legs from my unfortunate stay at this place. The nastiest place I have ever been too.
