Update: Spoke with Maricruz and the customer service was great! They were able to make things right. I appreciate the amazing customer service and you can tell they care about their customers.I usually love this store. I’ve been going here since I moved to Killeen a year ago. But the other day I went to get some juice and I asked for a 6 and I received a 12. I didn’t realize it until I had used some and noticed it was really harsh. It’s unusable for me. I called the store and the most he said he could do was give me 20% off a new bottle. That doesn’t really help me when Ive already spent around $25 on the bottle that I can’t use. I’m very disappointed that there wasn’t more they could do. I didn’t use a lot of the bottle I just filled up one tanks worth.

Ive been a regular at this location for about a year, and Ive interacted with pretty much everyone that works there. The staff and service are spectacular every time. From Mod to juice recommendations, these folks know their stuff.Side notes. The store is squeaky-clean and organized in an easy to follow way that makes it more inviting. They also dont have the dizziness inducing incense smell that other places have, which Im thankful for.

By far my favorite vape store. Prices are unbeatable. Staff is always friendly, not too pushy and always have solid information on inventory. Whether you speak with Roy, Kash or nick youre sure to have a solid experience. Go in for a vape and leave with new friends what more could you ask for.

Terrible hours of operation, so so on options to choose from not great. Prices are good on some delta 8 products, prices are bad on everything else.be careful with there one cent Wednesday products and there discount vapes Ive had 2 turn themselves on and keep heating until they died definite fire hazard,also not sure if the vape liquid is safe to consume after being toasted like that.

One if my favorite shops in Killeen! Kash always provides me with excellent service every time, shes so patient with all my guestions and is very knowledgeable. Love the variety, love the prices!

Came in with my cousin and husband, and they told us they had a Golden egg hunt. If you find it you get $100 store credit. After looking for 56 mins I found it 😂 ADHD FOR THE WIN!!! Also, honestly amazing customer service, knowledgeable staff. They didnt try to upsell us and they knew what they were talking about. This will be our new shop. Thanks guys! The egg was in the celing BTW 😂

Went into the store the other day. I go in at least every week or every other week. Natasha is always polite courteous and very informative about the products sold. Awesome customer service experience. See you in the near future.

Very poor experience. Bought a mod on discount, because I had left mine at home. Had to return it 30 minutes later because it did not work with the disposable tank they sold me. Told me no exchanges, company policy. Just wanted to exchange for one that would work with the tank, very unhelpful. Seemed very helpful when I was buying something. Tossed the mod down on their counter and said throw it away then, its no good to me. Unfortunate experience. Love the Cove Location. Will not return to this one.

Amanda has somehow been the attendant that I worked with every time that I came to the store, and she remembered my order by memory. It helped save me time and she was also good for a quick conversation about TV shows and anything else. Definitely recommend this location.

Loooook I really love this store amazing products and SOME amazing staff but I do have to say that I really dont like the fact that the young lady with blue hair really has a snobby attitude acts as if you asking a question is just a waist of her time and the smell that was coming off of her was NOT at all ok especially being so close to customers

I will absolutely be returning solely because of Caitlyn! I have come in this store numerous times and have had great interactions with the employees here, but Caitlyn was above and beyond any previous ones! She explained all the different types of juices and all the info I needed and had previously had the wrong opinion about due to incorrect information. She even remember my Previous purchases and pointed out to me that my usual flavor was on sale! Never in my life have I had such amazing customer service!

Overall the prices for the e-liquid product I was looking to purchase was wayyy over priced. The product is sold elsewhere as a box of two 60ml bottles for $24, or quantitively 120ml as a unit for $24. Again, its sold as a boxed unit purchase of both bottles, not two individual 60ml bottles. So I see that the same product that sells for 120ml for $24 elsewhere is being sold INDIVIDUALLY as a 60ml bottle for $20. Essentially if you wanted the entire boxed purchase value they would charge you $40 for both 60ml bottles when in other establishments its $24. Now I get that there has to be profit margins, but separating a boxed unit of two bottles and charging double for both, or roughly the full boxed price for only 1 bottle? No way. Thats just ridiculous. I felt like I was attempted to be scammed lol. They have attentive employees, so thats a redeeming quality for the 2* rating.If you’re looking for any value for your dollar, look elsewhere.

Have been there a few times and, i shouldve asked her name but, i believe Emily is the girl with glasses whos been super helpful and patient with me. i dont know a lot about vaping and it shows lol. would be a 5 star review, but when i went in today one of the other girls there was pushy and kinda rude to me. idk if that girl was the manager or anything bc she didnt introduce herself and put herself in the conversation just to tell me they couldnt do anything for me. BUT Emily actually did offer many other solutions and was very nice throughout. i appreciate the kindness and effort.

I bought an RPM40 on Saturday went back Sunday because device was spitting with every hit. On Sunday the two men working were not very helpful and wanted me to buy another coil until I got mad and asked for a manager. One of the guys was the manager and gave me the new coil after I became angry. The other man working actually told me not to prime my coil; can you believe that? After all this why would I give them 4 stars? ANGIE! I went back in today (Tuesday) for an ohm issue and Angie fixed me right up and even asked me to stay a bit and puff just to make sure everything was working. Angie saved a customer with her customer service

I bought a cbd cartridge. Then got home and tried it. Well, it tasted like chemicals. I had to wait for the following day. The employee didnt care. Its funny how this industry tries to be legit but doesnt run it like that. I said it tastes horrible. Full stop! I didnt want my money back just another cart with a brand that I trust/tried. I wont be back but to use my points/rewards. Then Im done. I looked at the Co. website that manufacturers the CBD and doesnt exist anymore. Hmmm Shady.

The first time I had any issue with this place and I have been many times my vape had died and the one that I had was older the employees looked for the coil once they couldnt find it that was pretty much it they didnt want to or didnt care to try and help me find any kind of solution they were just done with me period so I found an alternative store that is cheaper across the board. Not going to waste my time or money on a store that blatantly shows disinterest in my business
