Mitzis Smoke N More LLC

My very first time going to this smoke shop & it was instantly such a good vibe. Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and super friendly ! They instantly Made me feel welcomed. The environment was very organized and clean, i love the interior design/look. So definitely go check them out, catch a vibe and shop ! Customer service was definitely A-1 & I guarantee you wont leave disappointed. Thanks again guys !

Brand new shop near my house. I gave it a try to support a local business near my area. The staff is incredible. The atmosphere is great with the music jamming in the background. The staff is attentive and also offer great recommendations. Im always using the Swisher Sweets but they introduced me to King Palm. I feel that its a great product I will be using frequently. They have a wide variety of products especially their glass products and gas masks ( they dont care what you are using it for ). This is a great local business that should be checked out. I highly recommend coming visit this place.

Purchased an item and got home to find a key part missing. I called twice but it went to the answering machine so I had to drive back to see if it was there. They said sorry as walking away handing me the piece. At no point during purchase or return did they ever stop using their phone. They were either not helpful or not knowledgeable enough to help when finding the item we needed. Website and in-store inventory do not match. Prices are high for the product but normal for a brick and mortar store. Overall, Id rather go somewhere else.

I went in knowing that I wanted to buy a vape pen and CBD oil, but wasnt quite sure of the best products for me. After about 20 minutes of taking the staff through hoops to find the product I wanted, I have to say that Im 110% satisfied with the customer service and it put my mind to rest with the purchase I made. The lobby area is nice, and the shop is open and spacious, with plenty to keep the mind wandering. Best shop Ive seen in this area!

I have had excellent customer service from Mitzi’s for months now. They are by far my favorite smoke shop! I stopped by the first time on the way to a friends house, and I feel it’s worth the hr drive for me to get there now without going anywhere else. I can’t emphasize how great it is to have knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, polite and eager to serve you staff!!! And if they don’t have it in stock in the shop, they can still probably order it for you! I wish I could give Mitzi’s (and the people who run Mitzi’s) a 10 star review. All and any of the staff are just so personable! The product selection is amazing! And I have had pieces I wanted not in stock, ordered. Great product at awesome prices but more importantly the owner and employees actually have knowledge on the products they are selling and are able to answer any questions and also make sure you are getting what you are looking for

Great place with very knowledgeable owners. Its nice to have somewhere you can go to get good information and buy awesome products. Highly recommend checking it out. The environment is laid back and doesnt make you feel uncomfortable if you need to ask questions.

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful, even though it turned out the shop didnt have the vape coils I needed, he was still very friendly and helpful. I couldnt help but buy something I didnt need just to support this cool shop.

I bought a Monkey Flask about a week ago, it’s still sealed and has the tag on it. I called up to see if I could return it because I didn’t need it. Originally I was told no because it wasn’t sealed (which it is definitely still sealed) then I was told no because I didn’t have the receipt. Either someone doesn’t know the return policy or they are making it up as they go along but whatever. Why is this product $40 anyway when I have always bought it for like $20? I don’t get it but it’s whatever. No complaints besides over priced and policies aren’t clear 🤷🏿‍♀️.

So I’m new here in Texas and Have seen plenty smoke shops here so far Mitzy smoke n more is my favorite it’s a very clean place, they had A lot of things in there that I haven’t seen before in others and they knew everything about each piece they had on how to use them switch stuff out n more the music makes you wanna dance the whole time your there and to see the vibe and they have the cutest little dog ! that’s in the shop makes me wanna keep going I recommend Mitzys

The best smoke shop ever the coolest people ever the best registers conversation ever the best welcoming dog which is part of the shop ever you can even stop in for an item and get a quick pool game its all love at Mitzis.

Went here yesterday and bought a new piece, the gentleman was very polite and helpful towards picking out something pleasing to the eyes and pockets. Definitely recommend shopping here for your glass works and even CBD😊

This is the best shop in Killeen hands down. The customer service is perfect they always make you feel like family. The vibe is off the chain.
