We were in town visiting from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Nice vibe! Plays hip hop, rap, pop & anything trending. Bottle service and hookah are reasonable. They greeted us with free drinks as visitors so thats always a plus!!!I took pics of some of the photos opps by the sections.Will be back!!

It was our last night in fl and we wanted to have a good time this was definitely not the place to do that at doors didn’t open until 1230 then the shots we got were cold but the bottles came off of the shelf make that make sense 80% water 20% liquor

Lynn was very nice and accommodating for our anniversary celebration experience. Everything was very nice and had a great vibe. I think the age minimum should be 25. There was a young crowd there and one of the gentleman was very drunk. He tried to fight our party and messed up the night.

Me and my husband went coming in from out of town. We ordered a hookah, 6mix drinks, 4 shots, and 2 Coronas. Ask for itemized receipt he says receipt machine doesnt work owner says our total was 177.00 for drinks and 50.00 for hookah 🙄 my problem was he wasnt able to even give us a break down this place is stealing and scamming ppl out they money. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!! THEYRE MAKING THEY OWN REVIEWS!!!!

My husband and I came here and we were literally the only ones in the club. Never had that experience before, so for that, I give it 4 stars. The manager even let me and my husband play our own music, which was cool. Lastly, I left my jacket there and one of the managers mailed it back to me. So nice!

We had Jay as our server and oh em gee he was amazing! Constantly checking up on us and making sure we had a drink in our hand. The atmosphere was resilient, and everyone was super friendly! Such a good time and I’ll definitely be back when I travel this way.

I was staying at the Club Sevillia next door and it was very hard getting to sleep listing to the loud bass booming until 2 am each night/morning. It was very rude for a bar to play music this loud this late. l will never stay at Club sevilla again and I will never visit this bar.

Had my birthday bash here and Crystal was so wonderful at putting everything together. Balloons, cake and lots of love. Definitely check this place out. The vibe is super laid back and chill.

I was visiting Orlando for work trip last week. prior to coming here i did my research based on bars near the hotel I was staying it. Then this place popped up & Reached out to Meme (She recommended me to show up on Thursday) the staff were friendly and welcoming, have different hookah flavors and Variety of drinks to choose. Usually i dont smoke hookah like that the flavor blueberry mint was BOMB The DJ that was there he did a good job with the music. whether your in central FL or visiting VISIT.

Dj was great, but I was really bothered when I was in the spot for like 20 to 30 minutes and this woman came to me to pat me down. I dont she pat no one else down either. Plus it was 1130 and it was still dead.

It was not worth the money they charge. It’s a very young crowd as well. We were visiting from out of state and found this place on Google. The DJ the night we were there was not the best, however he did his best. They automatically charge gratuity and the level of service is not what you receive. Overall I wouldn’t visit again.

Staff was very friendly and checked on us repeatedly. Drinks were good, music was great, bathrooms were clean, lights were fun and hookah was good. Despite having a great time, I’m giving the experience 2 out of 5 stars because I did not receive my ID or debit card in MY hand from the staff upon closing the tab. I went to the bar and asked for my cards back and they said “we gave it to someone in your party already” my response was “Why?” Clearly the staff did not know that I DID NOT know the people in my party, because of this extremely unprofessional and careless decision I did NOT receive my debit card nor ID from the “someone” in my party. I have to replace both cards and that is a hassle and would never have happened if the staff gave me my stuff back especially if I handed it to them myself.

Words can’t express how awesome this place has been to me and everyone I have ever brought with me. Everyone from the owner to the bottle girls, made us feel right at home! I have been to this establishment twice now and I will always come back, every time that I am in the area. From the second we hit the parking lot, all the way till we left for the night, it was all love from the staff and everyone just seemed like they really cared about everyone’s happiness throughout the night. The drinks were awesome, and the music was nonstop great as well! Highly recommend!

For my business venue, I understand we all have bad nights where our patrons may not enjoy themselves as much as we want. I usually invite people with negative reviews to revisit on a night I think they may enjoy and have a better experience.I was able to review your website and would like to point out the following:1. You claim you want to keep the young crowd at distance. Your website, however, specifies that it is 18+ to party. That promotes younger individuals to be drawn to it rather than kept away by it.2. Regarding the menu on your website, Im happy to have done my investigation and discovered that a Jameson is listed at a $8.50 price. Unfortunately, my bill for a Jameson with coke and a house tequila shot was more than $25. A gratuity of $5 was given, bringing the total to slightly over $31. I pay my dues, but that doesnt stop me from calling attention to things that are undesirable in my review. I wouldnt mind buying a bottle at an actual nightclub, but people like my cousin dont mind doing it at a high-priced lounge. She purchased a bottle of Don Julio in order to acquire a table. We didnt receive a menu, despite your event listing mentioning there would be exclusive recipes. The vibe is perfect I came here in 2020 for Halloween and the night was beyond amazing I had a huge group and the accommodated everyone and showed they valued us as customers. My time here was so good I brought more people my whole family on 04/17/21 to celebrate my Birthday 🥳. They brought out signs basically song happy birthday the manager literally gave me a hand shake. I was in from out of town looked this place up on IG. The post stated ladies free till 12am with a bogo free drink which didn’t happen I was there long before 12am smh and paid 10 dollars to get in.I thought this place was nice except for the over priced drinks that the female bartender didn’t even full up your glass but charging 16 a drink, also my hookah wasn’t working and the female bartender again never assisted me. she kept changing prices at the bar for the same drink ive been drinking all night trying to get over on us then started argument with my husband smh when he asked I Probably won’t be back. Oh yea the best part was the bottle girl that are all awesome.

The setting was beautiful, music was amazing, the drinks were amazing and the front desk young ladies who first greet you in the lounge were phenomenal. The young black lady with the short blonde hair made our experience completely terrible . Completely unprofessional and served us with several attitudes . If you do not want to waitress please then do not sign up for the job. My party and I were so disturb by her presence we feared she may have done a malicious act to our food . Other than that the setting was amazing for a good time . I suggest picking another one of the beautiful waitresses there for even a phenomenal experience.

Walked in felt welcome by the women at the door, until we got to the bar where we were told we couldn’t wait around unless we bought a bottle which was a joke but a joke that turned sour quickly. You were unable to sit at any cocktail tables or other seating available unless you purchased them for 300 (which only included three seats at the table we were looking to sit at). Then we were constantly harassed to buy bottles or hookahs which I understand because they are business trying to make money...but it was more intimidation than anything. The environment was unfriendly, boring and overall ridiculous. Would I come back here? Don’t waste your money on this lounge when you could buy a bottle and spend the night at home with your friends for a way better price. Sorry but it’s the truth. Do better.

Visited this lounge out last night in town and the vibe was hitting. Everyone was helpful. The drinks were reasonably priced. We got to pick the songs until the DJ arrived. Overall great experience.

I was called down from NY to visit and the plumbing in the bathroom wasnt done so I couldn’t use the mens room the bouncer informed me to use the womens room I felt uncomfortable. The place was set up nice and served overcharge drinks so I couldn’t buy anybody a drink or tip. I seen a few spider webs and rodents so I had to cut my visit short. The owner I think owes a few of his bar tenders who seemed to be discontent with their jobs as I spoke to them at the bar about prices. This is definitely mediocre hood vibes with a hidden twist of class.

We were looking for a place to relax and kick back when we came accross Escape Hookah Lounge. From the moment we walked through the door there was nothing but love and good vibes. From the DJ, to the server to the owner. It was just a feeling of being welcomed and accepted. The music was great, and the atmosphere was even better. Whether your just looking to sit back and relax with a hookah or socialize on the pool tables or let loose on the dance floor, this is the place to be. Thank you all for everything. Escape is AMAZING. Great workers and a very classy and sophisticated environment! The Owner communicates with his Guest and makes them feel very welcome! Very fast service and its a great place to lounge around or to dance!!! I asked the owner which flavor he would recommend and he gave his personal favorite! Its air conditioned & also spacey! Has very inspiring paintings on the wall. My favorite is the Einstein one because he incorporated an inspirational quote. Will be visiting every weekend !

Then we ordered food 4 friends ordered wings and fries and they told us they were out of wings some they brought us what they had left which was 9 wings whoever the guy was he told us he would accommodate us with something but I couldn’t understand him either was they hit over on us we didn’t eat anything but the 9 wings between 4 friends. They need better service and the waitress stayed with an attitude! Not going back. We all had our mask on no one else had mask on except the security guard. My husband and I came down from Virginia on vacation. We wanted to go to a hookah lounge with a nice vibe. I searched hookah lounges nearby and we decided to go to The Chateau lounge. We had an awesome experience from the music, people and food. Everything was great. I would come again!!

I went to Escape on a Friday and was greeted from the time I got to the door til the time I left. They have such a chill vibe, everyone was really cool, turns up and everyone is having a good time. They had such great customer service too. Jen, Jason and Nash were taking care of me the whole night. If you come ask for either one of them!

I was there a Saturday night form 10 to 1. It doesnt really look like a nightclub. It is more a hookah place if you buy a bottle of Hennessy for 150$, some pretty girls will bring it to you and dance in front of you for 15 seconds. Otherwise nobody will even care about you after you order a glass. The music is overwhelming American hip hop. I didnt see a dance floor.If you want to seat, smoke and chill with a group of friends that is your spot, but Dancing is another story.

When you in Orlando this spot is a must. Good music, drinks and atmosphere and good vides.

I LOVE the renovations that was done to the place. It is very classy and very nice with a Miami vibe to it . Hands down this is the best lounge in Florida. Went in august 2021 to their happy hour around 9pm Saturday. $5 hookah is stated for prices but they charged $10 if you share it. And they only give two small coals and if you want more they are $4 each, so since the hookah wasnt hitting we left. They had Wi-Fi problems so they said my credit and debit cards were not working so they asked me to use their atm that charged $4.25 for a transaction. Also no other customers were there. They let us control the music and were very friendly but I wouldnt go back. Hope my cards did not get charged.

First of all this is my first time here and this place has really impressed me. Our girl Destiny has treated us with great customer service. She gave us all her recommendations and let me tell you, she’s knows what’s she’s talking about. If your looking for a good time, Escape is the way to go!!

I went on a Sunday and the staff was nothing less than perfect. We were greeted at the door with laughter and our server was really sweet and attentive. The vibes were sooo nice and the DJ was by far the best one i’ve ever experienced, such a diverse variety of music and everyone was really cool and having a good time. Will be coming back here every time I come to Orlando!

This place is garbage. They don’t sell any beer or seltzers. They have very limited liquor options. No cranberry. No lemons. No redbull. One amateur bartender who took forever. People were walking around with no shoes on. Nobody at the door checking for “dress code”. Let one of the patrons control the music and lights. Absolutely insane. I would never go back.

We came all the way from MA and Jason and Yadi took care of us all night such a fun place! Will definitely be back. Saturday night was a perfect combination of hip hop, reggae, R&B and latin music. The manager was so nice and helped us make the night a success.

The club was cool the vibe was great. The Dj was very good he kept you moving. Me and my girls are from Saint Pete and would definitely be coming back here when we come on our girls trip. The staff was great and Kyree stayed checking on us to make sure we were having fun.

Came here as a last resort because all the strip clubs in Orlando close at 2am. Didn’t look like much from the outside but when you walk in it’s great! The vibe was great the entire time. The service girls are friendly and everybody’s hype man lol. Manager was very professional and kind. He gave us some deals because it was my birthday. They played Spanish and hip hop. Worse lounge I have ever been to. Management run by some guy Saint, that gets drunk and handles customers and his staff very poorly. Everything is over priced, hookahs dont operate properly. No mask or social distancing enforced. That alone makes you not even want to smoke, eat or drink the watered down drinks. They had food shortage on certain food. Change the lightning and youll be able to see how dirty the place really is. Not satisfied and I will never return.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Extremely overpriced, horrible alcohol selection, tiny hookah with terrible taste, tried to keep $25 worth of change. Will never go back. Bliss is 1 mile away and cost half as much with way better selections and service. Also if you are not a local dont even bother going, their rating is is high because they give a discount for people who rate 5 stars.

This place is everything what a lounge should not be.I don’t even know where to start. First off I called this before going and I asked guys could wear hats and sneakers. The guy over the phone says no. So I’m like this ok I’ll dress up. So I get to this place guys are wearing hats and sneakers. So I get seated at a table. I ordered some drinks and hookah. I waited for 30 minutes and didn’t get anything yet. So I go to the bar and see if I can get drinks from the bar. I couldn’t do that neither. So like any normal bar, who ever is behind the bar is a bartender serving drinks, but the woman behind the bar wasn’t serving drinks she was receiving money from who ever got drink at their table. So there wasn’t any bartenders behind the bar.What kind of place is this? So I’m getting very agitated I ask for my debit card back and tell them I’m leaving. There wasn’t many people in there to begin with and why were they taking so long to give me my drinks? I couldn’t even get a drink at the bar because there weren’t any bartenders! This is very unorganized and it baffles me to see the ratings this place got. I definitely won’t be coming back here and I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here.

If you are looking to turn up you got to pull up to escape. Its just full of good vibes and lit music. I like that there is security to keep all that stupid fighting away and just have a good time. The hookah is not bad price but the alcohol is kinda taxed but not to the point where it feels like they robbing you. Saint will most definitely make shure everyone is having a good time and sometimes will stay open longer if its lit.

My bartender/server Jaisleen was amazing really. I had a problem with the website having the wrong prices and available items and she really hooked it up because of that. The drinks were great, insanely good prices, and good music. I went over a week ago and I’m still thinking about it! There weren’t many options for the sheesha but the flavors they did have were very good!The only reason this review doesn’t get five stars is because this establishment has many security cameras. Those cameras are meant to be there if an incident occurs. Footage from that night from the security footage was put on social media without the consent of the girls in that footage. A separate user screen recorded this footage and further exposed the girl. When the girl in the video was made aware of the matter, she was indeed uncomfortable. Always Ask Permission Before Putting Your Patrons On Social Media. Specifically when they are the Star of the video & drunkenly twerking.I’d for sure go back! I will probably just be a bit more reserved because of the cameras.Not sure what to do but you know you want to have a good time during your trip? Look no further 😊

My experience here was 50/50 it all went downhill so fast, and I was actually bummed out since it was my 21st birthday I could have gone to another well known club I was looking at but I choose this one to give it a try. First, it was super fun I was celebrating my 21st birthday with my close friends and fiancé, it was super fun LOVED THE MUSIC & VIBES ( REALLY GOOD MUSIC WAS SURPRISED) but the customer service just made everything go sour so quick.. really sad such a good place and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So, we didn’t know it was cash only so we all were blindsided so we all put the money together and we were missing $3 but we were going to get as soon as they gave us change, and we let the employee know and he said that’s fine I’ll come get it.. 20-25 mins later no one ... when we finally get to find another employee we let him know about no one has brought us a hookah yet ( MIND U IT WAS 1:30 am they CLOSE AT 2 AM) he told us okay and went back to drinking shots and smoking hookah with a table of girls and just ignored us. So after 10-15 minutes (1:45 AM NOW) more we got fed up and went up to the bar to see if we can speak to anybody and the employee finally appears and he tries to fix everything at this point we are so fed up already and annoyed, we asked him nicely if we can just have our money back because we were not paying $45 dollars plus tax for a hookah to smoke for the remaining minutes of the club which was 15 MINUTES!!!!!!!!!! we told him we wanted our money back and he tried to buy us with some shots and then tried to blame us cause he was supposedly was waiting for the $3 dollars the whole time which was a lie cause we let 2 employees know and got change for the hookah register to give him the $3 and he never showed up he was too busy drinking shots and dancing with people and completely forgot our table and the hookah.. it was ridiculous and the bartender kept she didn’t care that was not her problem since he was asking her for something.. related to us. so, he told he was gonna ask the OWNER OF THE CLUB IF HE CAN GIVE US A REFUND AND HE SAID “ NO “ and so he told us we close around 3:30 AM so we have until 3:30 AM and our free shots we said okay but it was ANOTHER COMPLETE LIE!! NOT EVEN 1:59 they started cleaning up and closing up!! WE LITERALLY GOT OUT HOOKAH AT 1:55 AM AND WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR SHOTS!!! It was just a disappointment, this place would be so much better if they got better staff and customer service...

I used to work there and the hookah was good and better priced now its not good at all. They charged 45$ for a specialty hookah that did not smoke good. I told the server about it she took it back to get it “fixed” it didnt get fixed it tasted like nothing and it didnt have good smoke. Again i complained about it and they tried to fix it again still the same. So i told them can i get a regular hookah then because it not worth paying 45$ for something that isnt smoking right. They didnt wanna do it. I talked to the manager and she had mad attitude and she didnt wanna change my hookah so i just said whatever its fine because didnt wanna argue with no one. Customer service should be number 1 priority not money because if there is no good customer service then ppl not gonna want to come!!! This place looks aesthetically nice but the hookah is horrible. All the owner cares about is money.

Let me be clear ratchet , which is not the part I cared about. But a young crowd and not that many people on a Saturday but servers running around like its super busy. My drink was super watered down and didn’t get my hookah for 30mins. Now my major problem with this place is the scam they try to run. Ordered a $30 hookah and two $12 drinks . Server says total $70?? Now I can do math sir. So I questioned this because I’m an adult who can do math . He says it’s taxes. Sir even if tax was 10% it still wouldn’t cost $70. After speaking to the woman at the register (because it’s the principal and my hard earned money) she tells me it’s taxes and gratuity!!! Wait what . No mam gratuity is given after the service or product has been provided. She eventually took it off and I paid about $58 . Please don’t round up on other people’s money or add your own gratuity without consent it’s shady as hell !! And I’m still sitting here so I will decide by the time I finish my drink how much tip I will leave . Let me also say that the woman at the register was very nice and didn’t disagree with how I felt or didn’t get upset with me for questioning the fees but maybe because she knew that it was shady . also the sever couldn’t answer any simple math questions like “how much are the taxes here “?? Lol such a waste of my time !!

Lot of weird things about this hookah spot.PROs: Probably the most LIT hookah bar anywhere in Kissimmee. Decor is great with the seating along the walls and tables in the middle. Low light with colors flashing. Great music - DJ was playing rap classics/new hits. Good deal on buckets of beer. Clean bathrooms. Super friendly staff. Hookah was TOP NOTCH & the gentleman replacing coals was on top it all night.CONs: 3 different ID checks (I dont look young). Security (great guy) checks your ID to get in & a pat down - front desk checks your ID & gives you a wristband - server asks for ID to order... Seems excessive. They ask you to write your email/name/# at the front door which I didnt understand. $10 cover charge to get it which is pricey considering the location & menu prices. Speaking of menus... theres no physical menu. You gotta just listen to your server list off drinks and confusing double bowl mixed drink combos??? If the menu changes maybe print 10 menus each night, right? Literally spent 5 mins figuring out what things were priced.So at $20 to get in with my date, $15 hookah, and $20 for 3 drinks it was a little too pricey for my taste. Honestly if there wasnt a cover Id be back regularly. And Id do my best to try to remember the menu being read off to me 🤷

Music was good. The owner is a coward, punched my drunk cousin who is 4’8. Didn’t want to come outside afterwards to shoot the fair one. Reported stabbing at this location prior to our arrival. If you cherish your life & respect being real, stay away from this death trap.
