Just came from there and it’s actually a great place to go they are friendly and helpful as much as possible especially the man who helped me, Amed, I appreciated the service would definitely stop by again.

They burn incense in the store and the products absorb the smell, ruining the them. This is twice now!Additionally, they will not let you use your card if the purchase is under $5 so we either have to purchase more than what I need or pay in cash.Will never buy from this shop again.

Love the ZAZA 2.0 it was great experience. Everything you need is right in the shop. The employee Cherry was AMAZING. She helped us for over an half an hour, showing us different products and answering every single question we had. She was so knowledgeable of different products, and made our experience in the store very enjoyable. We had been to multiple smoke shops recently and their were rushing us out the door. But not cherry. I will always trust in Cherry and the ZAZA 2.0.

My sister and I were lost in Kissemmee, Florida without anyway to buy a pipe. The young lady was helpful, joyful and a breathe of fresh air. We had a great conversation about the name of the shop. Loved everything about the shop, but , didn’t not know how wonderful it was just yet.Our stash that was sent from Cali to help ease our woes was gone. Didn’t know what to do, went back to ZaZa2.0, and that’s when Will helped us out with explaining Florida’s state laws, it was fun, great and we scored. We’ll be back!

Extremely friendly; knowledgeable about different products and recommended a Fume, Peach Berry Ice for my buddy and he was extremely happy with the purchase.The prices are competitive if you are used to purchasing vapes. The Fumes that come with 7000 puffs came out to roughly $30 and they have a good bit of other vapes - Elfbar, Cali, Hyde and more. They also are the only shop in the area that sells Herbal Shisha if you wanna remain tobacco free.April or Abril, if you speak spanish haha. Thank you. Youre the best.

Its Thursday 9:45pm 3/23/2023 I walk into this nice looking establishment looking to purchase a scale. I asked the person behind the counter to show me the scales, then I asked how much was the cheapest scale and he responded I dont know. I asked him can he check and he asked me if i wanted him to check everyone I said yes if its not too much trouble and he said that it kinda is too much trouble.. In my 42 years of living Ive never got into an arguement trying to get prices of items that i am trying to buy.. Kevin has a terrible attitude and as a business owner I pray i never have someone like him dealing with my customers, will never spend another dime in this place soley because of the negative interaction that i just had with him

Don’t waste your time coming here if you’re looking for pods or nic salt juices. I came here on 12/20/22 at around 9-10 pm. I had gone to 2 different vape shops looking for 5% nic salt juice, and before I came to this shop I had called ahead to ask if they sold 5% nic salt juice and XROS mini pods. Upon asking about the juice, the lady on the phone said “uhhh… is that how much nicotine is in the juice?” I told her yes because I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe she was just new and wasn’t informed. She responds “oh yes we have a bunch of them.” When I asked about the pods, she responded with “I don’t know what that is.” I informed her it was pods for a vaporesso pod system, but if they didn’t have it that was fine. So I came here in hopes of finding a 5% juice for my pod system. When I arrived, it was one young girl in the store and myself, who I assumed was the lady I spoke on the phone with. I thought this was odd as she didn’t have knowledge on the products but she was the only one in the store. She was holding onto a dab pen, so I assumed again, that maybe she was just high and new and that’s why she didn’t know anything about the products. I told her I was the person who had just called about the nic salt, to which she showed me a small shelf of liquids. She recommended the fume brand to me, but I told her that I had bought a juice from that brand (the bottle of the juice I bought says nothing about it being iced) and it was iced, but I’m allergic to iced so I’d like to stay away from that brand and any iced juices. I looked at the other juices they had, and most of them were either e-liquid for mods, or not 5% nic salt. There was only one nic salt juice that was 5% but I had never tried that juice before, so I asked her if she ever tried it and if it was iced. She said no, but again, recommended the fume brand to me, to which I had to remind her that I am allergic to iced juices and would like to stay away from that brand. I asked her if there was any way I could open the bottle to try it and make sure it wasn’t iced before I purchased it, or if she had another bottle that was open I could try before buying. She says no. Absolutely no help in making sure I’m not buying a juice I’m allergic to. I decided to just go with the only 5% nic salt juice they had, praying and hoping it wasn’t iced and I didn’t waste my money. Luckily, the juice I bought wasn’t iced, but the flavor is terrible. The customer service and professionalism of this place is bad. If you don’t know about the products, you shouldn’t be working alone, and you certainly shouldn’t be smoking a dab pen when you’re helping customers. I don’t care if you’re smoking it but probably not the best professional image to be doing it while helping someone. I’m pretty upset that I couldn’t find a juice I liked, and I feel that I wasted my money and time on a place that clearly doesn’t care about their image and customer service. I would’ve never come here if I knew they only had one 5% juice, and the only employee to help me was high and going to recommend products I told her I was allergic to.

They have huge selections on products high quality too the quality meets the price you wont pay more for less. I just purchased a thc disposable pen and I dont regret it.
