Luxe Massage and Facial spa was by far the best massage parlor I have been to. Tina the manager was such a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Jason did my massage and his hands are like magic. He worked out every knot in my whole body. I will definitely be coming back her the next time I am in town. And I have already recommended this place to my family and friends!!!

We found the deal on Groupon this afternoon and the were able to schedule our couples massage and facial 2 hours later. On top of that it was beyond what we expected for the deal. Thank you! Definitely gained a “couple” as customers!

The ladies and I took a girls trip and we were supposed to have a masseuse come to the house, however she gave us bad vibes. I searched for a spa near us and stumbled upon Luxe massage and called them after 10pm and Tina answered and was very pleasant. She agreed to take the seven ladies as soon as they opened the next day. We went in not expecting much but I came out feeling like a million bucks. My masseuse was Amy and she was spectacular and very professional. I will most definitely be visiting again when I’m in Kissimmee. I highly recommend Luxe Massage and Facial Spa.

Absolutely one of the best massage I’ve had. My husband and I had the 60 minute couples massage, followed by the table body scrub bath. Both Tina and Amy were amazing! I highly recommend them!

I had a great massage today at this spa. The place is set up so nice. The people are friendly and the masseuse that did my massage was so good. The spa is clean, the rooms are set up to be relaxing. I Will be coming back the next time I am in Kissimmee.

Absolutely the best massage I have had in my life! My sister and I flew to Florida from two different states and had booked an hour long couples massage with Luxe before we got there. My body felt so rejuvenate and new afterwards that I noticed aches and pains I had before the massage were gone. The ladies did such a a phenomenal job that we booked another hour couple massage for the very next day and it was amazing as well. If they had a location near me, I would go all the time. This place really does give you a 5-star experience. Tina and the other ladies made us feel like family.

Very good massage and last minute couples massage accommodation. Told her my legs were aching but she was able to pinpoint other problem areas I had. She took the whole hour for the massage and stood open a little later to complete the hour massage. The pressure gradually built from light to deep and allowed the tightness to release.The place was clean but outdated. However, that will not impact me returning again to get a massage the next time I visit Kissimmee.

I was nervous because I was so use to getting massages from places like Massage Envy or Massage Luxe… but when I went here.. my massage was AMAZINGGGGGG. One of the best massages I ever had. I would definitely be back when I’m in Kissimmee.

Couple’s massage was absolutely tranquilizing. We came in for the Groupon, 1 hour couple’s massage with hot stones. The massage was an hour on the dot, and these are extremely hard-working professionals. They go all in for the full hour. They wore masks throughout the whole massage, as did we. The place is kept clean, smells good, and has zen energy to it. There are multiple rooms with 1 or 2 beds for couples. We did not have to wait, and the deep tissue treatment was absolutely unwinding. It’s not the fanciest of places, but the proof is in the pudding. Leaving here with my body feeling like Jello. Awesome gift/experience for a special occasion or for when you just need a break from life. A truly hidden gem. Tip your masseuse generously BEFORE your massage and they will take care of you. They won’t have to work an hour wondering if they’ll get a tip, and it will definitely pay off in your experience. Get the Groupon, tip generously, enjoy yourself. Will try to return on a monthly basis from now on.

I had the best experience here, I got a deep tissue massage with hot stones and it was incredible. The staff was very professional and courteous. They offer couples massage as well. So next I’ll bring my girlfriend, she would love this place. If anyone is looking for the best massage in Kissimmee come here , you won’t be disappointed.

They rudely demand a tip before the massage cos they know u would nvr tip 20 percent for the bad job they do!

I was accepted by the therapist at 9.10pm for one hour massage (massage started after 9.15) the massage was not strong even I requested for a stronger pressure. At the end of the massage, I was forced to tip minimum $20 as the middle aged Chinese therapist lady said, it’s late and she did over time and keep insisting that I use my card to pay for tip as I give cash and I said I didn’t have enough. The massage ended 10.10pm. Where is the over time? And first of all, she accepted me at the timing, I actually said I come back again tomorrow, but she insisted that she could do the massage at 9.10pm.It’s really saddening that she added $3 to my card and said it’s card fee on top of the billing for the one hour massage without informing me, yet insisting on very high tip. Don’t get me wrong, if the massage is good, and up to satisfaction, I am more then willing to tip $$$$. Tipping is extra and it definitely depends on the client to give any amount and not insult me by insisting. So in the end I gave $15 cash. Total bad experience! I have been to at least 1000 massage sessions in my lifetime as massage is part of my lifestyle. It’s unthinkable of what happened and totally unacceptable. Yes, we all want money and we work for it, but a good attitude is very important, we must be mindful that never insists and make customers pay for what is undeserving. I am a fellow Chinese (but not from China), a tourist, a client, and should NOT leave the shop with a heavy heart, aching body, empty pocket and nightmare. The only good point is, the room is not bad. Attitude is everything!

They asked me to pay and tip them before the service.i asked why, and she ignored me. I think ppl forget that tipping is complimentary, NOT required. Since i did not know how my massage was going to go, i added 20%, which is 16$ on 80$. This woman gasped and says only 6$?! Then she laughs when she notices its 16$. That was so rude. First, to have me pay and tip BEFORE my Massage and then to shame me on a complimentary item they i do not have to give at all???Massage was good until the rude lady up front started shouting to my masseuse. She did this many times during my massage. Made it uncomfortable to relax.None of the above was her fault she was a 5/5 minus her rude, screaming coworker.If you can handle the front desk lady, then the massage will be nice. Maybe ask her not to scream???

Best massages in Orlando!! The staff is super friendly and the manager is very experienced and super sweet! I will definitely be returning! Try to get the manager to do your massage because she is the best! The other masseuse lady isn’t as good. Thank you ladies again!!

I booked a couples massage here with my husband and they were amazing! We definitely left feeling refreshed. My husband is a drummer and needs frequent massages, he said this was the first time anyone included a face massage with his full body massage 💆‍♂️. It was a nice surprise. In addition, the service was impeccable. I was late for my appointment and they accommodated me with no hassle. This accommodation even caused them to be there a few minutes after closing time. I’m a stickler for good service and everyone there was so friendly. My only regret is that they are far away from my house. I booked it not realizing the distance. However, I’d travel for them if I needed to. I recommend!

My Husband and I enjoyed our visit to Orlando /Kissessmee. We were EXTREMELY pleased with the quality of the service we both received in our couples massage. It is definitely a must whenever we return to the Kissessmee area; for sure!

My hubby and I booked a couples massage as the ending to our 21st year anniversary weekend and were not disappointed. When we arrived we were greeted and then taken to our massage room. I had never had a massage and was a bit nervous, apparently for no reason as the ladies did an amazing job. We will definitely be going back.

UPDATE: On top of the terrible experience, they overcharged me for the tip I had left. If I could give this business 0 stars I would.This was incredibly unprofessional. The masseuse was on her phone for half of the massage, took multiple phone calls (I have never experienced this before). She was massaging my feet with one hand and on her phone with the other. At the end, they stood over me for the tip. The opposite of a relaxing experience.

My boyfriend and I went for a Groupon couples massage and we were both very impressed! The atmosphere could be more updated and there were a few interesting smells, but overall the fact that we both fell asleep during the massage speaks for itself. Can’t wait to come back!

This was hands down the best massage Ive had! My wife and I went for a couples massage performed by Nancy and Candi. These ladies are well experienced and professional in their business. We booked our second massage on the spot and will become regular customers at this location.

Below average quality of massage. Never asked about trouble spots, health concerns, etc. Owner (my therapist) left the room 4 times during my massage to answer front door, phone, summon help etc. Then asked if we wanted to leave a tip. Definitely the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. Date of massage: 2 Dec 2021.

Found this place on Groupon and booked based on the price and reviews. When I called to check availability before purchasing, they had quick appointments and asked me not to book through Groupon, just pay them directly. Biggest mistake ever!My first impression was positive; the staff was friendly and they honored the Groupon price as they said they would. I had high hopes for the 60 minute massage with hot stones. Here’s what went wrong:1.) They made me pay upfront with tip prior to receiving services. I intended on putting the tip on my card (no cash) so I had to leave the tip upfront.2) Throughout the massage, the therapist kept leaving to attend to others in the front. All the while leaving the door open while I was exposed. She did this SEVERAL times and cut into my massage time. This was not only humiliating but it angered me how inconsiderate she was.3) There was VERY little pressure for the massage. She never asked, just kept lightly stroking my back (if you like an extremely gently massage, then this is a pro for you). Honestly, I get more pressure from having my fat cat walk all over my back and it’s free.4) Throughout the entire massage, the therapists kept talking to each other. Zero consideration for the ambiance of what is supposed to be a relaxing massage.5) This isn’t really a “con” because it didn’t bother me but it might bother some. The conditions of the “spa” were subpar. I don’t really care as long as I get a great massage and that didn’t happen.6) Through my own error, I cannot contact Groupon regarding my experience. Live and learn.I do not recommend this place. Spend a little more and go to a more reputable spa.

Tourist beware! Poor experience. You are required to pay for services prior to render. I was even asked to tip prior to services.I was there for a foot massage. My masseuse was inexperienced at giving a foot massage.Upon existing both staff were waiting for me asking for a tip. I explained as a customer I get to choose if I wasn’t to tip. They argued the fact that I need to live a tip. Mind you the service did not warrant a tip…they demanded that I leave a 20% tip, $10:00.They also thought I was a tourist.Please support other businesses.

First time getting a massage, did the couples one hour foot and back with my husband. Very good massage, the only reason why it’s not a 5 star is my bed was a bit squeaky, and the foot massage was more of a leg massage. It was a full hour. My husband gives it a 5 star. I would recommend
