Walked in today and found a really cool smoke shop out in Kissimmee im from south Florida so when I found this shop out here I was surprised it was very clean and well kept they have such a wide variety of things to choose from anywhere from handmade to brand name products the staff is very knowledgeable about their products and as well as they are very hospitable to most definitely will be back when I’m back on this side of town and will certainly recommend the shop to all my friends I walked out with a vape and a brand new smell proof Fanny pack that turns into a backpack if you like good quality and cheap deals this is the place to be at thanks for the warm welcoming

The employees are super nice, but the store is way over priced. I bought a kit and started looking around to find that I paid about double what it’s going for anywhere else. The juice options are decent, they have a buy 2 get 1 free deal that helps with their pricing. Would not recommend for hardward, but not too bad for juices.

Amber helped me narrow down my choices when I came in with an idea of what I wanted, but still unsure of my purchase choice. She guided me to two great options and went out of her way to get me a good price within my budget. I used to frequent another store close by, but the prices and customer service at Kissimmee Smoke Shop have me coming back. Thanks for your help! You are so nice 😊 Above and beyond.

I found a starter kit I REALLY wanted on what I thought was their website for 19.99. When I got to the store I realized I must have been on the manufacturers website but the owner was very nice and made me a great deal. Was worth every penny and the service was stellar!

I stopped here after the grocery store. This place is huge! They have everything you’d need. Both guys there today were greats and professional! I’ll definitely be back again!

Terrible! Was called the N word 2 times by an employee over the phone after refusing to exchange a product for me, when I had proof of purchase. Plus the same employye told me that this isnt a serious business, and wanst listening to anything I said. He called the owner, and in seconds the owner said i could come in and exchange it. No questions asked. The only good thing that happened was the owner was polite to me and said he could do the exchange. But there was already so much disrespect it definitely does not excuse the actions of the other employee. Horrible customer service.

Avoid these people at all cost. They sold me a battery that didn’t work. I tested it immediately when I got home & it wasn’t working. I charged it for 24 hours and still nothing. The charger works fine, as I used it on another battery. Cindy lied about testing it when I called. A test was impossible as those batteries only work when in use, and it had plastic on it during the entire transaction. I’m not like the typical trash they have hanging around. It’s super sketchy here & now I see why. They can’t keep actual quality clients.

I love this smoke shop. Every time I go in there is a pleasure to walk in, very clean and always so bright and it smells great in there. Today I met the owner very nice guy and the guy that works there is always so polite. Recommend 100%

Great prices on Kratom I use it for pain and energy Im an injured vet. My favorite smoke shop in Kissimmee its my little hole in the wall. They have a good variety on vape products to, and everything else a smoke shop is supposed to have.

Prices are double or triple the online price and the owners lied to my face about the quality of products and said I was getting a deal only for me to discover I had paid double. I would never recommend this place for anything, its grossly overpriced and run by con artists that you cant believe.

Employees were very chill and offered free hits off a dab pen. I bought 3 disposables, 2 of which were RG dispos and they were all leaking. She kept telling me to go get another after another because I couldn’t find one that wasn’t leaking. Finally found a couple that weren’t leaking as bad and just gave up on opening the whole box to find a non-leaking one. I don’t believe it’s their fault, but the RG vape company sucks. Buy anything else BUT RG!

Just came today my man Joey was very helpful and prices are very reasonable. It looks new inside and Joey gives help with anything you need. I highly recommend this place

You may have been in here before and thought wow, this is not the best place to shop at not enough product, bad service, and maybe not the best area to be in, but they are now under new management and have already began to expand their product. Kratum, CBD oil and gummies, new vapes coming in, silicone hand pipes and water pipes, and so much kore to come. So stop in and see the new inventory. New management and employees. This place is definitely a go to in you live in the kissimmee area.

Employee had absolutely no idea what I was talking about when I asked for an atomizer to use with concentrates. This is your job to know. Sad. Will wait until tomorrow for a shop that knows what their products are even called.

Not a great variety in Juices And way over priced. I bought 3 pack of t10 coils and it was 30$ when i went some where else i got 3 packs for 20$. Juice is very thin and has no flavor at that.. I would only go if i need papers..
