Stephanie is amazing! She adapts each session to what I need at the time. Always a great experience.My only issue is that ME does not support pausing/resuming membership within the portal. Emailing a form is an archaic process. Not client friendly at all.

Gladys transformed the mess of muscle fused anguish that was my upper back (from years of walking imbalanced from a car crash and lifting and installing thousands of computers and other retail job back-strain) and has a plan to bring my back and neck muscles back to knot free, relaxed, and healthy status. I am anticipating our next session and hope to join as a member with how much better my neck, back and whole body feels after just one hour. Thank you very much Gladys!

I made an appointment online and scheduled my whole day around a massage at three. I got there and the employee notified me that their system has been glitching and that the person I booked with wasn’t even there that day because she was sick. She called one place to see if they had Massage appointments available but gave up after the one try and told me to call around to other locations. I understand it’s not the employees fault what happened but I am very Disappointed that there wasn’t much of an effort made to find me a new appointment. I quickly called the Hunter Creek location and they were able to get me in, but I would’ve had to deal with traffic at that time and decided to just cancel altogether.

I’ve been seeing Alison for almost 2 years and after every massage, I leave feeling so refreshed. I’ve experienced a lot of pain in my left shoulder for years and she was the only person who was able to fix the pain. She is very informative and kind. She is truly the best!

I have experienced the Massage Envy across the US. My husband and I went to the Kissimmee, Florida ME. We were checked it on time and met with our massage therapist in a timely manner. My therapist was knowledgeable about my co cerns and desires. Lori worked on my problem areas and covered my entire requested work area. It was nice meeting her and she did an excellent job.

Best place to get a monthly massage with a caring and dedicated professional. Always clean, friendly and dedicated staff with smiles😃❤. Ive had several great massage therapists, really love that Mariely helps with some of my pains. Wish I could go more than once monthly.

I have been coming to this location for about 2 years now. At first everything was great. I became comfortable with Jessica doing my facials and shortly after I was told she no longer worked there, so I stopped doing my facials. It is hard to trust just anyone after having such an excellent experience and rapport. I continued getting massages however, every time I would start to find my person I found out they no longer worked there. I started to notice that this place is a revolving door, and it has become frustrating. Little by little the availability for appointments became an issue, it seems like you need to call 3-4 months ahead to get an appointment even when having a membership. I had to cancel due to this and had 1 credit left for my last appointment. I received a call from Brooke stating that I had not told them I was cancelling. I told her I did talk to someone at the front desk earlier this month who emailed me the form, which I emailed back today. She stated she just wanted to confirm. Seconds later I received a text stating that I was going to be charged the non-member price for last appointment (which I had paid for at the member rate). When I called the location Brooke told me that I did not have 1 credit and that she was sorry no one told me. However, this is not what was stated prior to me leaving the establishment today. I feel this is retribution for cancelling my membership. I am very upset that this is way someone is treated even after been a member for 2 years. I did want to end by saying that Taylor has been hands down the only reason I even considered staying; she is the best, hopefully they dont lose her too.

Gladys was pleasant and knows her craft. She gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had. She worked on relieving my sciatica pain. Id definitely go back to her

Upon arriving, we were immediately greeted by Lily - she’s FANTASTIC! So professional, courteous and kind. There was an issue which she quickly resolved. Her problem solving skills are wonderful… She was quick and explained in detail what we needed to know. Completely seamless… Now the massage… OH WOW! I literally fell asleep within 10 minutes - Wileny knows the human body well and applied the perfect amount of pressure. She was cognizant of how I felt and was genuinely concerned about my welfare. Perfect massage! Location is close and very clean and welcoming.

I have been coming here since last October and have only decreased my amount since moving farther away and traffic is horrendous. With that being said, I will still return to see Dena. She is wonderful and makes sure that everything is to the pressure I need and not hurting me. She has been helping me work on my back for months and has made it to really help me function when I’m attending regularly! Thank you Dena! You’re the best

Had a facial with Victoria and she was AMAZING! She was great to talk to and not to mention my skin looks and feels refreshed. Walked out feeling like a million bucks. Will definitely be back to see her!

I went in for a 60 minute massage session and, at first, was confident in the company because the workers at the front desk were super sweet and easy to get along with. However, my service provider, Marciely, either did not listen or did not understand what I asked for from my massage and just pretended like she did. I specifically communicated my lower back was my problem area, and all she focused on was my upper back, shoulders & neck, which did not address the problem at all.When I raised this issue after the service, I was told a manager would contact me within a few days to try and fix the situation, but I have not heard anything. So, I would not recommend this location, because it’s clear they don’t care to listen to you, they just do whatever they want, and then placate you until you shut up about your complaints so they can take your money.

I had be given a Christmas gift card and was finally able to book. Upon arriving I was greeted by two employees. They both were very nice. After a short medical history paperwork was completed, I was seated in a calm waiting room area. Once I was called to the room and lay down on the massage table, they were warm which made it cozy and relaxing. It was my first ever massage and Leydiana did an amazing job! She took the time to hear what areas to focus on. The hour went by so quick, will definitely book a 90 minutes next time. I totally recommend Leydiana as she is absolutely amazing!

I came to my massage with one sided neck pain. I was afraid that I would suffer from OVER massage of the same area. Peter identified the problem as a trigger point issue, and treated it. The neck pain was decreased, and I did not suffer afterwards in that area. I would recommend Peter, and prefer to have him for all my future appointments.

Leydiana is the BEST!!! Super professional and knowledgeable! I was having back and leg pains for over a week and after one session I was 10X better!!!!

My first and last time visiting. Therapist didnt speak English and no one bothered to convey what I needed done. My main area of focus was my lower back and she spent the least amount of time on my back. Period. I also stated not to touch my hair but that was ignored and it was saturated with oil when I left. I didnt get what I wanted and left more tense than when I arrived.

I typically get a massage once a month to help manage some chronic muscle pain as well as get a boost for my mental well-being. I am SO happy that I found this place! Peter has always taken time to listen to what my session goals are, and he is incredibly knowledgeable on a variety of techniques. I will rearrange my schedule if it means I can get in to see him! The front desk team is phenomenal as well! I moved to a different part of town, but still drive about 45 minutes just to keep returning to this location. In fact, I even drive past a different massage envy on my way to this one, but to me, its 100% worth it. You will love this place!

My back has been, let’s say, cranky at best. While I enjoy hunched-over shuffling and taking five minutes to plan out my attack for sitting down, I was ready for some relief. Enter Thomas at Massage Envy down here. (I’m a frequent FL visitor and love this location!) His technique and skill were so appreciated. It’s rare to find someone anyway that give a deeper massage to book sessions with but he did and he really worked on all the tight, tender areas. I left walking upright with a lot of the tension and pain gone. Naturally, I booked my next session for when I visit because Thomas was incredibly skilled and who knows what my pesky back will need at that time. Anyways, highly recommend this Massage Envy location (especially if you’re looking to join-it’s ran so well!) and Thomas if you’re looking for a therapeutic, deeper tissue massage that leaves you a little sore, in a lot less pain, and very happy. My husband and I love the monthly membership program at Massage Envy Kissimmee. The manger, Christy, and all the staff are so professional and courteous. They are very friendly, and we are always greeted with a smile.My husband and I get our massages from the same therapists every month so they know us very well. Colleen and Gladys are amazing!!! They always remembers us. I never have to remind Colleen about any of my concerns with pressure and areas to avoid. It is the same with Gladys. My hubby says that Gladys has a firm hand and always applies the perfect deep pressure for him. They go above and beyond to accommodate our schedule so we can have massages at the same time.We are very happy with our experiences here. Gladys and Colleen treat us like family. I had Colleen. When I tell you I was so relaxed, I fell asleep like three times, it was a great massage. I’m a server and my body felt beat up. Been a member for nearly 10 years, received the best massage with Thomas. Went to Universal and Disney parks for three days and was feeling very sore after all that walking. Felt immediate relief after an 1.5hr session with Thomas. I will definitely be coming back next time Im in the area.

Tylor (aesthetician) is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure. I told her my concern regarding my neck (loose skin). She provided advice and expert attention. After my treatment my neck looked amazing! Well worth the visit. She exceeded my expectations.

I wanted to give some much deserved recognition to Alison (at Massage Envy) for the work that she does! She provided a massage/therapy session that addressed the stress and discomfort in my neck and right shoulder. I am an Army veteran with all the aches and pains that go with my fourteen years of service and injuries. When I entered the facility, I hurt all over…. I couldn’t lift my right arm above my shoulder. Alison identified points in my shoulder that required specific pressure along with ranges of stretching combined with judicial applications of massaging muscle groups. After our session, my neck was free of pain and I could raise my right arm forty percent higher than when I walked into the office. I highly recommend Alison and will state that her schedule fills up quickly, so be sure to try and book her for your visit.

Edwin was great. The front office is horrible. Booked an appointment in person for today, called to confirm and they had no recollection of even talking with me. Rescheduled my whole day for a 90 min and the front office is oblivious and unprofessional. Signed up for a membership and was extremely excited, I planned to go every week. Now I’m cancelling. The gentleman I talked to made me feel like I’m insane, even though it was him who supposedly worked that day and signed me up and made my appointment. Too bad we can’t book directly with the massage therapist and bypass the incompetency.

Everytime I get a massage I request Kevin. He is such a nice guy and really listens to his clients. Since my workouts change weekly my sore spots do as well. He is quick to adapt and always seems to know how much pressure I need. I’m glad I found Kevin and always refer him to my friends. Also, the location is very clean and all of the associates are friendly.

This Massage Envy has a lot of talented massage therapists but if you have the chance for a session with Peter you will not be disappointed! He is professional and listens to what needs you may have and applies that to your session. Peter is very knowledgeable in different massage styles which leaves you relaxed and feeling good as new!

Forgot the name of the women who massaged me but she was great. Told her I was going to the gym a lot & the pressure she put on was perfect. I was soar before going in & she helped my body feel better. Only downside is you need a membership for frequent massages or other services otherwise you get charged extra if its not your first time. They do offer first time visitors regular membership prices but after your first if youre not a member expect to pay about 20 - 30% more.

I really enjoyed my session with Dena. She did everything that I asked her for. I will definitely book with her again.

Taylor is fantastic as an esthetician! She’s given me such good advice for helping my dry skin be less oily and it’s doing so much better with the items I got with her advice! And the stuff she recommends can be bought at Publix or ulta, so it’s way more economic than the medicine of my dermatologist. She’s also, obviously, great in facial sessions too!

Edwin is Amazing!!! I hate telling everyone that because it will make it harder to get an appointment with him. But truly, everyone needs to know how good I feel after my visit. Trully wonderful!!

My experience was good my therapist was Matt, only thing I didn’t understand was was why he didn’t apply oil to the back of my legs and massaged them through the sheet. I don’t have any skin rashes and came right from showering. Maybe he didn’t feel comfortable I don’t know. Overall good though.

Nothing that sends me over the moon like it was the best massage if my life, but it wasn’t bad and nothing to complain about either. I have a monthly membership so I try different people, none of them are “bad”, just different methods and pressures. I’d give them 5 stars if the full 60 or 90 minutes was given each time, even if there’s no consultation and you’re on time, sometimes I’m still cut off by 5-10 mins. So I appreciate when they have the timer in the room so when they finish and leave I can see it and know how long they went. When they take it with them it always makes me suspect they cut a few minutes off. The. Only other improvement area is wishing you could gift your monthly membership to more than one friend a month if you have multiple credits unused, it feels silly only one friend a month can use them.

However, I am glad to see how they took into consideration my piece of advice about sending text messages to their guests to inform them about their future appointments . In addition, guest service provided at the front desk has been consistently great at all times. Also, Thomas has been always amazing and profesional.I highly recommend you to visit this location. Totally amazing massage from Alessandra. My sciatica was putting me in a lot of pain. One hour massage and pain is gone. Great techniques and highly professional. Don’t be put off by membership requirements. This place is well worth it. I have been to massage therapy school and I have the occasional massage so I do know the difference in an amateur mauling you vs a professional massage. Everyone at this location from the moment I called in totally great. Thanks to all of you and will see you again with your great rates as often as possible.

I have been a client here for about a year at this point and I cannot say enough about how great the entire team here is. From finding some incredible massage therapists to having received exceptional service from the front desk and the management, it has been a pleasure at every step. I have even encountered a couple of issues such as scheduling glitches and even losing my favorite massage therapist, and each time the team have bent over backwards to accommodate me and find a solution to an issue, and that is where true excellence is found. You cannot expect perfection at every turn when in a long term relationship with any company, but how they handle issues is where you find the true value in a team. Thank you!

1. Booked my appointment over the phone for deep tissue. quoted price for 90 minutes was $90. When finished with session they Tried to charge me $98 due to price increase. Had to argue in order to get the price honored. Not a pleasant start. 2. Also, you get 10 minutes less of actual massage so I only got 80 minutes minutes minus light warm up about 15 minutes, so you really only get about 65 minutes of deep tissue. Plus gratuity. So with new price you will pay about $110+ for 65 minutes of deep tissue, so about $1.70 per minute. Not as affordable after all. Massage therapist did a great job though.

I signed up for a year contract. During that time I went six times. I got a call once about my debit card expiring. My contract expired on October 10 with 6 unused credits. I found today when I called them. The credits expired and no one bothered to contact me. Now they say that I can sign up again for another year if want those credits back. I feel like they’re just after my money. I ended up paying way more than if I have had the massages without the membership. I do not recommend getting a membership with Massage Envy.

Soooo I wasn’t going to leave a review from my first visit here BUT then I got a massage by Gladys and it changed everything. I’m the type where I don’t want to talk a lot during my massage 💆🏽 and Gladys just knew! She treated all the areas perfectly and it was an incredible experience. I am in the process of cancelling my membership but after this massage I just might renew as long as I can get massages from Gladys!

After our conversation we decided to schedule an appointment for today (11/20).Fast forward to today and I get a phone call from the manager canceling the appointment due to the review I left, EVEN THOUGH I followed through with their request to contact them.Do not waste your money here. Also if you see that a person’s name is familiar like they work there or their job is a masseuse and they leave a review think why they might have staff padding their reviews!?!?

This massage envy is soooo personable! I discovered this place recently (within the last 2-3 weeks) and I have booked appointments until March 2022! It’s in a nice, newer area with plenty of parking (which some massage envy’s don’t have good access to parking spots and are in congested areas).The masseuses and the woman who did my facial were are great! Alessandra and Marcella are BOTH excellent masseuses. Both have unique techniques but are effective in their separate ways. I can’t explain it better than that! 💁🏾‍♀️. When you fall asleep in your massages, then you know they are doing something right.The woman who did my facial , Flora, was super knowledgeable but more importantly explained clearly and succinctly why certain facial products were necessary and how to use them. It made sense what she was explaining to me so I bought a product immediately. And I didn’t feel like she was forcing me to buy it or was “trying to sell me” at all. She explained that certain products have certain ingredients and will improve certain aspects of your face. So it became less about that particular product but more of what to look for in products, if that makes sense.All the receptionists are friendly. I think I met the manager for the day or the owner and she was very very helpful in scheduling and such.Overall great experiences (so far 2 visits). I will be back of course because I am scheduled until March 2022. And shhhh don’t tell anyone buuuut, I low key switched all my services from one massage envy to this one 🤣🤣🙌🏾. Soo, I’m a believer.No pictures, I was too busy sleeping during my massages and loving how my face looked after my facial. 👍🏾💁🏾‍♀️I am confused on how and why they are getting the 1 or 2 star reviews?!! Umm, I think they tripping. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I am actually very hard to please and I was pleased lol. I think sometimes people just expect $10,000 service but want to get it for $1?! You can’t make everyone happy and there will always be people complaining because they “waited on the phone for 30 minutes” or “didn’t find parking” or “couldn’t find the place” like stupid stuff that has NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW THE SERVICES THEY RENDERED. lol. First time massage session with Thomas was great. I was offered a year plan contract which I accepted. Then, I was booked for today’s session with Thomas again. Unfortunately, since there are so many scam calls I receive on a daily basis and my voice message was full I did not answered a phone call from Oviedo, Fl not even Kissimmee where Massage Envy is located. I apologized and asked if I could arrive by 4:30 pm and my request could not be granted. I told the person who called me I was not interested in the year plan if they don’t even send text messages as J Sterling does. I was charged the cancellation fee. I am very disappointed and since it is a contract I have to be with them for a year otherwise I have to pay a full year session of massages. I think your company must add text messages if you really care about your guests taking into consideration that many many scam calls happen everyday.

LOVE it here! Staff is so friendly and helpful, and willing to educate and answer any questions about services and products they have there. The manager there, Misty, is so kind and receptive to feedback both good and not-so-good-- and when its not-so-good she bends over backwards to make your next experience as perfect as possible!

The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel as if they were going the extra mile to make sure our day was special. I signed up for a membership and will definitely be a frequent client! Thank you Massage Envy Kissimmee for such a wonderful experience! I would reccomend the personalized facial. I came home with a goodie bag of amazing products and after a few days I can already tell a difference with the evenness of my skin tone (i usually deal with a lot of redness and blotchy patches). Also the total body stretch session is amazing, as a runner it creates an exquisite counter stretch to the impact stress I put on my body daily.
